The food was exceptional, from lunch all the way to the breakfast. Our favorite was the breakfast. They were willing to keep our bags for us to continue with our itinerary even after checking out. We also loved the bedroom set up with roses, even the extent the manager took to bring is our chocolates and roses.

In as much the food was exceptional their I believe hygiene should be considered as one of the outstanding conciouse whenever you used white plates and cups for the tea.. white expose how hygiene is tge place..

The other guests in the hotel were so loud we could not go for breakfast. It sounded if there was a rugby match in the dining room. The same group had a big gathering in the parking area and was singing loud. Nobody tried to make them behave. The televisions in the rooms are old and not smart tv's. One does not have the channels one want to use

Given a keycard to a room that someone else was staying in, if this was done with other person, how easy is it to duplicate the key card, and give it to someone else, and that someone else entering my room and taking my personal belongings. Shower was not properly cleaned. Dirty. Air-conditioner, not working correctly Only blowing HOT air. Wall plugs, loose, almost falling out. Passage carpets dirty and warn out. Incorrect information given at main desk with regards to breakfast.

The shower and view from 7th floor.. room was clean.. I like the gym room. Bed was comfortable. The pillow was soft. Some staff were friendly.

No Netflix's in family room. Room service didn't get order correct also takes long to deliver and Teas coffee served in disposable cups. Don't cater for vegetarians.. some staff are not friendly. This hotel does not fit the Tsogo Sun Standard. I paid for breakfast in my stay and because I had to leave early was told they cannot pack a take away..no room service menu in my room no tea spoons in my room. Room lighting was dull.

The room we had the window fitting was loose and some rain was entering the room. Also it was very cold because of the window not sealing properly

Grande chambre et bon petit déjeuner. Parking pratique en bas de l’hôtel. Bien situé, proche des activités de Port Elizabeth. Jolie vue.

La chambre était grande mais sans décoration, avec une salle de bain minuscule et disproportionnée. La vue n’était pas vraiment sur la mer, puisqu’on voyait surtout les autres chambres en face. Personnel agréable, mais aucun service pour nous aider à monter les valises.

I Requested A Cot For My Baby Which Was Approved. Nothing Provided. Even At Reception, I Had My Baby And They Didn't Even Ask If I Required One. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the friendly staff at the reception.

The service in the evening Restaurant was very poor. We ended up collecting our own drinks from the bar service. The waiter was no where to be seen. The quality food at dinner was not nearly as excellent as the buffet in the morning.

Facilities was good. Location wise, it is close to the beach and close to the shops. Rooms were nice and clean.

I was not allocated the room with a sea view as booked. I had to query my room booking when I saw it was not sea facing. This was fortunately corrected. On the 2nd day, there was a power failure and the generator wasn't working until late that evening. I asked for breakfast packs to take away for our stay. My son's order was changed the one day without consultation and on the last day, there were no more plastic utensils to eat the yoghurt with. When I enquired I was told they are waiting for their order. The staff was in all instances very friendly and helpful. The gym is very basic, there were no towels, no water and only a few free weights.

Worst hotel ever

No electricity - advised had a generator but did not. Service was poor. Breakfast below average. Telephone in room did not work. Safe did not work. Rooms only cleaned after 13:00.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and room was lovely. Breakfast was also great, and staff went out of their way for us! There was electricity although most of the area did not have!

The couches and carpets definitely need a good cleaning! The place was cleaned very nicely daily but the old marks that needs more than a vacuum would make a huge difference!
