El edificio sufre de mala arquitectura, en el sentido especifico que no tiene una entrada digna. Se entra por el sotano. Eso no es agradable.

The shower overflows to the sink area. The static glass pane needs to be sealed to the floor. The heater was a little too strong for my taste, but that is subjective.

The parking lot should be better illuminated. Even though it’s a shared building, the hotel should prioritize its guests’ safety. Better lighting needs to be installed, as the crossing from the parking lot to the hotel entrance becomes dangerous with cars passing by as if no one is walking. This also reflects the poor pedestrian culture in Mexico, where cars often take precedence over people. Improving the lighting could help prevent an accident.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2024The room they gave us had some cables outside that hit the window hard when the air started to blow. My family and I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't rest. I called the lobby and they changed our room at 3am. It could have been avoided if they had assigned us a proper room since they already knew the cables were there. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again. Plus, the food in the restaurant isn't good.

They do not want to move from their spot and are terrible rude. This experience made me reconsider to return to older hotels in Monterrey but where client is well respected and received

There were very few options for food or shopping within walking distance. The location is not worth the price.

It also has an access to the back street (calle Hidalgo) and it has a 7 convenience store with great prices. The beds and pillows aren’t great but they are clean. It also has a coffee maker.

Reviewed May 11, 2024This hotel is the best I could find in the area. People are very nice and friendly. Rooms are nice and cozy with the best views in the city. The food at the restaurant is good. At the morning the breakfast buffet is delicious and complete. Jose Galvan provided me an excellent customer service. I have been staying at the this hotel for the last two months.
