Spot Apartments Hiekkaharju

Luotto yöpymispaikka, kun tulen Puistokulmaan tanssimaan.

Saapuminen junalla oli helppoa Hiekkaharjuun ja asunto oli helposti löydettävissä. Lisäksi asunnon läheisyydessä oli kauppa, josta oli helppo käydä ostamassa evästä. Asunto oli siisti ja täytti kaikki tarpeet :)

Yöllä heräsin kun joku rymyporukka yritti löytää omaan asuntoon. Taisi olla oikea ovi hakusessa :)

Hyvä ja siisti asunto. Kokkaus mahdollisuudesta iso plussa.

Sänky oli parhaat päivät nähnyt, liian joustava.

Rauhallista.

Todella epäsiistiä. Asuntoa ei oltu siivottu kunnolla. Astiat olivat likaisia.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja ilmainen pysäköinti.

Huoneistossa oli sokeritoukkia/paperitoukkia ja jouduimme pakastamaan matkatavaramme kotiin päästyämme, jottemme vie niitä kotiin. Niitä oli paljon ja isoja! Huoneisto oli myös aika huonosti siivottu ja etenkin kylpyhuone haisi pahasti virtsalta. Majoittaja ei ole myöskään vastannut viesteihini aiheesta.

Ulko-oven kahva rikki. Sängyn pistorasia roikkui johtojen varassa. Sänky oli todella huono asunnossa 5. Edellisen kerran asunnossa 7 oli ihan ok sänky.

Asuinkelvoton huoneisto. Ei oltu siivottu millään tavalla ja tupakansavu leijaili huoneistossa edelleen... Likaiset sängyt, astiat ym. Roskat lattialla

Huonessa oli kaikki mitä tarvii

Vessassa oli niin kova tupakkaa hajuu. Joku oli vedänyt kunnolla tupakkaa sisällä.

Hyvä parkkipaikka ja sisäänkirjautuminen.

Lähellä asemaa, todella siisti ja puhtaat vuodevaatteet/pyyhkeet, rauhallinen.

Oli hieman vaikea löytää autolle pysäköintipaikkaa, kun tulin illalla asunnolle. Parkkipaikka oli täynnä autoja. No, minäpä laitoin autoni osin nurmikolle 😊.

Asunto oli kaunis ja siisti.Pikku keittiö oli plussaa ja siisti,sai tehtyä ruat nopeasti.Asunto oli kyllä puhdas mutta meitä oli 2 aikuista ja pyyhkeitä oli vaan 2 pientä käsipyyhettä ja yksi vaan iso pyyhe🙈🙂

Oli erittäin raskas yö😔 Jossain asunnosta kuului läpi yön koputus, naputus joka todella paljon häiritsi ja ei saanut sen takia nukuttua koko yön 😔 Naapurit sattui olemaan aika äänekkäitä,eli huoneistoissa on erittäin ohut seinät.Kuului käkätys läpi yön 😔 Että jos olet todella väsynyt ja tartet enemmän rauhallisempaa paikkaa niin tämä paikka ei ole sellainen.Muuten on hyvä, nikuin yleiskuva asunnosta ja varmaan sijainti on hyvä.Mutta häirivä läpiyön koputus,naputus vei todella yöunet ja voimat.Samoin äänikkäät naapurit😔☹️ Ja internet yhteys aika huono, ei pystynyt jatkamaan.Eikä yhtään jaksanut lataa...😔

Rauhallisella paikalla, heräsin linnunlauluun.

Ulko-oven vieressä verhoamaton ikkuna, josta näkee sisälle asuntoon.

Epämiellyttävä tunkkainen Tupakanhaju, roskaiset lattiat ja matot. Likaiset keittiövälineet. Erittäin huonot sängyt.

Kivan näköinen huoneisto, hyvällä paikalla

Sokeritoukkia (?) vilisti sekä lattialla että sängyssä. Petivaatteissa likaa ja tahroja

Gebruikershandleiding van ventilatie was niet aanwezig. Ventilatie roosters waren zeer vuil. Zwart koffiezetapparaat en zwarte waterketel in ee zwarte kast. Waterpeil koffiemachine was niet te zien zonder zaklamp. Water kon pas opgevuld worden als de koffiemachine half uit de kast getrokken was. Stopcontact voor de twee apparaten is zo geplaatst dat beide apparaten niet tegelijk gebruikt kunnen worden. De gemakkelijke stoel was een zwart stalen geraamte, dus enkel een sta in de weg. Niet iedereen is bereid om onder een aan de wand hangende televisie te slapen. Een leeslamp boven het bed ontbreekt en de andere had een veel te lang snoer, dat rond de lamp was gewikkeld.

Hienosti rempattu asunto ja hyvät sängyt. Runsaasti parkkipaikkoja autoille ja näppärä sisäänkirjautuminen avainkoodilla.

Muutamia puutteita. Television kaukosäädin oli kateissa. Pesukoneen luukusta puuttui koko läpinäkyvä kansi. Ei ollut onneksi pyykinpesutarvetta. Huoneisto 7 on ikävästi tupakkapaikan vieressä, joten savunhajua tulee sisään huoneistoon.

The TV..worst in my travel history, the controller didn't work, and the TV always popped up some advertising from the TV brand itself so it took most of the screen space, even if you used the controls under the front of the tv to close the advertisement. Bad, get a new one please. And there was a lot of dust on top of some cabinets.

The venue is outside of the city in a comfortable location with the car. There was okay amount of parking spaces and the venue offerred everything needed for a brief stay.

Main gripe was the window next to entrance that was see-through and there was no means to cover it other than with the toilet door being open. Bed was slighly too soft for my preference and the parking lot was slightly too small for comfortable parking.

Easy check-in

There was an annoying beeping sound, the worst nightmare you can expect to face upon arrival after a delayed flight. It was almost impossible to fall asleep. Stinky bathroom didn’t make it trustworthy to sit on a toilet without a layer of protection. Kitchen sink tap was not fixed, keeping dancing around within each interaction. Also one of spoons had a hair on it.

No privacy at all, the windows near the door were glazed with transparent and no blinders at least, a clear see through.

Huoneessa oli heikosti äänieristetty koteloitu viemäriputki, joten jos joku veti vessaan ylemmissä kerroksissa niin lotina kuului melko voimakkaasti huoneessa ja herätti jopa öisin. Lisäksi ikkunanvieruksissa oli halkeamia, joista tuli sokeritoukkia huoneistoon sisään.

So good just 5 mint waak train station and market very clean and comfortable room

Mukava, viihtyisä pikku huoneisto. Sängyt hyvät nukkua, miinuksena sängyn petareiden likaisuus ja wc:ssä haisi virtsa voimakkaasti.

I booked the apartment last minute due to cancelled trains and got the key code through swiftly. Apartment has everything you need including an oven and kettle. Quite and cosy.

If I'm being VERY picky, an extra pillow or a non-feather pillow would be nice.

I was allowed to check in a bit earlier so that I can put away my luggage

The apartment itself was great, well equipped, reasonably clean. Comfortable beds. Great location, 13 minutes drive from Helsinki airport.

Only the process of getting the code for the apartment. I did not receive the code in time as promised. I had to wait almost two hours, call the hotline, which initially gave me the wrong code. But in the end, everything was resolved successfully, and the apartment fully met my expectations.

Easy and contactless self-service check-in, short notice booking possibility which "saved my night" when travel plan changed unexpectedly, walking distance from the Hiekkaharju train station, wi-fi, spacious for a short-term stay, facilities would have been sufficient for a longer stay, clean in general, comfortable bed (could have been wider, though).

The apartment was much more dated/worn and cheaper feeling than what it looked like in the pictures. TV channels didn't work (but someone had forgotten to log out from their Netflix account, what compensated), and there was no shampoo or a hair dryer. The biggest turn-off was a really strong smell (of spicy food perhaps), which occupied the fridge and kitchen area. Maybe it was just bad luck right after the previous resident, but very uncomfortable for a smell sensitive person like me.

Tiene lo mínimo imprescindible. No está mal, pero por el precio esperaba algo un poco mejor. Esta cerca de la estación de tren, a 5 min. andando, y hay un supermercado (pequeño) a mitad de camino. Pero casi nada más. Aunque a 1 estación de tren tienes Tikurilia, y ahí si que hay mas cosas. Puedes llegar a Helsinki en tren en unos 25 min por unos 4€, y en Uber por unos 30€. Lo que menos me gustó fue la limpieza. No es que estuviera sucia, pero había pelos largos por todos lados, en el suelo, en las sabanas, en las toallas… y mi marido y yo tenemos el pelo corto.

It was very easy to find the place and to get into the apartment.

It was very very cold! I understand that it was almost -20 C outside when we stayed there, but still it seemed that there was no heating in the apartment!

Too cold. Nothing there for beverages.

First of all: we should have read another people’s comments about the temperature. We booked two nights stay in flat number 10 The place is nice and the property size is okay. But the temperature was super super COLD we called the property management they sent us a massage around 7pm saying sorry will send someone to fix it tomorrow morning @9am However we tried sleeping in our jackets but our child couldn’t. So we slept at our friends house that night. Next day we came back at 8 am and waited for that someone to show up till 10 am and they send us a message saying we came yesterday afternoon “which is another lie” and checked it wasn’t broken and sorry we can’t do anything about it That’s all So we had to leave and booked to stay somewhere else.

- the instructions to enter always sent very late - the temperature of the apartment was super super cold the heater is broken - the attitude of customer service is the worst and - takes ages to hold the line to talk to customer support.

Erittäin rauhallinen, kodikas ja siisti lomakoti, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen matkalaiselle. Ilmainen pysäköinti lähes oven edessä. Lähellä keskustaa.

No toilet paper, no complementary coffee/tea. Poor cellular coverage. Wifi ok, bed and location great.

Kiva asunto hyvällä paikalla lähellä asemaa.

Everything was excellent. The price according to quality.
