Le séjour était correct dans l’ensemble, mais certains points pourraient être améliorés. La chambre était assez sommaire et la moquette n’était pas très propre. Il y avait également une odeur désagréable, ressemblant à une odeur de cigarette renfermée, ce qui est dommage sachant qu’il est interdit de fumer dans les chambres. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il était assez basique et pourrait être amélioré, notamment au niveau du choix et de la qualité. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel peut convenir pour un court séjour, mais quelques améliorations seraient appréciables concernant la propreté et le confort.

Long que at the front desk with check in and orders at the hotel bar, (lots of staff was doing nothing) while only one was busy with the check in, this one person was also responsible for the hotel bar, so it took ages to order a drink. AC did not worked in the rooms, and made a hell of a noise. Rooms where very dusty, and blocked your nose directly The breakfast was very poor and definatly not worth the money, and the breakfast room was way to small for all guests, besides there was only one coffee machine, so there was a long line to get a coffee. (a second machine would be an option??) Very old and odd smell in the building

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Die Betten sind bequem und beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Zimmer war recht eng mit zwei Personen und zwei Hunden. Es gab lediglich pro Person ein einziges Duschtuch. Ein zusätzliches Handtuch wäre noch schön gewesen.

Leider viele unmögliche andere Gäste. Es wurde Abfall im Gang deponiert. Die Lift tasten haben geklebt. Fremde Autos wurden einfach Berührt und Bestiegen für ein Foto. Leider kann das Hotel nichts dafür

Parking was limited and had to pay for it. Breakfast was expensive as an added cost. No phone in the room. Air-conditioning was on the noisy side, but it was there.

Die Handhabung für einen früheren Check-In war bei uns sehr schlecht. Ich habe es zwei Tage vorher beantragt, aber im Hotel selbst wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nicht so registriert sei. Der Mitsrbeiter war ziemlich unfreundliche und hatte eine eingeschnappte Stimmung. Wir probierten so freundlich wie möglich zu sein und warteten draussen für 2 Stunden, bis zum geregelten Check-In. Ein Freund von mir hatte ebenfalls ein Zimmer. Bei ihm ging der frühere Check-In und späterer Check-Out jedoch einwandfrei. Da kam mir die Frage auf, wieso das bei uns nicht ging aber bei den anderen…. Jedenfalls begründete der Mann am Empfang sein Verhalten mit dem, dass die Menschen, welche in der Zeit des Openair Frauenfelds hier einchecken würden, sehr mühsam seien. Wir entschuldigten uns trotzdem, obwohl das garnicht hätte sein müssen.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'hotel si trova a poca distanza dal centro di Winterthur, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel è un buon compromesso a livello di rapporto qualità-prezzo per visitare Zurigo, che si trova a 15 minuti di auto. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e proprio difronte c'è un supermercato. Le stanze sono confortevoli e anche se abbastanza piccole sono dotate di tutto il necessario. Nota a favore la pulizia giornaliera.
Qualche membro dello staff non è stato molto gentile. Il prezzo del parcheggio un po' elevato (16 euro al giorno) considerando che è un parcheggio scoperto a disponibilità limitata.

Es war sehr laut vor dem Hotel in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen (Zimmer mit “Aussicht” auf den Parkplatz). Das Fenster war defekt und konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Die Klimaanlage (also der Ventilator) war sehr laut.

Das Fenster im 4. Stock war fix verschraubt, man konnte es nicht einmal kippen. Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut. Da ich empfindlich auf klimatisierte Luft reagiere, fühlte ich mich am ersten Morgen leicht erkältet. Die folgenden Nächte habe ich daher im stickigen Zimmer ohne Frischluft geschlafen. Unangenehm. Das Bettlaken war - nie zuvor bei Ibis erlebt - nicht ideal sauber. Einen Morgen war das Frühstücksteam sichtbar überfordert, kein Teewasser, Rührei alle, Schlange am einzigen Kaffeeautomaten - sollte bei diesem Preis nicht passieren. Auch sollte mit diesem Preis Saft möglich sein, nur nur Nektar. Speck zum Rührei wäre ebenso nett.
