Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Decidimos celebrar nosso aniversário de 3 anos em Sestriere e a escolha do hotel não poderia ter sido mais acertada. Logo de início os dois recepcionistas foram muito gentis comigo, o que fez toda a diferença pra nossa viagem, inclusive pois quis fazer uma supresa romantica e desde a recepção ao restaurante, me ajudaram nessa! O quarto era bem decorado e espaçoso, cama confortável. O quarto em que ficamos tinha um balcone, com uma vista de perder o folego de cara pra montanha, visível também através de janelas muito grandes de dentro do quarto (incluo foto da vista do balcone). O hotel tem vaga de carro ao coberto e elevador, ambas apreçadas, pagos por diaria. Pegamos já a mezza pensione pela praticidade pois o acesso às pistas é relativamente perto e o café da manhã tinha uma boa seleção também de colazione salata.
Única coisa que pecou, ao meu ver, é não oferecer cappuccino feito da cozinha, só opção feita direto da máquina, mas também não era ruim.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Struttura bellissima, camera splendida, vista sulle piste da sci favolosa, ottimo il servizio navetta per arrivare comodamente lasciando la macchina all’hotel. Cena e colazione Top, personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e subito prontamente ci hanno aiutato e fatto. sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

It is a little out of the village and a good 15 minute walk up a hill. Facilities in the hotel are okay but the bar opens later in the day - not ideal if you have a non-skier (or a snow out type day)

Hotel might not suit party animals or those wanting to be bang in the town but with its accompanying quiet, that suited us.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Sono stato al "Gran Roc" per la prima volta lo scorso anno e mi sono trovato bene, per cui sono tornato quest'anno. La struttura non è vicinissima al centro ed agli impianti (1 km circa), ma la posizione è incantevole ed è servita benissimo dalla navetta. Per cui non ci sono problemi. Le camere sono arredate con gusto. Il buffet serale è ricco e di qualità, così come la colazione. Il personale è cortese e disponibile.
Unico neo del soggiorno è stata la wi-fi: in una struttura così è davvero un peccato non avere una wi-fi adeguata. Spero venga migliorata. Tornerò nuovamente il prossimo anno.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Soggiorno impeccabile. L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, in una zona tranquilla, vicinissimo agli impianti e al centro. La camera e arredata con gusto e pulita. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale durante tutto il soggiorno, facendoci sentire a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore, nonostante un piccolo inconveniente ha risolto il problema con estrema professionalità, gentilezza e velocità. Torneremo sicuramente!!

La comida abundante muy buena y acompasada en tiempos con la estación de esquí y la apertura de remontes. Mejor semana imposible hemos estado de lujo Y nos han acogido con nuestra mascota.

Alla reception Maria e Mauro ci hanno accolto con gentilezza, professionalità e con un sorriso che fa sempre piacere, concedendoci un upgrade su una camera family comodissima, spaziosa e con una vista incantevole. Quello che offre l'albergo non è all'altezza del prezzo richiesto. Ma soprattutto abbiamo subito un danno alla macchina all'interno del loro parcheggio coperto (pagato 15€ a notte) e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna assistenza a riguardo. Dopo la nostra segnalazione, fatta personalmente prima di lasciare l'albergo, con tanto di foto al danno, ci hanno detto che saremo stati contattati, ma nessuno si è fatto sentire.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026На заглавном фото - вид из окна, а не сам отель. Отель стоит своих звезд. Простой, удобный, минималистичный. Много грубо обработанного дерева в отделке. Мало декора. Ресторан на завтрак и ужин строго по записи и по времени. Пусто не было ни в будни, ни в выходные. На первом этаже бар с большим экраном. В отеле в основном шумные компании, которые хорошо проводят время по вечерам. В номере не работает интернет, только в холле и на балконе. До центра и до подьемника пешком минут 10, по пути есть детская площадка. У подьемника есть много лыжных школ, выбор большой . В самом отеле так же предлагают услуги тренера. Около отеля автобусная остановка, чтобы доехать до станции в Oulx, очень удобно. Недалеко от отеля бесплатная трасса для беговых лыж, она же прогулочная дорога, проката лыж там нет.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Je werd elke ochtend met een busje naar de piste gebracht en ‘s middags weer opgehaald. De kamer zag er ook tip top uit. Het ontbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid en smaakte goed!
De bedden waren echt vreselijk. Je voelde de veren in het matras tegen je rug aankomen, knetterhard. Dit zorgde helaas wel voor een zeer slechte nachtrust. Verder zou ik het avondeten in het hotel niet aanbevelen. De gerechten maar niet super lekker, maar ook niet verkeerd. Ik zou alleen voor dat geld eerder aanbevelen om ergens in het dorpje te gaan eten, ook vaak goedkoper!

Atat micul dejun, cat si cina si barul au fost foarte bune: mancare variata, pentru toate gusturile, foarte bine pregatita. Tot personalul din subordinea domnului director de hotel a fost permanent la dispozitia noastra, nevoile noastre fiind diverse (am fost 5 familii cu copii de toate varstele: 4-17 ani). Managerul hotelului (Dl. Alessandro Quarta) este o persoana deosebita, politicoasa, prompta si serviabila!

Curatenia din camere a fost foarte apreciata atat de familia mea cat si de prietenii si rudele mele (am fost un grup de 18 persoane. Permanent am avut in prezenta managerului (D. Alessandro), un sprijin real si rapid! Recomand cu incredere Hotel Gran Roc!
