飯店其實很舒適,看了蠻多負評,但實際住起來覺得還不錯,房間空間蠻大又舒服,浴室也超大又有大浴缸,然後洗手台在另一間,使用起來也很舒服,玩一天回來,可以舒服洗個澡和泡澡也很有幸福感~房間有好幾張大小桌子,放置東西也很夠放,而且房間入口有做一個小隔間,可隔絕外面聲音,也可以放置鞋子,這點非常讓我們喜歡,是很有質感的

早餐真的很簡陋,供應早餐的用餐區超級小,桌子也不多,然後供早餐的時段只有一個小時,我們第一天去就沒位子可坐,早餐區擠滿滿人,外面還有人在等,然後看一下早餐也只有吐司和起司等,我們就放棄了,此次入住都沒有去吃過早餐,所以其實飯店價格寫附早餐,可以不用了~另外,浴室雖然空間很大,有做淋浴間和浴缸分開,但淋浴間的排水極差,淋浴一陣子後就會整個浴室淹水,先前也看其他住過的人有這樣評語,希望飯店真的能改善這狀況,不然可惜了這麼漂亮又舒服的大浴室~另外,飯店雖然在西面,但離地鐵其實蠻遠的,要走十多分,我們行李多,每天又會買東西,要再從地鐵走回飯店,常覺得好遠好累,就會叫計程車,這樣其實住哪都沒差了

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and around 10 minutes to the metro station, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was even bigger, which was a really nice surprise. We also had an amazing view from our room. The rooms themselves were quite clean and comfortable. They also have a small iron available, which was very useful — you just need to ask for it at reception. The main downside for us was the cleaning service. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not provided at all during our stay, even though we asked if the room could be cleaned at least once during our 5-night stay. We didn’t mind not having daily cleaning, but having the room cleaned once during a longer stay would have been appreciated. While the room was clean, I can't say the same about some of the common areas. The reception area, hallways and elevators could definitely have been cleaner and better maintained. That said, for the price, we felt the value was very good. Breakfast was included and, although there weren't a huge number of options, there were a few good choices and we enjoyed having breakfast there. A special mention to the lady working at breakfast — she was incredibly nice, friendly and hardworking, and she was so fast! 😊 Overall, we really liked our stay. There are definitely a few things that could be improved, especially regarding housekeeping and the cleanliness of the common areas, but the spacious room, great view, convenient location, breakfast and good price made this a very good choice for us.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement, ainsi que l’équipement de la chambre, qui était très bien et pratique.

Le personnel manque de flexibilité et de compréhension, avec parfois peu d’empathie. Certaines informations ou consignes manquent également de cohérence et il n’y a pas vraiment d’aide pratique lorsqu’on en a besoin. Le check-in à 16h est assez tardif et j’ai été surprise de constater que la chambre n’était pas nettoyée. Le petit-déjeuner est quasiment inexistant et offre très peu de choix. Enfin, j’ai trouvé les règles concernant l’espace du petit-déjeuner particulièrement rigides, notamment l’interdiction d’emporter du pain en dehors de la zone prévue à cet effet. L’ensemble donne une impression de surveillance et de rigidité qui est assez désagréable. C’est dommage, car l’emplacement et la chambre sont de vrais points forts.

El personal no està cuando lo necesitas, nos quedamos 3 dìas y a pesar de solicitarlo, no nos limpiaron la habitación. Muy mala atención

La dimensione della stanza e del bagno, ampi entrambi, doccia grande e letto comodo.

Cominciamo dall'arrivo. Se arrivi prima delle 16 ti fanno lasciare i bagagli nella hall e non c'è modo di chiedere se la stanza è pronta perché "il check in è alle 16". La reception è quasi sempre vuota, per cui se qualcuno ha bisogno di qualcosa non c'è modo di avere assistenza. C'è scritto esplicitamente che non c'è nessuno dalle 22 alle 6. La camera è mal tenuta, come la struttura in generale, che avrebbe un buon potenziale ma è trascurata. Avevamo il vetro esterno rotto, la porta aveva un buco, il WC era senza coperchio, il vetro della stanza del WC era crepato anche quello. C'è solo un armadio largo 20 cm con una camera che ne potrebbe ospitare anche due. Per avere la pulizia della camera e gli asciugamani puliti bisogna scriverlo su un taccuino alla reception....ma se stai 1 o 2 notti non viene effettuato il servizio di pulizia. La colazione è pessima, con 3 cose in croce e una scelta quasi assente. Nelle foto avevamo visto dei croissant e delle uova strapazzate che non abbiamo mai trovato in 4 giorni (non erano finiti, non ci sono mai stati). L'orario dalle 7 alle 9 è vincolante perché costringe a fare le cose di fretta. La signora addetta alla colazione è scortese e sempre attaccata a tutti per controllare ciò che fanno e per rimettere a posto se qualcuno sposta qualcosa. Sta in mezzo alla stanza con le mani conserte a controllare ogni movimento di tutti. Mi ha ripreso perché ho regolato il tostapane ad un livello più alto di quello che voleva lei. Al momento del checkout, anche se fatto in orario di reception, non c'era nessuno, e il totem che è stato adibito per il self checkout era fuori uso, quindi siamo stati costretti a lasciare la chiave della camera sul bancone e a scrivere sul famoso taccuino che eravamo partiti. Per fortuna avevamo già pagato, perché dovevamo prendere un pullman. Saremo stati sfortunati noi, ma è andato bene veramente poco.

La stanza molto grande, la lavanderia comoda e molto economica.

Très confortable, salle de bain immense avec douche et baignoire plus grandes que mon appartement et toilettes japonaises pour peaufiner le travail.

Poubelle et frigo de chambre vraiment très petits. Pas d'emplacement vraiment confortable en dehors du lit. Nettoyage uniquement sur demande meme pour changer le papier toilette. Lumière de la clim impossible a eteindre si on veut garder la clim.

Große Zimmer, riesiges Bad.

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie die anderen Zimmer in Hotels in Korea. Der Mann an der Rezeption (welche nicht immer besetzt war) schien nicht so gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück war eher schlecht: Frühstückszeit extrem kurz (nur bis um 9 Uhr?), leider keine Crossaints, Brötchen, Wurst oder Käse oder etwas "westliches", Toastscheiben, aber kein Toaster. Es gab Instantsuppe zum selbst anrühren, Cornflakes und Säfte aus Fruchtsaftkonzentrat. Vielleicht hatten wir aber auch einfach Pech, denn auf einem Foto im Internet hatte ich auch Crossaints gesehen.

有早餐，但是只有麵包、拉麵，飲料，一個阿姨收桌，洗碗，補貨；7-9點，要早起才吃得到；地點在西面的邊邊，坐車都要走一下；發現想玩的的地方都在海雲台邊界，下次應該住海雲台或南浦，才是明智的選擇

第一天早餐跳電，阿姨沒有積極打電話求救，主管來，搬一下開關就好了；阿姨顯然不開心，但我們連一碗麵都沒吃到；烤吐司機也不能動，真是誤人時間

Avevamo compresa anche la colazione ma non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne La prima mattina siamo scesi alle ore 7.10 (la colazione viene servita dalle ore 7 alle ore 9) e non era ancora pronto nulla e avevamo un'escursione programmata quindi non potevamo aspettare troppo. Altre 2 mattine siamo scesi alle ore 8.30 e i tavoli (pochissimi rispetto al nuero degli ospiti dell'hotel) erano tutti occupati. Abbiamo aspettato un po' poi ce ne siamo andati

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su ubicación. Está bien situado y, al mismo tiempo, no se encuentra en pleno meollo de la zona más ruidosa, por lo que la ubicación resulta bastante cómoda. Además, la habitación es amplia.

Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia tuvo bastantes aspectos negativos, especialmente relacionados con la limpieza y el servicio. Para empezar, si quieres que te cambien las toallas, tienes que solicitarlo expresamente. Lo mismo ocurre con la limpieza de la habitación: hay que pedir que la hagan cada día. Nosotros lo solicitamos, pero, aun así, no nos hicieron la cama ni un solo día. De hecho, los pelos que encontramos en la bañera el primer día seguían exactamente en el mismo sitio el último día. Es decir, la habitación prácticamente no se limpió durante nuestra estancia. La limpieza de las zonas comunes tampoco parece ser una prioridad. Todos los días bajábamos por las escaleras al comedor y estaban muy sucias. Incluso había un cepillo de dientes tirado en el suelo que permaneció allí todos y cada uno de los días de nuestra estancia. Otro detalle bastante desagradable fue encontrar en la habitación unas zapatillas claramente desgastadas y que parecían haber sido utilizadas por otros huéspedes. En cuanto a la temperatura de la habitación, hacía un calor realmente insoportable. Hay una máquina de frío/calor, pero no conseguimos dormir bien ni una sola noche. A pesar de utilizarla, la sensación de calor era excesiva y resultó bastante incómoda durante toda la estancia. El desayuno también nos pareció extremadamente escaso y poco variado. Básicamente había pan de molde, tranchetes, jamón York, cereales y fideos. Para una estancia de varios días, se echa bastante en falta algo más de variedad. Además, hubo una situación en el comedor que nos resultó bastante incómoda. Mientras nos preparábamos las tostadas, la señora encargada de la limpieza estaba fregando prácticamente a nuestro lado. En un momento dado, sacó directamente con las manos, sin guantes ni ningún utensilio, el pan de molde de la bolsa para colocarlo en la panera.

Lo mejor es las habitaciones. El desayuno no está mal pero muy básico.

Stanza grande, sembrava un mini appartamento, armadio smart con rinfresco e stiratura vestiti. Aria condizionata efficiente.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway. Spacious and quiet room with a view.

Breakfast is rather basic, but ok for the price. Friendly lady at the desk, but a grumpy man.

Posizione comodissima e arrivando in macchina hanno un comodo parcheggio a disposizione. Essendo arrivati prima dell'orario di check in ci hanno fatto lo stesso lasciare la macchina e i bagagli, i letti comodissimi!

La colazione molto scarna e quasi assente la parte dolce.

The hotel is very well located in Seomyeon. It is within walking distance of the metro and the livelier parts of the neighbourhood, while being just far enough away to avoid most of the nightlife noise. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and it was possible to leave luggage at the hotel. The rooms were also well insulated from noise coming from neighbouring rooms. Washing machines and dryers were available for a very reasonable price. Overall, the location and price were particularly good for the dates of my stay.

The rooms showed quite a lot of wear, with old furniture, damaged areas and some doors that did not close properly. Cleanliness could also be improved, as I found accumulated dust and a duvet with visible mould, although it was replaced quickly. The breakfast was very basic, and noise from the corridor and outside could be heard clearly.

Struttura in posizione abbastanza centrale, vicina a due stazioni della metro. La camera spaziosa, il livello di pulizia, molto scarso. Ho trovato capelli nel letto al mio arrivo, ma ho subito fatto richiesta per la pulizia ulteriore. Servizio lavanderia pessimo con lavatrice e asciugatrici sporche. Anche qui ho fatto richiesta affinché venissero pulite. Staff ok.

Świetna lokalizacja, duży pokój, wiele udogodnień, proste, ale wystarczające śniadanie. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Dużo podróżuje, a dawno żadno miejsce nie zaskoczyło mnie tak pozytywnie. Serdecznie polecam!

Albergo con stanze molto ampie e bagno davvero grande! Doccia e vasca da bagno. Letto comodo e tutto il necessario per passare bene il soggiorno. Anche la posizione devo dire molto buona. Sia per spostarsi sia per la presenza di molti ristoranti e supermercati. Al secondo piano c’è la lavanderia comune a pagamento ( 2000 won per lavatrice ed asciugatrice ) acqua potabile e microonde . Sempre al secondo piano viene servita la colazione ( 7-9 del mattino)

Per gli standard europei e soprattutto italiani la colazione non è soddisfacente. Prevalentemente salata. Devo dire comunque non male ( ci siamo adattati benissimo) ma se cercate cornetti e biscotti non li trovate. Certo l’orario è molto limitato e alle 8;55 cominciano a cacciarti. Per il resto nulla, tutto molto bene Chiaramente quasi nessuno parla inglese ma in Corea non lo parla quasi nessuno

Мне дали не тот номер, который был ранее забронирован. Я не сразу это заметила, но было обидно. Меня заселили в номер меньше и менее приятный. Уставшие кресла создают ощущение неопрятности, в туалете пахнет сигаретным дымом. То ли пропахло им все то ли их вентиляции нанесло. Нет расходников для гигиены, даже зубной щетки. Стоят два лосьона с подписью для мужчин, будто отель не предназначен для женщин.

早餐是在一個超小的空間提供，根本沒幾桌，去的時候也沒位子了 索性放棄不吃... 飯店大廳跟走廊都有個臭味 房間裡的浴室也超髒的，吹風機超難用根本沒什麼風！ 床頭沒有插座，統一集中在某側的牆壁 也不會主動清掃房間、要自己下樓到櫃檯填寫房號

Aamiainen oli riittävä, vaikkakin tismalleen sama joka aamu. Huoneen pesutila oli mielestäni liiankin iso, tilaa vei järkyttävän kokoinen amme. Japanilaistyylinen wc -istuin oli pitkästä aikaa eksoottinen, mutta eihän kaikkia toimintoja tarvitse käyttää. Ilmastointi ja jääkaappi toimivat moitteettomasti. Tv oli iso. Sijainti oli parin korttelin päässä ostoskaduista, joilta löytyi myös ruokailupaikkoja

Tv:n käyttöönotossa oli haasteita ja ne eivät selvinneet ilman henkilökunnan apua. Hotellilla oli myös tiukka raja check-in:n suhteen eli vasta klo 16 pystyit kirjautumaan sisään. Hotellin aulassa ei ollut wc:tä.

The bathroom seemed renovated, clean and well-maintained. The room is quite spacious.

Everything else was terrible. Worst hotel I’ve been to and I’m not even exaggerating. It was so dirty, not only can you see the filth but also feel it. We only initially saw the superficial dirtiness when we returned at night after checking-in that afternoon. My partner and I were exhausted so we decided to sleep and deal with it the next day. When we woke up the next day, we were met with utter disgust when we were able to better inspect everything in the room. Stains on the curtain, the slipper chair, and worst of all a moldy duvet (see photos). We were supposed to stay 2 nights but decided to show them everything and checked out earlier than planned, and found a MUCH better hotel for nearly the same price. They agreed to refund us for the 2nd night (thru booking.com) but to my surprise we only received a refund of $37.93. You’re telling me that one disgusting night cost us $87+ !!?? We are in the hospitality industry ourselves and this gross experience should’ve actually been comp’d. We didn’t have the energy to fight for night 1, but to only receive a small portion of night 2 is beyond ridiculous, shows greed and lack of accountability. For your sake, stay away from this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, tidy and clean. Locations was great. The wifi worked well. I was allowed early check-in and given access to do my laundry for free.

The room was big. The area of the hotel...there is a mall nearby, bus stops, convenience store, restaurants, daiso, etc.

Its quite a walk to the subway...although there is a bus stop nearby

La habitación y el baño es grande en comparación a las habitaciones "normales" de Corea. El baño y la regadera estan por separado. El colchon y las almohadas son cómodas. Esta bien insonorizada. Tiene restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia a la vuelta de la esquina. Si viajas solo, en pareja o todos son adultos es una buena opción.

El aire acondicionado huele bastante a humedad, la limpieza de la habitación la tienes que pedir un día antes, el desayuno es muy básico, las chanclas son usadas, el Shampoo y gel de ducha tiene olor fuerte. No dan pasta ni cepillo de dientes. Las divisiones del baño son ahumandas pero si se ve cuando te bañas. Las maletas te las resguardan pero se quedan al lado del elevador o donde se pueda.

I think its new. Super clean and spacious. Even the toilet/bathroom is spacios. The size is almost the same size as the room itself. Close to subway Line 1 and Line 2. Nice area. But for muslim travellers this area limited halal food resto. Even tho the design is pretty simple and basic but I like the breakfast area that u can use the microwave and instant noodle maker. Laundry machine provided at Level 2.

El hotel parece hecho para ser de lujo, habitaciones amplias con un baño enorme con bañera, wc y ducha aparte, pero parece que se han dejado ir. La cama y almohada son cómodas. Está muy cerca del Lotte Main Store, y zona de tiendas varias (Uniqlo, olive young, farmacias, puestos callejeros de comida).

El desayuno no merece la pena. No estaba completamente limpio, había mosquitos dentro de la habitación y el lavabo de mi habitación no tragaba el agua. Es difícil contactar con ellos si no tienes un número coreano. Perdimos un auricular durmiendo la noche anterior a nuestra salida, avisamos al darnos cuenta y como la gestión de la lavandería lo lleva otra empresa, no nos han sabido dar una solución. :(

You have to request your own cleaning. Since most of the morning no one was at reception it was had to actually get cleaning. Further there was a lot of dust and the aircon made a lot of noises at times

Lage in einer etwas seltsamen Gegend, wo ich als Frau nachts nicht mehr so gerne raus gehe. Rezeption etwas unfreundlich und ungepflegt Frühstück wenig ansprechend. Sehr simpel ( Toast mit Marmelade oder für Asiaten Rahmen Suppe wie bei CU oder G25)
