Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Each night there was a new selection of dishes, all if which very delicious. The room was great and the beds very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

The only downside was no fan or air one and the room got a bit hot at night with the windows closed. Also note that they charge for water at dinner.

Servizio molto buono..personale molto attento e cortese. Buona la colazione buffet. Ottima anche la posizione, vicino al centro e parcheggio interno.

Insonorizzazione pessima…si sente tutto dai corridoi e camere vicine. La doccia con la tendine senza piatto doccia di fronte al water non si può proprio vedere. P.s. Io agevolo una singola.

Pessima sia come qualità che quantità….ridicola. Le stelle non possono essere quattro al massimo una.

Le camere ed i bagni devono essere rifatti oltre all’insonirizzazione . La zona giorno idem. La qualità e quantità del cibo da rivedere completamente

Camera abbastanza piccola, buia con armadio insufficiente per due persone, insufficienti i cassetti. Bagno datato, con riparazioni di ripiego: cassetta WC applicata impediva il fermo della ciambella nella posizione alta. Sala cena non adatta per buffet. Non presenti ombrelli da usare per pioggia. Più che un 4 stelle, mi sembra un 2/3 stelle Essendo la camera al P.T. non ho usufruito dell'ascensore, che altri Clienti riferivano spesso occupato con lunghe attese.

部屋が広くかった。

窓を開けると隣が業務用ゴミ箱があり、目の前は廃棄物が積み上げてある。 部屋にゴキブリが出る。 ドライヤーがショートしてやけどしそうになった。トイレの水が止まらずフロントで何が問題ですかと言われた部屋を見に来てもらった。翌日に直してもらった。1階でバスルームがカーテン1枚で心配であることを伝えたが大丈夫との答えだが、部屋の真前にクルマを置かれるなど不安であり落ち着いて入浴ができなかった。いろいろあり部屋の変更を希望したがかなえられなかったです。

La posizione, ottima, lo staff molto cortese e professionale, pulizia della camera impeccabile, il cibo della mezza pensione, superlativo.

Per essere un quattro stelle la camera era un poco piccola e anche un po datata nonostante fosse tenuta in maniera impeccabile. Siamo stati comunque molto bene.

En ayant réservé le dîner dans le package, l’eau plate n’était pas incluse dans le repas du soir. Nous avons vu des gens avec leur propre bouteille donc nous avons fait de même et on nous a d’abord dit que c’était ok et qu’on pouvait demander au restaurant de remplir notre bouteille. Ils nous ont ensuite dit que non et qu’il fallait payer l’eau (utilisant l’argument que l’eau n’était pas vraiment potable au robinet alors qu’on peut remplir nos bouteilles dans les chambres et dans les fontaines en ville) et qu’on ne pouvait pas amener d’autre bouteilles que celle du restaurant. En plus, le prix de la bouteille d’eau était plus cher que dans les autres restaurants en ville et dans les autres villes autour. Demander aux clients qui paient déjà plus de 1000€ pour 5 nuits de payer pour de l’eau qui est potable au robinet est absurde et inadmissible. Qualité des repas est ok mais pas incroyable

Mycket lyhört mellan rummen. Vi väcktes vid 05.20 varje dag sopbilen kom och väsnades fruktansvärt mycket.

중심부에서 멀지 않으면서도 코르티나 담페초 주 버스정류장에 매우 가깝고 마트도 가깝다. 뷰가 꽤 괜찮아서 트래킹 종료 후에 발코니에서 경치 보면서 시간 보낼 때 매우 기분이 좋았다. 작게 건식 샤워부스를 넣기보다 습식과 커튼 조합이어서 생각보다 샤워도 괜찮았다. 하프보드라 아침/저녁 먹었는데 무난했습니다. 리셉션 직원분들도 친절합니다.

방 정리 시 미니바 체크가 좀 부실한 것 같다. 미니바를 이용 안했는데 쪽지가 남아있었다면 체크아웃 시 반드시 확인 필요. 리셉션에서는 미니바 관련 이의제기를 잘 받아줘서 문제가 되진 않았음.

The hotel is located close to the centre of Cortina, which is convenient. Parking is also available. Overall, the accommodation is acceptable, but it is far from being a good or comfortable stay.

The biggest problem was the staff. They were often unfriendly and unhelpful. During dinner, the waiters offered water without explaining that it would be charged separately, even though we had already paid for half board. This should have been clearly communicated in advance. The food selection was often very limited. When other guests had already eaten, many serving dishes were empty, and the staff did not refill them regularly. This happened at breakfast as well. A very serious issue occurred when I received a phishing message on WhatsApp containing detailed information about my reservation. The message looked legitimate because it included my booking details. I contacted the hotel immediately to confirm whether it was genuine, but they never replied. I still have not received any response. This is a major security and customer service failure. The room was also very small and impractical.

El personal, ubicación y limpieza

Decoración pasada de moda. Todo el suelo de la entrada está enmoquetado. La habitación es muy pequeña. Cuarto de baño antiguo bañera y ducha en el cuarto de baño pero la ducha super pequeña. Mejor solo ducha y grande. Necesita una reforma.

中心地から近くて朝夕の食事付きで、とてもリーズナブルなホテル。EVなどが少し古いですが、料金から見ると⭕️だと思います。 朝夕の食事も美味しかった。何よりスタッフの対応が良かったです。

Hotel in posizione perfetta con parcheggio gratuito, vista stupenda dai piani alti, cena a buffet comoda dopo una giornata di trekking, struttura un po’ datata ma che a mio avviso mantiene il fascino elegante di Cortina.

Per chi si aspetta un servizio impeccabile a cena, la formula a buffet è un po’ dispersiva e c’è poca attenzione al cliente (ad esempio nell’ordinazione delle bevande).

Colazione all'altezza, cena con molti piatti

la struttura è un pò datata, mouquette in camera, bagno piccolo senza bidet. Però c'è un buon livello di servizio e pulizia per cui si nota meno il primo aspetto. Camera comunque funzionale con balcone e una splendida veduta.

La cucina è davvero improponibile.I cibi mal cucinati sono quasi sempre freddi perché presentati senza alcun coperchio e per lungo tempo.La qualità è modesta e la presentazione non esiste.

La posizione è ottima e lo staff è bravo, accogliente e disponibile.

Purtroppo la struttura è molto vecchia, per niente insonorizzata, si sentono i discorsi e lo scorrere dell’acqua delle camere accanto. Ci si sveglia facilmente per lo sbattere delle porte delle camere vicine. Il buffet non ha prodotti di qualità, ma c’è varietà (anche se poco per intolleranti, bisogna chiedere delle varianti). Le camere sono piccolissime e non ben illuminate. Lo skiroom non ha il porta scarponi riscaldato né i lucchetti per gli sci. Manca totalmente di investimenti.

Location and clean sheets and towels.

Food was terrible, for example the butter wasn’t butter it was packaged as such but was actually lard. Lots of packeted food. The salad was poor. A small bowl of apples was only fresh fruit at breakfast. Very outdated place for the price. Old damp wood smells. Very old bed covers, cushions curtains and carpets.

We stayed at the end of August 2025 and the experience was horrible. Can't understand why it has so many positive reviews. The rooms and bathrooms are old and badly isolated, you can basically hear other guests talk. Even from the outside, it does not come with great aesthetic. The location is good, near the city center, but it's definitely not worth the price they charge. I understand it's Cortina d'Ampezo, but there are way better hotels for the same price in town.

Location was excellent. We had a street side room which was noisy from early morning.

Unfortunately we found the buffet breakfast to have a very poor selection. No fresh fruit only canned fruit.

Nice rooms. upscale feel. Clean. Centrally located to everything in cortina.

Unfortunately they couldn’t provide laundry services for my one night stay when I inquired at check-in

Food is really delicious. I liked all except two things I didn't like.

I was twice in Majoni during the same week (I did some hiking in the Dolomites). I arrived from the airport in Venice quite late, about 10 pm, the hotel was informed about it earlier. No dinner (even some soup or bread) was waiting for me inspite of it was included in the price. (Dinner is up to 9 pm)

The food is great. I liked everything except one thing. see below.

I wanted to leave one bag before hiking in the Dolomites (I came back to the same hotel after one week hiking), the hotel agreed but wanted to charge for it. This kind of behavior would be fine for a cheap hostel. Not for this kind of hotel.

The location was perfect, and the hotel had everything you needed for a great stay.

Good location with barely a minutes walk into town and good parking. A slightly dated feel and a very generous 4 star rating. Food was OK and staff were very pleasant but seemed poorly trained. Whilst it is a large hotel the place was very dead with no guests using the bar or lobby. I imagine it may be very different in winter season. Facilities, service and style are not in keeping with the price and 4 star rating but comparable offerings in the town appear similar price point. Overall a comfortable but underwhelming stay.

Bar was not staffed but in fairness was barely used.

The location of the property is fantastic and is very central. There was a young member of staff in the breakfast area that was very helpful. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was very clean and the maids did a great job cleaning so I cannot complain in this respect.

The hotel is extremely dated and dark. The breakfast buffet for a 4 star hotel was extremely limited and often was not stocked well (regardless of time visiting). The shower in the room was very poor and the shower head didn’t not stay in the right place resulting in having to hold the shower head to get washed. We stayed in a hotel not far from this one earlier in our trip which was cheaper and it was significantly more modern, with better food and better natural lighting and this was only 3 star! I probably would not stay here again which is a shame because the town is lovely!
