Pour moi , j’ai tout apprécié . Peut-être un manque de personnel pour poser des questions et avoir un lien humain , mais c’est tout . Très bonne nuit et petit déjeuner entre deux journées de randonnée.

La chambre était très spartiate, avec des matelas durs. L'établissement est assez loin du centre si l'on vient en transports publics.

Leukerbad is exceptionally beautiful, so I highly recommend people to come here, if they love spending some time in idyllic-looking alpine towns! Regarding this particular stay: it is for somebody who only really needs the bare basics for their stay.

The main gripe I had was that the bed was not exactly comfortable. The mattress was very thin. The shared shower was really small. Overall, it felt like a budget hostel experience and did not quite fit the overall vibe of the town. For other nights I managed to book substantially more comfortable stay for only a slightly higher price.

Our room was great and check in process easy. Location was great! It was,a little noisy the first evening due to some younger youth next door. There was also construction noise from work being done on a nearby building. Otherwise it was great. It would be nice to have table lamps next to the bed.

Die Aussicht auf die Berge war echt wunderschön. Es gab auch in der Nähe mehrere Restaurants, wo man den Abend ausklingen lassen konnte.

Die Anfahrt war sehr kurvig, und einen Teil musste man mit einem Autozug fahren, wofür man bezahlen musste. Es war eine sehr anstrengende Fahrt. Angekommen mussten wir uns leider erst mal selbst orientieren, da kein Personal da war. Es wurde zuvor nur schriftlich mitgeteilt, wo man alles findet und wie es abläuft. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Am Morgen gab es ein umfangreiches Angebot beim Frühstück. Es war sehr lecker. Der Raum, wo es das Frühstück gab, war etwas klein für alle Gäste.

Great property in a great location exactly what we wanted

Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten lag direkt neben dem Eingangstüre, weshalb ich kaum schlafen konnte. Spät ankommende Gäste waren deutlich zu hören. Zudem roch es im Zimmer etwas unangenehm. Die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt altbacken und eher spärlich.

Propre, simple, bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner super !

Zimmer war komfortabel. Gut gefallen hat uns der grosse Balkon und dass es einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gab.

Schade, dass es keine Flexibilität bezüglich der Frühstückszeiten gibt. Wer vor 8 Uhr aufbrechen will um z.B. eine Bergtour zu machen, kann leider keines bekommen. Ich verstehe , dass dies mit Aufwand verbunden ist, aber vielleicht könnte man für die Frühaufsteher ein vereinfachtes Frühstück in Selbsbedienung anbieten. Vor 18 Jahren, als ich im gleichen Hotel schon einmal übernachtet habe, war dies möglich. Im Zimmer würden Nachttischlampen eine willkommene Verbesserung sein. Die Matratzen sind relativ weich. Für mich aber ok.

Only the location!

Disappointing stay—poor ventilation and hostile communication.The property lacked proper ventilation, making the space incredibly stuffy and impossible to sleep in for both nights of our stay. Additionally, the host's communication was highly unprofessional and passive-aggressive. It was so rigid and dismissive that it felt like dealing with a poorly programmed AI rather than a hospitable human. I cannot recommend this place.

It’s in a beautiful setting, and we had a magnificent view!

Pro turistický pobyt naprosto vyhovující. Cenově v rámci Švýcarska velmi dobře dostupné, snídaně dobrá, pokoje čisté a upravené. Spaní na palandách, což je v turistickém ubytování běžné. Na krátkou dobu výborné.

Poměr ceny/kvality dobrý. Překvapivě dobrá a bohatá snídaně, i když každý den stejná. Pán z kuchyně neustále doplňoval jídlo a uklízel stoly. Pro nás skvělá poloha. Stranou od ruchu města, ale v docházkové vzdálenosti. Blízko soutěsky.

Taxa za děti je stejná jako za dospělé? Měli jsme tři dvojpatrovky namačkané na sebe, matrace a polštář tvrdý. Smrad ze záchodů po chodbě. Náš pokoj byl jak nějaká ubytovna. Doporučená restaurace v blízkosti ubytování nebyla moc dobrá.

The hotel is way better than expected for the price, but there's a 'but.' Switzerland is known for its quiet nights, but those rules must have taken a vacation for all 5 nights of our stay

the guests who were in the accommodation at the same time were shouting until midnight regardless of the other guests, no one reacted to it, we didn't even see the staff.

Espaces communs et chambre très propres avec le linge de lit et de toilette qui sentent bon c'est très agréable. L'environnement, l'hôtel est niché dans un très joli village. Le monsieur qui s'occupe du petit dejeuner est très avenant.

Contact humain inexistant en réel du moins. Tout se passe sur whatsapp ormis pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour, c'est dommage. Mais c'est probablement dû à la barrière de la langue. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas super, le jus de fruit n'est pas très bon et les mets sont principalement salés et peu qualitatif. Il y'a tout de même eu une fournée de croissant surgelés qui étaient bons. Petite salle de petit déjeuner et parking pas pratique pour en sortir quand des gens se gare derrière nous.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für unseren Aufenthalt und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung und entspricht auch den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Kontakt vorab und auch vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Balkon und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Lovely little town waaay up in the Alps. Very quiet. Picturesque even with out snow capped mountains. Room was very clean and well presented. The shower and bathroom serviceable. Breakfast was well presented, and topped up frequently. The information provided was helpful. There was no interaction with staff until breakfast time. Lovely little place

The humid temperatures, we had to open window and balcony overnight to sleep. Maybe a portable fan would have been helpful. The sofa bed was creaky and the double bed felt like the middle was giving away. Apart from that, lovely.

Wszystko było ok, super widok na góry. Brakowalo nam tylko warzyw do śniadania i malej lodówki w pokoju.

WLAN war sehr langsam, in das angegebene konnte man sich teilweise nicht einloggen und flog ständig wieder raus.

Das zimmer war gross und preis war gut. die lage etwas weit vom zentrum aber alles zu fuss erreichbar. es war sehr ruhig.

Es war ein tolles Morgenbuffet mit Croissant und noch warmen Zopf und frisches Brot! Orangensaft und Müesli, Kaffee etc. alles war vorhanden und sehr genussvoll

Wir mussten das Haus zuerst suchen. Evt präzisere Ausschilderung. Aber sonst war es super

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise per Mail

Die lage war super und die betreiber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte ihnen schreiben und sie haben schnell geantwortet und geholfen.

Es war sehr hellhörig und einige leute ware ab 22 uhr bis 1 uhr in der nacht soo laut das man nicht schlafen konnte. Von denen 3 nãchten konnte ich mich 2 nächte nicht erhole. Ich war nicht der einzige einige waren sauer das die einten so laut waren und haben aus dem zimmer gerufen " Ruhe jetzt" aber die anderen waren immer noch laut.

I had a wonderful trip to Switzerland overall, but unfortunately my experience with this hotel was disappointing.

On arrival, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and I have timestamped photographs showing dirt beside the toilet. I also experienced significant communication issues regarding the mandatory Leukerbad Guest Card. I wasn't told what it was or why it was important before arriving, so I unknowingly missed out on discounts and free transport that should have been available throughout my stay. When I contacted the hotel, they didn't reply until my final full day, by which point I had already paid more than necessary and had to visit the tourist information office myself to resolve the issue. I also asked whether a simple takeaway breakfast could be provided as I was leaving before breakfast service on my departure day, but this was simply refused without any alternative being offered. I sent detailed, constructive feedback directly to the hotel after my stay, hoping they would respond before I left a public review. Unfortunately, after a week I have received no acknowledgement at all. It's a shame, because these issues could all be improved with better communication and customer service. I wanted to give the hotel the opportunity to address these concerns privately before posting a review, but unfortunately I haven't received any response.

Es ist das 2. Mal, dass wir hergekommen sind. Die Lage und das unkomplizierte Check-In sind einfach top. Liebend gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank.

La colazione era abbondante, il pane croccante e fatto in casa, la persona che si occupava della sala colazione passava continuamente a pulire e ad aggiungere i prodotti mancanti. Il check-in è pratico da effettuare.

La struttura è attempata,la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare e i piumoni avevano un odore sgradevole a differenza degli asciugamani che avevano odore di ammorbidente. La pulizia della camera non è quotidiana ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiare gli asciugamani ed è stato fatto senza problemi.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Umgebung ist einfach unglaublich. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber anfangs sauber. Nachdem alle duschen waren fehlten teilweise Hände Handtücher.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Unkompliziertes Check in und Check out saubere Zimmer und Nassbereiche

Kein Rausfallschutz bei den Hochbetten Frühstück erst ab 08.00 Uhr ist zu spät wenn man eine längere Bergtour geplant hat.

il mériterai être avancé à 7h30 ,mon petit fils qui partait dans la Via ferrata a du renoncé pour prendre la première télécabine ,une chose que je suis obligée de vous signaler un petit groupe de personnes a fait énormément de bruit très tard dans la nuit ,difficile pour vous de contrôler ce manque de civisme

ロイカーバードの中でとても手頃で泊まれる宿泊施設。 さらに嬉しい美味しい朝食付き。 設備は最低限、シャワー、トイレ、ベット、リネンのみ。ケトルや自炊のあれこれはありません。 宿の近くにはバス停がありますが、本数が少ないので注意。gemmieのロープウェイまで歩いて数分。
