Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Since we've stayed only one night, I've appreciated the preparedness even for such a short stay. The room was nice, cosy and the beds were amazing! Also the service Jeanette has is beyond imaginable.
The AC was a bit too loud to sleep with. Without it running the room gets hot fairly quickly.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The hosts were very warm and welcoming! The house was tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Could easily walk to combini, park, and restaurants. Short Uber to the city, zoo, and close enough for tours to pickup from the hotel.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026環境: - 周邊晚上安靜，房間隔音良好，晚上休息品質高。 - 有停車位(要事先講)，對開車來的人很不錯。 - 離南港展覽館約10分鐘左右，對來參展的商務人士很方便。 房間設備: - 盥洗用具、衛生用品等等的都很齊全，也沒什麼設備損壞。 - 乾淨程度也很好，沒有怪味或汙漬 工作人員: - 老闆人很有耐心，我在booking.com 上刷卡連續失敗3次以上，老闆跟闆娘都很有耐心協助解決，也願意保留位子給我，check in 時候也細心講解，整體感覺很舒服。
溫度: - 房間有冷氣跟電風扇，但應該是地勢的關係，房間溫度偏高，怕熱的人冷氣需要開強一點。

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026La Casa di Janette è a pochi minuti di taxi o di bus dalla fermata della metro e da un grande mall dove si trovano molti negozi e molto cibo! È pulita, confortevole e accogliente. Janette e il marito sono stati estremamente gentili con noi aiutandoci in ogni modo. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!:)

Reviewed Jan 2, 2024Where do I start ? Right from greeting us late at night and helping us take our huge bags upstairs till the last day, helping us check out at 2am. The hosts Jeanette and Hugo were amazing. I can't thank them enough for making my stay a memorable one. My parents loved the place, the service, these guys literally made us feel at home. I am willing to stay here again. Happy New Year Guys!! :)
The location is a bit far from the city center, like 20mins. But a cab is just a call away.

Location, little far from the Metro Station but Taxis are readily available outside the Metro station..!! On the way back to the Metro station need to get the help from the hosts to get Taxi..!

Although the four of us shared a room, the double bed as separated by a large cupboard from the single beds, which gave some privacy. Jeanette and Hugo were friendly and very helpful, and we enjoyed playing with Mocha the cat.
Although the property was some distance from the city centre, we enjoyed the quiet, green neighbourhood. Short taxi ride or shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station but we enjoyed walking to the station as we got to explore a different side to Taipei.
