Reviewed Sep 1, 2026観光地に近く、大通りから少し中に入っているので歩きやすかった。朝食時、チケットを部屋に忘れたが スタッフが部屋番にて確認し対応していただいた。部屋も広々としておりコストパフォーマンスが高かった。
部屋の照明が昼光色で化粧する奥さんが少し困っていたかな。それぐらいです。

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Great location. Parking opposite payed at hotel. Renovated rooms were pleasant, bed in corner suite was great, although the beds in the double room were a little hard. Staff were very nice, large breakfast offering but turn up early as it’s not always replenished.
Our first unrenovated room smelled quite bad of mould and deodorisers didn’t help. Staff were great and changed our room the next day. Breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs was like goop and could have been cooked more.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026일단 객실이 굉장히 넓고 호텔이 고풍스러웠습니다. 그리고 조식 또한 일본식에 가까워서 오히려 일반 뷔페보다 더 좋았습니다. 소란스럽지 않고 한가하며 미관지구를 걸어서 5분 안에 도착하고 미관지구와 반대편으로 돌아가면 호텔 옆으로 맛집과 이자카야가 많아서 편하고 좋았습니다.
저는 만족합니다.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026久しぶりの仲間と音を気にせず、ワイワイ夜遅くまで話まくりました。周りは静かで音が出てないのでは…と思います。モーニングも沢山種類があって美味しかったです。朝、駐車場に車を停めさせてもらったまま、美術館へ行けたので良かったです。
トイレとお風呂が同じ所にあるので、4人では一人ずつしか入れないので、待たなければならなかった。

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026お風呂が広く、浴槽に子どもが入るにも段差があって入りやすかったです！透明なガラスに初めはびっくりしたけど幼児の母なので、安全に見守ることができ、子どももわたしも満足でした。お風呂やお部屋が1番楽しかったようでした。スタッフの方も部屋も朝食も抜群でした。近くに美観地区があるし、居酒屋もたくさんありました。
ロケーションはあまり良くなかったけど、気にならなかったです！

My room was exceptionally spacious at approximately 40 square metres and featured luxurious touches such as a separate bath and shower booth - set against floor-to-ceiling marble walls, a deep sink, a walk-in closet, and elegant antique lamps that added charm and character to the space. Despite what appeared to be a fully occupied floor, my room was remarkably quiet. I enjoyed an excellent night's sleep and was never disturbed by neighbouring guests. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, providing more than enough variety to start the day. The location is another major advantage, being just a block away from the beautiful Bikan Historical Quarter. While the hotel may not be the newest property in town, its age is part of its appeal. Like a fine vintage wine, it is grounded, sturdy, and mature, offering a sense of timeless elegance that many modern hotels lack. I stayed in room 806 for three nights in June 2026.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The location was terrific. This hotel although dated in its decor was impeccably built using top quality materials. It brought back many memories of Japan before the bubble burst - a bit of a blast from the past. Staff was courteous and kind.
The mattress was too hard for my taste.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The location of the hotel is just a short 10 minute walk from the train & bus station. Mere minutes to visit the Bikan historical quarter and art galleries. The staff were superb and the hotel itself delightful.

Reviewed May 28, 2026空間非常大，甚至有步入式衣櫃，非常大的浴室，儘管老舊但是乾淨舒適，隔音非常好，晚上安靜到一點聲音都沒有，飯店打掃也非常乾淨甚至會幫忙折散亂在床上的衣服，非常感謝
空調不夠冷，晚上睡覺偶爾覺得有點熱，可能因為房間太安靜顯得空調聲音特別突出，會有一下停一下運轉的空調聲，另外，房間有老舊的房間味

Reviewed May 25, 2026Very large rooms & amazing big marble bathrooms. Is an older hotel so furniture is not new. Great location with view to old town& easy quick walk. We requested an additional night which initially staff said hotel full until we showed room available on bookings.com, so booked room & we changed room & happy with both rooms & extra space.
Most staff are great but less personal than other hotels. Buffet breakfast was ok with plenty of choices but we ranked a bit average.
