Met de fietsverhuur in het hotel hadden we wat pech. We huurden 2 fietsen daarvan er eentje slechts half opgeladen was en reeds na 8km zo goed als een lege batterij had. Dus zonder batterij terug naar het hotel moeten fietsen.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Posizione eccellente perché a 10 min dalla Estaciò de nord e all’ingresso di Ruzafa. Il quartiere è animato e pieno di localini e ristoranti in classico stile spagnolo. Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Bagno pulito ma con qualcosa da rivedere (lavabo e miscelatore scomodissimi e da sistemare) che comunque non rende il soggiorno meno buono. Staff molto gentile. A disposizione biciclette per 6€/giorno a pedalata assistita. Colazione proposta a 15€…esagerato. Non è economicissimo ma direi che il rapporto qualita/prezzo è rispettato

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Good location in the heart of the hip Ruzafa neighborhood. It's not the hotel's fault, but this area is way oversold in guidebooks as trendy, Bohemian, the hip vibe. In fact it has a far higher prevalence of graffiti, trash, and cigarette smoke than anywhere else in Valencia. I so wish we'd stayed near the beach or in the downtown Plaza de la Reina area, even if a bit more expensive it would have been worth it. There are plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants in other neighborhoods too, Ruzafa is just too grungy. Anyway, hotel is basic--solid (not especially good) breakfast, small but clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant and helpful staff.
See above. Didn't like the Ruzafa neighborhood, hotel has few amenities, nothing exactly to dislike but not much to rave about either.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location is very good, the city can be reached very quickly, there are different possibilities to take the metros or the buses. The room was big enough, and the hotel is verí clean.
We did not know, and it is our fault, that the hotel is open to let pets in, and one night a dog was barking quite a long time, which was annoying a little bit. The rubbish in front of the hotel smells sometimes awfully.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Gostei muito do hotel, muito confortável, bonito e super bem localizado. Foi ótimo que foi possível estacionar ao lado num parque subterrâneo. Mas o que se destaca mais é o staff que é excecional, super simpáticos e deram ótimos conselhos relativamente a tudo. Outro ponto que merece destaque é o pequeno almoço. Adorei sobretudo os sumos naturais e as opções sem gluten.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We had a fantastic stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa and would happily return. The hotel is in a brilliant location, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, while still being within easy reach of Valencia’s main sights and public transport. Our room was comfortable and worked really well for a family of four. The hotel itself felt relaxed, welcoming and well maintained, and it made a great base for exploring the city. Ruzafa is also a lovely area to stay in, lively without feeling overwhelmingly touristy, and you get a much better feel for Valencia than you would in some of the busier central areas. A very enjoyable stay and an easy five stars from us. We’d definitely choose Petit Palace Ruzafa again on a future trip to Valencia.

Chambre très mal insonorisée, des hôtes arrivés tardivement et bruyamment dans leur chambre nous ont réveillés. Les portes et les murs ne filtrent aucun bruit. Le sol de la chambre et la salle de bains n’étaient pas propres. Les lits étaient inégalement confortables. L’échelle d’accès au lit superposé supérieur n’était pas pratique et limite dangereux.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Lovely small hotel. Had a room with a large terrace which we used to its full advantage. All the staff were lovely, and in particular Nica who role was " the breakfast lady". Every morning she made you feel welcomed. Hotels location is good, not in the middle of a super touristy area, but easily walkable to many sites.

Letto comodo bagno e doccia grande e ottimi infissi che isolavano acusticamente. Zona tranquilla e semi centrale ruzafa abbiamo cenato in zona in quanto piena di risto no turistici. In pochi minuti si arriva a plaza de Toros e poi passando da plaza de ayuntamiento in totale 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Con meno di 10euro di taxi dall'hotel si arriva in centro e anche all'Oceanografico o al Bioparco e con 20euro all'aeroporto.
Da migliorare la pulizia...un po di polvere . Dimensione camera un po piccola per 3 e visto bagno cieco inserirei aspiratore per vapore doccia e odori

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Petite Palace Ruzafa! ALL the staff were exceptional. It is a beautiful hotel with old charm and modern amenities. We loved having the top room balcony; it was a great way to feel like a local. It's centrally located in a great part of town with only a short 15 min walk to reach the Old Town and a great neighborhood for restaurants. The breakfast each morning surpassed our expectations with full hot and cold breakfast and choices, delicious fruit, homemade pastries, multiple fresh juice options, etc. Nica was an especially pleasant way to start our day. She was so friendly and helpful. We loved all the specialty Valencian baked goods she made each morning. Nica was so generous in sharing not only the names of each one, but how they may differ across Spain, and why that particular one was special in Valencia. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!

Душевая кабина. В номере 602 невозможно зайти внутрь душевой кабины и закрыть дверь.Там даже ребенок не пройдет, думаю. Пришлось принимать душ с открытой дверью быстро, чтобы не налить воду помимо душ кабины.

Very friendly hotel staff at check in and during our stay, all spoke good English and made our experience all that better. Ruzafa is a very popular area in Valencia, one could describe it as Valencia’s SOHO. Trendy cafes and bars along with restaurants and local markets…. All in all a great stay, great weather and a beautiful city.

Stanza pulita e bella, vicino a varie fermate del pullman per andare ovunque, vicino a posti dove mangiare, anche questi consigliati dal personale nella hall che mi ha suggerito posti con cucina locale dove mi sono trovato altrettanto bene. Colazione buona ed abbondante con buffet dolce e salato.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Tolle Lage, Ruzafa ist eine coole Nachbarschaft, nicht sehr touristisch. Trotzdem ist man gleich im Zentrum. Obwohl es viele Lokale in der Nähe gibt, ist es ruhig!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026El personal demasiado amable, llegué tarde y la señora que estaba en ese momento fue muy cordial, las chicas del desayuno son muy atentas vale toda la pena tomar el desayuno de hotel. Andando llegas al centro en media hora tienes varios bares cerca, en la noche hay fiesta no sé si por ser finde pero en lo personal no me afecta el ruido así que no escuché nada.
Las instalaciones pueden mejorarlas un poco, pero aún así me volvería a quedar.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Location was fabulous - actual neighbourhood was a very trendy & eclectic part of old Valencia with cafes bars & eateries on every corner .. this was NOT a typical ‘tourist’ area which we cherished ..also a 15 min walk to everything we wanted to see & visit Hotel was a delight. Room VERY nice with a small balcony & view ; staff were absolutely awesome

Reviewed May 23, 2026Let’s start off with the location of the hotel. It’s great. You’re right in Ruzafa. There are restaurants and bars all around which is great when you just want to get back to the hotel and go out for some tapas and conversation. You’re right in with the locals. The atmosphere was great, very quiet but well situated, it was around a 15-18 minute walk from the hotel to estación del Nord which at some point we were going to use to get the train to Barcelona. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful, they answered any and every question we had. They had free coffee until 11 or 12pm. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel because it had a lot of great options, the eating area was modern, light wood type of place and a lot of healthy drinks available. Honestly a great stay in our 24 day trip in Europe. Would recommend! PS please keep in mind to respect locals and areas around. This is for anyone visiting!

I payed for 4 nights breakfast included which was not too expensive but I expected a balcony room but did not get one. Balcony in the pictures online.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man hört so gut wie alles aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur.
