Great for our needs

La chambre spacieuse et très confortable; la grande salle de bain, Le parking gratuit.

L'absence de calme au petit déjeuner! Les employés laissent certains clients impolis passer leurs appels visio tout le long du petit déjeuner, déranger les autres clients qui voudraient pouvoir déjeuner dans le calme. S ils veulent téléphoner ou passer un appel visio ils sortent ou ils vont dans leur chambre! Un double vitrage de meilleure qualité serait parfait, on entend l'autoroute

Drap humide, aucun effort de la part de la reception. Nous avons quitté la première nuit

Frühstück war in Ordnung , bot das übliche aber nicht viel Auswahl. Nur Toast und Croissants/süße Stückle als Backwaren. Gute Auswahl an Obst. Zimmer sauber, gute Klimaanlage, geräumiges Parkhaus und Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel

TV nur italienische und englische Sender , keine deutschen Sender Parkhaus soll angeblich bewacht sein, habe aber nur eine Kamera gesehen und war ziemlich dunkel

The room size was good, and the location was very convenient, with a bus stop just a one-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved, especially in terms of variety and quality. We were also surprised that some breakfast dishes came with an additional charge, as we expected them to be included. Additionally, our room was a bit too warm despite having the AC on, which made it slightly uncomfortable.

Reception was impressive

Nichts dramatisches. Kleinere Schäden (Bad flutet leicht, daher Holz an Türrahmen etwas aufgequollen), kleinere Defekte, die wir nicht rückgemeldet haben (kaputtes Licht, klemmende Klospülung, Klimaanlage).

de grandes chambre confortables et climatisées. Nous avons pu facilement nous garer dans l'établissement. Nous avons aussi apprécié la disponibilité et l'amabilité de la réception.

Il y a peu de restaurants dans le quartier et celui de l'hotel, bien que dans un cadre agréable, pourrait être plus qualitatif.

الموقع ممتاز يبعد عن السنتر الدومو 18 دقيقة بالسيارة. وكثره مواقف السيارات بالفندق ومجانيه. مدخل الفندق قريب من الشارع العام ولا يوجد ضجيج بالغرفه ابداً.

الموقع ممتاز بيصلح للي معه سيارة بعيد عن الزحمة وتبعد ساحة الدومو بسيارة 25 دقيقة الريوق جيد جدا سوف أسكن فيه أخر يومين من نهاية الرحلة

Sono rimasto contento perché c'era la possibilità di mettere l'auto nel parcheggio coperto sotto l'hotel , è stata una bella sorpresa in quanto avevo capito che il parcheggio era situato solo all'esterno della struttura, mentre c'erano entrambe le possibilità , per di più senza sovrapprezzo!

Colazione ottima e variegata, unica note da segnalare è che nella zona caffè non è presente il cacao!

- tranquilla e silenziosa la notte - distributore automatico al piano - personale cordiale - camera molto fresca e molto pulita

- purtroppo la presenza di macchinette sui piani fa si che il minibar in camera sia spento, per mettere in fresco una bottiglia di vino mi sono dovuto rivolgere alla reception,

Chambre en mauvais etat ,douche crade, rideau en lambeaux, frigo qui ne fait pas de frais et 1 chaine en français, pas possible de mettre en chromcrast avec notre téléphone

Das Team ist sehr gut und Kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Schön langsam sind Renovierungsarbeiten nötig.

Ottimo hotel, molto comodo dal punto di vista logistico (a ridosso della tangenziale ovest, e si arriva a Milano in pochissimo tempo in auto). Colazione varia e abbondante, camere pulite, ampie e silenziose. Ottimo!

Tout ! L’établissement est impeccable! Propre. Le personnel qui est à l’accueil est très sympa et compréhensif avec les touristes. La chambre est très propre. L’hôtel est plus que calme et dans un endroit très très calme.

يقع الفندق في منطقة قريبة من الشارع السريع ومناسب للوقوف فيه لتقضيه يوم في ميلان كان الفندق هادئ و الغرف نوعا ما حجمها مناسب تصميم الفندق شبيه بمتحف المواقف كثيرة و مجانية في الفندق يوجد سرداب وتتوفر المواقف الخارجية تابعة تكون في ساحة الفندق

كان الافطار صغير ولا توجد اصناف كثيرة ولكنه مناسب بنسبة للغرفة يتم وضع علب الماء فقط مره واحده في اول ليلة هاتف الغرفة لا يعمل لطلبات خدمات الغرف

La camera trascurata e poco accogliente. Tende rotte e sfrangiate, mobilio vecchio e trascurato, bidet otturato. Colazione troppo cara. Forse perchè prenotata con Booking?

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. I punti di forza del Cosmo Hotel Palace sono sicuramente l'ottima posizione, la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti e la grande silenziosità delle camere, che garantisce un ottimo riposo.

Nulla di negativo da segnalare in particolare, se non due piccoli dettagli migliorabili: il materasso l'ho trovato un po' troppo duro per i miei gusti e la presenza della vasca da bagno in camera risulta ormai un po' fuori epoca rispetto alle docce moderne.

Acesta nu este un hotel de 4 stele, cu indulgenta as clasifica ca fiind de 3 stele. Camere vechi, nu am avut frigider în camera, este foarte zgomotos. Nu recomand dacă doriți sa va odihniți.

I liked the non carpeted room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Good restaurant. Overall a good option for a business trip if you don’t have to travel to central Milan.

The surrounding area is a bit deserted

La zona bar e l'ingresso sono molto ampi e curati. Il parcheggio è molto comodo.

La palestra purtroppo era molto calda perché il sistema di condizionamento non era sufficiente. I ventilconvettori erano parzialmente smontati, uno spento, e gli altri due non raffreddavano adeguatamente.

clean, spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning and a delicious breakfast. There is plenty of parking and it is quiet, despite the road below.

Modern, clean hotel with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was good if you have a car. Lovely huge green park nearby. The breakfast buffet was ok.

No neighborhood setting for visitors who might like to walk. Appears to cater to business people. No swimming pool (we visited during a monster heat wave and would have loved one). Dining room staff on 2 occasions had an accusatory approach, assuming we didn't know the prepayment rule.

Property had a big car park, and room was quite spacious. Staff were pretty good, brought us up extra pillows and towels upon request.

Bed was very firm- we did still manage to get a very good nights sleep though! Bathroom did feel a little dated.

Het ligt buiten het centrum. Met OV binnen 45 min midden in het centrum maar met 37 graden wat lastig om tussen de middag terug te gaan.

This hotel is absolutely not worthy of its 4-star rating. For three consecutive nights, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. On the first night, I went to reception at 5 a.m. because the room was unbearably hot during a heat wave. I was initially told to wait until 9 a.m. because no one was available to help. Only after I complained and explained that I could not sleep did they suddenly manage to arrange another room. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again in the second room, and then again in a third room. Every night our sleep was interrupted, and we were forced to move rooms repeatedly. At one point, I even suggested sleeping in the lobby because the rooms were simply too hot. Although the hotel refunded one night, this does not compensate for three ruined nights of sleep. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold and the curtains were old and poorly maintained. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of most of the staff. Their communication was often dismissive and unprofessional, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The only exception was the manager, who was understanding and tried to help resolve the situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience, poor service, and far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
