מיקום מעולה לטיולים (הליכות) באיזור. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד וטעימה. במחיר המלון מקבלים וואצ'ר לעליה וירידה ברכבל- לכל יום שהייה עלייה וירידה אחת (חסך כסף). החליפו לנו חדר ללא בעיות. הסאונה והמיקלחות בספא.

החדרים בבנין המרכזי ישנים. אין מספיק שקעי חשמל וצריך לבקש כבל חשמל מאריך עם יחידת שקעים. בחדר הראשון אסלת השירותים הייתה גבוהה ממש. באותו חדר במקלחת על האריחים היו כתמי עובש שחור. בשני החדרים ששהייתי המקלחת נמצאת בתוך האמבטיה שהכניסה והיציאה מהאמבטיה לא בטוחה לאנשים מבוגרים. המלון מיועד למשפחות עם ילדים (וגם כלבים). הבריכה המחוממת והג'קוזי היו צפופים בילדים. ארוחת הערב במלון שהינה בופה מאוד יקרה 90 יור לזוג ללא משקאות ו 120 יורו עם משקאות.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich! Sehr kinderlieb, man merkt das die Mitarbeiter dort wirklich mit Herz arbeiten!

Besonders toll war das Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und modern. Ausserdem gab es für jeden Geschmack und für jedes Wetter etwas...Pool draussen oder drinnen, Tennis, Indoorhalle oder z. B. eine Wanderung oder einfach ein Bier oder Glas Wein auf der Terrasse.. Die Animateure waren sehr nett und engagiert. Vieles war zwar für meinen 10-jährigen Sohn nichts mehr, aber in dem Alter und den Möglichkeiten braucht man auch nicht unbedingt animierte Freizeitbeschäftigungen. Da reicht ein Trampolin, Airhockey, Tischkicker, ein Fussball. ein Pool und andere Kinder . Mir hat das Familienquiz und die Wassergymnastik gut gefallen.

Etwas schade war der fehlende Fussballplatz und fehlende grössere Tore. Auf dem Rasen ging es aber auch. Allgemein ist es ratsam ein Auto da zu haben. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war, zumindest im Sommer, eher schlecht und ein Taxi, wie man es kennt, teuer.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren täglich frisch, abwechslungsreich und von einer grossen Auswahl geprägt. Das Personal an allen Posten war stets zuvorkommend, freundlich und auch für einen kleinen Spass zu haben.

Absolutely stunning! Staff patient, friendly and with good sense of humor. Food, spa and playground area - excellent! Private ski shuttle, the ski room great with dryers.

I’d improve WiFi (and make it secure with password), as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. Somewhat I was not able to regulate the temperature in the room (was too hot and all the radiators were zero). It would also be good to offer ski bus return for lunch time and after lunch time. All that said it’s just recommendation :)

Schlafzimmer zu warm. Eine Auffangmatte der Schneereste für die nassen Schuhe im Zimmer wäre hilfreich.

Das gesamte Konzept ist für die Familie perfekt zugeschnitten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.

טמפרטורת המים בבריכה צריכה להיות יותר חמה. הילדים נכנסו למבוגרים קצת קר.

La varietà dei servizi per bambini proposta. Colazione super abbondante e di qualità. Letti comodi. Piscina all'aperto e al chiuso, pulite e con asciugamani a disposizione. Bella arra wellness. Intrattenimento per bambini a tutte le ore di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Musica dal vivo e attività outdoor.

Nonostante la varietà e la qualità dei servizi l'ambiente rimane un pò anonimo e freddo. La camera aveva due finestre piccoline in alto che non lasciavano passare troppa aria e luce.

I highly recommend the hotel. It is very family-friendly, with thoughtful details like bed supports, creams, and lotions for kids, as well as many other amenities that made our stay perfect. Our property was spacious, with two bathrooms, and the parking spot was just a few steps away. The hotel also features a warm indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa area with a sauna and Finnish bath. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making our experience even more enjoyable

The spa and wellness facilities are older and in basement-like space; they weren’t switched on during our stay with no explanation

Everything was wonderful - spacious rooms, lovely staff, facilities, food (including gluten free options) and the efficiency of handling any technical requests. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend to families and family reunions, arriving all three generations, from grandparents to grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pools and roaming around in between other playing facilities, while adults enjoyed some quality time over wine and beer.

very nice and helpful staff perfect use for children - especially lisi world rich breakfast events for children and accompanying programme plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel the location is close to the ski areas and also offers great hiking opportunities (it is not in the centrum of the city which is rather an advantage for a stay with children) overall the stay was very pleasant and met expectations

the hot tub next to the pool remembers better times (however, it was functional) showering in the room was not very comfortable (sometimes the water was hot and sometimes cold, it was not possible to regulate it)

Everything you need to have for a relaxing holiday with kids. The soft play and the team working there were amazing! Also close to Kitzbuhle and many ski lifts. The food was good with a variety of options and special kids menu and particularly appreciated the long opening hours for breakfast.

For the price they could have included the kids sledge in the price rather than charging extra for it.

All facilities for the kids are really good, compare to the previous year a lot of toys were missed.

The food: if you consider to have all inclusive - this is no go, poor variety of dishes, and strange timing, specifically for the lunch, like till 13.30. We stayed at the same room number as in previous year, and there was “new” old coach, was really dirty. Since this yer they started charging rent for the sleigh 😄

The receptionists know very little about the area, we asked about activities that we never got feedback on everything from snow shoeing to ski school, they had little insight about the times that applied for lunch etc. The beds were very uncomfortable

Noisy due to a party and this is a family hotel. Only a few people at the reception were friendly.

I filtered on bad reviews before arriving (as I wanted to make sure it was a nice place for our family with 2 kids below 2yrs). I must say the staff and food were amazing and I don't understand what some of the reviews complained about!! Each staff member was very friendly and helpful to us and our kids. Also the food was really excellent (not your general type of buffet and plenty of choice and variety). The rooms and any common places were very clean and they were mopping and vacuuming the floor multiple times a day (well needed with toddlers). This is the perfect stay with children, especially young children as there are not many places where you can relax as parents like in this hotel. Lastly, big compliments to their purchasing department. Everything is of very good quality (the chairs for children, the modern toys, the play areas etc). They chose quality over price. I must add I gave our toddler food from the adult buffet every day as the children buffet was super cute but offered unhealthy options (fries, fried fishsticks, pasta without vegetables etc). It surprised me but perhaps common in Austria.

This hotel has such a wonderful activities/hang out areas for family that the opening/closing times were a bit dissapointing. We (unfortunately) have a kid waking at 6, but the playroom opens later in the morning. So you are still stuck with a toddler in the room or running around reception. The spa opens only from 3pm which is a pity as our kids were napping during the lunch and we could have used it then. Obviously the areas that require staff presence (like the large playzone) can only open after 9 or so. However, the playrooms in the hotel are "own-risk" (no supervision) and we didn't understand why they can't open 24-7 or earlier to later. The indoor playroom was very great, nice toys and pillows and kids furniture. We didn't understand why the last two days everything was removed from this room (perhaps a kids disco or some activity, but there were no furniture and toys anymore the last 2 days of our stay. Children buffet such a lovely idea but it was unhealthy (fries, fried fishsticks, pasta without vegetables etc). Maybe thats just cultural or for big kids, but we gave our kids some food from the regular buffet (which was very very good).

I am surprized that the hotel of this price doesn't have air conditioning in the room. We stayed in Junior Suite and I expected to sleep on the sofa, though it was not possible since it's too hard.

Great place for families! Attention to children in small details, very nice atmosphere. Very nice choice of children food, accessible by children themselves. All inclusive, from our perspective, it is totally worth it! We enjoyed our stay and most likely will visit in the future.

Pillows are not comfortable, and the sizes of bathrobes for Spa are in general M (we asked for bigger size on reception and received XXL, though it was also not that big).

Beautiful swimming pool (heated properly), billiards table, table tennis, massive indoor play area with trampolines, jungle Gus etc. multiple craft areas well stocked. The staff where lovely, we have four young kids, many times they leave a mess at the dinner table. the staff where always accommodating, smiles and great vibes.

Facilities are good enough, personnel is trying their best to make the stay at the highest level.

The property is not recommended for couples; we booked it just to be close with our friends and their kids.

Excellent for a week family ski trip, in particular lots of amenities for little children.

The room size is very good for family, excellent facilities, swimming pool, huge soft play, ice skating, game room, sauna room, steam room, there’s something for everyone. Breakfast is excellent, free ice cream is a huge plus after a whole day of skiing! Very nice family hotel, attentive to little one’s needs. Loved it, would recommend for family.

Wi-Fi is not very strong in some areas, but that didn’t affect our stay. If anything can be improved, would be the Wi-Fi.

• Receptionists are unprofessional. • Beware of hidden charges. We paid 4000€ approximately for our stay via booking. They charged us an extra 800€ upon check-in for our kids (5 & 3yo) & 600€ upon check out for things such as turndown service (150€) without letting us know prior that there will be a charge. • No shuttle service to ski location. Guests should be aware that it will be efficient to rent their own car if they’re planning to ski with the family. This should be mentioned in the website. • You have to carry your own luggage to your room, which is shocking considering the rate.

Super kids friendly Hotel. We came here for the second time because we loved the place so much. There are so many things to do with small kids that you could also just spend the whole day in the hotel only. Great programs throughout the day. The ice skating rink was super, we really loved it and used it every day. The staff is really polite and kind and always helpful. We definitely will come back again.

With all the nice kids facilities the activities for kids could be organized better. Evening new year program was really boring. No soup for lunch. No transfer bus to ski lift (luckily we rent a car)

On check-in, we were served a welcome drink. Every evening, there was a great cocktail of the day. The hotel had great entertainment for families - Lisi World (massive play area for families), organised hikes for children, ice skating rink, indoor pool area and spa. As we visited over New Years, the hotel had also organised evening entertainment programs on different days - live music, magician incl. crystal ball and fire performer, Tyrolean shoetap dance, fireworks. The food choice on all the days was nice and different and there was a massive spread available for selection including desserts. Children had a separate buffet with all the children-favorites. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel had organised for ski & snowboard rentals within the hotel - which was great too.

The indoor pool could have been 1-2° more warmer but we were generally ok as it was. The food was good as mentioned - maybe a couple of more choices for vegetarians would be nicer. The mattresses in the rooms do need to be a little thicker to increase comfort. Also, as it was New Years eve, in addition to the hotel doing a fireworks show, some guests had also personally bought fireworks and lit these up at the hotel driveway where a lot of hotel guests were gathered. Unfortunately one of the fireworks that a hotel guest lit wasn't placed well and fired in different directions that was unsafe for the people and children around (luckily no one was injured). The hotel should think how it could avoid such incidences in the future - perhaps have special zones where personal fireworks can be done? Otherwise everything else was great!
