Sehr großzügige Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage und ein toller Poolbereich.

Das Frühstück war OK, aber sehr einfach.

- Una duplex muy amplio y muy agradable. - Una zona muy muy tranquila. - Relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad (18 min andando). - Cuenta con dos piscinas, con lo que evitas que se congestione. - Aparcas en la puerta de tu duples, genial! - Tenia lavadora y tendedero, lo cual nos vino de perlas tras varios días de vacaciones. - Si es vuestro cumpleaños, tendrán un detalle contigo ; ) Extra - Si vais en coche podéis ir a una playa inmensa, Meia Praia, y que no esta super saturada, y se aparca muy muy bien. - Ademas, si queréis hacer actividades extra (ver delfines, montar en kayak, etc) suelen remitirte a la estación de tren, que está al lado de esta playa, por lo que podéis aparcar sin problema también. - Contáis con infinidad de supermercados (Intermache) por si no queréis comer siempre por ahí.

- El desayuno no es del todo completo, pero bueno, para gustos los colores. Quizá le falte algo de variedad. - Las almohadas son reguleras, y los colchones se hunden. Pero tampoco quiero ser tajante con esto ya que yo arrastro problemas lumbares y quizá las camas sean mejor para vosotros de lo que son para mi.

Que inicialment, i malgrat ser un lloc de platja només es canvien les tovalloles cada tres dies S'ha de dir que van accedir a canviar-les abans.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, great food and wonderful staff. An extra thank you to Joseph the restaurant manager who went out of his way for us and and assist with further trip planning. We will definitely come back again!

Localização muito reservada, sendo uma rua sem saída funciona quase como um condomínio fechado. As piscinas são grandes. O pequeno almoço tem variedade e óptima qualidade. O jantar apesar de já não ter tanta variedade a comida tem qualidade excelente. Os quartos são bastante tranquilos e espaçosos.

L'emplacement est génial, pas dans le plein centre mais dans les abords et cela est parfait. Proximité à l'océan et plages, petits cafés dans les alentours. Les piscines sont confortables. La multitudes de places de parc !

Spacious, clean and modern accommodation. Large bedroom and living area in the one bedroom apartment. Well equipped kitchenette area. The pool area was tidy and a relaxing space to hang out.

Kids pool was great. Nice that there was 2 pools. Apartment was clean and modern. Staff friendly. It was great value.

Bed quite hard. Location a little bit further from the centre but with buses and taxis manageable.

El apartamento está muy bien. Habitación grande y cama cómoda. Baño completo y nuevo. El sofá cama es de los colchón en la parte inferior del sofá. Cómodo. La terraza es amplia y da a la piscina. Ambiente muy tranquilo por no estar en el centro de Lagos. Hay un supermercado pequeño pero completo justo a la entrada al complejo.

Para un apartamento de esas características y precio ( 300€/noche) , NO hay lavavajillas. El número de platos es escaso ( 4 para 3 personas). Está en la zona alta de Lagos, por lo que la cuesta a subir desde el centro se hace algo pesada. El precio del taxi del centro al apartamento es de 5 euros.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There was a lovely large outside patio with chairs, table and sunloungers. The hotel complex was well laid out and felt safe day and night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Some of the appliances such as the microwave and toaster did not work. The shower was leaking at the side. The management dealt with the microwave and toaster promptly but not the shower. It would have been great to have a dishwasher too.

Complex molt gran, ja que son com casetes/habitacions y tenen molta zona, dues piscines i la gent molt amable. Esmorzar bo i habitacions molt grans.

Relació qualitat-preu justajava, ja que en els lavabos faltaven (algun que d’altre sabo, asecador de cabells, etc.)

Too many ants. Don’t leave food outside

Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ants all over the room when we walked in, especially in the bathroom. Price was too high for quality. Coffee should have been provided in our kitchenette. Hair dryer should already be in the bathroom - I shouldn't have to check one out from reception. There should be a way to keep the air condiitoner on while we are away so that it's not hot when we return.

La terraza y la amplitud del apartamento.

Aparecían hormigas todos los días. Avisé sobre el problema y echaron un producto, pero al siguiente día volvieron a aparecer. Si esto es común, no entiendo cómo no toman medidas.

We stopped one night so I don’t have much to say. Although we didn’t eat at the restaurant, we went to ask what they were serving and they really went out of their way to try to accommodate us it was very sweet.

El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, es un oasis de paz en Lagos. Está muy cerca del centro histórico de Lagos y de las playas y lugares más emblemáticos (praia Dona Anna; Ponta da Piedade, etc). También muy cerca de otros pueblos del Algarve para visitar. Tener parking gratis dentro del complejo es muy cómodo. El apartamento es fabuloso, muy grande y limpio, muy luminoso y tranquilo. Las camas son comodísimas!!! Y la cocina está equipada con todo. Todo el personal es encantador, muy amable y profesional. En recepción, Inés es extraordinaria, siempre atenta a todo; nos explicó con detalle todo lo que necesitábamos y todo fueron facilidades. Patricia también es muy simpática y colaboradora. Carlos, en el restaurante, muy amable también. En resumen: Vila Branca Lagos es un sitio fantástico, totalmente recomendable y al que volveremos sin lugar a dudas. Unas vacaciones inolvidables. Gracias por todo!!!

La limpieza diaria del apartamento no era muy buena. No limpiaban la cocina, algo comprensible, pero tampoco te proporcionaban una bayeta para limpiar o trapo para secar. Solo estropajo y fairy. Los utensilios de cocina muy justos, eché de menos 1 sartén de más (solo había una). Las paredes de la cocina no se veian al trasluz muy limpias, se notaban marcas de aceite de anteriores huéspedes.

El espacio del apartamento y su cercanía a la playa y centro

2 días se olvidaron de hacer la limpieza en el apartamento, pese a tener ese servicio incluido

La habitación y su vista , la cocina super equipada , el balcón muy comodo.

Todo, el sistema bloques, psicina en medio, la paz, la ubicación en un sitio tranquilo, parece residencial, los apartamentos amplios y bonitos, el restaurante con desayuno justito pero bueno, todo vaya, el gusto de poder aparcar debajo de tu apartamento

Really friendly staff who did their best with the frustration of no water for the first few hours when we arrived and the following day. It wasn't the hotels fault but it was a little frustrating.

The booking said there were places for drying clothes but there was no airer and the balcony was too windy just to leave anything out over chairs

Our apartment was very spacious with airco in every room and the pool was nice and well maintained. At the reception they are kind.

The cleaning service can come from 9 am to 5 pm making it very difficult to plan anything especially with a young child. We had to chase the cleaning person one day just to get clean towels which would only be changed every 3 days. Even if it was stated this is not the standard I would expect from a resort. 2 half days we had no water. That meant we could not do anything from using our toilet to brushing teeth or having a shower. It can happen but we were never warned in advance to prepare and plan our day accordingly. The beds were not comfortable while the sofa was stained and uncomfortable as well.

The pool area was nice, there was a possibility to take a shuttle bus to the beaches (once a day). The atmosphere was quiet and the surrounding nice.

The cleaning service did not do their job properly (they did not change the towels, did not clean properly and once they did not even come to clean the room). The buffet was small, the taste was okay, but very repetetive. More than once it took quite a time to refill specific food sections.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff in particular the reception staff and the man that ran the pool bar - bald with glasses - is his name Jose?

The hot food at breakfast could be a bit better but overall breakfast was fine.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré et surtout nous étions dans un appartement pour personne à mobilité réduite. Cela n’est pas un problème en soi mais le couvercle des toilettes ne tenait pas à la verticale donc le wc n’était pas du tout confortable

Tudo muito bom. Apartamento muito bem equipado, moderno, limpeza impecável, staff bastante simpático, espaços exteriores bem cuidados. Recomendo este alojamento sem qualquer dúvida. Excelente localização, perto de todos os serviços essenciais e praias.

O que menos gostei foi que reservei um apartamento com vista para a piscina, o apartamento n.30 e devido a uma frondosa árvore que ali estava junto da varanda, vai-se a piscina, mas ficava a vista muito limitada. Deveriam aparar essa árvore, cortando alguns dos ramos. Foi o único apontamento menos positivo

Me gustó mucho el apartamento, no le faltaba detalle, desde la comodidad de la cama, la limpieza diaria, la cocina muy equipada hasta la terraza que aunque no la utilizamos a modo de relax pero para mí es imprescindible para dejar secar las toallas de un día para el otro.

La zona de la piscina debería de estar más limpia, por ejemplo la ducha estaba muy escondida y super sucia. Lo digo a modo de recomendación ya que después de la ducha se va a la piscina. Así como recoger las copas y vasos que los clientes dejan tirados por las hamacas, aunque obviamente ellos deben de ser personas cívicas y recogerlas pero no siempre es así.

Gostei de tudo, achei é que a nível de fruta poderia haver mais variedade, visto haver muita e boa fruta no Algarve.

Não trocam as toalhas com menos de 3 dias, café da manhã não tem reposição, então a comida fica fria. Nenhum dia foi possível pegar toalha de piscina nem guarda sol. No 1o dia deram um guarda sol quebrado, fomos para praia pensando em usa-lo e no fim, tivemos que pagar 20 euros para conseguirmos ficar na praia.

Lo que más nos gustó, fue la comodidad del apartamento, su ubicación y la seguridad de poder estacionar frente al apto.

El trato del personal en general. El día que llegamos demoraron 30 minutos en hacerse presentes para el check in. Aunque Patricia quien lo realizó, pidió disculpas por la demora debido a estar armando un dormitorio. El personal del restaurante tuvo un trato poco amable y cordial esa noche que llegamos que tuvimos que cenar en el Restaurant del hotel. Debido al pésimo trato, no volvimos más. Además que la comida era espantosa y cara. La limpieza de la habitación también fue de mala calidad, no se notaba aseo una vez he regresábamos de nuestro día fuera del establecimiento. Las camas tendidas sin ningún tipo de cuidado , ni detalle.

Der var rent, det ligger perfekt ift. natur og bylivet. Cirka en tyveminutters gåtur og så er man i centrum af Lagos. Man har nemt adgang til de flotte strande der er, blot en løbetur så er man der. For det meste var der roligt og ikke noget larm om aftenen. Personalet var virkelig venlige og lavede endda te til mig udenfor de tider hvor de måtte gøre det. Og de gjorde det gratis.

Det eneste jeg vil sætte en finger på, er brødet og ægget til morgenmaden. Røræggen kunne godt have været bedre og brødet var tørt.

Uns hat das großzügige Appartment mit kleiner Terrasse gut gefallen. Es gab viel Platz und die Küche war insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Von der Unterkunft konnte man in 20 min zu Fuß mehrere Strände sowie Lagos erreichen.

Einige Dinge in der Unterkunft und am Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The hotel was clean and the bar staff were kind. We also liked the pool and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Loved balcony area in our apartment for chilled evenings. Location was perfect, it was in walking distance of beach, supermarket and town.

More advice from reception staff would've been helpful on facilities available e.g. shuttle bus. Upgraded pool table/ maybe a table tennis table (just suggestions)

Great apartment size and facilities. Great pool(s) and this is a location in Lagos which we love and have been staying in since 1992, the opposite end to the marina. Staff helpful and friendly.

Studio very expensive at €200 a night.

Nice clean studio room,, great relaxing location, 20 minutes walk from coast and from old town of Lagos, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool.

Que te limpiaban el apartamento a diario

La ubicación muy lejos del centro, las ventanas no cerraban, la cama muy dura y era incómoda, almohadas muy pequeñas, decoracion muy escasa del apartamento. El desayuno escaso y si no te kevanrabas pronto no llegabas a nada

Lugar muy bien mantenido , tranquilo y en coche cerca de todo , se puede también ir a pie al centro y algunos lugares de interés .

This was a great and relaxing 8 nights stay. Its a quiet place, you can hear birds in the morning. Rooms are being kept clean, serviced everyday, towels changed in 3 days and bed covers every week. Kitchen is fully equipped, but there is a restaurant on site too, which is ok for snack or if you don't want to walk to the town. There is a convenience shop near hotel which has a great range of food, fresh fruit and drinks. I would return back without hesitation.

One day the staff forgot to take rubbish out and by the evening, when we returned, the room was smelling badly. Balconies could be better maintained, maybe plant some draught resistance flowers which do not require constant care - at the moment there are weeds growing on every balcony and its ugly. Beds are not the best, you may invest in mattress toppers.

Balkon zur Straße und zum Hinterhof (Hotelküche) zu. Dir Aussicht war schlecht.

1) Garden‑level room & balcony door issue Our room was located on the garden level (GF), and the balcony door was not locking. Despite several requests, it took two days before someone came to fix it. This caused significant discomfort, especially since my son was sleeping in the room and did not feel safe. 2) Non‑functional room phone The telephone in our room, which is needed to contact reception, was not working throughout our stay. 3) Towel policy Towels were only changed every 3–4 days. If guests need additional towels, they are required to pay a deposit, which is not ideal for families staying multiple days. 4) Restriction on outside food The staff did not allow us to bring our own food from outside and eat on the terrace near the pool, even though the area was completely empty at the time. Instead of suggesting that we sit a bit farther away or propose a more suitable spot such as near the pool table, they instructed all 3 families (we had three rooms) to take our food and eat inside our rooms. This was handled poorly and without any flexibility.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool side bar was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent although limited and not kid friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and well provisioned. The location allows for easy access to Lagos with the benefit of being in a quieter area.

The pillows in my room were poor quality and there weren't enough of them. This made quality of sleep poor. The final two night a family moved into the room next to us and while they weren't doing anything particularly noisy they were up late and I could hear everything they said. Sound proofing could be better. The pool bar while great closes a bit early for my taste. 8pm would be better.

La atención del personal en general. La amplitud del apartamento y todo su equipamiento. El entorno está lleno de vegetación y la calma.

La ducha que no sé podia colgar para ducharte y el mando del grifo que era un palo muy largo y fino como te de en un ojo te deja ciego. El WC es super alto y conste que mido 1'67 de altura.

Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht, und haben kein einziges mal frische Handtücher bekommen. Auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Das Personal war nach der zweiten Anfrage äußerst Herablassend und insgesamt unfreundlich. Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren alt um fast zu sagen nicht genießbar.

Que al llegar a recepción nos dijeran que no se reflejaba en la reserva que veníamos con niños(lo cual en la mia se reflejaba perfectamente)esto causó que tardarán una hora y media en entregarnos la habitación, por que llegamos a las 7 de la tarde y ya el servicio de limpieza había terminado nos tuvo que montar las camas la chica de recepción ( que lo hizo muy bien) pero es verdad que veníamos del coche con los niños y estábamos deseando llegar y tener este inconveniente nos chocó

It was a good location to the town centre, we had a car so it was a very short drive in. The hotel had ample parking and we always got a park right outside our building. The pools had heaps of sunbeds which was good. Rooms were very spacious, and had great facilities! Washing machine is a plus. Reception was very lovely, and she spent the time to give us recommendations around Lagos.

Both double beds only came with two small pillows (plus two decorative pillows). It would have been good if we had four standard pillows (e.g., 2 pillows per person).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und im Restaurant hat der Chef Josef mit seinen Spässen die Gäste unterhalten. Leider war der Frühstückskaffee aus der Maschine nicht gut, sonst hat das Frühstück gut gepasst. Die Lage ist, sehr ruhig, zu Fuss ca 20 Minuten zum nächsten Strand und in die Altstadt

The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly. The meals we had with our half board stay were delicious. The reception staff were courteous and professional. The apartment we were eventually given was really lovely and clean. We loved our holiday so much that we have booked to return next year.

We arrived at Midday bur had to wait until 330pm for a room. The receptionist forgot we were waiting! That was frustrating after a 2am start that morning. We were initially put in an upstairs room that had steep steps despite telling the receptionist that my husband had a bad knee. I requested a move and we were given a ground floor apartment. However, we had to pay 48 euros which we feel the receptionist could have waived in the circumstances. There was quite a lot of bird droppings around the pool area. My husband had to remove some himself because it was disgusting and he thought a child could slip on it and hurt themselves.

Nome errado: nao e' hotel mas sim apart-hotel. Nome nao visivel na entrada. Cama casal dupla. Toalhas de banho para criancas, nao para adultos.

Pool was great and plenty of sun beds. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. There was plenty of car parking by the apartments. Restaurant- we only had lunch a couple of days and it was fine.
