Niente

Nulla

posizione fronte mare, parcheggio auto, colazione e servizi in generale

Rooms were clean and had sufficient linen, towels, and a working AC.

The overall condition of the hotel was dismal and in need of renovation. The primary reason why we chose this property was its proximity to the beach. As advertised on their website: “In collaboration with nearby beach clubs, your space on the sand is prepared for you each day, featuring an umbrella, two deck chairs, a sun bed, and a director’s chair, all at exclusive rates”. However, it turned out that the whole beach was divided up between beach clubs none of which had a free place for us during our stay. Essentially, we paid premium price for the location and had no opportunity to visit the beach. The hotel did nothing to remedy the situation or let us know beforehand of the need to pre-book the beach slots. The service level was also very poor. At the poolside nobody was bothered to serve us or ask if we wanted any drinks. Only upon going indoors and ordering from the bar we received our drink that w had to carry ourselves to the chairs. At night the poolside party went on for hours and made it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the restaurant refused to serve us in the evening even though they had plenty of free tables, no-one in the reception bothered to inform us the dining is available only with pre-booking. Breakfast options were also limited and tasteless, mostly prepacked, the selection of juices resembled more of coloured water. The hotel has also failed to offer any kind of remedies or responses for the disappointing experience we had. Overall, considering the level of service and condition of the facilities the hotel certainly does not deserve four stars and is grossly overcharging for the services provided. This is a two-star hotel at most.

Ok

Locatie, personeel receptie

Very clean, polite and friendly staff

Part of family arrived on a late evening flight and telephoned the hotel for help with getting to the hotel when they arrived to the nearest train station and couldn’t find a taxi. The evening receptionist was extremely unhelpful, he said he can’t do anything and hung up. They were forced to walk with luggage for over an hour, very late in the evening to get to the hotel. The hotel should come with a disclaimer that zero help is offered with taxi assistance.

Service and friendly staff...walking distance to marina pietrasanta ans forte dei marmi

Ottimo hotel, curato in ogni dettaglio.

The hotel was in a perfect location for the beach. We hired bikes from the hotel and explored the area. There a plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa, personale alla reception molto carino

Colazione

Semplice ma pulita e tutto molto funzionale

Niente

Alles was compleet, fijne kamer, schoon , heerlijk ontbijt en diner, goed zwembad en erg vriendelijk personeel

Reception molto gentile e disponibile

Restaurant en haar bediening, was top

Niets eigenlijk

Otrima struttura, posizione fantastica, colazione eccellente. Personale professionale e gentilissimo

Tutto perfetto! Servizio , personale, colazione, posizione e struttura.

Niente

Posizione e staff

Hyggelig personale, flotte rom,god mat I resturanten. Anbefales på det varmeste

Nulla
