Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause! Das Personal ist superfreundlich, das Essen fast immer großartig und am besten finde ich, dass man Bescheid sagen kann und dann wird eine Portion Essen aufbewahrt, wenn man es nicht rechtzeitig schafft

Location, staff, room, meals were all excellent

Minor issue, we were in an internal room, which has less light anyway, and the lighting provided is very dim.

The room was very clean and spacious and included a kitchenette too which is excellent, although utensils etc need to be hired which was not necessary for us. The meals included were an added bonus, delicious and varied with the menu posted at reception prior to the week starting. Was not sure what to expect with meals included in the room price but we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner with plenty of choice and plenty of food available for seconds if needed. They cater well for vegetarian and gluten free also. All staff too were excellent and very helpful with any requests.

Loved this hotel! Great communication from the start. I had a couple of requests which were met with a quick response. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Fantastic value for money since breakfast, fika and dinner included. Food was lovely and plenty of choice, especially at breakfast. Restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The room was large, clean and so comfortable. Great location, just a short walk from central station, buses and trams. Would definitely return next time we visit Gothenburg.

Sehr gute Lage, große und ruhige Zimmer, gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Organisation für den Waschsalon war auch perfekt.

Keine Gardinen, kein Schuhlöffel im Gegensatz zu jedem anderen Hotel in Schweden, die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer hätte besser sein können.

Ristorante top per la colazione, scelta ampia sia per dolce che salato, per quanto riguarda la cena è a buffet e se dovessi darle un voto sarebbe 5, nulla di che..

Migliorerei la merenda e la cena, offrirei più scelta di piatti ed aggiungerei la frutta.

Helt okej frukost, dock inget minnesvärt. Trist äggröra, sannolikt gjord på pulver. Trevligt initiativ att bjuda på både fika och middag, även om middagen var väldigt ordinär med självservering, typ bricklunch.

Ingen personal hälsade oss välkommen till middagen, ingen kollade om vi ens bodde där, ingen frågade om vi vill dricka något, inget tog upp någon beställning, ingen tog farväl. Så det blev vatten till maten.

Le petit bémol c’est le matelas qui est trop loué et peu confortable, ainsi qu’aucune fenêtre donnant à l’extérieur. Nous avions une fenêtre qui donnait dans le salon, mais qui ne s’ouvrait pas.

We had an interior room facing the courtyard, overlooking the central dining area; this was convenient for us as there was no street noise. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with excellent food for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. While the hotel—and the on-site parking—are a bit pricey, the hotel gave us the assurance that everything would go smoothly, and it met our expectations. We would happily return.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine tolle Größe sodass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Bahnhof mit sehr guten Verbindungen in die Stadt und zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Speisen sind frisch und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch beim Abendessen waren die Speisen lecker und von guter Qualität. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Manchmal kann es durch die Züge etwas lauter sein. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man jedoch nichts.

A truly excellent location very close to transport hubs and the downtown. The room was more a studio apartment than a room. I had excellent views of the railway station and the port. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a great bonus. I did not make use of the kitchen except to make coffee as the meals provided were more than enough for me. The food was fabulous - one of the best spreads ever for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the kitchen staff. The sofa was very comfortable.

Very nice stay at Home Hotel Odin. We stayed in Room 619 - a generous sized room with small kitchen area and large balcony overlooking the railway station (very good insulation on walls and windows so no noise issue). Food was all very good - excellent choice at breakfast, loved the afternoon “fika” and the evening meals were very good too - soup followed by schnitzel (1st night), chicken casserole (2nd night) and chilli con carne (3rd night). Loved the sour dough bread. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Not really an issue but no “information” in the room i.e. TV channels, heating.

Didn’t realise there was a gym with sauna and steam room it would have been helpful to know these things to take advantage of them. Check in is strictly 3pm but this results in a queue, not able to access reception at this time

Home hotel ti senti veramente a casa. Bella struttura, camera comoda e spaziosa. Colazione favolosa, cena varia a buffet e servizio impeccabile.

Ottima colazione e buonissima cena, con opzioni vegetariane. Posizione super comoda in centro e vicino alla Stazione Centrale. Camere spaziose, ampio spazio comune, terrazza aperta agli ospiti e possibilità di usufruire della palestra.

Per la qualità della struttura la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare. Per soggiorni di più giorni non puliscono la camera quotidianamente ma solo su richiesta. Se hai bisogno di asciugamani puliti devi chiederli in reception.

Good location, great food, comfortable.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but 3pm was chaos with people checking in….. caused a queue. More staff required or more efficient check in procedure. No mention about gym, sauna or steam room, if we’d known we would have brought suitable clothes, a missed opportunity.

Room very spacious & clean and great to have the Fridge/freezer even though we didn't need to use the rest of the kitchen area. (We booked a superior room) Didn't really know what to expect from the Breakfast, Fika, & Dinner but were pleasantly surprised. Lots of choice for breakfast and side salads/dishes with dinner. Delicious fresh bread. Lovely little cakes for Fika. Staff friendly & helpful. Convenient location - just 5min walk from the central station.

The only thing I can fault was that a couple of the dinner dishes were 'crispy' types of food - eg battered fish and schnitzel, however these weren't really suited to the style of serving (large trays with lids) as they were soggy when served. I would suggest to prepare different foods that don't need to be crispy or serve them in a different way to retain the crispiness - the chicken curry for example was excellent. (The negative was easily made up for by the other side dishes available though as we had full bellies every evening)

Good location, close to the railway station. Very good price compared with similar option for the time of my stay. A Room was big, although I missing a working desk. Breakfast was perfectly passable. I cannot comment on the dinner, as I was in town to meet friends and ate with them elsewhere. Room was quiet. Windows were not towards the street, but against the open area by the reception. That as such is a bit of a bummer, but on the plus side: I did not hear any noise from down there.

Great location a short walk from the main station, and a very short walk from a supermarket. Kind, professional staff, a beautiful clean and spacious room, a nice varied breakfast, a good buffet dinner with a different main course each day. If you're vegan just ask the staff and they will very quickly give you a vegan version of the main course, which is lovely. The included fika was the cherry on top, we made use of it a couple times. We made use of the washing machines, they were free to use, we just had to book our slot one day in advance. Our room had an ironing board and a very small but very clean kitchen with water boiler and microwave oven. The hair dryer was better than average. The bathroom soaps and body cream were delicate enough and had a lovely smell. Would love to stay here again!

I absolutely loved both the breakfast and dinner. It was such a wonderful concept to provide dinner in the price. I was in Gothenburg to organize and attend a funeral, so it was really good to come back to the hotel in the evening and be provided a meal which was really delicious. Room was spacious and had everything you needed from iron to hair dryer and kettle to make a cup of tea.

The shower in the bath. Am an older person and it doesn't feel very safe.

This hotel was one of the best values I've ever enjoyed. Breakfast was fantastic, delicious with overwhelming options! There were also afternoon snacks and coffee. Finally, a great dinner buffet was included, unbelievable... My room was large, though a little dark. Plenty of outlets were available. The bathroom was large and the shower really nice (a higher curb would prevent water escaping better). The room also had a kitchen, which I didn't use. No outside views of the city, just looking down onto the lobby and breakfast/dinner area. On top of all of this, they provide laundry facilities (you provide detergent) on site, wow! There is not much more any hotel can do for your pleasure. Thanks!

The room was a bit dark. It is a short distance to the train station which was very convenient, but it is a mile or more walking to the center of town and Haga district.

Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη,τα παντα ηταν κοντα για την μετακινηση μας,μαγαζια για ψωνια κλπ.Φωτεινο ξενοδοχειο,ευχαριστο με χρωμα,το προσωπικο ευγενικο κ το πρωινο εξαιρετικο,πολυ πλουσιο.

Ηθελα περισσοτερο σκοταδι το βραδυ,δηλ κουρτινες πιο σκουρες για να μην μπαινει φως αλλα αυτο ειναι προσωπικο,καποιοι σλλοι προτιμουν φως κ οι ωρες φαγητου να ηταν διαφορετικες δηλ.το πρωινο ξεκινουσε 6.30 το πρωι με 9.30.Ποιος ξυπναει τοσο νωρις στις διακοπες του για να προλαβει να φαει πρωινο;το βραδυνο δε απο τις 6-8 το απογευμα.Αυτο ηταν φτωχο γιατι ειχε μονο μια επιλογη κυριου πιατου.Αν δεν ετρωγες ψαρι πχ.εμενες νηστικος,περιοριζοσουν στις σαλατες.Ηταν κ ανοστα,καθολου γευστικα.Επισης θα μπορουσαν να προσφερουν κ καποιο γλυκισμα στον μπουφε τους μετα το δειπνο.Οσον αφορα την τιμη δεν το λες οικονομικο 390€ για 2 βραδυα τρικλινο δωματιο,απλα ειναι οκ γιατι η σουηδια ειναι ακριβη.

Absolutely fantastic room, with cooking facilities and plenty of space. It was roomy and airy also. The hotel had everything you could need for your stay and staff were so welcoming & pleasant. The fact that you get breakfast/fika/dinner included was completely amazing & the food quality was to the highest standard. The hotel also boasts a fully commercial gym which was the cherry on top

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, hatte nur ein Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof. Die Beleuchtung war ausreichend, aber nicht gut. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer sehr düster. Die Küche nahm viel Platz weg, war aber mangels Ausstattung nicht nutzbar.

No manual panel for temperature, the room which was first allocated to us had the vents above the bed and it was freezing, fortunately there was one more room available and we could move there where the temperature was pleasant.

Avevo alte aspettative per questo hotel ma purtroppo sono state ampiamente deluse! Partiamo dal fatto che avevamo fatto richiesta del check-in anticipato in quanto il nostro volo atterrava alle 09 del mattino (nessuna risposta da parte della struttura). Arriviamo in struttura intorno alle 12 (prendendocela quindi con molta calma) ma ci dicono che la camera sarebbe stata pronta solo alle 15.00. Ora, io posso capire che l'hotel è pieno, ma non è stato fatto un minimo sforzo per venirci incontro o per anticipare almeno di un paio di ore il checkin. Chiediamo quindi di poter lasciare i bagagli in reception e ci viene data una chiave di una camera comune dove venivano lasciati tutti i bagagli, senza alcun controllo da parte della reception! Qualsiasi cliente poteva entrare e prendere le altre valigie, cosa inammissibile a mio avviso! Praticamente la prima mattinata l'abbiamo persa in un parco (ovviamente portandoci con noi i bagagli che non erano poi così leggeri!). La cena era scarsa e di bassa qualità e su alcune sedie abbiamo notato del guano degli uccellini che entravano dalla porta che dava sul cortile (cosa bellissima di per sé se non fosse per l'igiene). Nelle camere entra sempre luce in quanto non è possibile oscurare del tutto le finestre e l'acqua della doccia non era poi così calda. Sinceramente per un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo un servizio migliore, soprattutto perché il prezzo non è stato così economico!
