Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was same everyday, a bit cold. Finding location was not very clear even to local taxi drivers. Need a bit more clarification when emailling people - e.g Access is through Solna Centrum Mall, next to Specsavers.

屋上のサウナはほぼ貸切状態でした。6:00-22:00までやっています。床の水捌けが悪く水が溜まってしまうのは気になりましたが、サウナはロウリュも可能です。水風呂はありませんがシャワーが２つあります。サウナから出て休める椅子があります。

ショッピングモールの中に入り口があるのですが、見つけるまで時間がかかりました。Google mapだけだと注意が必要です。

Breakfast was simple but good (not massive but plenty of healthy options). It's location in a shopping centre, so easy if you want some snacks or a coffee. Next to metro station, very easy to navigate to Stockholm. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean.

Beds were twins and kept seperating when we put them next to each other. Bathroom is dated but clean, though the floor gets wet after showering.

Location was difficult to find for Taxi driver & friends who live in Stockholm. A bit more clarification on confirmation email - for finding Main Entrance on street Next to Specsavers would be more helpful.

Confusion as to getting to the Hotel.

Frukosten var ju helt okej, men helhetsupplevelsen av inte många likes.

Väldigt sur och otrevlig bemötande i recceptinen. Parkingen som erbjöds var nästintill obefintlig, som dessutom var full när vi kom ner i garaget. Det var dåligt städat i vårt rum där någon hade legat i sängen.

The location is great, close to the blue subway line an also at the interior of a big shopping centre, which can be quite practical for buying some groceries or shopping other items, even for eating a meal. The rooms a big enough, comfortable, very clean, with a tea pot for making tea or coffee in the room, much appreciated. The hotel even has a fitness centre and a sauna, though we did not use it. The view from the 14th floor is quite nice, though. The breakfast is excellent, a lot of choice and very fresh products. We especially appreciated the overnight oats, the tea choice and the ginger shots.

The mattress was too soft, which could be a problem for someone like me with lower back issues, but for those without such problems, it’s probably quite comfortable. The elevator tends to get busy in the mornings on weekends.

Location on Google maps takes you to backe side of hotel and then its takes again long walk to go to front gate of hotel.

Location was great and view on small balcony

size of room was very small, the bed just fit in the room hardly any walking room either side and didn't reflect photos on website for room type, the balcony needs a paint. I didn't like the coffee maker as used proprietor hotel sachets? Main restaurant was very average, we had dinner first night and couldn't eat the bouillabaisse & service wasn't good, the restaurant and terrace needs a big renovation. Hotel is tired and out of date.

Blev något fel mer parkeringen från hotellets sida så fick en bot på 1600kr men dem fixade det sedan. Inte speciellt nytt hotell, väldigt basic frukost. Svarar aldrig i telefonen och svårt att hitta hotellet.

地下鉄駅に近くバスや電車の駅にも近いので中心部へアクセスしやすい。 朝食が充実している。

パークサイドの広い眺めを期待したが、泊まった部屋が3階で、目の前の屋根と林しか見えなかった。

地下鉄駅まで近いところが良い。ショッピングモール内のスムーズな床を通って駅まで行けるので重いスーツケースを引き摺っても移動がとても楽でした。 モール内で食事もできるしスーパーマーケットもあって何かと便利でした。 朝食も良かったです。

シャワーの水よけフェンスが緩い建て付けで水が床に流れて濡れてしまった。

All was good

We paid quite a lot extra for a dog fee, so was a bit dissapointing when out of 3 night stay only once our room was cleaned. Would expect more for the amount we paid extra :)

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with good quality and variety, although the selection was somewhat repetitive during our stay. Overall, a decent hotel with a great location and a very good breakfast, but the bathroom size and layout could certainly be improved.

The main drawback was the size of the bathrooms, which felt quite cramped. The toilet and washbasin were positioned very close together, with some overlap, which made using the space rather uncomfortable. The shower area was also quite small.

Jag har bott på det här hotellet så många gånger så jag tappat räkningen och det tycker jag är ett gott betyg i sej att man kommer tillbaka år efter år

Ciekawy hotel położony w centrum handlowym – pierwszy raz nocowaliśmy w takim miejscu 😊 Pokoje kompaktowe, ale czyste i dobrze wyposażone: łazienka, lodówka, czajnik, kawa i herbata. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie – zdecydowanie warto je wybrać. Dla gości dostępne są też sauna i siłownia. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra Solna Centrum. Warto wiedzieć, że po zamknięciu centrum handlowego wejście jest od strony metra i przystanku autobusowego – drzwi otwiera karta do pokoju.

The hotel offers a great breakfast, a comfortable bed, and an excellent location close to the city center. Since it is located inside the mall, everything you need is conveniently within reach.

We didn’t realize that the hotel entrance was located inside the mall, so it took us some time to figure out where to go. We were also given a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking and playing music, which made our last night stay quite noisy.

The location is excellent. The hotel is right in the centre of Solna, inside the shopping centre and just next to the metro station, so getting around Stockholm is very easy and quick. At first, I found the idea of a hotel inside a shopping centre a little unusual, but it actually turned out to be very convenient. The real highlight, however, was the breakfast. It was genuinely excellent and far exceeded my expectations – definitely one of the best things about the stay.

There is no refrigerator in the room, and the room itself is quite sparsely equipped, although everything is functional. The biggest problem was the noise during the night. Some guests in a neighbouring room were extremely loud and were effectively having a party, but unfortunately the reception did not intervene. Around midnight, I eventually had to go into the hallway myself, find the source of the noise and ask them to stop. Fortunately, they listened and the situation ended without any problems, but I should not have had to deal with this myself. A guest should not be put in a position where they have to confront a group of noisy people in the middle of the night and potentially put themselves at risk. This is something the hotel staff should have handled.

Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist ideal, man kommt schnell in die City.

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung und das Bad sollten man renoviert/erneuert werden. Für eine vierköpfige Familie sind die Familienzimmer schon recht klein und die Zustellbetten waren nicht gerade bequem. Es war für uns schwierig das Hotel zu finden, es befindet sich direkt in einem Einkaufscenter, wo man von außen jedoch keinen Hinweis findet.

Stort fan av gästvänligheten och smidigheten. Lättsam personal och trevlig. Riktigt fin frukost. Trevliga rum.

Utbud av budget rum med kyl. Men det kanske är jag själv som är dumsnål. Men hade varit trevligt med en kyl i flera rum
