Sehr schöne Hotelanlage an ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand. Vorzuheben sind vor allem alle Hotelangestellte. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich, das Abendessen sehr lecker!

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn eine der 3 Liegewiesen als Nichtraucher geführt werden könnte. Wir hatten oft Raucher und Kettenraucher vor oder neben uns und mussten viel Rauch ertragen. Dies nur als Verbesserunsvorschlag.. Ansonsten gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

Tutto!!!! È stato tutto eccezionale!!! Ad iniziare dal nostro arrivo il ceck in alle 15 noi siamo arrivati alle 13, ci hanno mandati a pranzo in attesa che la camera fosse pronta!! Ottima la struttura, ottimo ol personale, ma la cosa che ricorderemo di piu.. l'ottimo cibo!!! Anche con un occhio di riguardo per me che sono allergica alla cannella. Mio marito è uno chef.. era da tanto che non lo vedevo mangiare cosi di gusto!! Abbiamo assaggiato di tutto!! E una nota di merito alla fantastica pastichef Krissa!!! Ogni sera ci sorprendeva con qualche nuova ispirazione.. gentilissima e sempre col sorriso ci ha portati su mondi inesplorati di sapori!!

Tout est parfait, la propreté, le confort, les services , l’emplacement, le personnel… je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs de certains et je dois dire que ça m’a effrayée. Allez y les yeux fermés

Il y a de la place pour tous sur les transats et je regrette que beaucoup se lèvent à point d’heure pour se réserver une place qu’ils n’occuperont que peu de temps dans une journée . Je pense qu’il faut mieux préciser que ça n’est pas l’endroit idéal pour les personnes avec un handicap moteur , le lieu n’est pas adapté

- very silent and calm, perfect for couples. German/English-speaking guests, young couples, dresscode for evening meals - very clean and maintained - exquisite service and helpful and friedly hotel staff, cleaning lady in room 2019 was great and hard-working - great food, both variety and taste. Cocktails are Ok, 9 Euro or included in all-inclusive - enough sunbeds and one pool is almost all the time empty, was nice to relax there - a bit of wind at the beach really helps with heat

- garden view (cheapest) rooms are not soundproof and very loud with noise of cicadas, road traffic all day long, buses/garbage cars with beep-beep sounds, especially early morning. We don't recommend those rooms at all. - garden view room is also very small even for 2 people. But TV is big and modern - beach in front of hotel is clean itself, but hard to enjoy swimming there - very rocky and lots of seaweed (water is not clean). You have to go further from hotel to the right and swim there in clean waters with sand

Von der Außenanlage habe wir uns blenden lassen. Leider ist das Hotel total veraltet. Der Strand ist der wohl schlechteste den ich in Kreta bisher gesehen habe. Ungepflegt und auch die Liegen alle sehr ranzig.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt noch am ersten Tag abgebrochen. Das Hotelzimmer hatte total verfleckte Bettwäsche. Ist nicht wirklich appetitlich 300 € die Nacht zu zahlen in einem angeblich 5 Sterne Hotel und am Ende auf Bettwäsche zu schlafen, die kaum verfleckter sein könnte. Nicht eine Stelle war ohne Flecken. Dieses Hotel scheint nicht wirklich Wert auf Sauberkeit zu legen und ist generell in einem miserablen Zustand.

We visited Creta Royal 3rd time. Everything is beautiful here. The facilities, the room, the cleanliness, the pools and the beach, all of them are perfect. The breakfast and the dinner is exceptional, with a great variety.

שהגענו בלילה ולא הסבירו לנו כראוי ולמחורת גם לא, אז היינו צריכים לבוא ולשאול בקבלה של המלון והפסדנו מלא וחבל.

Ruime opzet van het complex, met de diverse zwembaden en ligging aan het strand.

In het complex zelf was er geen sauna .. wel bij de buren. De kamer met uitzicht op de tuin .. was een kamer met uitzicht op de weg en herrie van het magazijn. Parkeergelegenheid is beperkt.

La literie était trop affaissée pour le dos (douleurs) Concernant notre gourmandise pour la cuisine grecque, nous nous sommes étonnés qu’il n’y en a avait pas quotidiennement cette année.

Très bon hôtel avec piscine et accès à la plage , le personnel est très serviable , souriant et agréable , l'hôtel est très propre , bien entretenu et le calme était au rendez-vous comme nous le souhaitions . Etant arrivés tard dans la nuit , le personnel avait pris soin de nous laisser de quoi manger et nous ont offert une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner et dîner étaient excellents avec des produits frais , fait maison et buffets variés ( nous étions en demi-pension ) . Un grand merci aux cuisiniers qui nous ont régalés . Je recommande sans problème cet hôtel

C’est la 9 ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, c’est calme, sans enfant, personnels très professionnels et aux petits soins.

We were greatly pleased with our stay at this resort, the staff there were all exceedingly friendly. We visited several resorts and this was the first one where we found the food from starters to main dishes, and even the desserts, to be absolutely delightful. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was that the water in the shower was constantly leaking, and the door to the toilet would not close, we did inform the reception about this, and they assured us that they would send someone, but unfortunately, no one came.

The hotel is very nice and nicely kept. The food was good and varied. The main bar was superbly run by a nice barmaid very competent and friendly while the pool bar drinks seemed more done for on the cheap side.

The room cleaning was not done at a 5 star standard. Slippers from previous guests were left in the wardrobe, shower gel not changed when the container was empty or rubbish bin not emptied. Once we complained they managed to resolve the matter. The excursions from the hotel seemed a bit badly organised and the drivers of the coaches used seemed to prefer leaving us to cross a motorway rather then taking us a little and safer path closer to the hotel. Once again we complained but no compensation was offered apart from a bland apology on behalf of the travel agency used.

Extremely well managed hotel. Everything was clean new and staff helpful. Property is nice. Quiet relaxing. Different foods every evening. Would definitely go back. Great place.

Lovely property with 2 looks to choose from and and lovely sandy beach. The bbq night was great!

Limited Sun beds on the beach, the pool bar drinks were all warm leaving you forces to have ice. We werent made aware of the alacarte evening which would have been nice to know so we could have booked.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr modern mit Touchpads. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer von Top Qualität. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Nur die Umgebung ist reaktiv tot und der Bus fährt recht umständlich und lange in die nächste Stadt. Auch Restaurants oder ähnliches gibt es nicht der Umgebung. Neben dem Hotel ist aber ein Laden, wo man Lebensmittel, Getränke, Souvenirs, usw zu günstigen Preisen gibt.

You have to pay for drinks during dinner which was kind of dissapointing. If you are paying breakfast and dinner at least one drink should be included. Swimming pools open at 10 am and they close at 6 pm so if you want to use them earlier in the day you can't and 6 pm is too early to close the pools. On Thur they started removing all the sunbeds from the swimming pool area at 1pm and setting tables for dinner. They didnt let us use the beach because it was a little bit windy so there was nothing to do except go to our rooms. The fitness room was very small and to use it you have to register your name one day in advance which I think is quite stupid.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Anlage. Ruhig, für ältere Gäste bestens geeignet, liegt allerdings ca. 15 km von der nächst größeren Stadt entfernt. Für Relax-Urlaub bestens.

If i need to say something it would be that more fresh seafood in the menu could have been great

In diesem Hotel ist alles rundherum einfach nur super. Besonders zu erwähnen die Sauberkeit und außerdem die Freundlichkeit des Persoanls. Das am Pool veranstaltete BBQ war ein absolutes Highlight. Ein wirklich ruhiger und erholsamer Uraub. Wer Annimation braucht, kann einfach rüber ins Kreta Star gehen.

Easy to drive to from the airport and park in the hotel. Very good, experienced staff. Food choices excellent and lots of cocktails to choose from. Next to Sandy beach. Overall very good and highly recommend.

The gym and equipment not great but this is very minor compared to all the positives.

It had all the amenities, including the beach front connected to the hotel and the pool facing the see, algo restaurant and bar just by the see. The room was comfortable on size and facilities.

Our 1 week stay in the Creta Royal was absolut wonderful. The whole Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities.

All buffet options were excellent, but and option to have a restaurant with service would have been nice.

Par contre, climatisation défaillante le premier jour et peu efficace ensuite, après intervention. Pas facile de dormir quand il fait chaud et humide. 2 Piscines à eau salée, sans plus... Les horaires d'ouverture sont surprenants Ouverture vers 10h et fermeture 18h30 Demi-pension exceptionnelle, tant sur les quantités que la qualité des plats proposés...

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and plenty of pool-side chairs. The food buffet was extremely well organised and had a good variety of food options. With half board, there are no soft drinks or even water included at dinner. The bottled water, fruit and Raky were a nice touch in the room. The creta star facilities are also available to creta royal guests.

It’s a bit isolated with very little in the immediate area (there are a couple of small convenience stores). The hotel room was quite nice (we had one with a small, private pool), but we hadn’t expected the twin beds pushed together, which move apart easily. The tap water is oddly, a little brackish which was also a surprise. A/C works well. The beach is ok, just don’t expect a vast expanse of golden sand and calm, crystal waters. Also, expect a largely elderly crowd (55 plus), at least in May.

We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome by the team. The room was modern, of an excellent size and location with a great view across the grounds and to the sea. We especially enjoyed the quiet chilled atmosphere of the whole resort which led to a very relaxed stay. We would highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is small, with a small number of rooms. At check-in they give a bottle of local wine and a plate of fruit. The staff are very polite and pleasant. Some days we lived with a sea facing room, a few with a garden view. The rooms have everything, clean. Very liked that for dinner every day was a different cuisine. And everything was delicious! My husband has gluten intolerance - and the chef told him which dishes were gluten-free, and sometimes even cooked specially. There was a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks to the hotel we had an amazing holiday!

Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, they change themes for dinner so it is quite refreshing when you eat at the hotel daily. Very clean pools and very nice location. Great cleaning services.

The pillows could be improved, quite big and hard. Also, even if they provide washing and ironing services, sometimes you just need an iron and don't have time to wait - so an iron to lend would be great.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

Friendly staff, very very quiet, nice pool-area, nice hotel, ok food. This is an adults only hotel, so very strange that the pool bar closes at 17.30 when that is the nicest time to relax by the pool and have a drink. No lounge music, very poor cocktails, not what I had expected from a “5” star adults only hotel. The “gym” was not for free, a small room with 3 machines - once again not what we had expected.
