Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Our stay at Little Arches was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team made us feel so welcome. Being a boutique hotel with only 10 rooms, the entire experience felt deeply personal and attentive, making us feel more like family than hotel guests. They even welcomed us with a private greeting card and beautiful flowers on the bed, which was such a special touch. What truly sets this property apart is the genuine warmth of the staff. Every single person, from the housekeepers and waiters to the receptionists and security guards, was incredibly friendly, kind, and eager to help with whatever we needed. The team went above and beyond to share fantastic local information, giving us brilliant recommendations on what to do, where to go, and how to make the most of our time there. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and provided the perfect, comfortable retreat. It is rare to find a place where every staff member is so consistently warm and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Littles Arches to anyone looking for a special getaway, and we can't wait to return in a few years. - Kush & Bradley
The room and the facilities are excellent. The location, beach, and restaurant did not live up to expectations
La comodidad y limpieza
Un poco lejos de las áreas de restaurantes
I had the most relaxing and stellar stay at Little Arches. What a beautiful place! Perfectly located steps from Enterprise Beach and close to the Oistins Residential Surf point, Little Arches felt like home away from home. Each member of the team made me feel extra special- from the girls at the front desk, to the Cafe Luna staff, to the manager, owners and shuttle drivers, everyone went above and beyond. Thank you for creating such a relaxing environment. I loved the opportunity to mingle and meet other guests during the manager's cocktail wednesday event with great music and strong drinks. Food at Luna was superb (best steak sandwich, bajan breakfast, banana pancakes and carrot cake). They also offer a complimentary rum bottle and cake (thank you!) and shuttles to Rockley and Pebbles Beach on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (you do not want to miss them). I loved my room in front of the pool which was never too noisy and enjoyed the nocturnal creatures' medley serenade. Walking down to Enterprise beach at sunrise and sunset was absolutely restorative as well as joining the shuttle to Pebbles Beach. Hope I can come back for a second dose of chill and renew. Life is a beach!
A beautiful, elegant and stylish hotel in a beautiful mansion where the staff took care of all our needs. Inside and outside is clean and the garden and pool areas are extremely well taken care of. Decorations are stylish and add to the beauty of the hotel. We loved the restaurant, Luna, and we had dinner there three nights in a row! The Breakfast menu was attractive and original! Welcome drink added to the feeling that we were welcomed personally. We felt the warmth from the personnel and their longing to make our stay unique.
Impossible to find a thing to complain about!
Just returned back what can I say absolutely fell in love with this little hotel. Everything about it the staff were amazing so friendly so helpful did there best to give you the best holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had so many laughs with the staff. 5 star ⭐ would definitely return in a heartbeat highly recommend it. The reastraunt cafe Luna upstairs was excellent beautiful views of the sea. Rooms large and beautiful. Very romantic hotel give it 5 stars all round thankyou so much for looking after us miss you all already 🥰 Jackie & Steve UK
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel with excellent service, very clean and great location by the beach, and walking distance to the legendary Oistins Friday Night Fish Fry. The staff are great and the hotel also has an excellent rooftop restaurant. Amazing. Would definitely stay here again
The staff are super helpful and friendly. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant is pretty good.
The area is not lovely. A little rough in parts. The beach and sea has a seaweed problem. The hotel could be smartened up - it’s a little shoddy in some respects
Very good choice for breakfast which was more than sufficient for our needs. Facilities, bedroom and staff at Little Arches Boutique Hotel were excellent. We had a great view over the sea from our room and the swimming pool was right outside our door. Staff were very friendly and helped us to plan several travel itineraries with a local taxi driver - who was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into the island, its history and culture.
We could not fault our stay at all - it was excellent.
Little Arches is just exquisite. The staff are exceptional, friendly and extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. We stayed in room 10 with outdoor deck and jacuzzi. The room was lovely and the bed, linens towels etc were luxurious. Our room had a fridge in a small kitchen which was very handy The housekeepers were lovely..thank you ladies
Absolutely nothing...
We love Little Arches!! In April, we visited for the second time to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Just as before, everyone who works here is so welcoming and kind. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing trip — they even hung a happy birthday banner in our room! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Each room is unique, and we have enjoyed both an ocean view room and a private plunge pool with an ocean view. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast at the little table outside our room, watching the ocean — such a lovely way to begin the day! Just ask the front desk if you have any questions about restaurants, sightseeing, excursions, or Barbadian culture — they are happy to share what they know and even arrange it for you! They can also arrange airport transportation and a car rental for your stay, which makes getting around the island a breeze. Don't miss the manager's cocktail hour on Wednesdays — it's a great opportunity to meet other guests and watch the sunset. Enterprise/Miami Beach is just across the little road out front — the water is a beautiful turquoise and the sand is soft and white. There are a few little places to get drinks and snacks if you get hungry, and be sure to ask the front desk to have beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you! Café Luna is the rooftop restaurant at Little Arches, and their food is not only delicious but the ocean views are absolutely stunning. And if you prefer a dip in the pool, Little Arches has two to choose from! Little Arches is a true gem — intimate, beautifully situated, and staffed by people who genuinely care about your experience. We will absolutely be back!
Our stay at Little Arches Boutique Hotel was outstanding! The property is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located just a one-minute walk from the beach, where the hotel provides complimentary umbrellas. We loved our junior suite with a hot tub on a private patio. The best part of our stay was the people. The service and personal touches were truly heartwarming. Once we had some issues with our tour reservation, but the ladies at the front desk resolved everything, booked us a new tour, and handled all the calls for us — it was amazing! We felt really pampered there. There is also an on-site restaurant with good breakfast options. Good place for dinners as well. We loved everything about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Incredible stay. Great service. Beautiful room. Lovely location. The restaurant is delicious. Can't say enough good things about Little Arches!
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, they thought of everything and the staff were amazing! Emma made the trip for us so lovely and really made the stay for us! Incredible location and the thought put into the rooms was just something else!
Slightly disappointed with our stay, we had breakfast once in the restaurant, I got scrambled eggs instead of fried and our tea and coffee never turned up. The staff were more concerned that they had to change the bill than apologise for their mistake. When we arrived we where told that it would take a while to get hot water in the shower, in a 5 day stay I was still waiting for a decent shower. The front desk staff were very helpful, but this is definitely not the best hotel in Barbados.
We had such a lovely stay here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. What really made the stay special was the staff — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel truly looked after. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate after our wedding, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.
My wife and I just returned from 7 days at this perfect little gem in Barbados and we are already talking about going back. Little Arches is a beautiful little boutique resort located right across the road from Enterprise Beach. We stayed in Room #1 – one of the 2 Luxury Ocean Suites with a private plunge pool. The room included a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the ocean. We’ve stayed at a few other resorts that offer plunge pools, and a common problem is that the water tends to be pretty cold. That’s not the case at Little Arches. The plunge pool gets direct sunlight most of the day, so the water is like a warm bath – great for a quick dip after a day at the beach. There are also 2 other small pools at the resort, and as there are only 10 rooms, the pools are never crowded and there is never a problem finding a lounge chair. The food at Café Luna – the rooftop restaurant at Little Arches is exceptionally good. We had breakfast there every day, lunch once or twice, and dinner 4 times, and each meal was fantastic. Having said all of that, the thing that really makes Litle Arches stand out is the staff. Sandra, Emma, and everyone else that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Whether making recommendations and reservations for dinner, arranging taxis for dinner or transportation back to the airport, setting up an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach, or calling up to Café Luna to get drinks delivered to the pool, the staff took care of everything and made it look effortless. We can’t say enough great things about Little Arches and we can’t wait to visit again!
Little arches is truly a little gem. The location is great and very close to the beach. The hotel itself is small and the layout a bit quirky but it’s great. From the moment you arrive, the warmth and friendliness of the place is evident, all of the staff are amazing and smiling. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and it also has the benefit of the excellent Cafe Luna being on the top of it serving some great food. We would thoroughly recommend Little Arches to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and will definitely be returning ourselves.
Amazing hotel with nice rooms, very friendly staff and a great restaurant up on the roof area. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Sandra and her team are so helpful in every aspect of making a vacation memorable
We absolutely love Little Arches. Our second time staying here and Sandra, Emma and the entire staff could not be better. With only 10 rooms they are very attentive to helping you with whatever you might need. It's only a two-minute walk to beautiful Miami Beach where they'll have chairs and an umbrella set up for you if you request. The beach is absolutely beautiful and relaxing with fine white sand and clear, calm waters. The location is away from the crowds of Bridgetown and St. Lawrence Gap, but just a short cab ride to those and walking distance to the Oistins Fish Fry on Friday. We also enjoyed two awesome dinners at Cafe Luna, the rooftop restaurant which is one of the best on the island. The complimentary breakfast at Cafe Luna was a great way to start each day. We highly recommend Little Arches cannot wait to get back to Barbados and our favorite hotel.
My wife and I have found our favorite winter getaway. Our second visit and booked for 2027. Sorry to leave our friends on the other Caribbean Islands, but the staff and environs at Little Arches have won us over after many years of Carribean travels.
There are so many positive things that reviewers say about Little Arches Hotel. They are ALL TRUE! We have been taking (mostly) annual trips to Barbados for over a decade and always look forward to being welcomed by the wam, helpful, and professional staff at this small, lovely hotel. We are steps from the dreamy rooftop Cafe Luna, a three minute walk from one of the nicest beaches on the island, and close to the famous Oistens Fish Fry. There is so much that we love about the island, but nothing more than seeing familiar faces at Little Arches.
This was our 11th or perhaps even 12th stop with Little Arches, I don’t think I need to say any more really. Lovely hotel and fantastic staff.
Beautiful, upscale, romantic, seafront boutique hotel with an exceptional team and fantastic restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit. M & A Bequia
Exactly what we were looking for: a unique small inn with excellent service, very well maintained suites, common areas, pool and gardens, as well as quiet spaces, and a top-notch restaurant. All staff were extra friendly and helpful from management to reception, housekeeping and maintenance staff. Conveniently short walk to beach where umbrellas, lounge chairs with cushions set up for Little Arches guests. This hotel was like a lovely oasis of comfort, relaxation and happy people. The views of the water from our perfect little private deck as well as from the pool area and especially the roof-top restaurant were lovely, along with the ocean breezes. The best part about Little Arches, besides its name (there really are several arches as part of its architecture), is the decor of the hotel itself - not the minimalist, cookie-cutter feel of a big resort - but a unique setting, classy but with creative touches everywhere. So happy we found it!
This place is fantastic. The staff and location are A1 The hotel is a proper boutique hotel with a small number of rooms and is about 5-10 mins walk from Oistins the fish fry place. It is 5 mins from Enterprise beach , sandy , warm etc Oistins has a “bus stop” with all manner of transport connections to all of Barbados The staff are super friendly , not in your face, and are super helpful The restaurant is very good with well trained staff Prices are very reasonable and consistent with this class of hotel The rooms and beds and bathrooms are all clean and modern with all the little touches. Even a small bottle of rum to make you feel you are in Barbados Strongly recommended
Second time visiting this hotel and it is our happy place. The staff and hotel are so welcoming and nothing is a problem from arranging meals out, transport and information, the private beds on the beach are second to none. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and a credit to the hard working cleaning teams (who although none stop working will always have time to stop and have a chat, no one is second class and all are so friendly and warm. Beds are super comfy and pool side beds ample and comfy. The added benefit of the top rated Luna restaurant being part of the hotel makes it perfect and within 10 mins walk of the famous Oistins food market, you will be hard pushed to find any where better
Quaint, cozy boutique hotel with spacious rooms and private veranda. A 5 minute walk to a fantastic beach where both locals and vacationers play. Shaun form the hotel will come down and set up your own private lounges and umbrella. The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We used the hotel bikes to ride a nice little route around to the south coast, loved the freedom that gave us.
Nothing, it was perfect.
I went with my daughter and stayed 5 nights at this charming hotel . We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff are wonderful , the rooms lovely and the restaurant above was fabulous ( particularly the breakfasts !) We hope to come back again . Jacinta
Small and chic Great location Staff fantastic Cafe Luna breakfasts
Tables not cleaned by the pool
Our stay at Little Arches was amazing. From the minute we arrived we were made very welcome. All the staff were very helpful and happy to assist with whatever we needed. We liked the pool area with very comfortable sunbeds. There was never any problem getting a sun bed. The room was very comfortable and clean. We dined at Cafe Luna restaurant which is above the hotel. The food was good and the restaurant is prettily lit at night. What we liked most about Little Arches was that it was such a relaxing place. I would definitely recommend this lovely boutique hotel.
Pretty, peaceful, great views, clean, attentive staff, great food in Cafe Luna. Short walk to Oistins.
This was our third visit to Little Arches, although we hadn't been there for 15 years. It was as wonderful as we remembered it to be. Little Arches is a quiet, laid back boutique hotel in stylish and luxurious surroundings. We booked one of the sea view suites at the front of the hotel. The room was spacious with separate sleeping, eating and sitting areas. The bed was large and very comfortable. The outdoor space has two sun loungers and a parasol, a table and chairs and a small private plunge pool. All of the staff at Little Arches - including reception staff, the managers, the housekeeping team and the maintenance guys - are all so friendly and welcoming. We felt like guests at someone's big house rather than hotel guests. There is a daily housekeeping service and the ladies are so lovely. They also offer a turn down service around sunset and bring little chocolates in a basket. The team working on reception were so helpful and friendly - whether that was helping with general queries, making restaurant reservations, booking taxis, or when we just stopped by to say hello while passing. We enjoyed the Wednesday evening cocktail events hosted by one of the team, where all guests were invited to enjoy complimentary cocktails, wine and beer on the pool area at sunset. It was a nice opportunity to meet other guests. Otherwise, we hardly saw the other guests. It was nice that guests at Little Arches seemed to also enjoy the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. There were new additions at the hotel since we last stayed. We particularly loved the private garden area over the road reserved for hotel guests that has uninterrupted views of the sea and Miami beach. The garden has covered cabanas and we spent hours there relaxing, reading and just enjoying the view and the feeling of the cooling sea breeze. It's also a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. Breakfast at Cafe Luna (the rooftop restaurant attached to the hotel) was included in our stay. We also enjoyed a complimentary massage and bottle of champagne. The hotel offers spa services and our massages were great. The hotel is located on a road in a residential area and it's nice to be around locals as well as tourists. The hotel is right opposite the sea and maybe a 30 second walk to Miami beach. It's also a short walk to Oistins - this is a fairly busy area with shops, a supermarket, and plenty of places to eat including the fish fry. It's also where you can catch the buses to the city. Overall, Little Arches is a very special place. On our last day, the Little Arches team gave us a little gift (a print of the hotel) with a personalised note. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.
My husband and I stayed at Little Arches and had to the most incredible time. Our room was huge and very comfortable, and the soaking pool on our private patio was so romantic. We ordered room service from Cafe Luna upstairs and ate dinner in our robes on the patio. The staff was incredible, the views were gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for a special time away!
A very enjoyable time...again!
This is a beautiful, quiet hotel with an exceptional staff. Everyone working there was outstanding. The food was great: lots of variety to choose from at breakfast, and the restaurant onsite (Cafe Luna) was fabulous. A lovely place to spend a few days of vacation!
What can I say? Little Arches is a little slice of heaven! From the very minute we arrived we were made to feel like friends not just guests at this fabulous hotel. Everything about it was outstanding from the staff, to the rooms, to the gardens - everything! Situated a two minute walk from a beautiful beach where the staff will set up sun loungers for you. Across the road from the hotel are cabanas you can sit under to relax and watch the sea. Nothing, absolutely nothing, was too much trouble at this amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of a visit to Barbados.
What a real gem this hotel is. We stayed from 1st to 8th February and it was wonderful. Little Arches is a 10 bedroom beautiful hotel, with stunning sea views and perfectly located to visit Oistins Fish Fry and Miami Beach. The Deluxe Sea View suite we booked was spacious and very comfortable with a patio, sunbeds and a small lounge area overlooking the sea. Everything about this hotel was magic. Lounging around the lovely pool area really did feel as if you were in your own private villa. Quiet, tranquil and incredibly relaxing. All of the staff are wonderfully, warm and welcoming and we could not have asked for more. Cafe Luna offers breakfast from a wonderful roof top dining space along with lunch and in the evening it becomes a lovely soft lit dining space with really good food. Everything about this hotel is just perfect. Our first trip to Barbados and thank you to everyone at Little Arches for making it very special. A real treasure I will be returning to in the future
Top Lage. Bemühte Mitarbeiter. Tolle Optik.
Another blissful holiday at Little Arches. The hotel has just 10 rooms and is situated on a quiet road on the south coast of Barbados with uninterrupted views across the ocean. it feels very much part of the local community. The building is pretty and has lovely areas to relax and enjoy the scenery but the very best thing is the staff, without exception they are friendly and helpful from the front of house to the housekeeping. They make you feel welcome and part of the family. Many guests are repeat visitors from year to year which tells you how special it is. The restaurant on the roof is great and attracts visitors and locals from across the island.
This is a truly wonderful boutique hotel. It is located virtually on the beach on a quiet road on the south coast of Barbados. The atmosphere is tranquil due to the small number of guests and the absence of children. The 10 rooms vary considerably providing an ideal solution for most people. The hotel is not particularly cheap but you get what you pay for and the price is appropriate for an exclusive hotel. One of the best things is the fantastic level of attentiveness and service for the staff. A great team. There is a small pool and a restaurant upstairs which is also open to non-residents. The quality of food is superb. Many people are repeat guests, which speaks for itself.
Fantastic experience as always. Barbados has so much to offer and the ladies at Little Arches are brilliant at helping you choose things to do and organise them. It was our sixth trip and we still did new things this time!
We love this place so much, we return every year. Sandra, Emma and the team are fantastic and welcoming.
For once the phrase “ a home from home” is entirely valid. The staff are amazing and every room is unique. We are regular visitors and as is usual for us and many returning quests we book our next visit whilst we are staying there. It really is that special!
We have stayed at the Hotel each year for the last five years. The hotel is stunning in a wonderful setting but it is the staff that for us sets it apart and why we return every year! The team have been consistent over the years and I honestly can’t fault any aspect of the service - they always make you feel so welcome, arrange the best tables in restaurants, recommend and organise activities and just make you feel so welcome!! Absolutely wonderful!!
Our second amazing visit, equally as good as the first. Our room was luxurious and the views were perfect. We’re fairly self sufficient, but all of the staff we met exuded a confidence and friendliness that only comes with knowing that they are at the top of their game! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. Can’t wait to return..! ❤️
Just fantastic. Great rooms, extremely comfortable beds and generous size. Incredible staff, very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant's excellent reputation is thoroughly deserved. The second time we have been and we hope to come back in 2028. One of my favourite places anywhere. Tempted to keep quiet so no one else knows!
Revisited after many years and the place is still fabulously comfortable and friendly.
This was the best holiday of my life! The hotel was exactly what we hoped for - beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and exceptional views. We were so sad to leave and hope to return to the hotel again in the future.
We had the most amazing five days at Little Arches! We loved everything about this hotel, but the service is what sets it apart. The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive and helped us with taxis, restaurant recommendations, the works. We hope to come back soon!
Exceptional staff, beautiful well appointed rooms which were really clean, really comfortable bed and sleep quality. Ocean front views and beach up the road was lovely. Encourage anyone staying to go for a morning walk along that beautiful stretch.
There aren’t a ton of dining options in the area necessitating expensive taxis if your stay is a little longer and you’ve exhausted the local options.
Great location to gorgeous beach with great hotel beds. The staff are friendley and make you feel special and valued. The rooms I have stayed in are very good sized. It’s more expensive than some nearby hotels however you are paying for quality of service and atmosphere and you wont be disappointed it’s excellent. Food at breakfast and dinner is great. Stayed twice will stay again.
We recently completed a 2 week stay at Little Arches. Words really don't suffice but I will try. Beautiful accomodations, beautiful staff and beautiful surroundings. Every staff member was genuine and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and had everything we could want including a lovely little terrace with sun loungers plus a table and chairs and small sofa that were protected from sun and rain. the bed was super comfortable and my old bones were grateful for that. Pool area was delightfully quiet and often we had it to ourselves. As there are only 10 rooms there is never, ever a crowded feeling. And then there is Cafe Luna. OMG delicious food. We ate every evening meal there. And as we have visited Barbados for many years we never felt the need to explore other options for dinner. The food was just superb. Overall, this was a most memorable stay and the good news for us is that we are booked to repeat this experience in March. Oh thank you Little Arches.
friendly, helpful staff. if there was a problem - they fixed it.
showers could be updated with better lighting
Amazing people!
Only one night, on island, but couldn't be better. Less than 15 minutes from BGI. Great welcome. Great little beach across the road. Relaxxing patio, rooftop dinner and breakfast. Made 24 hours feel like 48.
The whole stay was fantastic.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable Shower too a very long tome to get warm
Lots of character, spacious rooms, great restaurant. Staff were fabulous
Lovely experience in a very friendly, helpful and efficient boutique hotel. We stayed in room 2 which was great. Local restaurants, including Grillin and Chillin and Caspers Beachside were fantastic experiences.
This was our third visit over the course of the last 18 years or so and delighted to report that the same laid back but efficient service continues. High class accommodation combined with a location somewhat away from the more tourist areas of the island. Had a very enjoyable time. One downside and not a reflection of the hotel in any way is the increase level of rubbish visible on Barbados. I guess a sign of the times.
Absolutely fabulous as always. Wonderful staff and beautiful room. Feels like family. Love it! Attention to detail is first class.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Little Arches. The beach opposite is wonderful and so convenient and the staff will set up loungers and sunshade for you. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly, offering lots of helpful advice and will book trips, car hire, taxis etc. Small, friendly and hard to beat. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
I cannot recommend Little Arches enough! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is stunning. The food is amazing and the cocktails are delicious!! One of my absolute favourite places ❤️❤️❤️
This was our first ever time in Barbados and on our arrival at Little Arches as we were getting out of our transfer vehicle the Manager was waiting and greeted us with a warm welcome. We were then taken to reception where we signed in and then taken to our room which was No3 where we found our cases waiting for us - we were given a tour of the room and a waiter delivered some cold none alcoholic cocktails. Also on a table there was a small gift awaiting us - a rum cake and a small bottle of Mt Gay rum. The room was large and the bed huge with the best mattress either of us had ever slept on We dined each evening at Cafe Luna the on site rooftop restaurant where the food is fantastic, this is also where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The hotel is kept well maintained and extremely clean and tidy. Every member of staff from the gardener, all the maids, restaurant waiters and receptionists were all courteous and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. A truly amazing stay and well worth a visit, we can not wait to go back next year. Thank you Little Arches Dave & Belle Inman
We arrived a little frazzled after a stressful dismebarkation from a cruise and immediately all our stresses melted away. What a delightful hotel and the staff are all so lovely. Our room (no 3) although on the ground floor beside the car park was very quiet and was well appointed. The staff were so helpful especially the lady who came down when my husband complained there was an alarm going off all the time - for us to discover this was no alarm but the local crickets - oh how we all laughed - and the crickets shut up before we went to sleep so no problem. We ate both dinner and brunch the next day at Cafe Luna - two excellent meals which we had with very good cocktails. The hotel is an easy 10 minutes back to the airport We only had one night - it was not enough - we are working out how to go back next year for longer.
We love this hotel so much. It was our second visit here and it was every bit as good as our first. The location and the staff team are great. We love the beach and the fact that the hotel staff will take loungers and umbrellas down for you is perfect. The loungers around the pool are so comfortable and it is never a problem finding a space to sit and read. We hire a car and like to explore the island but this time discovered Caspers just down the beach and Tacos on the Bay. Cafe Luna (above the hotel) is a truly special location and the food was delicious. The ‘summer special’ was great value - 3 course for $99. Both years we have enjoyed getting to know other guests - either around the pool or at the weekly Wednesday cocktail night. This year we were delighted to reconnect with another couple of returners. All in all this is a truly special place and highly recommended.
Are you looking for that slice of paradise? Look no further. The accommodations (rooms, restaurant, beach across the road, grounds, ...) are fantastic. The people running the hotel and restaurant: even more so.
This place is really special. Amazing service, lovely touches, everything you could ever want thought out… The beach is just 2-3 minute walk away, and the hotel has two pools plus private plunges. The restaurant was impressive, and offers breakfast until 11:30 so you can sleep in if you want. We will definitely be back!
Delighted to write a review for this wonderful hotel. If you want to stay in a hotel which provides you with the privacy, peace and tranquility you are looking for...this is the place. The hotel only has ten rooms and as such is able to provide a highly personalised experience. Nothing is too much trouble and it never feel busy. The accommodation is excellent, spotlessly clean and nicely spacious. Rooms are serviced daily with a plentiful supply of towels for bathing and the beach. They are all air conditioned which is necessary. The hotels has a number of different room or shared pools to rest and relax in and plenty of very comfortable sun loungers either in the sun or under the shade. Another big strength of the hotel is Cafe Luna, the terrace restaurant attached and integral to the hotel. The menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner are exceptional and the food delicious. It is worth booking as this is a popular place to eat with the locals as well as hotel guests. We visited many local restaurants and found it hard to beat. Excellent food and very good value for money. The location is perfect, being about a 20 minute taxi journey from the airport. The hotel is right on the coast with lovely views of the bay and sunsets. Access to enterprise beach is a two minute walk, where the hotel will provide you with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach is quiet and clean with lovely swimming. A short walk is the vibrant Oistins Fish Market with lots of local produce available. The post office with access to a cash machine and a local supermarket is a short walk. For transport further than a walk you can catch the local busses or reception will book a taxi for you. The hotel organises a weekly cocktail party so guests can meet and greet each other as well as some free excursions should you stay for 10 days or more. We loved the Silver Moon Cruise, which we would recommend. Such was the quality of our experience we are re booking! Tony and Kay
From the moment we arrived at Little Arches in Barbados, we were wrapped in a cocoon of warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff here aren’t just friendly—they’re wonderfully personable, treating every guest like a longtime friend returning home. Whether it was a cheerful greeting in the morning, thoughtful touches throughout our stay, or heartfelt conversations that made us feel truly seen, their kindness was the heartbeat of our experience. It’s rare to find a team so intuitively tuned into guest comfort. They remembered our names, and always seemed one step ahead in making our Their warmth wasn’t just professional—it was deeply human, and it made Little Arches feel less like a hotel and more like a sanctuary. Little Arches is a gem—not just for its beauty, but for the beautiful souls who make it shine. If you’re looking for a place where hospitality feels like a hug, Little Arches is it.
Little Arches is a great place to relax in Barbados, especially if you seek the personal service available at a small hotel. There are only ten rooms, so every guest really matters to the staff. We were treated so so well. All the staff just wants to make sure everyone has a good time. A beautiful white sand beach is one minute from the hotel. The roof top restaurant is terrific, we had all breakfasts and one dinner there. My wife also had a massage from the in-house therapist, which she really enjoyed. When our travel plans changed and we needed to leave a day early, the staff were understanding and helped all they could. The Oistins fish market is two blocks away, super easy to walk to. They also have bikes you can borrow.
My husband and I stayed at Little Arches when we came to Barbados to celebrate our 10th anniversary and my 40th birthday, from the time we stepped onto the property, we were warmly greeted by Emma, we then met Sandra and Michelle who helped us get checked in and settled, Mona brought us some welcome drinks which were soooo delish! This was our experience within just 10 minuets being at this hotel, we stayed for 5 days and for the entirety of our stay we were met with 5 star excellent service and help. Linda was a sweetheart always a bright smile when she saw us, Michelle went above and beyond with helping us navigate to places etc. Each of the staff here cares so much about their guests and how comfortable they are. The chef at Cafe Luna is amazing! Some of the best and most delicious food we’ve had on the island. If I can give this stay 10 stars I would. Thank you all for making us so comfortable, we will be back!
Amazing and fabulous hotel! Really nice and friendly staff who make you feel welcome and home. Service is excellent 👌Would highly recommend the restaurant Luna as well. Nicely situated near the beach. Fantastic stay on Barbados!!
What you would expect from a luxury boutique hotel. Very plush rooms and our ocean suite had a private plunge pool which was fantastic. Welcoming, helpful staff and the restaurant was 1st class. Location was excellent with quiet beaches and warm waters and perfect if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Bridgetown.
Great location, quiet beaches. Private pool suites were fantastic. Great restaurant and the staff were excellent.
Perhaps a complimentary hotel/airport shuttle
Great place, great staff! We will definitely be back! Our first time in Barbados and we could not have chosen a better stay!
Our visit to beautiful Barbados was a belated birthday gift and well worth the wait. Being from the Caribbean we are less inclined to tourist packed all inclusive resorts preferring the intimacy and personalized service offered by Little Arches. The hotel was selected based on reviews which emphasized the personalized touch, private pool, easy access to a lovely beach and good food. Little Arches surpassed expectations. We particularly appreciated getting to know the staff with special mention of the front desk ladies, the managers and the breakfast wait staff at Cafe Luna. All other staff from housekeeping to the grounds were extremely polite and welcoming. Our room which was a surprise upgrade was excellent with one caveat that it is located right below Cafe Luna which is a very popular dinner option for locals and visitors alike. As such, there was a steady beat of shifting chairs and other restaurant sounds well past 10.30pm on most nights. That being the only downside, it does not change my overall positive experience Little Arches and Barbados are now our weekend getaways destinations.
Little arches is a beautiful and unique hotel. It’s close to Oistins and a great beach off Enterprise drive. We walked over on Friday night for the Oistins Fish Fry and regularly went into town to pick up a meal. If you ask, the staff will help set up seats and an umbrella for the beach and it was lovely. We loved our stay and the accommodations were relaxing and provided many areas to converse and decompress. I would definitely return the next time we’re in Barbados!
We had a fantastic stay at Little Arches, room was lovely and so peaceful, we had two lovely meals at Cafe Luna. I would highly recommend, thank you for the perfect start to our Barbados holiday x
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Definitely going back again!
Spent five nights at the Little Arches in July 25 and loved it. It's a beautiful little hotel with great views of the ocean and close to the beach (they will set up beach chairs and an umbrella for you). We loved our room with a sitting area by the pool, perfect for morning coffee. And cannot say enough about the staff. Every single person was smiling and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!
We stayed at Little Arches for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean and rooms were lovely. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at Cafe Luna a couple of times and the food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend a stay here.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the personal touch throughout our visit—it gave the hotel a warm, homey atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.
I couldn’t agree more with all the positive reviews given by other reviewers. This place is home away from home in terms of warmth and hospitality. It’s small with just 10 rooms - and therein lies the strength. You get individual attention quite unlike big hotel chains. We stayed in the luxury suite with a private plunge pool, and it was worth every penny. Immaculately clean and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The cabanas facing the sea are just across the road for you to relax. The Miami Beach is a minutes walk. The onsite Cafe Luna restaurant is a high end one, with food quality, taste and presentation on par with a Michelin starred restaurant. We had our breakfast included and tried their brunch and dinner quite a few times. Simply outstanding! If you want to try local cuisines, walk right and in 2 minutes you’ll reach Caspers that serves amazing pina coladas. Don’t stop there. Finish off your pina colada and keep walking for another 3 minutes. You’ll reach Oistins with a series of shacks selling the best Bajan food. Pats is hyped. I would avoid it, not for their long queues but their below average large portioned food. Instead go to Chillin and Grillin. Their barracuda is mind blowing (check out their google reviews). If you want to be in the best beach on the island, Carlisle Bay is 20 mins away in a cab. So, as you can tell, the location of the hotel is superlative. The staff of the hotel are at a different level when it comes to service and professionalism. Credit goes to the super efficient manager Sandra, who has become like a family member now. So are the others - Linda, Michelle, Shaun, Mona, Dee and another smiling lady with glasses at the reception whose name I can’t recollect but whose smile and warmth would remain in our hearts forever. We miss you all and would cherish your warmth and hospitality forever. You and your hotel are the true representatives of Barbados - warm, cordial, ever smiling and helpful. Love you all and hope to see you again.
They say there’s no place like home. That is, until you stay at Little Arches Boutique Hotel! From the warm welcome, to the friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable amenities and romantic ambience, you couldn’t ask for more. All your needs and wants are at your “beck and call.” We also witnessed the staff be accommodating and show genuine compassion to other guests who needed some TLC. If you’re seeking serenity and a peaceful beach within reach, look no further. There’s also Oistin’s Bay Garden & Fish Fry, a short-walking distance away, and the exquisite Cafe Luna, only a staircase away. When you’re on the rooftop, you’re in heaven with the views, ocean breezes and delicious meals. We spent six wonderful nights at Little Arches but who was counting? We were made to feel at “home-away-from-home” and we’d do it again in a heartbeat! L & M
This is more of a home away from home with all the bells and whistles. The staff members truly treat you as their family. I travel all over the world, both for business and leisure, and I can confidently say that this hotel is unique. The beds are super comfortable, the onsite restaurant Cafe Luna is the Michelin Star equivalent in Barbados (purely my personal opinion) and there are plenty of food shacks at Oistins just 5 minutes away. Miami Beach is just across the road, and the hotel carries sunbeds and umbrellas to the beach if you want to have a day out. This is not your glitzy, money oriented 5 star hotel, but rather a cute hotel with a personal touch (kudos to the staff!) that we’ll remember forever. More than highly recommended!
You know when you leave a hotel and hug staff, it must have been a fantastic stay. The hotel is immaculate, has incredible views and provides everything you might need. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. We have NO complaints. See you next time LA staff 🥰
What can a person say about Little Arches other than it is a slice of heaven. From the peaceful serenity, gorgeous rooms, jacuzzi and private pool, the wonderful staff, Emma, Sandra, Myrane & Linda who are the loveliest of ladies, the cleaners and waiting staff in Cafe Luna were excellent too, food in Luna is so delicious that I still think fondly of some meals there. Yum! We went for our honeymoon and I haven’t stopped raving about the place. We would LOVE to come back in maybe 10 years as an anniversary, it is definitely a place we will revisit. If you want an intimate, unique and just magical experience, pick Little Arches, you won’t regret it!
Fabulous stay, lovely team and hospitality. Super efficient and very relaxing - will revisit for sure. Shame about the sargassum weed during our stay but the lovely pools made up for that! Great experience all round - thanks to all the team, all wonderful xxx
