J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, très pratique et bien desservi.

J’ai moins apprécié le tarif exorbitant appliqué pendant la période du salon. Le prix demandé ne reflétait absolument pas le standing ni la qualité de la chambre proposée.

Good value for money. Great little kitchen and comfortable beds. Loved the big pool.

Tiny bathroom and too small for 4 sharing. No door to the bedroom not even a curtain so very close quarters.There is a door that closes the lounge/bedroom from the bathroom/ hall.

Отличный отель, хорошее обслуживание, номера приятные и ухоженные. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Очень удобно, что в номере есть небольшая кухня с посудой и техникой. Метро 5-7 минут от отеля. Нам очень всё понравилось, в будущем планируем останавливаться здесь.

Avions réservés un appartement avec deux lits simples et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit double.apparemment notre chambre n'était papas prête à 15 h et le personnel ne nous a rien dit ! Ventilateur qui ne marchait pas .

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchenette was very convenient and well-equipped. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Alles in Ordnung, es hat geklappt, Fahrräder in der Garage kostenlos, Metro in der Nähe. Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Umgebung war interessant.

Wir waren 5 Nächte da. Wenn man frische Handtücher haben möchte, kostet es extra. Wenn wir fünf einzelne Übernachtungen hintereinander bezahlt hätten, wäre es der gleiche Preis gewesen und wir hätten jeden Tag Reinigung und frische Handtücher bekommen.

Size of the apartment was surprisingly good, little kitchen and a dining table were very useful. 8 mins to a metro station

It had a little smell coming out of the bathroom, but it disappeared after the first shower usage. Also walls are a bit thin, so we could hear other ppl from the hall. Also not the most comfortable beds, but nothing terrible

Confortável e do tamanho ideal para um casal. O banheiro tem um tamanho ok, e o chuveiro também é funciona bem. Tem um aquecedor de toalhas que foi ótimo para mantê-las secas e também secar algumas roupas. Tem secador pra cabelo ótimo, e guarda roupa espaçoso. Muito pertinho do metrô e bairro tranquilo, confortável, silencioso e seguro. Tem restaurantes perto, Mc Donalds também. Até que é fresco, mas no calor fica abafado e só um ventilador não é muito bom, precisaria ter ar condicionado pra ser melhor e ter uma nota maior.

Não ter ar condicionado, tem apenas um ventilador que não é prático e confortável pra dormir.

Los recepcionistas muy amables. Todos intentaban hacerse entender. Las habitaciones están bien, los baños tienen de todo y la cocina también. Está en una calle con mucha oferta de restaurantes alrededor y muy bien comunicado con el tren y el bus.

El techo de la recepción estaba medio caído. El desayuno muy muy muy escaso. Los pasillos olían a animal, como a granja....yo supongo que es de la moqueta que estará sucia.

Tout était parfait dans l'appart hôtel, la chambre, la configuration, la kitchenette, le personnel , le calme absolu.

Mooie ruime studio. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Lakens en handdoeken waren voorzien en er is een frigo met vriesvak. Op een half uur tijd ben je met de metro in centrum Parijs. Lekkere italiaan en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Prijs kwaliteit is de studio zeker ok.

De gangen zijn oud en vuil. De studio zelf viel gelukkig goed mee. Enkel de badkamer is aan de kleine kant met een paar vlekken (schimmel?). Er is geen airco maar wel een ventilator .

Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche top ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal spricht englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Auto kann man in der Hotelgarage lassen. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da, weil wir dieses Hotel schätzen.

Das Schwimmbad war kaputt. Für uns war das Schwimmbad mit ein Hauptgrund das Hotel zu buchen. Das war wirklich schade und ich finde man hätte uns das im Vorfeld mitteilen können. Unser Kind war sehr sehr traurig.

L’accessibilité rapide aux événements et transports en commun autour

Nous avons eu une première chambre qui était sale au possible. J’ai pris des photos et été voir la réception, on nous a dit qu’ils verraient le lendemain et à minuit ils viennent toquer pour que l’on change de chambre « pour mieux ». Nous sommes trois, dans la première il y avait un lit simple et un lit double. Dans la deuxième nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un clic clac une place et un lit double. La literie du clic clac était très inconfortable, celle du lit aussi. Parlons maintenant du parking. 18€ la journée. Un parking miteux, sans lecteur de plaque, pas d’accès direct à la réception depuis et tout le monde peut y accéder sans la biper qu’ils nous donnent.

La qualité des échanges avec la réception.

L'établissement est très bien situé, proche d'une gare de métro et d'une gare rer. (Environ 500m)Le quartier est calme. Parfait pour découvrir Paris sur une petite semaine. Il y a des commerces à proximité supermarché, enseigne de surgelés, boulangerie, pizzeria, restos... Notre appartement pour 3 personnes était au 1er avec ascenseur en retrait de la rue donc calme. Il était bien équipé. La literie était confortable. Les rideaux étaient bien occultant. Le personnel est sympathique. Le ventilateur colonne est efficace, mais avec les grosses chaleurs d'août la climatisation serait bienvenue.

Nous avons eu chaud, surtout la nuit. La climatisation serait un plus.

Le personnel est disponible. L'emplacement est juste parfait. Dans un lieu calme et proche du métro. Avec une très bonne boulangerie à moins de cinq minutes à pied.

Pendant la période de canicule rouge, il faisait très chaud et il n'y avait malheureusement pas de ventilateur dans les chambres. C'est le seul bémol.

Personnel sympathique, souriant, agréable et disponible. Appart propre, bien équipé, bien situé, proche transports et commerces. Nous étions déjà venus, et prêts à revenir.

Un seul inconvénient, mais qui n'est pas du tout du fait de la résidence, mais du fait de certains clients. Un peu bruyant dans les couloirs en soirée et début de nuit.

What I liked: * Great location. * Very cozy and clean area of Paris. * The rooms looked exactly like in the photos.

What I didn’t like: * There was no air conditioning, only small fans, which were not enough during hot weather. * The stove in one of the rooms was not working. Since we stayed for 10 days with our family, the lack of an opportunity to cook was inconvenient. * Some of the male staff members were rude. * We were charged twice for beer that had already been paid for. Unfortunately, this was the main thing that spoiled our stay.

Que no tiene aire acondicionado y era pleno verano, si abría las ventanas la calle tiene mucho tráfico y el ruido no deja dormir

Quite neighborhood and easy access by train, good food options nearby and local grocery shops are also nearby.

Was given a different price to what was advertised on this website, paid £100 over the price for parking which was in a very badly constructed garage and breakfast which honestly was just cereal on a side table with a selection of fruit. Not what is expected from a paid for breakfast. Understandably not many of the staff spoke English but some staff members felt like they were also misinformed about us staying at the location. The room was also a lot smaller than advertised, the room was advertised to be spacious with a separate room for beds, but it was a very cramped studio, with too much furniture and barely any space to walk around. Also under the bed was caked in dust

Geen airco. Het was onverantwoord heet op onze kamer. Slechte blower op kamer die nauwelijks werkte. Na 2 dagen, na vragen, goed werkende blower gekregen. Situatie was nog niet ideaal. Door hitte, zeer frequent douchen om te koelen. Kregen niet als compensatie extra handdoeken. Voor 4 nachten slechts 1 kleine en 1 grote handdoek. Wilde je extra, 5 euro per handdoek.

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Zudem nachts auch erstaunlich ruhig. Hotelumgebung bietet Möglichkeiten zur Versorgung.

Metro hatte teils Betrieb wegen Wartung eingestellt, d. h. das Fortkommen musste umständlich organisiert werden. Personalfreundlichkeit war sehr von den Personen abhängig, diese waren teils sehr nett, teils nur muffelig. Sauberkeit Empfang, Flur und z. T. Frühstücksraum lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, diese Bereich sind abgewohnt und werden nicht gut gepflegt.

Emplacement Nickel : à 10mn du parc des expositions Le coté Apart' Hotel qui permet de ne pas mangé au resto tous les soir Avec la proximité d'un intermarché à 2mn, c'est top.

Pas de Clim : à Paris sous 40° c'est invivable.

Готель знаходиться за 12 хв на метро до ейфелевої вежі, так само легко дістатися до інших памʼяток. Завжди є гаряча вода, дуже зручні ліжка і білосніжна постіль. Гарний wi fi. Ввічливий персонал. Чудові, ситні сніданки, смачні сири, круасани, кава і апельсиновий сік. Чиста і безпечна станція метро.

La seule chose que il y a personne qui a passé faire le ménage ,le changement des serviette et le débarrassage de la poubelle ça n'a pas été complètement .J'ai demandé à la réception pourqu'i il n'y a personne pour faire le ménagele Sa réponse était pire que le service qui non pas fait la réponse était on fait le ménage par rapport au nombre de jours réservé

Rooms are clean, staff is nice, covered parking (although we had to pay). There is a kitchen in the room that we did not use but it is good. Two elevators. Area is quiet and family-friendly. Direct public transport to major tourist attractions is not available but there is a bus stop very near.

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Also, if we are not in the first 1 hour of the opening time, we miss some items that are important as vegetarians.

The room and the area around the hotel were amazingly clean and I liked it.

The breakfast was the same all 3 mornings. Could've used some variety.

Cet hotel est très bien situé dans Paris, tout près d'une station de métro de la ligne 13. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les alentours ainsi que des épiceries.

J'avais validé la semaine avant notre arrivée qu'il y avait bien un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sur place. A notre arrivée, le sèche-linge était brisé et cela a pris 4 jours pour avoir une vraie réponse sur la situation: comme quoi le sèche-linge était administré par une compagnie externe et qu'on ne connaissait pas la date de réparation. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Le meuble de lavabo était tellement près du bain qu'il bloquait l'entrée de la douche/bain.

We stayed here from May 22–30 and had a really good experience. Highlights • Great location. Even though it's in Zone 2, the Metro station is very close and getting to central Paris is easy. • 24-hour lounge with free coffee, hot drinks, and water. • Nice garden and smoking area. • Comfortable bed and decent room size for two travelers. • Fully furnished room with plenty of storage for small items. Special Thanks to Mayumi • When we checked in around 10 PM, a male staff member informed us that because we had two separate reservations, we would eventually need to check out, leave our luggage at the front desk, and re-check in later. • The following day, I stopped by the front desk to see if there was any way to avoid this. • Luckily, I was helped by Mayumi, who arranged for us to stay in the same room for our entire stay. • She was upfront that we couldn't get a refund for the larger, more expensive room we were originally supposed to move to, which was completely fine with us. • She saved us from a logistical nightmare and made our stay much more enjoyable. Downsides • No air conditioning. During warmer days, the room could get uncomfortable even with a fan. • We were also surprised to learn that fresh towels normally come with a fee, even if you decline housekeeping. That said, a staff member kindly provided them to us free of charge when we requested them. Overall, we had a very good stay, and Mayumi's excellent customer service made it even better. Thank you, Mayumi!

Location & Safety: The hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood. There is an excellent supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Transport: Getting around is quite convenient. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk to the metro station. Even better, the train station is just a 7-minute walk away, offering a direct train to Versailles. If Versailles is on your itinerary, this location is absolutely perfect! The Hotel & Rooms: The reception area is nice and welcoming. The rooms are standard but come with a very well-equipped kitchenette that has everything you could possibly need. It was also quite clean. The View: We enjoyed a lovely view from our window - you could even catch a tiny glimpse of the very top of the Eiffel Tower! Parking: The hotel garage is excellent. It requires an extra fee, but the price is very reasonable for Paris. The entrance is convenient and easy to navigate. It’s a small garage, so there are limited spots - make sure to book it in advance. Pet-friendly: It was great to see that the hotel accepts dogs (for an additional charge). In general, it’s a pretty good hotel, especially given the reasonable price. It’s a fantastic choice if you plan to visit Versailles or if this specific metro line suits your itinerary. However, looking back, I probably wouldn’t choose this location again. It’s not because of the hotel itself - which is completely fine - but simply because the location is a bit specific for general sightseeing. Still, considering the price, you can't complain!

The Bathroom/Toilet: This was the only real issue in the room. The toilet space is extremely small; your knees practically touch the door. While it’s fine for petite or average-sized people, I highly wouldn't recommend it for taller or larger guests, as it will feel very cramped. Specific Location & Metro: The metro line serving the hotel isn't the most central one. Because of this, you will have to change lines/transfer to get to most of the popular tourist spots. It doesn’t take too long to reach the city center, but it does require some extra planning. Note: We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can't comment on it.

Comodità della zona servita benissimo sia negli spostamenti che come negozi alimentari/ boulangerie etc.. ristoranti i e altro. Per chi arriva in auto dall autostrada A6 è davvero comodissimo.

Comodissimo il parcheggio ma un po caro 18 euro a notte… incide molto sul costo totale..
