Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool

Got my booking wrong. They said I had only booked 4 nights when I had booked 5. It was resolved though

The hotel is very charming, it has a good location, and amazing staff

I like the style of this place, the friendliness of the staff, the amenities

the bed and the cushions are too soft for my test but overall okay. the elevator is noisy if one gets a room near it

Fabulous location, super helpful staff & great facilities.

Excellent in every way

Nothing everything was tremendous

The staff was extremely sweet, the hotel is very charming, it’s very pretty, cozy and clean.

Nvt

Alles war ganz hervorragend und zauberhaft.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was small but nice. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location - a short 10 min walk to the beach. Easy to find free parking right by the hotel.

Beautiful garden and pool area. Welcoming staff and a very comfortable room.

A little expensive for the size of the room

Die Lage , kleines nettes Hotel

Enges Treppenhaus

Great room, super clean, great AC. Staff was amazing. I was able to add one person last minute and they were very accomodating in changing a double bed for 2 twins. I really appreciated, it made a huge difference!

I was impressed with this lovely hotel. Just picked it randomly, and I was lucky! The pool area had lots of shade and umbrellas. I ordered lunch and did not expect them to bring it to me at the pool! Truly beyond expectations. The bed was just right. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I plan to return here plenty of times. Thank you for a perfect escape from the heat in Paris!

Ok but scruffy-food left out , congealed scrambled egg-good orange juice

Bath/shower arrangements are a joke

Great location, clean, very freindly staff, vomfterable bed, quiet

No mirror or good shampoo (vonsidering its a spa hotel)

Tout

Rien

Rien

decent place with exorbitant prices and RACIST STAFF, They treat anyone with other then white skin with RACISM

It was a most pathetic and RACIST stay, The receptionist in the night must have not swiped the card correctly and the payment was denied by the bank, In the morning the door for the room was locked and the receptionist on duty talked to us very rudely and very badly as if we are a Thief, He was talking to us like that because we are Indians and We are Brown, It was very very sad for us to be treated like that in people from America, France and Europe, It was Humiliating and painful, We could have called the police and made a big issue out of that but we did not, We then brought the “SAME” credit card and that same RACIST receptionist charged the card and it paid immediately, Then he also charged the city tax on the same card and it paid immediately , The card has limits enough to buy the room for the whole month. We are very very sad with the experience and we are sure if our friends and family all over the world as for reference we will tell them this experience. I am SAD and still angry that RACISIM exists still in France,

Everything was wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Augeval hotel. The hotel itself is stunning with great facilities including the lovely swimming pool. Our room was very clean and situated on the ground floor with its own patio and direct access to the pool. We had a king size double bed in the room and the use of a fridge and coffee making facilities. What more could you want! The staff are all excellent, very understanding and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Deauville with just a 5-10 minute walk to the huge Sandy beach, shops and cafes of Deauville and around a 20 minute walk to the train station which takes you directly to Paris. We loved everything about this hotel and plan on going back there again soon.

Charming Boutique Hotel

Nothing

Very clean

Nowhere to relax other than room . No real bar area. Conference in progress in reception area at one point. Not what one expects of a ‘Boutique Hotel’

La piscine et la proximité avec la 🌊

Sanitaire petit.

Très calme, propre, personnel très attentif, serviable. Piscine, jardin, Spa.

We will in Deauville for the Arqana Breeze Up sale, and this location was perfect for that. A very short walk to Arqana and to the racetrack. The hotel is lovely from the outside, and our room was nice, with a very good bathtub! The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Although the room has air conditioning, it wasn't good at all. Thankfully we were able to open the windows and get a cool breeze, but in the summer it would not be acceptable. Room service food and breakfast were very mediocre. The elevator went out of service one day, but thankfully was fixed before we needed to go down (or up!) four flights. It's almost a great place...just needs a little more attention to detail, and especially to the food (it's France, after all!).

Good facilities and friendly staff. The hotel was in a nice part of the city, though a good 15 minute walk from the station. Staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious. We booked the private spa for an hour and it was great - highly recommended. Breakfast was nice though I agree with others that it was a bit on the expensive side at 22 euros each. Our lounge room was on the ground floor next to the pool, room 105. A nice room with a spa bath, though a bit noisy as it's next to the pool, and at night you can hear the big fan outside along with quite a bit of road noise which the hotel can't control. It was great we had sunny days, though AC is centralised so depending on when you go, you might not be able to use AC during your stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

le confort, le calme, l'accueil rien a dire parfait

The elevator was not working for few days apparently, and we were given a room at the 4th floor. We would have appreciated a notification of such inconvenience, or at least some gesture from the house. Decent place, but definitely not value for money.

It was my second time at Villa Augeval. No regrets in my choice; this boutique hotel is very comfortable, well-managed, has a very good breakfast buffet and a very courteous and friendly staff. Will go back.

Nothing. All very good.

RIEN

Very nice place and building

False advertising. We booked this place because we were expecting that a steam room or sauna facilities will be included within the price. Not only were the facilities not included they were unavailable to book for an additional price due to being fully booked. We also had a small dog with us and no dog bowl was provided. Additionally, we feel that the staff were not very accommodating and breakfast was whopping 22€ a person. Something we thought was includedя
