Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Good and sufficient breakfast, fresh products and very tasty, we traveled with a 2 year child and the variety was good. Clean and nice environment for the breakfast. The room was nice and large, with a lot of utilities in the room, the only minor disadvantage is that the bathroom door is a sliding door without the possibility to lock the door and with a child the child can open easy the door and enter. The pool is clean and nice.

In tanti anni di vacanze e di hotel visitati un po' ovunque, l'Hotel HI Bari è stato senza dubbio il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Merita davvero il massimo dei voti per ogni singolo aspetto. La qualità della struttura è eccezionale. Si respira una pulizia impeccabile, massima cura dei dettagli e un'attenzione al cliente che ti fa sentire coccolato dal primo all'ultimo momento. Non serve portare quasi nulla perché pensano davvero a tutto, inclusi gli asciugamani per la piscina. Lo staff della reception è sempre disponibile, estremamente gentile ed educato. Un punto di forza eccezionale è il servizio navetta gratuito offerto dall'hotel per raggiungere il centro: un servizio eccellente che compensa perfettamente la posizione leggermente defilata. La colazione è semplicemente immensa, super abbondante e incredibilmente varia. C'è di tutto, inclusi centrifugati e succhi di ogni tipo. È pensata a 360 gradi per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, gusto o nazionalità: è impossibile rimanere insoddisfatti! La posizione è perfetta se si cerca tranquillità: si dorme benissimo, immersi in un'area di totale relax e serenità.Se vi trovate a Bari, questo è l'hotel ideale. Per me vale 10 stelle! Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Beautiful, modern first class hotel located not far from the city center. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. Very nice pool and outdoor area, fresh large towels always available and a staff member always present to provide additional services such as drinks. My room was very comfortable, quiet, super clean and spacious. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the city center during certain hours of the day, a very convenient feature as I was there for leisure making the slightly out of the way location a non-issue for accessing the major sites in Bari and the central station for day trips to outlying towns. Basilico restaurant served delicious room service meals. Above all, a welcoming, kind and very attentive group of employees from every department: reception, breakfast, pool area, room service, housekeeping and shuttle. If my travel plans should ever bring me back to Bari, there's no question as to where I would choose to stay.

Not so much a didn’t like, but worth knowing a little out of the centre of Bari. Not loads immediately around hotel, but there is a pizzeria opposite and cafe next door which was handy. The shuttle makes up for it-just know only limited seats so book your slot!

If you’re looking to hang at the pool, this is not your property. Limited shaded seating, opens at 10, closed at 1900 and there’s a ridiculous daily run for a prime seat. Parking is charged 10 euro per night!

Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal fue extremadamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y brindarnos información sobre los mejores lugares para visitar y conocer la ciudad. El hotel está ubicado a las afueras del centro, pero esto no fue ningún inconveniente, ya que cuenta con un servicio gratuito de shuttle muy cómodo y eficiente para ir y regresar del centro. El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, muy completo y con una gran variedad de opciones. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel para quienes visiten Bari. Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable y nos sentimos muy bien atendidas durante toda nuestra visita. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

Kamers waren opgefrist maar geen bergruimte /geen kast voor je kleren in op te bergen, alleen 2 schuiven en een klein hangrek, geen terras of balkon. zwembad was opgefrist maar houten planken stonden scheef , fitnessruimte was modern maar zeer beperkt (1 fiets, 1 loopband, 1 bench, serie gewichten en bal)

Alleen een loopband en een zitfiets en gewichten. Prima interne parkeergarage maar ook buiten is er parkeerruimte. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Zeer veel keuze en continu aangevuld. Zoet, hartig, fruit en zelfs zelf smoothies maken.
De ligging is buiten het centrum van Bari maar daar kies je zelf voor. Je moet met de auto naar het centrum.

Esta muy lejos del centro y mal comunicado. El coche que el hotel te ofrece es solo de 5 plazas y solo hace viajes cada hora en punto, con lo cual es dificil poder disfrutar de él. Todos los taxis que hemos tenido que utilizar para ir al hotel, no usaban taximetro y nos pedían màs dinero del que realmente costaba el trayecto, con la escasez de taxis a determinadas horas, nos hemos tenido que aguantar. La zona no dispone de restaurantes o tiendas cercanas, hay que andar un cuarto de hora para llegar a una avenida con mas vida y aunque el paseo es agradable, es una zona muy solitaria. Para ir sola, me daria miedo.

El desayuno es muy bueno, el restaurante a la noche también, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, está muy bien el hotel, la ubicación es pésima, caminando al centro no llegas, en transporte público 40 minutos, del hotel te piden taxis, entra 15 y 20 euros el viaje, pero para volver hay que pedirlo por una aplicación que nunca anda, Uber 40 euros. Y si te querés mover en tu auto, estacionar en el centro es casi imposible

Je trouvais que la salle de fitness était très petite pour le nombre de client. En plus pas d'air conditionner à l'intérieur. Aux alentours de l'hôtel il n'y a rien, il faut absolument une voiture.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Morgenmaden var helt fantastik, alt hvad hjerte begær og i en god kvalitet. Der er mulighed for vandopfyldning alle steder på hotellet. Samt der er håndklædeservice til poolen. Personalet både i restauranten og i receptionen var søde og rare og altid klar til at hjælpe. Værelset er rummeligt og rengøringen var i top. Hotellet er nyt og lækkert.
Beliggenheden er IKKE optimalt, man skal have bus, taxa eller hotelles shuttlebus for at komme ind i byen. Det tager ca. 20-25 min i transporstid at komme ind til byen. Og vær opmærksomme på, at taxi kan være svært at få fat på når man skal hjem fra byen til hotellet. Pool området er meget lille - der er kun 6 solvogne, dog er der sol stole man også kan benytte. Så man skal være klar når poolen åbner hvis man vil benytte en solvogn.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie, każdy z obsługi bardzo pomocny i miły. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Aneta, która pozytywnie zaskoczyła nas. Była pomocna w każdym aspekcie.
Nie było nic takiego.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Die Begrüssung durch die Mitarbeitenden war sehr freundlich. Generell sind sie auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist modern und verfügt über sehr moderne, schöne, konfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer, ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran. Es verfügt über eine Lounge mit Snackbar, einen Lagunenpool, Restaurant Innen und Aussen, Fitness- und Sauna, Workspaces und Businessräume.
Steckdosen sollten auf beiden Schlafseiten des Betts sein. Toiletten sollten auch in der Lounge, auch beim Restaurant etc. sein..

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The hotel looks new, very stylish and well-kept. I really liked the design and decors used. Breakfast was also a treat since it has a good spread of just about what you'd want at the start of the day. The sea bream for dinner was also delicious. Most especially, there is a bus station in front of the hotel which will take you to the city in 15 minutes.
It would be nice if the restaurant can be open for a little longer since the food was good and it would be nice to stay longer. Would also appreciate a coffee machine during breakfast.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Il giorno del nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un grande sorriso e grande professionalità, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, molto bella la sauna e la vasca idromassaggio,anche al ristorante ci siamo trovati molto bene,che dire ,torneremo volentieri,gran bello Hotel! Poi al decimo piano abbiamo goduto di una vista spettacolare!
Purtroppo e dico purtroppo la domenica al nostro check out la ragazza che lavorava alla reception a quell'ora (7:00) non è stata né gentile e né professionale, ma dico io ma almeno chiedere com'è andata,vi siete trovati bene,non so almeno un sorriso, niente ci ha detto quanto dovevo pagare e buona giornata, ma speriamo che sia stato un caso isolato, peccato abbiamo sfiorato la perfezione, sarà per la prossima volta!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Toda la infraestructura era excelente y limpia en relación al precio. El personal, al máximo nivel de calidad de servicio y amabilidad. En particular en esta zona de Italia en que no es fácil encontrar sonrisas de parte de personal de servicio en estos tiempos.
Casi nada no me gustó. Tal vez los ventanales de la habitación podrían haber estado más limpios o con el agregado de protector de sol reemplazado. Faltó jamón crudo en el desayuno.

Adatta a tutte le occasioni con ottimi menu e abbondanti a buoni prezzi, spero di tornare perché sono stata veramente benissimo.
