非常好，飯店外就是沙灘，可以輕鬆遊玩。下午茶和早餐都很好吃，尤其是早餐份量也很足

若硬要講一個小缺點，那就是被子厚了一點、有點熱！因為開冷氣不蓋被子又有一點太涼，所以再薄一點就太好了

現場整理乾淨，大廳寬敞，下午茶不錯吃 就在海岸線旁邊，一早可以看見去衝浪的人群，感覺很有活力！風景真是一級棒！

不能讓非住宿人員進入房間的規定令人訝異！ 難道我承租的房間，沒有使用自主權？邀請同路的親人朋友進去，還有10分鐘限制，感覺非常莫名其妙！第一次遇到這樣的要求！

服務人員很貼心、有電梯及停車場,讓輪椅家人很方便~房間內及陽台可以直接看龜山島~讚讚

浴室的地板沒有乾濕分離設計,只要有人洗澡後,到隔天浴室地板都是濕的

我們那間有一個像榻榻米的正方形坐墊 剛好做下來在那裏吃東西屁股馬上刺痛 發現三個紅色要痕 抱枕都沒有再清洗與更換枕套 上面都是塵蟎 直接被咬 唯一覺得可惜美中不足的地方 其餘都很棒

一打開窗戶就看到海 早餐也很簡單美味 下午茶也到位

接客、部屋の広さ、とても良かったです。

房價上漲，以前的浴室備品(小瓶沐浴品、洗手皂)，室內拖卻全都没了。 感覺浴室內有些霉 下午茶的蛋糕很不可口，好像冰很久了 感覺網路也比之前不強

Easy access to surfing beach. Super-comfortable beds and bed linens. Amazingly huge bathtub. Beautiful view of the ocean from room and balcony. Convenient parking (even for our Toyota Sienna!) in the hotel's basement. Spacious room with lovely decor. Several breakfast options, which we pre-ordered the evening before. Small refrigerator in the room.

Difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry. (If the shower had been located in the massive bathtub, there would be no problem!) The "afternoon tea" is a great idea, but we didn't order it after the first day because it was all sweet snacks.

We enjoyed the breakfast and tea at arrival !

The hotel was very easy to find right next to the highway. It is just across a small road from a nice beach. There is a walking path along the edge of the beach. There was plenty of parking available beneath the hotel. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The closer one just across the street was good. The architecture of the hotel was unique and pleasant, a very organic style with flowy lines. Our room was incredible. It was on the second floor with a sitting area, a large comfortable bed another working area, a balcony overlooking the ocean and the bathroom had a huge soak tub overlooking the beach. Breakfast was simple but freshly made and good. I don't know if they gave us the royal treatment. But, we were really impressed.

The area around the hotel feels a bit remote and run down at first. But, it turned out to be safe, relaxed and pleasant. It might be a little too remote for a long stay.

Location is good. Service is good. The room is big and clean.

When lying on the beds of Quadruple room ‘H’, wind from air condition will directly blow on the faces or heads.

The room is great, and beachfront, literally steps from the beach.

Service was good when we were staying there, but very unfriendly afterwards: just a few hours after checking out we stopped by there to quickly use the restroom, in particular for my son who's foot is broken, and they wouldn't even let him in for a few minutes and REJECTED HIM. This was unexpected and VERY UNFRIENDLY, disappointing service.

房內附設沈浸式浴池，遠眺無敵海景、免費下午茶、附早餐，印象深刻。 不過浴室沒有乾濕分離、沒有附拖鞋，腳容易碰水，比較不方便，電視有四台，選擇較少。

服務還可以，但同一房間，當天查詢，只有2/3價格，不太舒服

北部人時間交通等因素無法去墾丁夏O時的另一個看海選擇。生活機能部分從住宿開車到礁溪老街15-20分鐘，烏石港吃海產更近，算是可以考慮的選擇。

環境很不錯，陽台就可以看到海，服務也很不錯 可能因為靠海，房間潮濕了一點，除濕機開到早上水滿停掉後，整個房間牆壁都冒水了

隣近沙灘

海灘好近，浪聲滔天，在床上即可透過落地窗看見龜山島與日出，外面咫尺近的海灘適合衝浪玩水，房間隔音非常好，床與棉被羽絨枕是五星等級，房間備品也是很高級，下午茶有宜蘭地方名產，早餐也不錯

浴室沒有乾濕分離比較不方便

This is the second time we stay at Chateau. We continue to be satisfied. The location is one of a kind, right beside the beach. The big windows open toward the beach to the east. So you get to see the sunrise if you rise early enough. The interior design is excellent, the Greek style of color giving you a relaxed mood. The beds are very comfortable, even for my wife, who is particularly picky on bed. The hotel is very near Lanyang Museum, a must-see when you come to Yilan. The brick-walled bathtub is tailor-made for this room. You get to bathe in very spacious tub watching the sea. It can't get any more romantic than that. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly loudly recommend it.

房間又大又漂亮，下午茶蛋糕跟冰淇淋都很好吃，早餐好吃又精緻，不過我們房間有點菸味有些可惜，否則就是100分了

It was a sweet and easy vacation in a beautiful setting.

住宿環境、服務都很棒，還有貼心下午茶。早餐也很好吃，唯一小可惜就是份量比較精緻，稍微不足。

整體感覺非常的棒，早上可以看見日出～

이번이 4번째 숙박입니다! 8년전부터 가끔 가지만~ 역시 잘 유지하고 있는 호텔 입니다! 스텝들이 너무 좋고 위치도 좋습니다 내년에도 갈생각입니다^^
