Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Fue una estadia corta pero era lo que necesitaba ya que cogí la habitación por la cercania con el Hospital Menonita. Las camas y almohadas fueron muy comodas y ricas, el baño muy bien tambien! Ah! el restaurante está bueno.
Con relación al cuarto... cuando entras te choca un olor como a humedad o uno no que notas. El teléfono no funcionaba por lo que no logré pedir servicio al cuarto que es lo que quería pues no quería dejar a mi madre sola. Las cortinas no cerraban completo por lo que de haber dormido hasta "tarde" me hubiese molestado la claridad y por último no fue terrible pero es un poco ruidoso.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The road to enter the hotel was a little confusing since I enter at night for the first time. The hotel nice, clean, employees very helpful. Had internet to connect my ps5 and watch Netflix from the big screen tv. Very hot water. Highly recommend. I had a car so I didnt have problem getting around. There is Uber and Uber Eats service. Love the casino!!

El desayuno uno variado, caliente y rico. Los precios acorde con el lugar. Si quieres darte un tiempo con tu pareja para descansar y desconectarte es excelente ya que el lugar es muy tranquilo.

No, apologies given just “we will take care of it”, like they were use to this happening regularly. Afterwards, the stay went well.

You go on vacation and expect to have a great time wherever you are going. This wasn't the case because parts of the hotel where closed due to renovations and the staff tells you this already when you have checked in not before you arrive to do the necesary changes and go to a nother hotel. Too expensive too just only use the room. We lost our vacation days in a hotel that we couldn't do anything. If the hotel is going to do renovations please to let people know beforehand.
