I loved the location, friendly staff, and large room.

The door slams late at night and early morning. I’d hear doors slamming shut because they don’t close slowly. Also, the ac goes up at night making the room a bit warmer than I desired.

The Grand is no longer Grand it is a bit run down and in need of some TLC. Entrance into secure parking is very tight and kerb not good for low sport cars.

L accueil de tout le personnel ! Tout le monde d une extrême gentillesse ! Toujours reçu avec le sourire et notre hôtesse d accueil pour le restaurant une perle ! Elle s appelle Audrey et elle se met en 4 pour satisfaire tout le monde ! Une belle personne ! Nous reviendrons très certainement à cet hôtel car pour nous c est le top

sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Klimatisiertes Zimmer (bei 40°C Aussentemperatur!)

Frühstück war sehr gut, ein wenig lautes Personal, aber man wollte ja nicht Stunden dort verbringen. Unsere Zimmer war groß und ruhig, da wir mit 2 Hunden reisen, war die größte des Zimmers sehr angenehm. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vallet Parking war perfekt. Die Lage zur Rhone ist toll um am Abend dort etwas zu Essen und zu trinken.

Der Pool war mehr ein etwas größer Whirlpool. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Breakfast was nice with a good choice Receptionist was very pleasant and was helpful directing us to the multi storey station carpark as the hotel carpark was full. She told us about the carpark being manned 24/7 and having cameras and that it was only €3 for 24 hours. Our bikes were safe there. Hotel has good location for the station and the old town centre is a short 10 mins walk away. Hotel foyer, bar and brasserie were nicely decorated. Room would be amazing if modernised to the same standard

Room had a strange smell. Shower over bath leaked into floor. Parking had to be reserved but there was no option to reserve it.

Accueil et emplacement

Hotel bien placé et calme malgré la gare juste en face. Parking 3 euros par jour a 100 mètres. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Je recommande.

Ondanks dat er niet van te voren kon worden gegarandeerd dat wij 3 eenpersoonsbedden zouden hebben, was dit bij het inchecken toch geregeld. Goede bedden, separaat toilet en badkamer. Parkeergarage aanwezig. Oude centrum op ca. 10 minuten lopen.

Douchen in een bad niet ideaal met een te korte opzetwand, wordt al gauw een natte boel.

Room was great, I think you upgraded me - many thanks. Breakfast just fine and the location for me being 81 -ideal- next to la gare.

My only little thing is the lack of bars in the shower, which can be dangerous for an older person with balance issues. Just 1 bar helps enormously on a somewhat slippery surface. It was worse in the Strasbourg Grand with a high side to the bath.

Kamer, voordeur beschadigd en met plamuur de slot weggewerkt, alsof er was ingebroken. Kamer wat we kregen was niet zelfde als wat we geboekt hadden… kamer erg muf en stonk!

Tuż przy dworcu, do centrum kilometr. Przytulny pokój, z lodówką i czajnikiem. Wygodne łóżko, ciepłe światło. Życzliwa obsługa. Dobry kontakt mailowy.

Not a major problem, but there is only one lift. We were on the fourth floor so needed the lift and often had to wait quite a while for it.

Drukke straat bij station. Toch wel gedateerd wat betreft inrichting maar ook het hotel zelf. Ontbijt wel veel maar matig wat betreft kwaliteit.

De ligging, op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt was goed.

Kamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe vooral de badkamer. De parkeergarage is erg smal en klein..

Centraal gelegen.

Ontbijt kan en up grade gebruiken. Producten werden niet of nauwelijks aangevuld. Warme gerechten waren koud.

We had a great experience! The location is great- just a minute from the train station but it was not loud during the night. It is about 10 min walk from the old town. The staff was extremely nice and assisting and we had a great room so we liked it very much.

Einfach alles. Wir haben das Hotel für eine neue Reise gemerkt. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Hotelrestaurant. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Bahnhof und 100 m von einem sehr großzügigen und modernen Parkhaus entfernt ( 3 Euro pro Tag). Personal sehr korrekt und herzlich, Sauberkeit fast perfekt, Zimmer ruhig und sehr ansprechend

Gepäck vom Parkhaus tragen, man sollte nicht so viel haben :-)

The TV was a smart tv

We had booked the classic room and it was terrible. Flys in the room, lights hanging dangerously out from the ceiling, curtain pole was taped up, curtains to small for the window, general decoration was extremely poor. We could not stay in this room so we paid to upgrade which was a lot better however the aircon constantly turned off and on. The bed was so hard to the fact we left more tired than when we arrived due to lack of sleep and in pain. The breakfast was poor considering it was 19 euros each. Not an enjoyable experience and this hotel should not be rated a 4 star more like a two star. However the staff were extremely friendly.

super vriendelijk personeel, konden goede tips geven om te doen in het centrum. Inchecken en uitchecken ging makkelijk. Fijne bedden en ook goede gordijnen met rolluik aan de buitenkant.

De badkamer had niet de beste deur om af te sluiten. Was best wel wat sjouwen met de spullen vanaf de parkeerplaats van het hotel naar onze kamer.

Vynikající dostupnost nádraží (přes ulici). Parkování za 3 Euro v parkovacím domě na nádraží.

Kromě hotelové restaurace nebyl v bezprostředním okolí moc velký výběr kde se najíst.

Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. Location great for a 10 minute walk into town or opposite the Station. Secure parking was a bonus, but an extra charge. Once parked, easy access into the hotel.

Lounge area was comfy, but no bar. It wasn't clear how to order drinks, which had to be done via reception. Restaurant had lots of atmosphere, but we couldn't just use it for just drinks, even though there was plenty of spare tables. To access the parking you needed a key fob, which they didn't seem to have many of. They didn't tell us to return it after we got the car out, so we got a call to find out if we had it. A bit of a faff having to drive round the block to drop the fob off, but not a major issue. I think they only had 2 fobs for about 20 parking spaces, hence the urgency to return them ASAP.

Great hotel, freshly refurbished, staff were simply lovely, room super-spacious.

Would be good if you didn’t need to ask the restaurant for milk for your coffee in the room - restaurant staff person was especially rude on one occasion

Kamer met een aardig balkonnetje ... Het bed was goed.

De deur van het balkonnetje ging niet open; de kwaliteit van de bijbehorende brasserie was zeer matig (met uitzondering van de sympathieke bediening). De afwerking van de kamer was verjaard.

Place de parking réservée très petite, difficulté pour braquer

Très grande et belle chambre avec une très bonne literie. Une belle salle de bain avec double vasque, une grande douche et une baignoire. L’hôtel est à 10mn à pied du centre ville et il y a même une navette gratuite devant la gare qui dessert le centre ville. À 50m de l’hôtel vous avez un parking couvert à 3€/24h Vraiment un très bel hôtel et tout est là pour se faciliter le séjour.

Nah am Bahnhof, nah am Citybus, der kostenlos in die Stadtzentrum fährt.

Würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Etwas kompliziert in die Garage zu kommen, aber nicht so schlimm.

un peu trop excentré du centre ville , problème sur un lavabo bouché non réparé malgré notre signalement, probleme de toilette dans l'autre chambre, chambre petite pour une suite et vue sur une terrasse en beton dans l'autre chambre, le fait de ne pas pouvoir mettre la note de restaurant sur la chambre

The noise of the trains after midnight, you can’t get late checkout, and they are not really set up just to have. A drink in the restaurant bar or just don’t want you to have drinks unsure , which is a bit odd for a hotel. It’s is a lot further away from the centre than we thought

Hotel di fronte alla stazione, comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Carino internamente, pulito. Personale gentile. Colazione ok.

Camere decisamente datate e tenute male, il che rovinano l ambiente della struttura. Non può essere un 4 stelle.

La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check-in parlava l’italiano ed era molto gentile, la buona posizione vicina alla stazione e a 1 km dal centro.

Il frigobar completamente vuoto senza nemmeno mettere a disposizione bevande a pagamento. Il bar adiacente alla struttura chiuso molto presto la sera (22.30).

ottima posizione davanti alla stazione, e centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, camera grande e ben arredata, letti comodi.

l'ingresso era dalla 16,00, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare e ci hanno detto che avrebbero fatto il possibile almeno per le 15,30. Invece siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera (dopo nostre pressioni) poco prima delle 17, eravamo stanchi dopo lunghi viaggi e la mattina saremmo dovuti partire presto, trovo questo ritardo (in un Hotel a 4 stelle) inconcepibile.

La colazione è molto curata e la posizione buona

Le stanze assegnate non erano da albergo 4 stelle (vetuste nell’arredo e con tapparella rotta muri scrostati ecc) e dopo le proteste ci hanno proposto stanze migliori ma non triple come acquistate ma doppie con divano letto quindi le abbiamo rifiutate. La mia stanza non è stata rifatta per due giorni consecutivi. Inaccettabile

Petit déjeuner correct mais pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles sur le plan du choix (des fromages et des fruits en particulier). Emplacement idéal face à la gare. Service de conciergerie pratique. À 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville.

Propreté de la fenêtre de la salle de bain à revoir ( poussière, toiles d’araignées. Moquette tachée, rideaux grisâtres, absence de barre de seuil entre la chambre et la salle de bain avec moquette effilochée… Mini bar vide, c’est juste un mini frigo. Une seule bouteille d’eau de courtoisie pour 2 personnes. Gobelets en carton pour le café sur le plateau de courtoisie, dans un 4 étoiles on met plutôt des tasses.

Great position and very polite staff.

Pillows stank as if someone else had used and were not cleaned, and the bathroom stank of sewer all night. Even closing door didn’t help.

Camera a fost excepțională (am primit un upgrade neașteptat din partea hotelului), curățenie exemplară, salteaua de calitate, somn excelent, izolare fonică foarte bine realizată, aer condiționat care a funcționat impecabil, mic dejun diversificat și foarte gustos, personal receptiv și dornic să-i facă pe oaspeți să se simtă bine. Am petrecut trei zile fantastice în acest hotel. Dacă voi reveni în Colmar, cu siguranță voi sta tot la Grand Hotel Bristol!

Oricât aș încerca, chiar nu pot găsi niciun aspect negativ care să poată fi menționat!

Very charming hotel, ideally located across the railway station and with plenty of public parking close by. En route to Italy Colmar is a perfect stop and the Grand Hotel Bristol an excellent choice. Great buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Mi è stato detto che la Brasserie chiudeva alle 19 invece tornando dal centro alle ore 21.30 le persone cenavano.
