The lift should have english wordings for door open / close or arrow signage. It's in Japanese so we not sure which button to press to keep the lift door open for other user.

紹介ページではリファのドライヤーやシャワーヘッド、ヘアアイロンなどが載っていましたが、特にそんなものは無く、残念でした。それ以外は満足です！

Struttura vecchia, bagni troppo piccoli sembrano quelli delle cabine delle navi, la nostra aspirazione non funzionava quindi durante la doccia si creava tantissima umidità e il phono era difettoso faceva caldo e freddo in continuazione. Pulizia della camera da rivedere, molta polvere e capelli sulla lampada del letto, non nostri perché erano presenti appena siamo entrati in camera.

チェックインの際、アプリで予約していましたが受付に行くと何も言われ無かったので予約番号提示した際に「名前で教えてください」と威圧的に言われ、気分悪かったです。あえて名前は言いませんが、他の方は親切で対応も良い印象を受けたのですごくガッカリしました。あと、ロビーでチェックイン待機している際も、受付の方達がジロジロこちらを見て何か言っているのも不快でした。

The room was smelly. Trash left over by the previous guests was not cleared. Feedback to the counter and they promised to clean our room the next day when we were out during the daytime. But nothing was done when we return at night. Don't bother to feedback again since we are checking out the next morning. Will never return to this hotel if we visit hakodate again.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa on erinomainen baari, joka on ehdottomasti poikkeamisen arvoinen. Näkymät ovat hyvät, ja maisteltavana on erilaisia settejä. Erityisen kiitoksen ansaitsee baarin ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Kylpyhuonekosmetiikkaa selvästi niukemmin kuin japanilaisissa hotelleissa eskimäärin.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026We weren't sure what to expect in Hakodate but we are so glad we made the stop. We ended up having to extend a night due to a typhoon closing all access to Tokyo but couldn't think of a better place to stay. This hotel is right there at the station with airport bus service across the road and just convenient to everything. It was a great hotel we had a club room and up on the top level was a tiny little club lounge with wine and beer on tap and the most beautiful cake sticks ever. Also on the top level is the bar that has stunning views over Hakodate and then there is the service. The team in this bar were incredible during our stay. Under the lead of Food and Beverage Manager Sato they delivered an experience which is what travel is all about now. The drinks were absolute perfection and watching him create them is an art in itself. Everything was measured to a fine standard and they made us feel so welcome and invited it was a great vibe. We might have partaken in a few too many there but it was a great space. Staff at the hotel helped me work with ANA when our flight was cancelled to arrange the next day and gave me another night in the same room for same price as I paid. So glad to have the extra night in Hakodate at this great hotel

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026函館駅＆朝市＆海岸に近くて大変便利でした。また部屋の広さ設備も2人で宿泊には十分でした。
部屋の照明が少し暗かったのと室内の壁紙が黒色になっている部分が余計に暗く感じたかもしれません。個人的には明るい色の方が良いかと思います。

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Love the location - it’s literally behind the Hakodate station and bus terminal. Many eating places around. Very convenient. I also love the view from my room window at night. The bed faces the window and I can see the streets of Hakodate silhouetted by the mountains. I also like the little thoughtful touches in the room, like having a luggage rack, a low floor light and a bed lamp. The breakfast was really good! What a spread.
