im Zimmer war es eiskalt und keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu erhöhen,duschen war wegen der Zimmertemperatur umöglich.Im Restaurant war es so kalt dass viele Gäste ins Zimmer gegangen sind um sich Jacken zu holen,das war ein unmöglicher Zustand.Beim Frühstück wurde lange nichts nachgefüllt da vorher eine grosse Reisegruppe da war und die Tabletts leer waren danach.Wir waren schon sehr oft da aber diesmal war wohl das letzte Mal

Bon petit déjeuner Emplacement bien mais accès moins évident

Una certezza fino ad ora degli Ibis: la pulizia della camera e la varietà della colazione. In questo caso comodo anche il ristorante comunicante ma suggerisco di prenotare per tempo perché spesso non riesce a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Nelle immediate vicinanze anche ricariche elettriche per auto.

Reception staff very nice and friendly. Spoke good English. Nice, clean modern room and fairly comfortable. Air con not bad in this heatwave. Bar situation is a little strange. You sit in the foyer and tell the person on reception what you want to drink and they go and get it from the restaurant next door. But it was nice beer. Good vets nearby to get your dogs tapeworm treatment before returning to the UK. Are in the restaurant next door as there was no other choice other than McDonald's next door. It's a grill restaurant. The steak was ok. We stayed for 2 nights for a reset.

The location is right on the edge of town which is handy for access, but unless you eat in the attached restaurant or the McDonald's next door you're pretty stuck unless you drive. Sometimes after a 6 hour straight drive to get here, you just want to abandon the vehicle and eat and have beer or 2. So some choice other than the hotel would have been nice. I've seen them in a few hotels on our journey through Europe, but I'm not keen on the 'moulded' pod type bathrooms. They're a bit flimsy.

Hotel spełnił oczekiwania, jak na tą klasę noclegu. Wygodny parking, przyjemne, czyste pokoje.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone i częściej donoszone produkty.

L'accueil du personnel, la propreté de l'établissement, l'insonorisation de la chambre et le calme de l'emplacement.

Les lampadaires extérieurs qui éclairent directement la chambre (n°2), la qualité des produits du petit déjeuner.

L'accueil et le personnel sont très agréables. La propreté et les dimensions des chambres, parfaites. La possibilité de recharger son véhicule électrique sur le parking dédié (bornes Tesla).

Le bruit sourd et répétitif jusqu'à 3h du matin d'une porte qui tape me semble t-il,à moins, que ce ne soit l'ascenseur qui était près de ma chambre N°105. Quoiqu'il en soit j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit d'autant que je me levais le matin à 6h pour prendre l'avion

I think the room layout is brilliant - the 'wardrobe' is clever and think the 'pod' bathrom is ingenious! the bed was comfortable and we were pleased we could open our window OR use the air-con. The staff were really great and some had excellent English! There was a nice atmosphere and food was fine....

We were very disappointed there wasn't even one news channel on TV in ENGLISH? You must have loads of English guests so close to the Port....?

Our sidebar the building was very noisy outside, could not leave window open. Shower feels more like a campervan polyester shower, breakfast was not wat we are used to (some stuff not that clean and fresh)

Conveniently located for road connections in Caen and beyond. Clean and stylish air-conditioned rooms.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, ampio parcheggio gratuito privato sotto l’hotel. Aria condizionata funzionante, receptionist gentilissimo che parlava bene inglese. Ristorante affianco all’hotel e McDonald’s difronte permettono di mangiare senza necessità di spostarsi in macchina.

Posizione molto decentrata dal centro di Caen, circa 10 minuti in macchina.

Twin beds pushed together is NOT a double., fiberglass bathroom, no mini bar, no fridge, no kettle no proper wardrobe. No reception bar. Poor sound proofing . No advantage over the ibis budget..

Juste au dessus du portail qui grince de manière désagréable toute la nuit surtout avec les véhicules qui viennent aux bornes de recharges . Autant laisser le portail ouvert lorsque l’on dort avec la fenêtre ouverte à cause de la chaleur . Restaurant nul , service très long , viande trop cuite et a peine tiède .

Rien en particulier, bon rapport qualité prix.

Rapport qualité/prix excellent! Personnel super sympa! Et je suis honnête car il manque +/- 70 EUR sur la note! Mais partir sans payer ce que je dois, j'aurais passé de mauvaises vacances! Je reviendrai, comme je viens depuis 15 ou 20 ans!

This hotel was part of an organised trip so we had no say in staying there. Rooms were clean and met our needs well with aircon and reasonably quiet. Unfortunately its located on what looks like a trading estate and there is no local places to eat accept McDonalds. This would not have been a problem accept there were 2 vegetarian options on the menu both of which were very poor, so we didn't bother with dinner on two nights as McDonalds isn't really an option either!. Restaurant couldn't cope well with number of people visiting, basic breakfast items including cutlery, cups as well as food running out and long waits for a table at dinner on the occasion we ate there - such a pity. Staff we pleasant and looked a little stressed.

I wasn't expecting a great deal from a 3 star hotel but the rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. However, mealtimes were a problem. Breakfast on our first day found no cutlery, cups, plates etc. There was little food available, despite going to eat at 7.15am and it took ages before more food was made available, in fact, just as we were a out to leave the restaurant to get our coach. They seemed unable to cope with large numbers and long waits for tables for evening meals and staff looking stressed was standard. As a vegetarian there was a very limited and lack-lustre choice. As a consequence, only ate one evening meal there and just skipped dinner on the other two nights.

Deux autocars qui débarquent au petit-déjeuner, c'est un gros problème. Félicitations aux personnels qui a pu gérer cette situation.

La literie, toujours aussi confortable chez Ibis. L’espace vert bien entrenu. L’accueil des animaux. Le calme relatif permettant de se reposer entre 23h et 7h30 (premier vol d’avion).

Le manque de ressenti privatif recherché et trouvé dans d’autres hôtels de la marque. La salle du petit déjeuner d’apparence vétuste et bruyante (ancien courtepaille qui rend l’ensemble du bâtiment assez moche à l’extérieur) proposant un buffet éparpillé occasionnant une circulation des gens plutôt dérangeante (on pourrait d’ailleurs déjeuner sans payer!). La salle de bain plutôt usée. Pas de balai wc. La qualité du tissu des draps qui génère beaucoup de « bruit » lorsque l’on bouge. La clim qui nécessite une révision (bruit moteur de ventilation). La proximité des machines à laver qui empêche toute grâce matinée! Le parking ouvert a tout à chacun.

La chambre était agréable. En tout cas comment on se l'attend quand on va dans un ibis et durant mon séjour tout était très calme et paisible. Nous avons passé une nuit parfaite. Le personnel bien sympathique Le petit déjeuner était parfait, avec un grand choix, servi dans la bonne humeur et le calme

Globalement, mon séjour s'est bien déroulé (chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant...)

Le seul point à signaler concerne les nuisances. A 1h30 du matin, des travaux de "maintenance" ont été réalisés en dessous de ma chambre ce qui a occasionné beaucoup de bruit...
