La ubicación era my buena. Tenías acceso al centro o zona turística bastante cerca, pero la zona era bastante tranquila.

El acceso no era sencillo. Las instrucciones no eran claras y el teclado estaba borrado. La limpieza dejaba algo que desear (incluso alguna hormiga en la habitación). Los jacuzzis no funcionaban.

Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und hat Renovierungsbedarf Es gibt keine Möglichkeit nasde Handtücher oder Bikini/Badehose aufzuhängen, da es keine Stühle oder Wäscheständer gibt. Vor dem Fenster sind viele Mülleimer, unter anderem auch welche für Glas. Man hört, wenn Glasflaschen weggeworfen werden und wenn die Container geleert werden. Mit Oropax ist es ok, ansonsten kann man nicht durchschlafen.

El alojamiento es precioso, tiene muy buena ubicación súper cómodo, la cocina tiene todo!

Le faltan toallas para la playa, cuando pregunte por unas por WhatsApp me clavaron el visto y anteriormente me dijeron que consulte a las chicas de limpieza que nunca las vi y lo otro es que el código para entrar podría ser más fácil ya que si no siempre tenía que estar con el celular con batería para recordarlo. Tengan cuidado con dejar comida porque hay hormigas, guardar todo en heladera!

Falta algo de mobiliario para hacer la estancia más cómoda y práctica, en la entrada no había nada de luz y en el pasillo a la habitación demasiada.

La habitación era muy amplia y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Era silenciosa, aunque entraba mucha luz desde temprano al no tener persianas (sí tiene cortinas).

No sé si es habitual pero los tres días que estuvimos nos encontramos toallas de otros huéspedes tiradas por la zona, algo que da bastante mala imagen del lugar.

Es la tercera vez que repetimos el alojamiento, principalmente por la cercanía a pie de la zona de Corralejo y supermercados. Nos gusta que sea una habitación amplia y tenga cocina completa, sin duda volveremos.

El Wifi iba por claves. El primer día quería conectarme temprano a trabajar pero las claves no funcionaban. El secador de pelo no funcionaba, No había agua caliente. La puerta no se cerraba si no era conllave, lo cuál dificultó organizarme con mi pareja si uno de los dos salía y otro se quedaba.

La ubicación es buena. La habitación bien.

El grifo no tiene apenas presión y lavarte el cabello después de un día de playa sin poder hacerlo de forma adecuada, es muy molesto. Tiene solamente jabón para el cuerpo, champú no. Y el cabello también lo nota. Las instalaciones están un tanto descuidadas.

It is very run down. Only one jacuzzi working and wonky tiles and broken glass screens on the roof. The atrium in the middle should have had a water feature but it was switched off.

Příjemné ubytování, kousek od centra města. Cena odpovídá službám a ubytování. Každý den úklid, oceňuji proaktivní online komunikaci, když v ubytování není žádná recepce.

Po hotelu se potulují nezletilé osoby, které nejsou hosté. Hotel jsem na to upozornil, ale očividně je to dlouhodobý problém, který hotel nedokáže vyřešit, vzhledem k tomu, že se to opakuje i v jiných recenzích. Fotky terasy neodpovídají aktuálnímu stavu, terasa je hodně opotřebovaná, whirpool bazénnky trochu zašlé, jeden prasklý, často používané právě nezletilými osobami.

Abbiamo avuto problemi a contattare la struttura e la terrazza è falsa, è abbandonata, c’è ma solo la struttura senza materassini per le sdraio, zona bar abbandonata, le piscine sporchissime e pavimentazione della terrazza completamente distrutta con la pericolosità di poterci fare male dato che alcune piastrelle non erano posizionate bene creando un buco profondo dove potevamo anche romperci la caviglia se ci finivamo dentro. C’era scritto massaggio su richiesta su Booking ma l’info point al piano di sotto era sempre chiuso mai vista una persona eccetto le donne delle pulizie gentilissime

La ubicación estaba genial, muy bien ubicada en Corralejo. Lo mejor, sin duda, la cama, super amplia y comoda. La habitación, en general, tenía de todo.

Lo único negativo fue el ruido que había en la calle de abajo, que hacia complicado dormir con la ventana abierta. Por destacar algo más, la presión de la ducha era tan fuerte que la hacia hasta incomoda.

La struttura é vicino al centro, a pochi minuti a piedi si é ovunque e a 2 minuti il traghetto. Donna delle pulizie carina e disponibile. Stanza spaziosa per 2 persone. Letto comodo, all’arrivo avevamo 1 bottiglia di acqua. Fornito dell’essenziale. Aria condizionata inclusa e cambio asciugamani giornaliero.

Nel lavandino c’erano formiche, la struttura era abbastanza trascurata e la porta di entrata conta un dito di spazio con il pavimento.. terrazza e idromassaggi inutilizzabili e sporco ovunque. il sapone della doccia non funzionava. All’entrata puzzava di umido, la bocchetta dell’aria condizionata aveva muffa visibile. Wifi non funzionava. Le tende avevano tanti sfregi da cui si intravedeva la luce della finestra. L’interruttore della bocchetta del bagno per gli odori e l’umiditá della doccia non funzionava. Rifiniture non curate.

Struttura centrale, posizione top, tutto vicino. Molto accogliente, la donna delle pulizie gentilissima e cordiale.

Non si è visto nessuno dello staff oltre alla donna delle pulizie, ma appena scrivi ti rispondo subito. La terrazza molto bella ma l’acqua qualche giorno era molto sporca. Ma vci siamo goduti il sole lì, molto utile nelle giornate di vento, tiene molto al riparo

Me gusto la localizacion, el espacio de la habitacoon ( era un estudio completo) , la limpieza y la decoracion. Muy recomendable.

Mi mayor pega fue un problema de ventilacion en la cocina, que durante unos minutos oli a queso gratinado y yo no cocine. Tuve que ventilar. Habia alguna hormiga en la cocina. Pero todo estaba limpisimo y las instalaciones son perfectas.

Es unas de las mejores estancias en las que he estado en la isla. Te pilla todo cerca, es muy cómodo no hay ruidos ni nada, la verdad q una estancia cómoda y placentera

Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Zimmerservice. Schöne Inneneinrichtung im Hotel selbst.

Dachterasse nicht gut gewartet. Platten locker, die Whirlpools waren relativ dreckig und Kinder aus dem Dorf halten sich ständig dort auf ! Das geht so nicht, nicht nur das es ein Adults only Hotel ist, sondern auch weil es fremde Kinder und Jugendliche sind, die meinen dort rumlaufen zu müssen!!!

The roof terrace needs some work,some of the floor tiling is moving when you walk on them ,and the sun bed mattresses need replacing,the public areas inside need some attention,and the glass balustrade on the roof terrace needs replacing as it is badly damaged in places,the appointment is looking a bit tired and needs a bit of a paint and tlc .

Hotel molto bello! Stanza grande e luminosa, bagno grande con una doccia grande. Ha una bella cucina comoda e pratica con tutto il necessario! La posizione è perfetta con una via a piedi si raggiunge il supermercato e facendo un'altra via si arriva al mare comoda per i servizi! Lo staff è davvero super gentile e onesto!!! Ho dimenticato un profumo e qualche giorno dopo del soggiorno gli ho scritto per sapere se lo avevo trovato mi hanno detto di si e che potevo andare a prenderlo!!! Davvero troppo gentili!!! Grazie

La camera e la terrazza

Le pulizie, c’era la ragazza che puliva sono stata 3 notti li sicuramente pochi ma almeno le lenzuola cambiale ogni 2 giorni, le asciugamane ogni giorno le dovresti portare nuove e una spazzata a terra falla, non farla solo quando viene gente nuova. Il resto mi è piaciuto tutto anche se non ho mai conosciuto lo staff perché non si è mai fatto vedere ma sulla pulizia proprio che schifo.

The room was clean, and kitchen facilities were fine, however there were no furniture on the balcony to sit out and the outside areas were filthy and cockroaches crawling around everywhere. The roof was a disgrace, it looked like it has been abandoned. This should not be advertised as it cannot be used. The whole place needs a lot of work. It was very disappointing.

I didn't like the much to be honest, the filth and the cockroaches were not a welcome addition. The whole place is filthy except for the rooms.

Faltó algo de facto humano. Si las claves siempre son las mismas, genera un poco de desconfianza el que pueda entrar alguien. Si algo no funciona como la Luz de la entrada… no hay nadie a quien comentarlo

The beds were comfortable, the shower was spacious, there was a safe and the location was good (apart from the sound of the bin men every day). Housekeeping was amazing.

The hot tubs on the third floor were not working properly with one being taped off. The terrace flooring was not safe. The A/C was unavailable for the first few days of being there. There was no receptionists or hotel staff available, the normal and emergency hotel numbers were not available when we called. One day me and my partner went out for a few hours, came back to our hotel room door wide open and staff keys in the door, we believe our valuables could have been stolen if we came home later than we did. The staff didn’t retrieve them until the next day. We had some money and are unsure if part of it was stolen as when we got back to the room, the safe was open.

Zona non delle migliori di corralejo( parere personale) stanza abbastanza umida e senza balcone. Durante il check out mi sono abbastanza alterato perché alle 11:00 puntuali continuavamo a bussare nonostante gli dicessi che stavo uscendo a breve.

La stanza è ampia e luminosa, dotata di cucina. Doccia grande. Solarium con idromassaggio. A pochi passi dai principali locali e dal supermercato. Acqua di benvenuto. Cassaforte. Frigorifero e cucina. Letto ampio e molto comodo.

Tanti dettagli da sistemare. Il nome boutique non basta. Nella prima stanza c'erano macchie nel soffitto e dettagli da sistemare un po' ovunque. Nella seconda lo scarico del water non è potente, la doccia l'ho fatta spesso la sera appena tiepida. Gli infissi non isolano dai rumori esterni. Il solarium non è curato per sfruttarne le potenzialità.

Hotel en pleno centro de Corralejo, pero en lugar tranquilo. Limpio y la camas super cómoda.

Su ubicación. Era excepcional. Y la cama súper cómoda. Además que tuviera una pequeña cocina ayudaba mucho.

Que quizá aunque es moderno se veía poco cuidado. Le faltaba un poquito de cariño. Se veía que se había reformado hace poco pero que no se mantenía lo suficiente.

That the building itself and the location are very nice and have great potential.  The bed was really comfortable and the room really big. The kitchen had everything I needed.

ROOM: The sink in my bathroom was not draining at all, making it unusable. Housekeeping entered the bathroom,but did not notice this issue. There were multiple stains on the walls (possibly mold). The room shows many signs of wear and damage (scratches, marks, general lack of maintenance).. My door of the room didn't properly close, which makes the room not really safe. COMMON AREAS / TERRACE: The rooftop terrace is very dirty and clearly not maintained. There was trash everywhere (e.g. cans, food packaging, plastic waste). One pool has just a little bit of water, the other is closed and contains visible dirt and trash. NOISE: There has been on going drilling noise in the building during the two days I was there. It was impossible to rest.. SECURITY / SAFETY: It seems that people who are not guests can easily come to that building. The access code from the main door from the building seems to be known by outsiders. Everytime when I came to the rooftop,there where morrocean or spanish local teenagers there. I'm sure they were no guests,because it's an ADULTS ONLY "hotel". I was feeling there not really comfortable or safe. I was writing all this things to the "hotel" after 1 day. But till now,there came no reaction.

We recently stayed at Vacanzy Boutique Hotel in Corralejo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not up to standard. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and throughout our stay, housekeeping was minimal at best. The bed was made and the floor was hoovered, but the bathroom was not cleaned even once during the entire week, which is simply unacceptable. There was also a persistent damp, closed, and slightly dirty smell in the room. Something as basic as an air freshener would have made a difference. The balcony was another letdown. While it could have been a nice feature, it was completely unusable—there was no table, no chairs, nothing to actually sit on or enjoy the space. Maintenance across the property was clearly lacking. There was visible water damage on doors and walls, to the point where closing the bathroom door was difficult. Several light switches were broken or literally falling off the wall, which added to the overall feeling of neglect. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi, which are advertised as highlights, were in very poor condition and essentially unusable. The area was dirty, tiles were loose underfoot, and the shower was unstable and even pulling out of the floor—not to mention it wasn’t high enough for an average-height adult. The common “chillout” areas between rooms were also neglected and not usable, which was disappointing as they could have added to the overall experience. While we understand that traveling at the end of March may be considered off-season, this does not justify the lack of maintenance and the very limited cleaning. The only positives were that the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel suited our needs perfectly. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

All in all condition of the location, mold in the bathroom, fridge was very fragile, sink was not draining, ac was not working, room directly located next to a recycling station and you can hear everything through the windows; advertised as an adults only hotel but during evenings I’ve encountered young boy who were loud and acted weird when they saw us; the jacuzzis on the roof weren’t that in a good shape anymore, therefore we decided not to use them

La posizione e la pulizia!! La casa era completamente pulitissima e molto molto moderna e bella.

La jacuzzi non apre veramente alle 9. Sabato ha aperto alle 10 mentre domenica alle 10 e mezza non era ancora aperta e ho deciso di andare via quindi effettivamente non so neanche quando l’hanno aperta. Tra l’altro l’acqua era fredda e dopo due ore l’acqua si abbassava quindi il servizio della jacuzzi letteralmente non c’era. C’erano le blatte e alcuni moscerini. E c’erano i gechi o dei rumori strani che si sentivano ogni 3 minuti, metteva ansia nel dormire. Non c’è il sapone. Per tutto il resto va tutto bene.
