Overall- it was alright.

It was falling apart at the seams a bit. Plus a bit dirty in places, then again clean in others. There was some construction work being done under our window. The asphalt smell was very strong. We couldn’t open the window to let any air in. We weren’t notified beforehand that this was taling place. Breakfast was ok - not much for gluten free eating, but managable if you take some risks.

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do stacji metra, bardzo dobre i bogate śniadania, pokój przestronny, czysty i posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia (suszarka, otwieracz do butelek, telewizor itp.). W pokoju było też cicho i zasłony dobrze zatrzymywały światło. W skrócie super stosunek jakości do ceny.

La propreté est à revoir entièrement : - j’ai séjourné 4 nuits, le ménage n’a jamais été fait, les poubelles non sorties pendant 4 jours - il y’avait des déchets de nourriture dans l’ascenseur pendant 3 jours qui sentaient mauvais, personne ne les a enlevé. C’était toujours là quand je suis partie - le sol de la salle à manger etait collant de saleté à certains endroits Autre point inadmissible : ça n’était pas de vrais matelas juste un mini matelas de 5 cm posé sur le sommier instable, je passais la nuit à le remettre ainsi que les draps en place.C’est comme dormir directement sur le sommier. Je n’ai jamais vu ça ni dans cette gamme d’hôtel ni même dans des hôtels moins chers. L’entretien est à revoir : première chambre affectée au rez de chaussée sur rue avec porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Après réclamation changement de chambre mais l’eau de la douche est tiède pas chaude mais je n’ai pas fait de réclamation pour pas passer mon séjour à changer de chambres.

El cheking, si llegas después de las 10 de la noche, lo tienes que hacer tú y no está muy claro como hacerlo. Nosotros tuvimos que llamar para que vinieran a ayudarnos. En todos esos pasos, por lo visto, pusimos que no queríamos que hicieran la habitación, cosa que para 4 días no te importa mucho, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Las camas son bastante blandas para mi, las prefiero mas firmes

C'era freddo

Basicly everything that you can expect for a ordinary hotel room with a lot of space and comfortable bed. Its very close located to the metro-station with several groceries and stuff aorund the corner, and the staff are cool and friendly.

I missed a coffe machine that gives you more options for the coffe you prefer to have at the breakfast, and also the classic croissants. Also a fridge and some small spoon in the room could have been useful considering the price.

Great location - transport and shops are nearby. Good breakfast. Our windows were at the train station side, still very quiet. Very polite and helpful staff.

Issues at the check-in with paying. This hotel has self check-in and if you need assistance, you can call the help line. After check-in I needed to pay, my payment was declined many times. Called the number that was left on the counter, it was unreachable. Later called via Booking number a couple of times, automatic answer is only in Swedish, it took some time and a lot of numbers pressing to reach the representative of the hotel. After that I was quickly assisted and payment was done.

Location was good and breakfast was okay.

Cleaning could be better, it was dusty all around the room. Bathrooms drain was probably glogged, cause it smelled. Also sad that there wasn’t a fridge in the room or a microwave.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Maistuva aamiainen, letut olivat mahtava lisäyllätys! Ruokasalissa musiikki tunnelmallista ja sopivalla voimakkuudella. Huone oli siisti, pyyhkeet ihanan pehmeät. Lähellä oli ruokakauppa, sopiva kävelymatka lenkkipoluille sekä Mall of Skandinaviaan. Tänne voisi tulla toistekin!

Pieni jääkaappi olisi ollut mahtava lisä!

Room a bit warm during summer time, i’m not sure if ac was on, but we opened the window of room so the room could get a bit cooler

Rymligt rum, nära till mycket.

- vi fick inte rummet kl 3 utan fick vänta efter en lång bilresa i 30 min. Och det satt en del och vänta på sina rum. - när vi kom till rummet så stank det i toaletten, avloppsliknande doft. Doften försvann inte och detta borde man få reducerat pris för då det tar över i rummet.

Rummet på plan 4, Personalen innan stängning & Frukosten

Rummet på bottenvåningen som jag fick byta till efter 2 mobilsamtal eftersom tvn inte funka på plan 4. På bv våga man inte öppna fönstret så det blev väldigt varmt & orka inte ringa igen 😎 men tvn funka. Får tänka på att boka hotell som har reception dygnet runt nästa gång.

The location was perfect for me as I had to travel within Solna for work.

It didn't have 24 hour reception, had to rely on a number f I had issues. I like to feel saf when I travel overseas.

Buona posizione, molto vicino alla stazione metro e dei treni e alla fermata del tram e dei bus. Colazione discreta, abbastanza variegata. Doccia abbastanza spaziosa e funzionale.

Self check-in che ha creato problemi nel pagamento, ho dovuto pagare due volte il soggiorno (poi rimborsato dopo 4 giorni). Caffè espresso disponibile solo a pagamento, ma la macchinetta si è subito rotta e non è stata aggiustata nei 6 giorni di permanenza. Pulizie effettuate solo dopo richiesta esplicita il terzo giorno, e imbarazzanti nella loro approssimazione.

Fanns ingen tv. Var dyrt och smutsigt. Sängen höll på att gå sönder bara man tittade på den.

Smidig incheckning. Fräsch frukost, fylldes kontinuerligt på.

Vi kom inte in efter stängning, hade inte en annan gäst kommit samtidigt som oss hade vi inte tagit oss in, denne gäst hade upplevt samma sak någon kväll tidigare, det behövdes brukas mkt kraft för att ta sig in.

Helt ok till och med bra frukost.
