The room had a strong and unpleasant odor, which smelled like semen, along with a musty and stuffy smell. It was quite uncomfortable during our stay.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The place is clean and just a little smell on the sink of the bathroom but I just spray my cologne. The door of unit 5 so hard to open just repair that doorknob it gives hassle to then occupants. But still the bed is comfortable.
It’s remote not along the highway and it’s crooked road going inside the hotel not even tricycle wanted to come inside.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025I liked the seemingly garden set up, and the room was comfortably laid out even though it was very small. Nice and quiet, even though it is near two local malls. Within walking distance to Tiongson Arcade. Grateful for the water dispenser.
The road to the property was dusty, and a lot of people/residents and tricycle drivers seem to loiter around, felt a bit unsafe.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025Its location is very good, you got everything in your immediate vicinity. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I liked most the floorings on the room, it look hygienic and luxurious, to some extent. For a hostel, this a good budget-friendly type of accomodation
I cannot control well enough the air conditioning, tv, and the bathroom heater. Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent. Those room floorings I mentioned were hard to dry out. The shower head is too close to the door, so the water easily spill outside the cr.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2024The place was peaceful and relaxing. It's in the heart of the city. Close to the multiple malls. It's very convenient if you are looking for a place near DFA if you're processing a passport. They even have free water, shampoo and soap.
The only thing that I didn't like is the dim light in my room. But overall, it was great!

The room itself got everything we needed for one night. Bed was comfy, water presure was good, aircon and room a little noisy. We would go there again just for one night.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2023This is a typical budget hotel. It is actually called TriSeven Hotel or something. Cheaper by about Php100 (or about USD 2.00) if you book directly with them instead of via Red Doorz. The room was tiny, the towels slightly old and worn, the bed and pillows absolutely basic, and there were no free toiletries except for 4 cotton q-tips and one little 3-in-1 bath gel/shampoo. No toilet paper was given. They did give one 350ml of bottled water. Don't expect any breakfast as there is no in-house restaurant. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from major malls, so that may help a little. Overall, it is a hotel really for backpackers who plan only on a very short stay and not something I would recommend to other types of travelers. Stayed in Room 10 on March 2023.
