Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Nice touches like good lotions and soaps. Great smell everywhere. Quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and taken care of. Very comfortable. Great food and nice wait staff.
Price. It was quite pricy but I realize the city is for business. It’s not a very pretty city. But the fiesta inn is a jewel in the middle of squalor.

No me respetaron la reservación que hice en booking, el precio de la comida en servicio a cuartos está carísima y muy mala, el desayuno te dicen que gratis pero no te dicen cuál desayuno es hasta que vas al comedor y te lo cobran. Muy malos desayunos y carísimos. Había cucarachas en la habitación

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026he whole check in process was amazing, we got there super late around 9pm and the young lady at the front desk, super alert and very nice. She made the check in process so flawless. Once we got to our room, the room was very clean and smelled great, Fully loaded, coffee pot, water bottles and all the bathroom fully stocked. The beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious, there was a lot of different variety of food's pork, chicken, fruit and eggs. All really delicious . The dining hall was super clean and the lady's there really take good care of you! The staff is super attentive and very nice, we would definitely stay again! The Location is great too, there is 2 gas convience stores super close in case you need to grab a snack or some food. They also have a bar with drinks and coffee in the main reception area and 24 hour room service which is a definite plus! The pool was not open, and that is one of the main reasons we decided to book it, probably not in season, but other than that everything was really great. We would definitely book again. Everything else was perfect.

Muchos inconvenientes para cobrar lo que cobran los hoteles en USA. Mal servicio. Soy de Nogales y vivo en USA. Se comparar sin ser exigente de mas.

Con el incidente que se tuvo faltó mucha información antes y después de las acotaciones y la verdad nadie nos avisó en el cuarto yo me desperté y escuché voces y miré vehículos de emergencia afuera y hablé ala lobby y ahí estuvimos de 2 am asta casi las 5am afuera y al final se esperaba algo más del personal pero nada

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Everything was going good until we Got woken up on Sunday Nov 23,2025 at 3:00am because they said there was a gas leak . And I had my husband and 2 teenagers with me . Scariest moment ever . There was at least 16 people intoxicated. Thank God nothing happened to us or the people who stayed there but yea I left didn’t want to stay there anymore . Staff were nice tho. They were trying to control everything but in general they should off evacuated everyone outside because if there was a gas leak of any sort, then being outside would off been better but they kept everyone inside until they started smelling something weird on the first floor also that’s when they told everyone to go outside,But God is good and I’m back home safe. 🙏🏽worst experience ever.

Los artículos de la habitación se notaban descuidados y maltratados (lámparas y mobiliario), las sábanas tenian algunas manchas y la cama sonaba demasiado con cualquier movimiento, las almohadas son muy duras.

Pero la página de Booking por lo que dijo el chico de recepción no actualiza a tiempo las reservación por lo que tuvimos que llegar y reenviarles el correo de confirmar porque ellos no tenían datos alguno y estaban casi llenos.
La mala comunicación de Booking con el hotel o por lo menos eso dieron a entender,. Las instalaciones están muy decaídas, le hace falta una muy buena remodelacion, sillones de estancia muy sucios con manchas de suciedad que se nota a distancia.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025I like that its close to the exit of the city. However, this hotel needs major upgrades and remodeling. The bathrooms are very old, the sinks are cracked, the tiles are broken. The lighting in the rooms is very outdated and not all lights work properly.

They’re very strict about where you can eat, you can’t take outside food or drinks to the pool area or common areas. The staff wasn’t as polite or accommodating. We had to ask for someone to clean the pool before going in and after struggling with our reservations they gave us the last farthest room with the worse view. Definitely had better experiences at other hotels.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025My experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff at reception were unprofessional—openly talking about a previous guest’s personal affairs, which was incredibly uncomfortable. After checking in, the digital room key didn’t work, and I had to return to the front desk to get it replaced. Once inside, I found that although the room was spacious, the condition was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty and full of stains, the shower had mold and hair—clearly not cleaned after the last guest—and the carpet was old, loose, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel staff tried to overcharge me for breakfast, even though it was clearly included in my reservation. They insisted on being paid in cash, which felt very unprofessional and suspicious. Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
