I also loved the atmosphere and the beauty of the city — it made the whole stay even more special. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I would definitely love to come back! 💙

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La habitación estaba muy sucia, especialmente el baño y, concretamente, la ducha. Y nada que comentar de las alfombras… y porque hay muy poca luz, sino se vería mejor la mierda. Además, en recepción prácticamente no hubo atención: no nos explicaron nada, ni siquiera nos facilitaron el wifi o nos recomendaron lugares para visitar. La comunicación fue prácticamente nula, y eso que mi pareja hablaba el idioma. Otro punto importante es el tema del parking. Nos avisaron de que había un parking cercano, en un hotel de la zona, pero no es cierto que sea una opción real para aparcar. El parking es muy pequeño y está prácticamente destinado a los huéspedes de ese hotel, por lo que no hay plazas disponibles. Los parkings más cercanos están bastante lejos y, además, el hotel está situado en una zona con bastante pendiente. Nosotros tuvimos que coger un taxi y, de hecho, el propio taxista nos comentó que este hotel suele indicar a los clientes que hay facilidad para aparcar en el hotel cercano cuando realmente no es así. Es más, ese taxista fue un buen hombre y nos acercó. Porque pedimos bastantes taxis que pasaron por allí y todos nos decía que no nos acercaban. Teníamos reservadas dos noches, pero después de pasar la primera decidimos marcharnos. Con una noche tuvimos más que suficiente. Una experiencia que, sin duda, no repetiríamos ni recomendaríamos.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Dar Solaiman is located in the middle of the Medina and is a nice property. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast on the roof deck was wonderful. The woman who made our breakfast and cleaned our rooms helped us with our laundry by allowing it to dry on her rooftop clothesline. This property is an excellent value!
It was a little noisy because it was in the Medina but not so noisy we couldn’t sleep. And everything was quiet by 11 pm.

Mention particulière pour Iliès et Fatima aux petits soins pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
La douche de la chambre 5 fonctionne mal.

The bed is very hard and it was very cold. The air con unit did make the room warm, this is because of the time of year. The sun room where you have breakfast is lovely, it’s a real shame they don’t have comfy benches up there so you can sit in the evening and look at the stars or see the sun setting. There is a real fire up there so would of been cute x

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The riad is beautiful and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. After long days of exploring, coming back to the incredibly comfortable bed was a dream. The real highlight, however, was the staff. They were so friendly, attentive, and eager to help with everything. Highly recommend!

Dusche hatte wenig Druck, und hat das Bad ziemlich überschwemmt (weil kein Duschvorhang oder ähnliches existiert). Zimmer recht klein.
