Strong overall: good pools, rooftop and maintained facilities praised; some practical shortcomings noted (no beach WC, limited room service/water replenishment, pool-towel reservation behaviour).

Amenities were well-reviewed, though some were lacking such as hairdryers and Wi-Fi.

Somewhat weak: overall experience seen as good but guests flagged high daily parking fees, limited inclusive drinks and occasional facility limitations that reduce perceived value.
