Tombstone Grand Hotel, a Baymont by Wyndham

The staff was friendly enough but I did not really care for the breakfast. It wasn't that great.

I wish the shower had more hair conditioner in it, which it didn't. Also the lotion wasn't filled up all the way either. which was disappointing. That, and I nearly fell out of the bathtub/shower twice. ☹

The breakfast was horrible the waffle maker made something other then waffles the pastry had ants and after pointing it out to the staff the pastry was replaced

Kala was amazing greeting us and was a SUPER kind and caring staff meeting our needs! The breakfast was great and Cris , on staff, was also very caring! Give them a stay and see them in action! The maintenance man was also very helpful!

we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the combination of great service, comfort, cleanliness, and the lovely atmosphere. There is always room for small improvements, but our experience was definitely a positive one, and I would be happy to stay here again.

We had wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided great customer service, and were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty as well ...We would definitely book again !!!

Room could have been a little cleaner!

It was nice and the staff was nice. Only thing was during our stay housekeeping never came. When I went to ask for towels, I just said can we please get more towels, housekeeping never came. The lady didn’t say anything like did we need anything or she would send them… she just plopped towels in my hand and turned away.

It was beautiful!

My room was clean. The first night, it was very quiet, and it was absolutely wonderful. The shower was OK, but not great. The first morning, the breakfast was OK, but not great. The second morning, the breakfast was very good.

This is not the hotel's fault, but the second night was horrible, due to a heavy walker in the room above mine. I knew where the guest was at all times. Horrible!

We stayed here for our one night in Tombstone during our road trip. Was it a fancy hotel? No, it is not. It is lovely from the outside but inside it is a bit worn and cramped. There is no elevator. That said, check-in was friendly and easy. Staff seemed lovely and to really care about their hotel. Our room was quiet and relatively clean. The door lock seemed - a little shaky? If I was alone I would have put a chair against it for sure. The coffee at breakfast was terrible. That said, it's a decent, budget choice for the area and we were there for less than 12 hours. So good enough!

Unfortunately, we had local flies/bugs all over the bed, but the staff immediately changed for another room, where all was fine. Just don't open windows there, that's how these things got in the previous room, with a previous guest who had opened the windows...

Amazing location, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff members are fantastic.

The location is good, all the staff were courteous. The beds were comfortable.

It’s not clean and is poorly maintained. The tub in our room had a dirty ring - it was not a stain-and the toilet seat was loose. The old furniture has been painted over and just looks dingy; one of the chairs had a broken arm, the buttons on the AC control panel were broken out. The USB plugs in the clock radio did not work, and that was the only USB outlet in the room, fortunately I brought my own power strip. The “western-themed breakfast buffet” is a continental breakfast with the standard waffle makers. The pool is not heated as advertised, and the hot tub outdoors was out of order.

The staff and facilities were very nice and accommodating. On my first night I had an unruly neighbor and I asked the front desk to move me to another room and they did so without any hesitation. I greatly appreciate that. Wish I could’ve remembered the front desk, person‘s name. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

No restaurants nearby. Are dinner from the frozen dinners in the case. Large sticky substance on the side table that I had to scrub off. Strike plate missing from room #102 which is a security issue.

Good location and nicely maintained. Staff is very friendly from the lady working the morning breakfast to the cleaning and the front desk staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathtub had some caulking issues and I spoke to Chris about it and also showed him the pictures. He immediately filled out a work order. We weren’t upset or anything, we know things aren’t always perfect. It was nice to have somebody listen and take action.

No elevator for second floor. Had booked King bed but none on first floor. Ended up with two Queen on first floor.

I enjoyed the stay at this motel. It's a nice place and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint - and this was not your fault - is the people in the room above us started making noise at 4 a.m. and continued until we left. So we didn't get much sleep. But we had a good time.

The hotel is around a 5 minute drive to East Allen Street, where many activities are located. The staff was extremely friendly and suggested places to see and activities to do. The room was very clean and fresh and included a microwave and mini fridge. The staff assisted with our luggage to our room located on the second floor. On the evening of our arrival, the hotel offered to show the movie Tombstone, since one person in my party had never seen it. It made for a very nice evening activity. Overall a great and memorable trip.

They only have stairs. Granted, there are only 2 floors but this was completely unexpected and something I didn't even think about. One person in my party requires assistance walking, so going up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge, as was the luggage. We were offered a room on the first floor (very much appreciated) however, we declined due to rooms on the first floor are assigned to guests with pets.

The room was entered by someone with a key Tuesday night after we were in bed. Someone at the front desk gave them the wrong room. There were no cups in the room for the coffee. No package with stir sticks and sugar that was not opened.

It wasnt diabetes friendly, couldnt find anything sugarfree at breakfast.
