Facilities were good. Location on the main road which was useful for starting the next day

Nothing in particular, although I think there was a charge of $2.50 for extra coffee? Only 2 sachets provided which seemed a little mean.

The beds were very comfortable. We liked the white bedding and it was lovely and clean. The young man on the desk when we entered was very pleasant. All over a good stay

The buffet breakfast was not altogether great but not the fault of staff. Everything was clean . The pancake machine didnt make great pancakes. The sausages were not appetizing as they were a grey color and did not brown with cooking. The toaster cooked very slowly. The bagels were good . Nice selection of condiments for toast. Yogurt was good.

The room was clean and comfortable and close to main road without the car noise. The breakfast area was clean and the options were better than I expected.

Even though we asked not to have house keeping, our beds were remade for our second night.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, The front desk gentlemen was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

The staff were very friendly and very quick to assist. The breakfast was very convenient for our early morning, and there were lots of options for breakfast. The establishment and our room were very clean. We were also given some good local recommendations for ordering in supper.

Maybe we're just not tech savvy but we had a difficult time managing the two remotes for the TV. I couldn't get the main remote to work, and I'm sure staff would have assisted us, but it was late, so we didn't want to bother anyone.

My room was very cold when I arrived. I understand not heating empty rooms, but turning the heat up when you know there is a check in would be lovely. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll stay again. Otherwise stay was fabulous

Perfect size room with a queen bed, had everything we needed for a few days stay, clean. Nice breakfast downstairs. Would highly recommend if your visiting Wainwright.

The room was fabulous

The lobby is smelly like mold or old furniture. Almost left when I went into the lobby but the room made up for the lobby. They need to update the lobby to match the rooms.

The bugs that were in the room. I had to kill 21 of them and there were more. They were on the window, the door frame, in the towels and in the shower and on the bathroom walls. There is a gap on the door frame leading outside where the weather stripping did not meet the door.

Would have been nice to have clean sheets. The one bed had some brown stain on it near the feet area. Smell of mould in room and in shower. also Smell of mould in main area of check in. Maybe it’s the cleaner they are using but it’s gross anyway.

Our first visit was wonderful. They accommodated our CF1 military card and were very accommodating when we had to cancel our last visit to grab our son from the military due to him fighting the wildfires

Tried to book with them directly but the gentleman hung up on us when trying to ask for the CF1 discount and mentioned booking.com was cheaper. So we booked through booking.com. When we explained what happened at the hotel, he didn't believe us and didn't accommodate the CF1 military discount.

Check in was easy and very efficient. The man who checked me in was no polite and courteous. He was great. The room was so clean and I love the shower. What a beautiful design. The woman who checked me out this morning was very polite and efficient as well. Top rating from me.

Check in staff was excellent. Came to our room to adjust our tv so we could watch Blue Jays. Couldnt have been better

Only concern I had was the air quality. Definitely think the hotel should look into its HVAC system, air in the rooms was somewhat musty and bothered my (normally resilient) sinuses.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Beautiful rooms inside a somewhat dated exterior.

The hotel was nice and new on the inside. We had a lot of heavy stuff and there was no elevator, a bit inconvenient. No gluten free options at breakfast and breakfast was served from 5-9. A bit early to close breakfast in my opinion. Other than that it good.

The room lighting was very bright and the shower water volume was strong.

The bed was too soft for my liking. Around 10 oclock pm I left my room and forgot my key inside , so i went to the front desk to get another keycard and found no one. I rang the bell and waited several minutes for no response. i repeated this 3 times and finally someone showed up after 10-15 minutes. They apologized but still...

Clean and very friendly

The TV in my room was not working and they could not get it fixed., so all evening, no tv no internet… didn’t offer to change ne rooms; They didn’t offer a rebate for a next time…

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was okay. They were out of some of the food and hadn't refilled so I didn't get to taste it all.

The deadbolt did not work on the door, the several of the towels were already/still dirty/stained, and the noise from the plumbing above was incredibly loud.

Solid stay. Due to the kitchenette the room had a bit of a lived in smell but I have stayed here previously without same issue. Staff were helpful, location is perfect. Room was excellent and modern. Only gripe is considering the depth of competition in the area this stay is more of a 110-125 range. Little over priced for slower season. Overall would recommend and predictably solid stay!

Room was nice and the shower was great.

I went down to look at the breakfast and the hot serving bowls weren't replenished and the meat looked gross. We checked out and went to A&W for breakfast.

Pros: - friendly staff - decent breakfast with several options - affordable - good sized rooms Cons: - the sheets and pillow cases need an upgrade or better cleaning - the walls are PAPER thin. We could hear the TVs on both sides of us...could actually tell what the people were watching. And the night we were there there was banging/stomping on the floor above us literally all night long. I would stay here again, but I would probably try the Ramada first.

There was an "unusual" way to activate the shower head. Apparently there was a paper about it - taped to the front desk. The desk staff should have pointed that out to me. Why is it not posted in the bathroom of each suite that it affects? At the front desk - is not helpful when you are buck naked, the next morning, wanting to have a shower. I highly recommend having it posted in the actual room.

Everything was great except the beds. Mattresses were terrible.
