Canalta Hotel Hanna

Breakfast was great, location was decent. Staff were friendly.

Tv wasn’t working in our room. The general appearance of the hallways and the rooms is a bit dated and almost run-down, and there is no elevator, which is surprising to see anywhere in Canada these days.

Breakfast was excellent for an included breakfast buffet. Good quality food.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations . Pet friendly. Great breakfast.

Nothing

The room was clean and quiet ! No elevator which was surprising . Staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good!

Cleanliness, room for pets has an easy access to go out breakfast, staff

None

Clean, comfortable,

No elevator

Rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety.

The hot tub jets weren't working, one room's A/C wasn't working. Staff checked remotely and said it was okay. However, the thermostat was clearly not working.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was far better than expected, the room was spacious, good sized fridge, the room was well-equipped, coffee available on the lobby 24 hrs

The stairs were a challenge for a senior carrying luggage up and down

My family enjoyed the gym area and the hot tub. We were especially blown away at the size of the hot tub. Our room faced what could be called a court yard, that was really great! We were able to use it briefly before the storm let go.

No elevator, that I knew about but not the end of the world; just with kids and sports there is alot of bags and luggage to carry upstairs.

Properly was nice. It was clean and they serve a great breakfast.

Our room had the worst mattress I have ever slept on did not sleep well at all. Springs were poking hotels are supposed to be selling you a good night sleep that mattress needs to be in the garbage.

Staff and friendly, breakfast was good, room are clean and tydy, location and amendities are great.

Noticed the light switch has some dirty finger smudges on it in the bathroom.

Beds very comfortable

Very dirty floor in breakfast room. Needed a good wash

Very accommodating, friendly staff. The room was clean, bed comfy, quiet! The breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've had at any breakfast-inclusive Motel that I've stayed at!! My wife & I enjoyed our stay immensely!!

All was good

Not sure who the check-in guy was on Saturday June 5 but he solved my problem and I’m a very appreciated of it. He knew what he was doing. That’s what I like.

Well kept and clean. Friendly staff.

Great breakfast - lovely staff and a great little spa after a long day on the road, nothing fancy but great for tired body.

Nothing

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Parking wasn’t the greatest

Hotel located in a quiet area. Well-appointed and clean room. Comfortable bed. Reading chair and large two-seater sofa. Excellent lighting. A rare find. Large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Microwave. Friendly and competent staff. Excellent hot and cold breakfast. Pleasant breakfast room.

Nothing.

Tres bon dejeuner! Excellent emplacement vers Calgary!

The complementary breakfast is wonderful, the workout facilities are great, the beds are very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

We were travelling on to Saskatoon , it broke up the journey , clean comfortable and we used the gym . Staff very friendly and helpful .

Very nice hotel to stop at on a long drive. It had everything we needed, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and had good variety. Would absolutely recommend.

Staff is extremely helpful. They had a little crafts for the kids. Cheap bags and water for adults. Willing to assist with whatever her needs were.

Comfy bed, good breakfast, good location, easy to walk to a few restaurant and other shops.

It was a little to pricy for my liking, all those extra taxes already changes the cost so much.

It was clean and updated

Cost it was very expensive for a smaller town

Breakfast was great!!

Free breakfast was excellent. So many selections ! Staff were all so nice. Hot tub was great. Beds were soft and so comfortable and the entire hotel was spotless. Also want to mention how quiet the hotel was.

Die Lage war perfekt für ein Event, das wir in Hanna besucht haben.

Der Frühstücksraum war nicht sehr angenehm zum sitzen. Das Frühstück war gut.

The front desk staff was lovely. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, pretty typical.

The room was 16 degrees when we arrived and it was late and very cold outside. I couldn’t warm up and so I didn’t sleep much. No extra blanket in the room. It was expensive for what we got, but there’s not a lot of choices here.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was good for a function we visited in Hanna

The breakfast was good but the seating was not for elderly parents, and the staff got a bit overrun by the guests.

The location and price. Breakfast was good staff are helpful and the room was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable.

The aircon unit in the room was noisy and each time it would switch on it would wake us up, I couldn't figure out how to switch it off.

Quiet and clean pet-friendly rooms with lots of space. Staff were welcoming. The location was close to all services in town.

In room amenities need improving. No (caffinated) coffee, no tea supplies and no stir sticks or untensils to use even if there were. Couldn't find the ice machine (bucket was in room) and not sure if there was one. Price for the hotel would be more palatable if the in room amenities improved.

Nice room.

The couch in the room was worn and it needs replacing.

Clean and friendly staff

Nothing

Ideal location for trip from Sask to BC. Relatively new building and clean. Good heating in room. Good breakfast. Great restaurant next to the hotel.

Clean and well kept

Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable.

The blue light for wifi that couldn't be turned off. Very annoying for trying to sleep.

Good breakfast; nice hot tub, steam room and gym.

Room rate was a bit high impacting the value for money ratio.

Perfect place to relax!

Great breakfast

First time staying at the Canalta, the gym was well equipped and clean, and the continental breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

Staff very friendly. Very large room (king bed, couch, chair with ottoman.) Delicious breakfast options.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was AMAZING!

The layout, the breakfast, and the rooms were all amazing

N/A

Size of room, amenities and great breakfast. Friendly staff.

There is no elevator to access the second floor rooms, so if you have mobility issues, when booking as for the ground floor.

Super nice hotel, the complimentary pulled pork on a bun Wednesday evening was a bonus after a long day Beds were comfy and room was clean and spacious

Had our crib set up for us when we got there. Breakfast was amazing. Amazing staff.

BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had at a hotel. Super clean, very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that there is no elevator so if you have issues with stairs, you might want to request the ground floor.

It was clean. Great breakfast

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good

Our room was thankfully on the ground level as there is no elevator. However, it had a strong cat urine odour and the tv didn’t work. Several calls to the front desk resulted in dropped calls with no follow-up. The complimentary guest snack food service in the evening and hot breakfast next morning was appreciated. Hotel management was advised of our concerns.
