Fantastisk lokasjon og god frokost. Behagelig seng.

Medarbeideren som bemannet resepsjonen på nattevakt var ekstremt uvennlig og frekk. Jeg har aldri opplevd noe lignende. Det virket tydelig som om han ikke hadde lyst til å være på jobb eller hjelpe gjestene. Rommet var veldig lite - det var nesten ikke mulig å gå forbi sengen. Vinduet vendte mot hotellets indre område, noe som føltes veldig merkelig

Det ble til tider litt rush på den ene heisen som var i drift. 2 andre heiser var ute av drift pga. teknisk vedlikehold.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Albi on the reception desk was particularly helpful and is a great credit to the hotel.

Lokalizacja to najmocniejsza strona tego hotelu, obsługa i czystość to inny wymiar, totalnego nieładu. Pokuj trochę brudny trochę stary. Ale lokalizacja pozwala dojść spacerem w różne miejsca

Obsługa i czystość. Co z tego że Ci dają czyste ręczniki codziennie jak ściany są brudne a firanki porwane. No sorry ale uroda pokoju bez brudnych ścian pozostaje kwestia gustu a bród pozostaje brudem

God frokost, som alltid. Beliggenheten er midt i blinken for mitt vedkommende

Het hotel ligt op een top locatie in het centrum van Oslo. Ondanks dat is het rustig en is het makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. De auto kan je onder het hotel parkeren tegen een verlaagde prijs. Kamer is ruim en schoon, overige faciliteiten niets op aan te merken. In het hotel zit nog een restaurant en bar, maar in de omgeving is nog genoeg te doen.

De kosten van parkeren is 30€ per dag dus niet al te goedkoop.

Claustrophobic tiny rooms without daylight, bathroom not very clean. Poorly equipped.

מיקום נוח, 800 מטר מרחוב קארל יוהן. יש בסביבה סופר ובתי קפה. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. הצוות היה מאוד נגיש במיילים מקדימים לביקור שלנו.

התארחנו 3 אנשים בחדר - מיטה זוגית ומיטה נפתחת. היה מאוד צפוף, אי אפשר היה לפתוח מזוודות, וטכנית פשוט לא היה מקום לזוז. לא היה ארון אלא רק מתלה, אז אפילו אי אפשר היה לסדר את הבגדים של כולם ולפנות לנו מקום. היה מאוד לא נוח. החדר הזה לא מתאים ל3 אנשים, ואם היינו יודעים שככה הוא מאורגן, לא היינו מגיעים.

Utrolig lite rom som dobbeltrom. Pris sto ikke i forhold til vare levert. Dårlig renhold

Lage sehr gut, in der Nähe vom Königspalast.also ideal. Frühstück sehr gut.lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Parken ist leider sehr teuer. Konnten den Parkrabatt leider nicht nutzen, weil wir über Easypark abgerechnet haben.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, receptiemedewerker bij aankomst kon ons zelfs in het Nederlands ontvangen. Ontbijt overtrof onze verwachtingen, heel uitgebreid en goed van kwaliteit.

Kamer lijkt op de foto's groter dan hij is, we misten ook een waterkoker/koffie/thee, de kamer is verder erg simpel, beddengoed was niet brandschoon, allemaal afdoende voor een kort verblijf, maar zou hier niet lang willen doorbrengen.

Ekstremt lite rom. Ved innsjekking skal jeg vise frem et kredittkort til tross for at hele oppholdet var betalt. Dette ble begrunnet med hotellets "policy".

Расположение хорошее, до автобуса или трамвая 4 мин. пешком, до вокзала 3-4 остановки. Номер обычный, все компактно, без восторга, просто все и хорошо. Завтрак мы не заказывали, но думаю неплохо.

не было что не понравилось, но страншшного восторга от отеля не было.

Breakfast was amazing! Nice clean room and friendly staff. The gym area was very nice too.

The hotel was pretty much as expected. My first room was more of a shoebox, but on my second stay I was given a surprisingly spacious room at no extra cost. Apparently, a free upgrade is all it takes to improve both the room and my opinion of the hotel. - Well played!

O quarto é bastante pequeno e o colchão não é muito confortável. Num dos dias o pequeno almoço tinha muita gente e foi difícil ter mesa.

The room was spacious, it was clean and had an ironing board that came in handy.

There was no kettle or water provided within the room.

Great location and perfect for a couple of nights for an adult and teenager. Food and convenience stores/shops nearby.

Loistava aamiainen. Sijanti on todella hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka kaikkialle. Henkilökunta on siistijöitä lukuunottamatta loistava. Huone oli vähän pieni mutta oikein mukava ja siisti.

Hotelli ilmoittaa että siinä on myös sauna. Nooh - vähän varovaisesti kannattaa tähän suhtautua. Sauna kyllä on mutta se on semmomen lasipömpeli kuntosalin yhteydessä. Kiukaasta puuttuu myös kivet.

Location was great and staff nice.

The AC was constantly on, impossible to turn off, directly above the bed so basically you sleep whole night under the AC, which totally destroyed my back. The curtains were also not very clean. And the room is super small.

Exceptional staff, very helpful and friendly especially at the reception and cleaning staff. The room had a pressing iron and the board which was handy. The breakfast had a variety of hot and colds including a diversity of high quality protein, carbohydrates and fibre The Internet was great and the sitting area in the restaurant provided some space to sit, drink and work.

My room was very small, perhaps I can't complain much as the hotel is in a premium place. It is important to remove obstacles in the corridor. At level 3 the corridor from lifts to rooms, had a 'resident' linen trolley on the corridor, which makes an obstacle and could be a safety issue if evacuating. There is a fridge in the room but there could be a kettle (tea/facilities) in the room. I understand that the room was small.

Die Lage, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett, Chek in und Check out haben sehr schnell funktioniert.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Es war nicht möglich das Fenster zu öffnen und die eingebaute Klimaanlagw funktionierte nicht, deshalb war es sehr stickig. Die "Alternative" war ein sehr kleiner Ventilator, der aber nur wenig Abhilfe leistete. Das Bad war sehr klein und es gab keine Badematte, wodurch alles sehr rutschig wurde.

The hotel’s location is ideal. It’s central but not in the historic centre. A 30-minute walk takes you to all the city’s attractions. It’s also close to both the train station and the tram stops. The breakfast is very generous, varied and, above all, delicious!

We would have preferred the rooms to have a small wardrobe where we could store our things out of sight.
