Beautiful facility. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful.

Large comfortable room (112) with excellent ensuite with bath. Huge bed. Comfortable sitting area. Well positioned for cycling into either Aalsmeer or Amstelveen. Very helpful and pleasant Receptionist. Allowed to store expensive e-bikes in room. Free parking. Excellent food in adjoining Centennial Bar.

Some front facing rooms need windows or balcony doors upgrading - can allow too much road noise into room. Should have a fridge as a 4 star hotel. Should really have secure internal locked storage room for today's expensive bikes. Breakfast set up for Euro-business tastes and priced accordingly.

This is a convenient location for an overnight stay before flying from Schiphol. I travelled to the hotel by train and bus (from station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena) and used a free shuttle in the morning to the airport. The room was spacious and good. So was the bed and the bathroom. I had dinner in the hotel, and this was good and the price was fair. While the hotel is close to Schiphol and one of the runways, I found it rather quiet and pleasant. Wifi is good.

J’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. La personne qui nous a accueillis lors de l’enregistrement était vraiment très gentille, accueillante et agréable. La chambre était très propre et la literie confortable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I stayed in the hotel with my family, and the room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view from the hotel room, the clean bathroom, and the comfortable bed. The neighborhood around the hotel is quiet and rich in nature.

The first pickup from the airport or airport transfer by shuttle is complimentary, which is particularly special at this hotel. We were dropped off at the airport with a very kind shuttle driver.

El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal super amable, en especial el conductor del shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Es un lugar agradable, con habitaciones cómodas y nada ruidosas a pesar de la cercanía al aeropuerto

En realidad todo me gustó aunque podría mejorar la frecuencia del servicio de shuttle desde y hacia Schiphol pues es cada hora aproximadamente.

Lokatie, kamer, bed is top, parkeren naast het hotel. En als we eerder hadden geboekt hadden we de auto daar kunnen laten en met de shuttle naar het vliegveld. En er zit een restaurant naast. Maar goed wij hadden alleen een korte overnachting.

De supercentrale ligging, de service die ze bieden i.v.m. lang parkeren, het voortreffelijke restaurant, de gezelligheid.

Helemaal niets. Het hotel is wat verouderd, maar daar moet je doorheen kijken. Als ik dan al wat moet zeggen. Er mag wat beter gestofveegd worden vooral bij de koffie en thee hoek. Wij waren supertevreden.

Location great for getting to the Hockey world cup park and ride. And restaurant next door was fantastic.

Bedrooms were unclean - marks all over bed frame and very dusty skirting boards. Our room was very dark and dingy. No spare pillows. Hairdryer was underwhelming and difficult to use (press handle to use, but at an awkward angle)

Total freundliches Personal. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und konnten umsonst parken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich und hat uns sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Es gab "nur" normale Steckdosen. Keine USB-Buchsen. Also bitte als Hotelgast an einen entsprechenden Adapter denken. Freundlicherweise hat uns das Hotel eines ausgeliehen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren.

It's about 15min drive from the airport so location was good, the room was very spatious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The fact that they have a bottle with tap water in the room and they charge you for it, I found it outrageous. Also the fact that they charge the shuttle bus service if you need to use it a 2nd time. I hadn't realised this when I made the booking.

Het is dichtbij Schiphol. De vliegtuigen komen vlak langs om te gaan landen, gaaf gezicht. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Parkeerplek voldoende, ook in de omgeving. Prima kamer, fijn bed en goede badkamer.

Wat meer laadpalen voor elektrische voertuigen zou fijn zijn. Daarnaast vind ik de prijs voor de shuttle bus naar schiphol hoog ten opzichte van andere hotels.

Sólo me quedé a dormir, no utilicé ningún servicio, excepto el Shuttle de IDA que estaba incluído y es muy bueno.

Prima hotel ter overbrugging. Eenmalig shuttle gratis en de tweede shuttle rond de 26 euro. Niet het meest moderne interieur.

De gemoedelijk en vriendelijkheid van de mensen . Gezellig . Ook prima restaurant waar je lekker kunt eten en drinken voor een redelijke prijs. Prima kaart . De Shuttlebus is geweldig.

Enigste smetje was dat er geen ESPN tv was, zowel in het hotel niet als in de bar/ restaurant

Ideaal gelegen voor een vroege vlucht vanuit Schiphol. Mooie, ruime kamer.

المكيف لا يعمل، اضررنا لفتح النافذه فكان صوت الطائرات جدا مزعج بما ان الاوتيل بجانب المطار. لا يوجد ثلاجه في الغرفه مع ان الاوتيل مصنف 4 نحوم، انا لا اعطيه اكثر من نجمه واحده. موظفه الاستقبال كانت غير ودوده وغير متعاونه. حجزت غرفتين للعائله، في احدي الغرف السرير الرئيسي كان مريحا لكن الغرفه الرئيسيه كان السرير غير مريح علي الاطلاق، كان سريرين مفرد بجانب بعضهما البعض بحيث اقل حركه علي السرير كانو يبتعدون عن بعضهم البعض. السعر مبالغ بالنسبه للجوده.

We kozen voor deze plek ivm een vliegreis. Middels een transfer, werden we in de nacht naar Schiphol gebracht. Je wordt hiermee volledig ontzorgd, erg fijn De kamer is mooi, netjes en schoon. De douche is perfect. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De kamer was ietswat donker door kleuren die gebruikt zijn.

Het was niet super schoon. Dat mag echt meer aandacht krijgen. Vlekken op de lakens, schimmel in de douche, muizen door het restaurant.

However, on check out the clerk denied we paid, she had no record of our payment' We paid for the car shuttle twice, once upon arrival for the next morning and again on departure, the desk clerk insisted we did not pay the night before. We had a plane to catch so we paid again

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet

Die Frau an der Rezeption war bei unserem Ankunft vor dem angesetzten Check-In um 15:00 Uhr sehr unfreundlich und pampig. Später wirkte ihre Freundlichkeit sehr aufgesetzt

Bardzo dobry obiekt z bazą gastronomiczną wartą polecenia (czasem brak miejsc). Dla naszych biznesowych potrzeb bez uwag.

Odnosimy wrażenie, że trochę brak dokładności w sprzątaniu - sugerujemy wprowadzenie jednorazowych klapek.

The personnel at the reception was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee complementary. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service is very convenient. The location of the hotel is also very nice, we had a short walk in the area, it was beautiful.

The bathroom was spacious but there was very little space to hang the towels (we are a family of 4).

I come here nearly every time I come to Europe for a brief get over jetlag stay.

Vriendelijk onthaal en ook in het restaurant, gemakkelijk parkeren..

De airco werkt onvoldoende op de bovenste verdieping ( het was wel een hitte golf week) en dit keer was hetbad erg vuil..de toilet bril is ook niet even groot/ lang als de toilet zelf..dat geeft een raar gevoel en zicht. Een dunner dekentje (zomer deken) voor i d zomer zal handiger zijn

De airco stond al aan toen we aankwamen met ons kleine baby in de hitte! Super fijn! Ook was er een babybedje. En alles was super snel en last minute geregeld!

Het was erg warm bij het restaurant/bar en de lift, maar dit is logisch in deze hitte. Maar misschien is hier iets te doen met ventilatoren of ook airco, zodat er wat meer "koelte" is, ook voor de mensen die er werken fijn! En de gordijnen in de slaapkamer lieten toch redelijk veel licht door, misschien donkere gordijnen een mogelijkheid.

The staff were friendly, the bar/restaurant on site was very good, easy use of free shuttle to airport for early flight. The water pressure in the shower was good.

No easily accessible outlets in room for charging. The desk was badly placed, making it impossible for one person to pass from sitting area if another was seated at desk. No hooks in bathroom to hang toiletries bag or clothing. Area to place suitcase was unlit.

Hotel Chariot is quite unlike the other AMS airport hotel: It's actually very charming. Also make sure to try out the restaurant. : )

It’s authentic style. Staff were awesome.

Airport midnight cost surcharge. No need, get ride of it and people will continue to come back without any issue.

The staff at the reception were helpful. The room was just as good as on the pictures on their site. Great bathroom. The only odd thing was that there is no refrigerator in the rooms. But they have room service and a vending machine with cold drinks next to the reception. The best thing however was their restaurant, Centennial. The food was beyond good and not expensive at all. The staff were correct, professional and friendly. We were joking a little with them and they kindly reciprocated. I also noted that there were quite a lot of dinner guests from the neighbourhood and that is usually a very good sign. In short: Enjoyed it tremendously and would certainly return and recommend. Top notch. Unfortunately I can't access my pictures of the delicious food we enjoyed. Will try to update later. The beef and fish we had were excellent.

De kamer was heel stoffig en de prullenbakken zaten vol, dus de kamer was niet schoongemaakt. We hebben 180 euro betaald voor een nachtje en een ontbijtje. Dam verwacht ik wel een schone kamer. Het bed vond ik verschrikkelijk, namelijk veel te zacht. Daardoor heb ik amper geslapen. Dat is natuurlijk ook wel persoonlijke smaak.

Vriendelijke staf en een uitmuntende Shuttle service vanaf Schiphol. Het restaurant is leuk.

De kamer was nogal gehorig en de airco liet zich slecht bedienen.

Accommodation is located in small town.we tried contact Hotel from Airport for the shuttle, we could not get through on the number, disappointed we got a taxi. We were told by a local the Taxi is illegal, the person across road from where you wait for Shuttle, was calling out "Taxi", so beware. Note: Shuttle is free to Hotel, have pay going back to airport. We did not pay as we missed out on our shuttle to Accommodation, so Hotel arranged our for shuttle early next morning on check out. All was fine with Accommodation.

We tried contact Accommodation so after we left accommodation, as on my credit card, I was billed (after paying cash at restaurant for 2 hamburgers and chips.) I emailed twice to report this sent picture of receipt, no response. Also went online to report it. THE GENTLEMAN ON FRONT COUNTER SPOKE TO ME, SAID HE COULD DELIVER OUR HAMBURGERS AND CHIPS TO OUR ROOM, TOLD ME GO TO RESTAURANT. WE DID Go Restaurant AND THEY SAID WE COULD PAY CASH FOR OUR MEAL AND SAID TO WAIT FOR Hamburger and chips as IT WILL NOT BE LONG. We are disappointed no one replied to us or reimbursed my credit card. The gentleman we spoke to is same person we spoke to when we checked in, and paid the Tax, by Euros, as our accommodation was already paid on booking.com, before we arrived. This happening spoilt our vacation.

We were just there for 1 night; it was a pleasant stay. The check-in went smoothly, nice staff and free parking. We took a bath, which was very relaxing. 20 minutes away from Schiphol Airport.

There was no fridge in the room (and no noise ;-) ), but this time I needed the fridge.

A very nice small hotel of good quality, clean room and shower facilities. Reception was totally professional and friendly. Location in traditional Aalsmeer part of the city is a big plus.

The restaurant staff can improve their customer service skills. One member of the staff told me the restaurant was closing, when it wasn’t, so I felt I wasn’t welcome and should’ve just left without dinner.
