Ce n’est pas le terme, pas apprécié, mais à améliorer ou à rénover gentiment par rapport au bâtiment qui doit garder son charme. Peut-être faire un peu plus attention aux manques du petit déjeuner.

La vue est a couper le souffle. Très bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner.

Notre chambre donnait sur le parking. Donc un peu de bruit mais supportable.

Le petit déjeuner et l’espace extérieur.

L’accueil. Les équipements. Pas de frigo. Le plus mauvais : un rideau qui fait office de porte pour les toilettes. L’insonorisation. On avait l’impression que les voisins discutaient dans notre chambre. Dommage. Nous avions la chambre 1.

Location was good - approx 10 min walk to the main square. Was lovely to have a swimming pool and the view from there was amazing.

The fan in my room was broken and it was very hot so I tried to find a member of staff but no one was around. Tried the front desk and knocked on doors and also went to the pool as one of them would generally be serving drinks there. Tried everywhere again and then had to take the fan in reception for my room and emailed the property, also to advise them that my hairdryer was broken. No apology just a short response in French (google translate is easy and what I used to contact them at times!) they said I that there would have been someone downstairs and no they didn't have another hairdryer (would be a good idea to have a spare on reception for a situation like this?). I also mentioned that one of my towels smelt a little funny and they just said they were surprised about that and the housekeeper could change it. They were very unhelpful and unapologetic and unfriendly in person at reception. I didn't like that even during the hours the reception was supposed to be manned you often couldn't find someone - apparently you are supposed to call their French number which could be costly and if you don't speak French I'm not sure how you could communicate what you want anyway. Even though it's a 3 star it would have been nice to have a safe in the room (as i have had with other 3 stars).

Un lieu calme et reposant, Superbe vue .Belle terrasse et piscine agréable.

Pas de gel douche dans la chambre, le téléviseur hors service. Climatisation fixe ne fonctionne pas remplacé par un climatiseur mobile pas entretenu et bruyant. Petit déjeuner pas a la hauteur de 14 euros. Personnel pas tres souriant.

Endroit calme et reposant

Location con una vista bellissima sui monti. Bello lo spazio sulla terrazza con la piscina. La stanza era pulita, il letto comodo. C'è il parcheggio gratuito all'esterno, i parcheggi non sono moltissimi ma ce ne sono altri a pagamento proprio accanto. Nonostante non ci fosse l'aria condizionata il ventilatore smuove bene l'aria che entra dalla finestra. Abbiamo dormito bene. L'hotel è abbastanza vicino al centro, bisogna percorrere una stradina che in 4 minuti porta in centro. Il primo bagno con vista 😊

La posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal paese, il parcheggio gratuito, il bar per un aperitivo con vista (non sul mare però), l’acqua in camera.

La moquette nella stanza, un unico ventilatore molto molto sporco, la struttura un po datata. Non abbiamo provato la colazione a 14€, ci è sembrata molto cara. In paese ci sono delle boulangerie ottime!

Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très charmant et les propriétaires sont accueillants. Nous avons une belle vue des montagnes à partir de la terrasse. Nous recommandons l'hôtel Miramar, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

In generale la struttura è trasandata, un vero peccato perché basterebbe poco per rendere questo palazzo storico una vera bomboniera.

The location and the view

When it rained the ceiling leaked and staff were in capable of providing or could not provide any assistance . A section of the ceiling started to crumble away . The shower was terrible running hot and cold and loosing pressure from poor to very poor. We left early to get better accommodation at our expense This hotel should not be a 3 star hotel. Booking .com should review its relationship .

Très mauvais ce qui nous a contraint à annuler le petit déjeuner du lendemain qui plus est avec un prix sans rapport avec la qualité des mets proposés

Très mauvais accueil à noter que les sanitaires réservés aux espaces commun étaient fermés toute la matinée et le soir alors même que la norme du 29/12/2021 impose que ces sanitaires doivent être disponible en permanence pour la clientèle. La réceptionniste nous a dit d’un ton désagréable que ces toilettes servaient essentiellement de stockage pour de linges et draps sales d’où la fermeture les 3/4 du temps de celles-ci.

La disponibilità della proprietaria, ci ha lasciati parcheggiare le moto in giardino al posto del parcheggio auto fuori dal cancello. La vista dal terrazzo/piscina molto bella.

La struttura si vede che è storica ed ha un potenziale altissimo, peccato che non venga valorizzata a dovere. La piscina ha tutti gli arredi rotti, non è granchè pulita, la camera ha delle macchie su tutta la moquette, non c'è l'aria condizionata ed il bagno è cieco.

L'accueil, la sympathie des patrons, vue panoramique magnifique relaxante au bord de la piscine ainsi que sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner.

A part la vue, le reste n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles

La salle d'eau avec toilettes qui ne ferment qu'avec un simple rideau, bonjour l'intimité et un pauvre ventilateur sur pied pour brasser de l'air chaud vu la canicule je vous fais grâce de l'inconfort. Sans compter le petit déjeuner à 14€ par personne lamentable Que des produits ultra transformés et de mauvaise qualité. Si l'on est vegan ou si l'on fait attention à son alimentation il n'y a rien qui convienne. Habituée à venir à Vence, il y beaucoup d'autres établissements qui sont nettement mieux et moins chers

La dependance è molto carina, appena vicino alla piscina con vista. Siamo stati bene anche in 5. Bagno grande, piccolo cucinino e giardino con sdrai, tavolo e sedie. Zona piscina bella e pulita, terrazza con bar e vista carina. Veramente due passi dal centro. Ci è piaciuta tanto, torneremo!

Miramar si trova in una bellissima posizione panoramica sulle colline di Vence, con vista aperta fino al mare da Nizza ad Antibes; con una passeggiata di cinque minuti si arriva nel grazioso e vivace centro storico, godibilissimo la sera. Piacevoli la piscina ed il solarium, comode e ben arredate le stanze ed il bagno, buona la colazione.

Wir waren im Nebenhaus, das hatte Bungalowcharakter. Die Bilder entsprechen der Ausstattung, aber in echt sind die Räumlichkeiten kleiner. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gab in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Es war ein Kühlschrank und eine Nespressomaschine vor Ort. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Gefrühstückt haben wir nur einmal, das konnte man vor Ort dazu buchen. Da wir länger da waren, sind wir manchmal auch in den Ort frühstücken gegangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt- 5 Minuten zu Fuss und bietet eine sehr vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Gastronomie.

Die Parkplätze reichen nicht für alle Gäste und sind sehr eng, gerade wenn man ein Kleinbus oder größeres Auto hat. Der Außenbereich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, manch einer nennt es französischen Charme. Gerade auch das kaputte Schild auf dem Dach wirkt nicht sehr einladend.

Everything was fine, the room was not too big but cozy and the outside spaces were big and nicely kept.

Unfortunately, pool towels were often unavailable. As mentioned previously, we would also have preferred a door separating the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom rather than a curtain as the bathrom was not equiped with any ventilation neither a window nor a vent. Finally, the walls are quite thin, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper

Struttura in un'ottima posizione, pulita, con una camera ampia e un materasso molto comodo.

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti da migliorare. La nostra camera si affacciava su un parcheggio al piano terra e, dovendo tenere le finestre aperte per via del caldo, la privacy era scarsa visto che eravamo ben visibili dall'esterno, anche se fortunatamente erano presenti le inferriate. In camera abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del ventilatore, ma c'era anche un condizionatore portatile guasto che non ha molto senso lasciare lì se non funziona. Infine, il bagno era spazioso ma decisamente da rinfrescare e sistemare.

L’accueil des propriétaires très sympathique et le cadre est totalement dépaysant j’ai adoré je recommande et j’y retournerai.

Le seul petit problème, c’est le parking pas assez de place.

L'accueil des gérants, la propreté et la vue panoramique sur les collines et le baou. & La piscine. Hotel familial à taille humaine, ce qui est très appréciable.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick in die Landschaft. Großer Pool und toller Aussenbereich. Ein schönes Haus in der Nähe der tollen Altstadt. Zu Fuß keine 10 min. Unser Zimmer war wahnsinnig geräumig mit riesen Badezimmer.

Personal könnte etwas herzlicher sein. Poolbereich könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits à l’Hôtel Miramar et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’établissement est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Baou et jusqu’à la mer. Le cadre est très calme et reposant, idéal pour se ressourcer. La piscine est très agréable, paisible et parfaitement intégrée à cet environnement. Notre chambre était très jolie, avec un charme légèrement vintage qui lui donne beaucoup de caractère et d’élégance. Un immense merci au personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins avec leurs clients. J’avais demandé une petite attention pour l’anniversaire de mon mari : nous avons pu bénéficier, avec un léger supplément, d’un excellent gâteau accompagné d’une bouteille de champagne. Tout était parfaitement organisé et cela a rendu ce moment encore plus spécial. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. C’est le genre d’hôtel où l’on se sent vraiment bien et où l’on a déjà envie de revenir avant même d’être parti. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

De locatie is top. Het hotel heeft een ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht. Geweldige douche en goed ontbijt. Parkeerplaats voldoende aanwezig, niet privé maar wel gereserveerde vakken. Het hotel is op loop afstand van t centrum.

We have been coming to Vence for two decades but first time at Hotel Miramar, which was a great choice. At first glimpse there’s room for improvement on facades facing the parking lot and football field, but Do enter and you’ll experience this charming SLH with spacious themed rooms, some with balconies and great views of Baou de St Jeannet and surroundings, which can also be enjoyed from the terrace and pool area. Pool area features also a pool bar with drinks 🍸 and cold beers etc. We’ll be back next time we’re in Vence / Nice area and hope our videos can inspire others to visit.

Pictures on commercials on the parking lot, and facade facing the parking lot, should be renewed and general improvements could be planned to raise the standard to 🌟🌟🌟🌟/🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

L'environnement et l'emplacement sont vraiment incroyables, la vue et l'ensemble sont magnifiques comme sur les photos, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits pour le concert de the Weeknd,

belle situation, bâtisse vieillotte mais charmante terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Cagnes. On a l'impression d 'un beau vestige des années 50

Chambre petite climatisée par un ventilateur ... Accueil un peu complique et peu engageant (impression de gêner et notre tenue de cycliste semble déranger le standard de l hôtel. Merci également de fixer les toilettes qui ont une fâcheuse tendance a se dérober lors de leur utilisation. Allez un petit effort et votre note pourrait progresser

We vonden het raar dat de voordeur meestal slotvast was in de loop van de dag. Konden echter wel binnen met een code, maar een hotel zonder continue aanwezigheid voor ontvangst nieuwe klanten is niet naar behoren. Op de kamer(s) is géén airco voorzien, enkel een ventilator die bij de toen voorhande temperaturen van >35° niet te harden zijn. Hotel ligt ook naast een voetbalveld waar 's avonds (bij trainingen) veel lawaai van uitgaat

Personale disponibilissimo e struttura ben tenuta. Il personale ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check-out e senza alcun problema. Bellissima la vista dal giardino e dalla piscina

Posizione perfetta, tanti servizi. Piscina molto bella con vista stupenda. C'è anche un bar nei pressi della piscina e tanti tavoli all'aperto dove poter godere delle belle giornate. Consiglio, nel caso di necessità particolari, di chiarirsi bene prima con l'assistenza perché abbiamo avuto delle incomprensioni riguardo il parcheggio delle bici. Per il resto però tutto perfetto e molto disponibili.

La camera era piccola per 3 persone, mentre l'altra camera che è stata assegnata a 2 persone era decisamente più grande e adatta per 3 persone. Ci era stato detto che potevamo lasciare le bici all'interno della struttura in una zona videosorvegliata, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo appreso che invece potevamo lasciarle all'interno dell'edificio solo di notte e alle 8 di mattina avremmo dovuto spostarle all'esterno (sempre internamente alla struttura, ma non nell'edificio). Sono stati comunque disponibili per farcele legare nel terrazzo, ma non è quello che avevamo capito dai messaggi (in quanto non specificato). L'aria condizionata in camera era prevista grazie ad un condizionatore portatile che però ha smesso di funzionare dopo circa mezz'ora dal nostro arrivo. Non abbiamo però riportato il problema, quindi non posso giudicare la proattività del personale. Immagino che sicuramente avrebbero trovato una soluzione in quanto molto disponibili.

La propreté, la literie, la vue extraordinaire, la végétation variée (lauriers en fleurs les bougainvilliers…)la piscine, le bar avec des prix attractifs, les propriétaires sympas et discrets On peut tout faire à pied….tout en se sentant protégé du centre.

Die Lage des Miramar unterhalb der Altstadt von Vence ist sehr schön. Man blickt auf das Meer und genießt die schöne Terrasse.

Die Herausforderung im Miramar sind dein der Regel nicht klimatisierten Zimmer, dank vieler Fenster ist durch querlüften ein erträgliches Klima erreichbar.

It’s close to the historical center with plenty of restaurants and ambience, the terrace and the pool with a pool bar is also great

Unfortunately the maintenance is not to date, the room has a carpet impossible to clean, air conditioning didn’t work and shower head probably full of limescale as little to no water pressure. A pity as it has great potential with the location.

La pulizia

Non ci sono stati forniti asciugamani perché a quanto pare erano tutti in lavanderia, mi sembra assurdo che non abbiano provedduto in altro modo. La stanza era caldissima senza aria condizionata, solo un piccolo ventilatore. Il personale davvero poco accogliente e assolutamente indifferente. Le sedie ed il tavolino del balconcino pieni di briciole.

La vue et l’extérieur

Absence de climatisation pour un établissement 3 étoiles dans le sud de la France c’est une honte bon d’après les gérant de l’hôtel c’est booking les menteurs car ils indiquent Clim dans le descriptif alors que l’hôtel déclare qu’il n’y a pas de Clim

Zimmer mit Panoramablick. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer… Feiner Balkon.. Super Frühstücksterrasse. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Erfrischender Swimmingpool. Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt, keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß… der Weg ist fast eben. Nicht zu vergessen. Perfekter kostenloser Parkplatz fürs Auto.!!!

Tolle Terrasse und schönes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf Vence. Gute Lage! Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Kein Fahrstuhl! Keine Hilfe für das Gepäck in den 3. Stock! Wenig Parkplätze. Sehr unsystematisch vorgehende Putzfrau. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus hat einen alten, provoncialischen Stil und hat dadurch seinen eigenen Charm. Man hat von der Terrasse einen sehr schönen Blick auf Vence; die Altstadt ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Parken direkt am Hotel ist kostenlos; bei Veranstaltungen am Sportplatz sorgt die Inhaberin dafür, dass die hoteleigenen Parkplätze frei sind.

Das Haus ist inhabergeführt mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen und Regeln. Die 15-Uhr-CheckIn-Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten; wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Der Versuch, die außen angegebene Nummer anzurufen, endet am Anrufbeantworter. Man wohnt direkt an einem Sportplatz; was bei Veranstaltungen am Wochenende zu entsprechender Unruhe führt.

Fantastiskt och superfranskt! 🇫🇷 Hotellets madame var ljuvlig! Terrassen där frukost intogs och poolen låg har en oslagbar utsikt! Helt magiskt! Återkommer gärna!

The hotel is glorified in the images but it is not what is shown. The rooms are shabby and not upto the mark. Definitely not worth the money being spent.

La demeure magnifique et la vue panoramique et surtout l aménagement extérieur de l hôtel Le Miramar. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du couple qui tien l établissement.

Au niveau de la chambre la télévision et la poire de la douche je pense qu'il aurait juste un réglage qui a été pris en compte par le personnel.

La vue panoramique, c'est tout !

L'acceuil, le manque d'amabilité des propriétaires et l'irrespect pour les clients. Manque general de propreté et principalement au niveau de la terrasse et les coussins tachés. Pour 14€, vous aurez droit à un mauvais café, deux petits croissants, quelques tranches de fromage et de jambon et si vous vous levez tôt, vous aurez peut-être la chance d'avoir un jus d'orange. La salle de bain date d'un autre temps....en résumé, fuyez !

The location snd the special view from the terrace, pool area and our room.

Almost no service. Hosts initially were unfriendly. No help with baggage. They only spoke French. Floor was very dirty and had an infestation of large ants. We reported to the facility managers and they just shrugged. Broken towel warmer, broken electric stove, had to beg for a paring knife and dish towel for the kitchenette, we had to handle ant problem ourselves daily. The teenage Children of host dominated the pool area with smoking and drinking for two days with their friends. The pool was old but clean and the air conditioning worked in our Annex rooms. We tried to be cheerful with the hosts and overlooked the rest. But we felt insulted and not treated as guests. In the end they did store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out before our new accommodations were ready and our taxi arrived.

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo in questo hotel dotato di un giardino rigoglioso e ben curato ed una incantevole terrazza con affaccio sulla vallata. Le stanze sono perfette : ampie, pulite, comode, luminose, fresche, silenziose, ben arredate. Parcheggio gratuito comodissimo. Colazione varia e ottima. Buona accoglienza. Posizione strategica : fuori dal traffico e immersa nella natura ma a due passi dal borgo antico. Noi ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di 2 notti.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit alten Verzierungen an den Decken. Auch die Möbel waren antiquarisch und geschmackvoll. Die Lage der Unterkunft war fantastisch. Es waren nur einige Gehminuten ins Zentrum entfernt. Auch verfügt das Hotel über eigene Parkplätze und einen wunderschönen Garten. Das Personal was ausgesprochen freundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft würde ich wieder wählen.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

La vue, le confort, la propreté.

L'absence de volets, malgré la présence de rideaux, le réveil est très très matinal. C'est subjectif, convient donc aux "lèves-tôt"de 6h00 du mat. d'un mois de Mai.

hôtel familial très propre avec des aménagements fonctionnels pour la détente (piscine, salons extérieurs...) possibilité de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville, parking sur place ,vue magnifique côté mer d'une part, côté montagne d' autre part.

My mum and I shared a twin room but it was a bit tight for that. I ended up leaving my suitcase in the car and just bringing in what I needed for the night. That’s my fault though (packed too much!) no fault of the property. Just watch the step from the door, down into the reception area, I tripped a little but mum actually took a tumble.

Pas d'accueil physique. Le petit déjeuner n'a pu être assuré . Seulement 2 petites serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bain

Camere non molto isolate fonicamente, ma comprensibile visto che la struttura è antica

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit, aber trotzdem tolle Lage und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.

La vue sur la mer avec ce balcon était splendide. Le déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune mais les chambres sont bien entretenues.

Lage ist okay, nicht allzu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, mit ganz kleinem und engem Balkon.

Der Empfang war nicht freundlich. Als ich für das Frühstück (das auf der Website angepriesen wurde) reservieren wollte, wurde mir kühl beschieden, dass es sich für das Hotel nicht lohne, um diese Jahreszeit (Ende April!) ein Frühstück anzubieten. Ich solle doch besser ins Dorf laufen und mir dort etwas Passendes suchen🫢Das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich, eine Bar gab es auch nicht, die Terrasse wirkte verwahrlost. Die Rezeption war die meiste Zeit nicht besetzt.
