Reviewed Sep 9, 2025This is a business hotel in a retail park. As such it is very good - clean, good breakfast, etc. with a seafood restaurant and an Italian restaurant next door which offer a 20% discount to hotel guests. I give it 3* overall because we wasted so much time finding it, and when we arrived the receptionist admitted the Sat Nav location is wrong and a lot of guests find it hard to find! PUT IT RIGHT OR FLAG IT UP ON YOUR WEBSITE SO WE KNOW!

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024The hotel is easily accessible by car and there is ample parking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a Burger King and a McDonalds. The staff is very friendly and had a gift for our young son. The public areas and the room are very clean. If I can think of one point for improvement, it would be nice if there was a waste bin in the room instead of just in the bathroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain about the hotel!
