Urban Inn, Alor Setar

lokasi sangat memuaskan banyak kemudah boleh dapatai

tak ada mini bar... overall 👍🏻

Mamak stall near to hotel

Room can hear sound from other room so loud

- comfortable - have a netflix - near to supermarket & coffee shop

Easy access to food

Too strict with the check-in time, you have to wait exactly at 3 o'clock to check-in

All good.

The property was nice overall, but the cleanliness and condition of the flooring could be improved. There were quite a few visible stains and marks, and some areas looked worn. A more thorough cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference

The ground facilities i.e. the shops that support the needs down stairs on ground level is excellent.

The price of the room didn't meet my expectation. The size is not right for the price that I paid. And the room has no window, with only one switch for the lights. There is no other light. It is either too bright or very dark. It felt like sleeping in a prison cell! With such outlook, i.e tower building and facilities at ground is excellent, good location, the hotel room is not a good one. As a person who frequently stays at hotels, I think the hotel owner is very stingy, thinks too much about making profit not providing good service.

Parking free, berdekatan dgn kedai

Never try, I was not informed of breakfast provided

bathroom hook too high, no sampoo and lotion

Good location & eateries walking distance

Easy to find some cafe and restaurants

Pillow and blanket smell not good

Friendly customer service, nice location Easy parking

The room design I no understand Sebelum buka pintu ada tangga, masuk bilik kena turun tangga, orang tua nyaris jatuh, takda peti sejuk!!! Bilik mandi takda exhaust fan, besi letak baju kenapa la tinggi sangat, sampai baju kena buang baru boleh sampai atas==,saya rasa bilik air dengan tandas no need separate will look bigger and more useful. Poor Soundproofing

Rooms were clean. Staff were especially friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a plus that the hotel is above a small mall with eateries, supermarket, pharmacy etc

Most rooms had no window. But it was ok....no traffic noise

Aircond very dusty.

Location : Nasi Kandar Sedap

Parking susah… 😥

The surrounding.

Near by to facility, cheap

Lokasi hotel yang terletak dekat dengan pelbagai kedai makan dan lain-lain.

Location

Front desk staffs very rude

Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Location is great with good restaurants at ground floor. Easy to park as well.

Nothing.

Location of the property. Covered car park.

Bed is horrendous, zero support and spring poking the spine. Floor is not clean and no hotel slippers provided.

Comfortable and clean room, the location is very convenient, near to the town area, and have lots of convenient stores and food choices below the hotel. Various parking spaces in the basement, but the parking lot is slightly smaller if you're driving a big car, free parking for hotel guests, you just have to go to the hotel reception to validate your car plate number. Water dispenser is available at each floor.

Spacious

Wifi given is not workable. We couldnt use the wifi provided and had to leveraged on personal wifi for the tv. And then theres no normal channels like 1,2,3 at least.

Semua ok...tempat makan banyak..takyah pening nak makan apa..

Lokasi memang baik. Banyak tempat makan. Parking luas dan percuma.

location and view

didt have window and smoking room

The bed

The smell of cigarretes

The location was near with fnb easy to find

The room was got bug not private can hear customer from neighbour

lift so slow and it take so long

Love the location it has a lot of shops and restaurants to go. No issues.

Location is great with lots of eateries and shops at ground floor.

We were not told the room had no window when made the booking. Room was dusty. Also pretty bad soundproofing as we could hear the neighbours and people talking at the corridor.

Prefer the place as it’s location is not busy and not to far from city centre

Basement parking during the day was almost full. TV programs very limited

Location, near to the Town centre.

Building itself is very complicated, do not have their own main door to access to your Hotel. Turn around only can reached. Other than this is okay to staying.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff members.

Didn’t realize some rooms are windowless so we had to switch to a room with windows. No refrigerator.
