Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Comfortable hotel with a view over Dejima. Room was small but normal for a 3 star hotel in Japan. Very good breakfast. The bus to the airport is around the corner. You can walk to most nearby attractions.

チェックインの時、機械の台数が少なすぎる。今回3部屋の予約だったけど、1部屋ごと機械に打ち込む為、非常に時間がかかってしまった。終わって振り返ったら、時間的というせいもあるのか、もの凄く行列が出来てしまって…申し訳なくて仕方なかった。

とにかく部屋が暑かった。自分で設定温度下げられるようにしてほしい 元清掃員としての性か、細かいところの汚れが気になった。ほこりがたまっていたところもあった トイレの便器が壁と近すぎて腕が壁によく当たってしまう

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The hotel is in a prime location, very close to tram and bus stations. Most tourist sites are within walking distance or just a few minutes away. Despite being on a street with moderate traffic, the room was remarkably quiet and peaceful. While the rooms are compact, the space is well-utilized, especially with the under-bed storage for luggage. The hotel offers great amenities for travelers, including laundry facilities and breakfast. Note that they don't provide bottled water, but the tap water is safe to drink. Also, the shower was one of the best I’ve experienced in Japan. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
While tap water is drinkable, we would have preferred bottled water provided in the room.

お風呂の排水が詰まり、トイレが水びだしになってしまいました。1015号室です。 排水を開けるとゴミだらけでした。 ゴミを取ったら少しよかったですが、気にしながらお風呂に入りました。シャワーの水圧も弱かったので、頻繁に排水が詰まっているのかなと思いました。 昨日は、鹿児島国分のアパホテルに泊まったのですが、水圧すごくよかったです。 排水もバッチリでした。

Leider war es extrem hellhörig und sehr laut auf dem Zimmer. Das Fenster konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden, bzw. ist es durch die Bauweise immer ein bisschen offen, dadurch klang jeder Lärm von außen so, als würde er direkt neben mir stattfinden. Und im 4 Uhr morgens waren draußen anscheinend Müllwagen o.ä. unterwegs. Auch zum Flur hin war es extrem hellhörig. Ich konnte in den drei Nächten leider kaum schlafen.
