Det klart svakeste punktet som må rettes opp, var det glutenfrie tilbudet. Det var veldig sparsomt og av lav kvalitet. Selv trenger jeg ikke glutenfritt, men ser ofte på tilbudet som et mål på samlet kvalitet/entusiasme i mattilbudet. Her falt hotellet gjennom. Men det fine er at dette er svært enkelt å forbedre! Så, Nydalen - ta utfordringen og lag et smakfult glutenfritt tilbud!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Everything was more than super. The location is fantastic. Right in front of you there is the T-Bahn station and also the bus station. Adjacent to the Hotel is kind of a shopping center with coop supermarket and caffees. The bed is super comfy. Maybe the only thing missing was a mini bar.
No mini bar in the room.

Kaldt på badet. Ikke kontakt til føner på badet. Litt synd at håndkledet ble vasket og nytt hver dag til tross for at jeg hang det opp og jeg ønsket å spare vann og strøm da jeg skulle være der i 5 dager.

Por el momento nada en contra. Brekfast Lunch es relativo. Tenlo ofrecen, pero en nuestro caso no lo habían preparado después de avisarle a tres (3) empleados el día previo. La recepcionista de la mañana no tenía ni idea ni puso mucho interés, diría “ interés!!. Para tener en cuenta si uno cuenta con eso si el transporte sale temprano y uno ya tenía pago el desayuno

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Excellent breakfast. Bed linen and towels were very white. The metro station across the street made getting around the city quick and easy. Using Oslo`s public transport app (Ruter) is convenient a buying tickets very easy. It is impossible not to mention very kind hotel staff
The hotel was a little hard to find. The floor carpet is a bit worn.

Personalet var frekk og lite imøtekommende. En far ankom seint på kveld med to små barn fra Tromsø , og fikk beskjed om å legge på sengene selv da han påpekte at han ikke hadde fått familie rommet han hadde bestilt . Vi ble også nebbet til når vi spurte om det var vann flasker på rommet. Sagt på en sur og uvennlig måte «dere finner vann i springen»

Chšľcel by som sa podakovať za prijemnú obsluhu a špeciálne podakovanie pre šéfku oddelenia Food and Beverage Veronike bola veľmi milá a prijemná.

Men første natt oppdaget vi at overmadrass manglet,hard seng, kun et laken og ryggvondt. Rom 740 Fikk byttet rom neste natt,rom 548 perfekt seng, men der virket Tv i 60sek så svart skjerm, prøvd flere ganger. Lyspære ved seng manglet. Umulig å nå resepsjonen for å gi beskjed på tlf. Hyggelig personalet, men vi var uheldige.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Nice hotel with good location in Oslo. The Subway station is right next to the hotel and there are plenty restaurants and mall close by.
Since its Radisson I would expect it has its own gym and sauna at least. It turns out it doesn't. However, they provide you with free access to the gym right across the street which is good.

Noen fra Personalet var brutale . Hun som sto i resepsjonen på nattskiftet svarte aldri telefonen etter to timers forsøk så jeg måtte gå helt ned for å spørre om ekstra sengetrekk siden det var varmt med dyne . Hun hadde en plakat ved resepsjonen som sa at hun var opptatt og at hun skulle komme tilbake , etter flere forsøk på rop kom hun halvvåken ut og sa at hun ikke hørte telefonen fordi den ikke ringte i det hele tatt . Det var latterlig Renholdsarbeider banket på kl 15:30 på en brutal måte , for å rengjøre .

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Perfektní lokalita hned u metro. Krásné okolí s řekou za hotelem. Klidný hotel a prostorný pokoj Dobré snídaně. Většina personálu příjemná.
Při příjezdu jsme narazili na recepční , dámu v černém turbanu, která byla velice nepříjemná. Ne pozdravila , nedala žádné informace o snídani a službách. Jediné co chtěla byla platba za plastový klíč od pokoje. Je to škoda protože ostatní personál u snídani a její kolegyně byli příjemné. Ale bohužel jeden člověk kazí dojem z hotelu.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Lage, um Oslo zu erkunden war perfekt. Metro und Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Rund um das Hotel war es sehr ruhig, dennoch gab es zahlreiche Gastronomien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Beim einschecken erhielten wir ein Hinweisblatt zum Parkhaus, was sehr schlecht war. Wir haben 45 Minuten gebraucht, um den Parkbereich zum Hotel zu finden, aber auch nur weil wir einen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter gefragt haben. Man musste innerhalb des einen Parkhauses im 2. Tiefgeschoss das Parkhaus wechseln. Nirgendwo war ein Hinweis zum Hotel. Das hätte man besser erklären können.

It is very very confusing to the get the Parking house underneeth the hotel. It's called Torgbygget P-hus and use that in Google maps and NOT the other one called Nyhus (Google maps gets confused on it). Note that they both share the basement and have same entrance.
