Super freundliches Personal. Check-In und Check-Out super easy. Lage in angenehmer Näge zur Innenstadt. Restos,etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für einen Nacht auf der Durchreise definitiv ausreichend!

L'hotel est dans un beau batiment proche du centre ville mais nous avons été tres déçus par la chambre confort qui était tres grande mais lugubre du fait de son absence de decoration et sa sallle de bain dans une structure toute en plastique

Hotellet ligger 10 min gang fra gamle centrum i byen. Lidt kringlet at komme ned i hotellets parkering, men god plads når man er nede. Det er en meget futuristisk bygning, hvorfor værelserne (eller i hvert fald det vi havde), har nogle sjove formater. Men stort værelse meget gulvplads, så der kunne sagtens have været et lille arrangement med bord/stole. Vi brugte ikke andre faciliteter, men der er bar og restaurant også.

O hotel é muito bom, a única ressalva é o café da manhã. A reposição dos alimentos demorava muito a ser feita. As poucas frutas que havia, estavam bem ruins (velhas).

Godt til prisen, lidt slidt men rent. Gode senge. Meget imødekommende personale!

Service et chambre correctes.

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre spacieuse avec un calme absolu. Par contre le confort est minimaliste : pas de bouilloire, ni de thé ou tisane ou café, pas de bouteille d'eau, une seule poubelle à la salle d'eau, pas de volets, une moquette datée, 2 uniques serviettes En résumé un bon standing dans l'ensemble mais l'attention n'est pas sur le client mais sur la rentabilité...C'est dommage.

Sehr gute Lage mit genügend Parkplätze. Ruhig. Gutes Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas enttäuschend... Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Very nice hotel, Ibis style and a good restautrant as well. Conveniently close to the city center and with the tram just outside, you can park for free (top of the street outside street parking area - not the hotels resposabilitry), and not be worried.

Très calme, tram à 100 m donc très pratique pour aller au centre ville et à la gare ! Chambre sobre, fonctionnelle et très propre !! Je recommande vivement ! Situation géographique également super pour visiter les lieux si jamais vous venez pour ça !

Car park was very poorly signed especially as the road network is difficult. Receptionist was not that friendly or helpful. The restaurant food was good and the waiters efficient.

En itinérance avec un enfant de 4 ans, la chambre familiale était parfaitement adaptée pour notre nuitée à Besançon, pas de chichi mais suffisamment d’espace et de commodités ! Et à prix abordable ! Petits plus : Le vélo de course de Mr a été gardé en bagagerie sécurisée. Parking souterrain proposé avec la nuitée 10€/j : un tarif à nouveau raisonnable !

Convenable, manque d’un accueil souriant

Dans l'ensemble satisfaisant et personnel agréable. Gros bonus pour le restaurant, le buffet petit déjeuner et la bagagerie.

Literie mauvaise qualité, un sur matelas était poser dessus. Manque d un produit douche. L occultation au jour de la fenêtre déplorable, réveiller en même temps que le jour, chose qu en déplacement n est pas envisageable. Heureusement la climatisation était fonctionnelle.

Ca depanne mais pas top. En plus, il faut payer 10e le parking.

Tres bon hotel, propre et confortable

It's OK when you stop for a night, but not as good as many other IBIS locations we stayed. The most annoying was missing easily an underground parking before the hotel. then you need to drive around (one ways streets) to get to the parking that is very tight for a regular car.

Hôtel très correct , super personnelle mais au niveau de l’hygiène vraiment pas au top , J’ai dormis dans un lit avec un drap sale , une grosse trace de moisissures, du rouge à lèvre sur le coussin , une serviette sur les 2 avec une tache dessus l’hôtel et bien situé et très correct sur le prix si l’on fait abstraction du nettoyage.

Hôtel idéalement situé, très proche de la ville, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au parking et de se déplacer à pieds ou en bus ( génial le paiement du trajet par carte bancaire). Les chambres sont climatisées, confortables avec une cabine de douche super bien étudiée, ce qui est rare. Le resto de l'hôtel est recommandable et suffisant pour le soir. Personnel agréable et arrangeant.

Accueil et services professionnels - Confort : ni bouilloire, ni mouchoirs en papier, ni miroir grossissant ; néanmoins on peut entrebâiller la fenêtre, les chambre aux numéros impairs donnent sur la cour intérieure -> très calmes ; celles aux numéros pairs sont un peu plus grandes. Literie confortable. Parking accessible sans passer par la réception grâce à la borne d'appel ; l'entrée est assez étroite car on tourne à angle droit, sortie facile. Pas d'ascenseur entre le parking et la réception.

Einfach, aber saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut und der Preis unschlagbar.

Gutes Hotel, in Gehdistanz zum Stadtzentrum, leider ist nicht bei jedem Bett ein Stromanschluss vorhanden

Das Hotel hat eine sehr praktische Lage und man kann mit einem sehr schönen, kurzen Spaziergang am Fluss entlang direkt in die Stadtmitte. Das Hotel ist Haustierfreundlich, ruhig und hat ein Parkhaus direkt mit der Hotellobby verbunden -- sehr praktisch und bequem. Wir waren bereits zwei mal auf der Durchreise und haben beide Nächte hier verbracht: praktisch, zentral, preiswert.

Hotel bien placé. Proche du centre, des transports et des commerces. Jeconnais l'hôtel depuis longtemps. La chambre, que j'ai eue, aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. On m'a demandé si on devait faire la chambre tous les jours. Vu la durée du sejour j'ai décliné. Le prix de la chambre est inchangé. Donc, tant qu'à faire, prenez les services de nettoyage quotidien puisqu'ils sont inclus et non déduits de toute façon.

A mon arrivée, la température de la chambre était à 15 degrés et à eu du mal remontée avec un bruit infernal de la Clim. Très mauvaise nuit

L'endroit est parfait, juste à côté de la rivière, pas loin du centre avec bars restos etc. La chambre est très confortable, la douche super. Le personnel de réception sympa. En plus il y avait une super ambiance dans le bar de l'hôtel, je recommande!

Hôtel confortable relativement près du centre-ville. Personnel professionnel et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Dommage que le parking en sous-sol soit payant.

Très propre et geste barrière respecter en particulier au service du petit-déjeuner, c’est très bien. Aussi, le restaurant sur place c’est très pratique.

It was our second stay at this hotel. I"d like to particularly commend the person helping with breakfast on 12/26 (sorry I did not get her name but as someone who previously worked in hotel management I think it is important to recognize employees going the extra mile). She was very upbeat and efficient and I observed her being incredibly helpful and kind with a couple of elderly persons staying in the hotel.

Recently refurbished communal areas, standard pre fab ibis. Breakfast good, secure parking. Easy walk over the bridge to the main part of the city. If the price is fair a perfectly good base for a few nights

Nice hotel I would stay here again

Wasn’t expecting such a good trip to be honest. The hotel however was far better than anticipated. Nice central location with car parking underground. Rooms spacious at price point, comfortable bed and very clean and tidy. Maybe if I was picky a kettle for tea coffee would have been nice but that is being very picky. Service on arrival super; during stay super; at checkout and organising taxi and so on - fab. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked quickly be a very nice team. Very impressive I’ll be back. merci beaucoup

Great location with the city center in easy walking distance but public parking near by. Our room was well prepared and had the baby cot placed inside as requested. Breakfast was a great start into the day and the staff was extremely friendly. We'll stay here again!

One of the better ibis hotels I've stayed in. Attractive location with a good restaurant/bar attached. Room was the usual Ibis style, not great.

This is a good stop over hotel enroute to the Alps The perfect distance from Calais, driving in comfort.

Clean room with smart layout of shower room to provide more space in the bedroom. Plenty of amenities, towels etc. Polite staff provide cot bed for baby fully prepared wishing 10mins checking in. Easy to find car park but there was no lift up to reception so struggled with 2 children and 3cases up to room.

We stayed one night. It is a normal Ibis hotel. The hotel is located near the city center (walking distance). The room is comfortable and fairly clean.

Nice and central, staff neither good or bad, clean room but neither fridge to cool things nor a socket by the bed to charge things like a mobile phone. Breakfast lacked a cooked option eg eggs or sausages. Access with a car difficult as limited parking due to being on a main road,then the car park entrance is such that you have to go round the block to get there. No lift from the car park (problem for luggage or elderly or infirm).
