Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt im Horel gut gefallen.Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und gepfegt.Das Personal ist freundlich ..Das Frühstück ist vielfälltig und gut.Das Hotel kann man auch mit dem Bus erreichen

Empfangsdame sehr Hilfsbereit und Höfflich. Fahrstuhl ein bisschen schäbig. Zimmer sauber und hell.

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Duschturen schliessen schlecht. Wasserdruck ist schlecht. Fernsehsteckdose ist aus der Wand gerissen.

Ziemlich schmutzig und in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen . Renovierungsarbeiten sind vor allem in den Bädern und im Fahrstuhl erforderlich. Aber das alles macht das nette höfliche Personal wett. Das Frühstück ist super toll und ständig wird nacngelegt. Gern wieder👍💯💥

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren für eine Nacht dort. Leider stand es sehr streng im ganzen Hotel. Dreck auf dem Teppich sowie Flecken überall. Sehr veraltet und ungepflegt. Die Armaturen könnten schon vor 10 Jahren gewechselt werden. Betten waren ok zum übernachten. Jedoch für den Preis von knapp 180€ Familienzimmer könnte man mehr erwarten. Wir waren mehr als enttäuscht. Weiterempfehlen kann ich es leider nicht.

Es ist eben nur ein mittelmäßiges Hotel. Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel dafür eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage (8 € am Tag). Die Zimmer waren nicht schmutzig aber auch nicht richtig sauber. Wir hatten eine Nacht im Sommer und beide Zimmer waren sehr warm. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße die auch nachts befahren wird. Das Personal war zwar im allgemeinen freundlich aber nicht zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab sogar frisch geschnittenes Obst und keine Aufbackbrötchen. Leider sind die Möglichkeiten abends direkt am Hotel etwas "gutes" zu essen nur begrenzt. Eine Pizzeria und mehrere Abholimbisse. Wer ein einfaches, relativ günstiges Hotel in Innenstadtnähe sucht, wird zufrieden sein.

Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Ausfallstraße raus, daher leider kein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster möglich, was im Sommer einfach zu heiß ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, auch das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Personal sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit gut, Zimmerausstattung hat schon einiges erlebt.

1 vd bedden was echt keihard. Moest eerst nog een kakkerlak doden voor het slapen. Douche was wel prima en ontbijt ook

Hotel is clean, staff are helpful and my double room was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, it’s very dated. Location is not ideal. 2 km uphill from train station and downtown/old town areas.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Ook onze honden waren welkom. De kamer was op de begane grond met een deur naar buiten wat erg praktisch was ivm de honden. Het ontbijt was erg goed !

Da das Hotel überbelegt war, konnten wir in ein Familienzimmer wechseln. Sehr zuvorkommender Service und grosses Engagement des Rezeptionisten. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas weit weg vom Zentrum, trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen

Das Hotel ist dermaßen in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Übernachtung okay, aber das war‘s dann auch schon.

Een oud hotel wat op zich niet erg is, maar het is duidelijk te zien dat het niet goed onderhouden wordt. Er zat een kakkerlak in onze kamer. Na dit gemeld te hebben kregen we wel een betere kamer, maar onderweg naar de nieuwe kamer zag je in de gang veel oorwurmen over de muur lopen. In de nieuwe kamer gelukkig geen ongedierte gezien. Voor ons de eerste- en laatste keer dat we in dit hotel verblijven.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen. Das Hotel ist nahe des bahnhofes und hat guten Anschluss an den öpnv.

Rezeption war nicht in der Lage die korrekte Anschrift auf die Rechnung zu schreiben. Parkplätze sind viel zu wenig. Unfreundliches Personal an der Reception Einrichtung ziemlich veraltert

Eine preiswerte Unterkunft - ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Passau!

Das Personal, so weit Kontakt gehabt, einwandfrei. Besonders der Servicemann zum Fruehstueck 👍👍. Unser Zimmer war schlicht nicht Zustand und Ausstattung heutiger Zeit.

Preis-Leistung passt, gerne wieder. Parkgebühren waren mir persönlich zu hoch. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden

Very reasonably priced, comfortable beds, parking only €5-6 about 30mins walk to the old town. For the price, we paid approximately €50 for each room.

War alles gut. Hab mich gut und sicher gefühlt. Kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Preis-Leistung gut. Zimmer(-wände) könnten mal aufgefrischt werden. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Unterkunft ist preislich ok

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind aus unserer Sicht stark in die Jahre gekommen. Begrüßt hat uns ein riesiges Spinnennetz über der Rezeption. Der Flur zum Zimmer war gar nich dekoriert, stark verlebt und somit sehr gruselig. Vor allem der Teppich in unserem Zimmer war dreckig, voller Haare und die Zimmereinrichtung war in unserem Verständnis mehr als Austausch bedürftig. Im Wasserkocher war noch Wasser und eine Flasche kostenloses Wasser war leer. Das Frühstück war OK. Alles In allem, werden wir nicht wieder kommen…

-Toillettendeckel war bei Zimmerübernahme beschädigt.

Positiv: Der Service beim Frühstück war super, auch über das Frühstück kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es war alles da, was man so benötigt.

Dejligt værelse, men vi manglede en god stol. Der var kun spisestuestole.

Personeel was zeer onvriendelijk. Kamer was oké.. wij waren er ook enkel om te overnachten, voor de prijs was het best aan de hoge kant.

This is a budget hotel with reasonable sized room & ensuite shower, small wardrobe lift between floors , good breakfast , room serviced very well, good sized bed but only one pillow each. . no air conditioning ( but window opens), no tea & coffee supplies in the room or able to be accessed after breakfast,drinks & icecreams available from reception, no restaurant but a good Pizza place across the road. Its about 30 min to walk into the shopping centre , taxis are good though , no laundry facilities but there are 3 launderettes in the city area, receptionists all very helpful , nice out door eating area, good onsite parking, overall for a budget hotel its quite good and they do give a late checkout which we appreciated.

Freundlicher Empfang und der Wunsch nach einem zweiten Kopfkissen wurde erfüllt 👍 Ein Wasser für die Nacht stand auch bereit 👍 Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Prima hotel op goede locatie in Passau. Wel weinig gratis parkeren maar ook betaald parkeren is er.

Einfach zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle ca. 5min entfernt, Fußweg in die Innenstadt ca. 30-40min. Alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich

Negativ war eindeutig die Parkplatzsituation: Kostenfrei sind lediglich 5-6 Parkplätze für das gesamte (!) Hotel. Das ist unbefriedigend und die Nutzung der Tiefgarage mit 6 € zu berechnen finde ich als "Geldmacherei". Die Zimmer im Charme der 90er Jahre sind zweckmäßig ohne persönliche gemütliche Note. Das Personal war freundlich.

Es war sehr ruhig im Hotel, was mitunter wahrscheinlich "Corona" geschuldet ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Ich hatte ien Einbettzimmer, das für meine Belange sehr aussreichend war. Der Teppich war ein bisschen in mitleidenschaft gezogen, hat mich aber nicht weiter gestörr. Ausreichend Steckdosen zum anstecken diverser Elektrogeräte zum arbeiten worhanden. Der Wlan-Empfang auf dem Zimmer (3.Stock) war sehr gut. Das Bad war Sauber und gepflegt.

I have stayed in this hotel several times but the receptionist this time was brilliant.

Worst hotel experience ever. Started off with the guy at the front desk having a meltdown saying he doesn’t have a room for us before tentatively going inside one of the rooms to check if they’re empty or not. After finally checking in just before handing over the keys the guy tells us there’s no hot water and there may or may not be hot water the following day. The bathroom was filthy and the windows were dusty. The underground parking garage was the worst car park I have come across. Cars had to go up on ramps and the spaces were so tight you had to get out of the car sideways. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Very comfortable for a one night stopover. No restaurant and local ones closed on Sunday. Long walk into centre. Excellent breakfast.

No frills hotel a mile away from lively downtown Passau with bus stops quite nearby. Room had no fridge and had an awkward layout (that is hazardous for anyone over 5’ tall). Parking spaces were available but local roadworks meant access from main road impossible - feel hotel should have informed us beforehand about how to access it from the rear (as it was not obvious). However, price was good compared to better located hotels.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Access to an indoor pool and sauna. Convenient free parking next to building. Dining nearby. Public transportation nearby. Old Town was a few minutes away.

Easy check in. Friendly staff, helped us find a restaurant for supper. Not much to do around the hotel. We had spent the day in Old town Passau. Great breakfast buffet. Good coffee.

We booked 2 single beds but where given a king size bed. They could not change because they where full. Poor service at recwption

very hot while we were there in July and no AC. Made it difficult to get comfortable in the evening. Distance from the town was farther than we expected which resulted in numerous bus trips to get where we needed to go

Nice hotel but no coffee making facilities in room. Can get noisy with window open as seems to be on route to ER.

Very friendly helpful staff, beautiful quiet rooms … I would highly recommend this hotel as I enjoyed my stay, and with no issues.

This was a very clean, bright and large room! The beds were comfortable and even though it is on a main street, the night time was quiet for sleeping. It's a little out of the center, but has frequent buses into downtown!

Overall a very nice stay for a reasonable price. The location was a fairly long walk to the city center but other then that ok.

Helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and a bus ride away from the city center. The sauna and whirlpool were a BIG bonus! Catch the 1 or 2 bus across the street. from the hotel to get downtown. Also, if you are on foot from the train station, walk up Leopoldstrasse to Neuburgerstrasse and catch a 1 or 2 bus, getting off at the fourth stop. I wish we’d known this, we walked the whole way and it wasn’t easy with backpacks...

The hotel room was good size, as was bathroom. Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and bed was rather hard with lumpy old pillows. Room was adequate for the one night we stayed en route from Hungary to Frankfurt, Germany. For the price, the room was adequate and included underground parking. It did not include breakfast, priced at an additional 9 euro per person; we skipped it and went to McDonald's a mile away....

I was fearful that this hotel was too out of the way for people who travel by train. One needs to take a taxi each way. But having said that the hotel staff gave us a route to walk to the old town and indicated which street had an active restaurant scene. This hotel is not your normal Ibis. It is very up-scale. The food and service is good. While eating breakfast we watched a river cruise boat glide by the window! I recommend it.

Great price and breakfast was very good. The comfort, cleanliness and staff all great - location was a bit far from everything. No problem if you have a car.

IBB Sud was a last minute booking, but was a very nice stop. The receptionist was extremely helpful with directions and food options nearby.

Rooms were spacious and clean but simple. Breakfast was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well,parking outside was free,breakfast was good and well worth the price. Room, although a bit on the small side, was comfortable and warm. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. Location is a bit out of the city area, but we were aware of this when we booked. Overall we would stay here again

There were limited restaurants nearby because many including the hotel restaurant were closed for Unity Day holiday.

The hotel was not in town as expected and 10 euros to get anywhere Almost no English and abysmal seevice

The hotel is well kept, clean and the staff is very helpful. My main issues were the unreliability of WIFI (at particular times of the day when it was overloaded), the fact that it is close to a hospital and you hear regular sirens, and the room had a faint smell of cigarettes. On another note, the hotel wasn't aware of my booking but not sure this was a problem from Hotels.com or the hotel itself.
