Die Lage und die Aussichten vom Pool, Restaurant etc. Waren wirklich unglaublich schön. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen aber man ist mit Bus oder Auto schnell in Palma oder an anderen schönen Orten. Das Mittag und Frühstück hat uns am besten gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Animation hat viel Energie und gute Laune verbreitet; man konnte dem Trubel aber auch gut aus dem Weg gehen, wenn man mehr Ruhe wollte.

Beim Abendbrot hat uns etwas mehr Vielfalt und Auswahl gefehlt. Die Getränkespender waren oft kaputt und wenn man Wasser in Flaschen wollte, musste man diese kaufen. Generell könnte man aus der Anlage viel mehr rausholen, wenn man einige Dinge erneuern und mehr pflegen würde und richtiger Kaffee wäre super :)

Very nice and friendly staff. Personally we didn’t have a problem either the food - very delicious and fresh. Interesting evening programs. The bar - the drinks - pretty good also. A lot of animations through the day + tennis courts, mini golf and pools with amazing views.

There were no popcorn machine. The bungalows are connected so you can hear the neighbours.

The bungalow room was spacious if sparse, with a lovely western view to watch the sunset. The site generally was quiet, with plenty or room round the two lovely larger pools. The staff were all very friendly and the service was understatedly good. Food was plentiful, with lots of healthy options available, a good array of lovely salads and fruits a vegetarians hot dish, mixed meat options and grilled fish each night. We saw complaints about the food, but it is an all you can eat buffet with a decent range of options, not haute cuisine, all very fresh and edible. The entertainment team also did a pretty good job too. Again, it's holiday entertainment which is a bit of light fun, not the west end. We had a car to get to the beach, which gives flexibility, although there are regular buses from the to a couple of local beaches. Note, although you can get to the sea from the site via some precariously steep and battered steps, it's not a beach, just a rocky platform, and the sea is inaccessible if its a bit rough. Overall, don't expect too much in the way of luxury and allow for the fact this is a lovely old resort that has become a bit run down over time and you can enjoy a lovely location, good facilities, an individual room with a balcony and a view, and friendly service all at a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay.

The sheets on the bed were the wrong size for the deep mattress. The shower curtain was flimsy and not water proof so it was easy to accidentally flood the bathroom and bedroom. Both simple fixes.

Les espaces et les les piscines sont plutôt agréables avec joli couché de soleil.

Tout le reste, très mauvaise restauration, logement peu entretenu, personnel à la réception peu accueillant, un coq qui chante dès 7heures du matin... Nous comprenons qu'à ce tarif là on ne peut pas demander la lune mais simplement un logement propre, café et un jus d'orange nous aurait contenté... L'accès à la plage est également inaccessible. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas...

La tranquilidad, la comodidad y lo acogedora que fue nuestro alojamiento con su terraza privada.

Labai malonus ir paslaugus aptarnavimas. Didžiausią įspūdį paliko gražūs vaizdai – gyvenome studijoje pačiame viršuje, todėl galėjome jais mėgautis kiekvieną dieną. Taip pat labai patiko maitinimas – maistas tikrai sotus, gausus ir įvairus, todėl alkani tikrai nelikome. Puiki vieta ramiam poilsiui, maloni atmosfera ir graži aplinka. Viešnage likome labai patenkinti ir mielai sugrįžtume dar kartą!

Si, es la tercera vez que estoy en este sitio y me encanta la ubicación y el personal. La comida es de batalla, pero por el precio está genial.

La atención súper. La gente que trabaja ahi es muy amable y te ayudan en todo momento. En general el hotel cumple con la descripción. Es muy fácil aparcar. El buffet es correcto. Si bien, como he leido en comentarios, no tiene muchisima variedad como otros all inclusive, esta perfecto. La realidad es que por el precio, no se puede pedir más.

Nos toco una habitación alejada y el baño producia algo de olor, pero nada que no se resolviera dejando abierta la ventana.

È vicino all'aeroporto e permette di avere la formula all inclusive. La piscina è molto grande e affaccia sul mare. Si trova facilmente parcheggio in strada ed è abbastanza tranquillo. A fianco c'è un piccolo negozietto per i beni di prima necessità. La sera c'è un pò di musica, fanno Karaoke ma nulla di pressante o troppo rumoroso e comunque alle 23:00 finisce tutto. Il ristorante ha diversi tavoli su una terrazza con una splendida vista sul mare.

Nonostante il buffet sembri molto ampio alla fine c'è poca diversificazione di piatti, durante il soggiorno i piatti proposti ai pasti bene o male erano sempre gli stessi e si vedeva che erano di bassa qualità (ad esempio formaggi e salumi della colazione o i dolci). A colazione la macchinetta dell'acqua gasata e delle bibite era sempre non funzionante e i succhi di frutta talmente zuccherati da essere praticamente imbevibili. Durante il soggiorno non ci hanno mai rifatto la camera, ma sono entrati una sola volta solo per farci trovare gli asciugamani usati ripiegati...il letto lo hanno lasciato disfatto, il pavimento non è stato spazzato e il cestino lo hanno lasciato pieno e il tavolino con le sedie fuori è rimasto sporco di escrementi di uccello per tutto il soggiorno. Durante i pasti il personale ha così tanta fretta di toglierti il piatto che a volte non ti dà il tempo di finire l'ultimo boccone. La palestra era inaccessibile perchè allagata nonostante non avesse piovuto. Per accedere al mare c'è una lunga scalinata, ma non c'è spiaggia, si entra in acqua e quando si esce l'unica cosa che si può fare è risalire la scalinata. Il wifi è a pagamento e vale per un solo dispositivo, quindi se si ha cellulare e tablet oppure si è una coppia bisogna pagare per ogni dispositivo. Infine, una sera torna do in albergo troviamo fuori diverse macchine della polizia e una coppia di ospiti anziani che si lamentava dell'hotel ma non ci siamo fermati a capire cosa stava succedendo. In definitiva, a mio avviso questa struttura va bene se ci si ferma un paio di giorni, ma non ci farei una intera vacanza.

Très bruyant le soir et à la piscine, personnes sans gêne qui parle fort et se croit tout seul. Un coq se ballade dans le complexe et vous réveille à 5h tous les matins. Nourriture bas de gamme et sans goût.

Es hatte wenig Schattenplätze um den Pool und es war sehr laut. Der Kaffee hätte besser sein können.

Las instalaciones están limpias. La comida está bastante bien, especialmente la paella, que merece la pena probar. La piscina de la parte superior tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y es, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del lugar. En general, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Una opción totalmente recomendable.

El horario de las comidas debería ser un poco más amplio, sobretodo el de la cena. Y que tuviese wifi, ya que cobertura no hay 😅

Disgusting— this resort is dirty and gross pictures advertised are not accurate. Bathrooms smells, there is no circulation in the room. AC is set and cannot be changed it doesn’t even cool the room down. You have to pay extra for everything I.e rent cups for drinks, rent a hairdryer, rent a kettle, pay for WiFi. The food was also gross and the drinks are not good, they are all mixed with soda of some kind to make a “cocktail”.

Cena jest ok jak na Majorkę,gdzie panuje drożyzna. Pokoje duże z tarasami. Parking darmowy,zawsze się dało gdzieś zostawić auto.

W łazience brud, zasłona prysznicowa odpadła od ściany, Internet chodzi bardzo wolno, nawet ten dokupiony na recepcji. Zejście do morza bardzo niebezpieczne. Brak lodówki w miejscu na nią przeznaczonym.

The bungalow was huge, but (relative to the size of the living & sleeping space) had a tiny bathroom.

There was a good selection of different foods at each meal, but it became apparent that the assortment worked on a 2 day rotation. Eg. breakfast on day 1 had bacon, on day 2 it had pancakes, day 3 bacon, day 4 pancakes and so on. It did get a bit monotonous.

The views are amazing our apartment was clean and very comfortable the air con was amazing

La comida mejorable y el personal de recepción.

Emplacement et bungalows au top. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche des bus, ce qui simplifie vraiment les déplacements. On a apprécié les bungalows : calmes, séparés des zones de fête, on dort sans le bruit de l’animation. Idéal si on veut le tout compris sans vivre collé aux soirées.

Quelques points noirs à améliorer. Certains endroits commencent à vieillir et ça se voit. Dans les bungalows, le nettoyage n’est pas toujours parfait : on trouve régulièrement de la poussière sous le lit et d’autres petites saletés. La salle de sport est vraiment en mauvais état : appareils vieillissants, certains ne fonctionnent plus, et l’ensemble manque d’entretien. C’est dommage, car une salle correcte serait un vrai plus, surtout pour les clients qui veulent garder leur routine sportive pendant le séjour.

What I liked We recently stayed at this club in Mallorca for 11 days and, overall, we had a pleasant stay. One of the main positive points was the price. Compared with other places we have stayed, the cost was quite reasonable, especially considering that it was an all-inclusive stay. The food was reasonably good and we had no major complaints. Although after 11 days I found it a little repetitive, there was a different menu each day. My daughter can sometimes struggle with very different or exotic foods, so I felt there could have been a little more variety for children. However, she still managed to eat well throughout our stay, and I understand that the food also reflects the local cuisine. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and all the staff we encountered were polite, welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. We had no problems with the staff at all. Our room was one of the highlights. It was very spacious and clean when we arrived, with fresh towels and toilet paper. We also really liked having an extra bedroom and a sofa bed, which was very comfortable and gave our daughter her own space to sleep. The swimming pool areas were good overall. There were three pools, and they were all well maintained. They were a little spread out, but this wasn't a major issue. I also really appreciated the check-out arrangement. We had no problems checking out, and we were able to stay at the club a little longer afterwards and use the showers and facilities available for guests who had already checked out. This was very convenient, especially on our departure day. Considering the price and the fact that it was all-inclusive, I think the club offered reasonable value for money. Overall, we had a good holiday and I was satisfied with our stay.

What could be improved The main issue for me was the housekeeping. On the first and second occasions, the room was properly cleaned: the floor was cleaned, the bathroom and shower were washed, the towels were changed and the beds were made. However, after that, the cleaning became much less thorough. The staff mainly made the beds, changed the towels and tidied the bathroom sink, but the shower and floor were no longer properly cleaned. Because of this, things such as sand from the beach and some dead ants remained on the floor for quite a while. I understand that we were staying in a very natural area surrounded by vegetation, so some insects are probably unavoidable. However, there were quite a lot of small ants in our room throughout the stay, as well as quite a few millipedes. More thorough and regular cleaning would have made a big difference. The bathroom amenities could also be improved. There were only a few small bars of soap, with no liquid soap or shampoo, so we eventually had to buy our own. Another point worth mentioning is the Wi-Fi. I was aware when booking that Wi-Fi was not included, so this was not a surprise. However, I found it inconvenient that it had to be paid for per device rather than per room. As we were travelling as a family — myself, my husband and our daughter, who also uses a tablet — it could become quite expensive if everyone needed to connect. I think it would be much fairer and more convenient if Wi-Fi were charged per room rather than per device. Unfortunately, I also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi during our stay, which made this more frustrating. The food, although reasonably good, could also have had a little more variety, especially for children or guests who may not be used to some of the local or more unusual dishes. The location is another thing to consider. The club is around 20 minutes by car from the nearest town, so having a car is quite useful.

Una experiencia muy decepcionante. La verdad es que el estado general del hotel deja muchísimo que desear y, por el precio que se paga, esperábamos unas instalaciones bastante más cuidadas. La piscina estuvo cerrada por presencia de heces en el agua, algo totalmente inaceptable y que evidencia una falta de higiene y mantenimiento preocupante. El servicio de snacks también fue bastante decepcionante: básicamente una bolsa de Bimbo y queso seco para que te prepares tú mismo el tentempié. Una calidad muy alejada de lo que cabría esperar de un hotel de estas características. Las instalaciones están claramente descuidadas. En la zona del minigolf había césped artificial levantado y baldosas rotas, con el consiguiente riesgo de tropiezos. El gimnasio es otro punto especialmente preocupante: había una pared rota, con los propios trozos de material todavía allí, además de encontrarse sucio y completamente descuidado. Desde luego, no transmite unas condiciones mínimas de higiene para hacer deporte. Las zonas comunes tampoco están a la altura: suciedad, fuentes vacías y deterioradas y un parque infantil con elementos oxidados. El estado de algunas instalaciones resulta incluso peligroso para los niños. En resumen, un hotel que necesita una renovación y un mantenimiento urgente. La sensación general es de abandono y falta de higiene. Por nuestra experiencia, no repetiríamos ni lo recomendaríamos hasta que mejoren considerablemente el estado de las instalaciones y los servicios.

el hotel es como un camping la animación fue lo que más nos gustó. estaba muy bien...

la comida y la bebida es de malissima calidad se nota que los dueños van a hacer la temporada y gastar gastan lo justo... el mantenimiento de las instalaciones está muy dejado los a/a están mal mantenidos y limpian la turbina y no sale aire.casi.. las habitaciones las hacían cada dos días.... y no tiene playa está es un acantilado y si no tienes coche estás muerto. pero lo peor de todo es la comida y la bebida nefasta y yo creo que nadie se merece pagando un todo incluido que te den así de comer.

El personal es muy amables y siempre hay alguna actividad para hacer. El todo incluido es todo incluido. Tiene tiendas y un pequeño supermercado. En general bien, siempre pensando que es dos estrellas, no se le puede pedir más

Que dire...hotel de type camping soit ce n’est pas le plus dérangeant. Les photos sont carrément mensongères. Si vous vous attendez à une chambre propre et récente ce ne sera pas le cas. Le logement est suffisant pour 2 mais cependant tous les équipements sont à revoir, c’est vieillot et sale. La salle de bain est minuscule, sale et vieille. Vous serez réveillé par le coq tous les matins ou par vos voisins au vu de l'isolation. La nourriture parlons en, le buffet soit change tous les jours, le seul truc correct c’est la viande ou le poisson cuit sur place. Le reste est fade et pas très bon. Le matin c’est le strict minimum si vous êtes français, a part du pain frais et les pancake le reste est pour une population qui mange de la charcuterie des 8h. Le pire quand vous réservez une excursion au départ de 8h. Il n'y a rien à manger au buffet ! Pour boire, ce sont des gobelets pour votre séjour pas très hygiénique. Toutes les boissons sont coupées à l'eau meme le café ! Il y a des animations oui mais avec des animaux sauvages... La population est avec beaucoup d'anglais et allemand qui hurlent. Big up à Virginie qui propose des excursions pour vous faire voyager sinon vous êtes isolés de tout. Le rapport qualité prix est correct mais il y a tellement de chose à revoir, c’est dommage.

Pas de parking difficile a se garer. Lieu vieillissant et pas tres entretenus. Pas de possibilité de régler la clim. Les chambres manque clairement d'entretiens et de rénovations. La nourriture est passable mais pourrait etre plus élaborée et meilleure qualité. Mini-golf non entretenu impossible d'y jouer la pelouse est pas droite et est décollé.

Tout. Nourriture infecte. Ménage JAMAIS fait dans la chambre : il a fallu que je demande un balai après une tempête. Horaires de la cantine (on ne peut pas appeler ça un restaurant) inadaptés. Danse des canards chaque soir. Boissons à la hauteur de la nourriture : degueulasse. Pas de café avant 8:00. Personnel désagréable. Accès à la plage difficile et totalement dangereux (mal sécurisé) Bref. Nous avions eu la bonne idée de louer une voiture dieu merci. Une location d’appartement m’aurais coûtée moins cher puisque nous n’avons quasiment pas mangé la bas (œufs à la coque archi durs, poisson mal cuits, déjeuner infecte, réfectoire bruyant et sale et j’en passe!)

Views are amazing specially from main bar and main big pool. We had bungalow with big comfortable bed and sea view. Food in my opinion is good with big choice. Nice drinks.Very good pool activities and nice staff.🤗Bus station is only a few steps away.

The distance from main pool to restaurant and other pool is a good few steps away. The way to rocky point where you can jump to the sea it’s hard to walk with kids and is a bit dangerous but worth it to go. The resort is far from shops and restaurants, but with all inclusive option is no problem. Small shower place.

Deuxièmement fois en 2 mois mais cette fois ci nous avons emmené nos enfants. Super séjour en famille. Dommage juste de ne pas avoir eu un logement familial. Nous avons bénéficié de deux bungalow.

Juste le fait d’être deux adultes avec nos deux enfants de 17 ans et ne pas pouvoir dormir dans le même logement. Car ils comptent comme des adultes pour le logement.

Domek który akurat nam się trafił: Bez lodówki, klimatyzacja wyłącza się czasem bez powodu, prysznic jest bardzo mały z kotarą nie wiadomo kiedy czyszczoną. Domki mieszkalne wymagają renowacji. Płatny internet nie działa w niektórych domkach a z komórek jest najprawdopodobniej zagłuszany bo tylko na ośrodku nie działa poprawnie The room we happened to get: no fridge, the air conditioning sometimes shuts off for no reason, and the shower is very small with a curtain of questionable cleanliness. The caravans are in need of renovation. The paid internet service isn't working in some of the houses, and mobile signals are most likely being jammed, as the connection only fails to work properly within the complex itself.

Molto bella la vista sul tramonto. Il monolocale vista mare era in cima al complesso, quindi silenzioso con vista sul tramonto direttamente dal balcone di casa (eravamo al primo piano). Bella (e faticosa) la scalinata che scende al mare. Molto comodo l'all inclusive. Il complesso e' molto grande e dispone di 3 piscine, quindi nonostante fosse la settimana di Ferragosto (e dell'eclissi!) non abbiamo patito la folla, perche' la gente si disperde bene. Stanza ben climatizzata.

Orari di pranzo e cena, delle attivita' sportive e delle piscine troppo limitato. Spazi comuni un po' caldi. Cocktail annacquati.

Está muy descuidado, no pasaron hacer las habitaciones ningún día de mi estancia. Tema comida deja mucho que desear, con el calor que hace es imposible comer bien en el comedor, en las actividades solo hablan inglés no son capaces de hablar español el todo incluido es el mayor timo en este hotel

Las habitaciones están siempre frescas y la limpieza de todo el complejo. La comida es variada y está rica.

El wifi no funciona para dispositivos Apple y la calidad es baja. Demasiada música en la piscina, quizá algo más de calma estaría bien.

For all inclusive it is strange you have to purchase WiFi, which on top of that doesn't work depending on the studio/bungalow you are. Food can do with a minor upgrade

We booked this property for the sunset view for the solar eclipse and everything worked out perfectly. The beach/cala was actually really nice, but be prepared to walk up and down some steep steps. The pool was great and the all-inclusive food and drinks was a plus. The studio room we had wasn’t anything luxurious, but it was comfortable, air-conditioned, and clean, and had a fridge/microwave/stove. Clean water dispenser in reception was handy for refilling our water bottles for the day. Our room was higher up on the property than the bungalows so we didn’t encounter as many mosquitos/wasps.

- While food and drink was all inclusive, the food unfortunately was not good. - Location is pretty secluded from other towns and attractions on the island - highly recommend renting a car for more flexibility. - parking was crowded when we were staying there - no free WiFi except at reception which didn’t work well sometimes. Can buy WiFi per device - we did not, but other reviews says the speeds were very slow. We had a travel eSIM which also had spotty service on the property. - VERY slow check in process. We arrived right at 3pm and waited about an hour in line just to get to the counter. - we didn’t use too many of the other amenities, but the gym/tennis courts were in pretty bad condition. Gym equipment was old and dirty, and no AC. We didn’t go see the evening entertainment so can’t comment on that. - note, deposit of 1€ needed for the reusable plastic cups to refill drinks throughout your stay. You also need to wear a wristband during your entire stay in order to make use of the all-inclusive amenities.

We really liked how they manage things, everything was explained very well. We liked the cups to use during the day (a sustainable idea!) As we are more the individual travellers and tried a club for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised by the sea access. Yes, there are about 300 steps down the cliff and one should not use them when not in shape. But...the secluded place down there is a jewel!

It was our first club experience and we did not like the loud music during the day next to the pool, but the animators were very nice. The toilets next to the pool could be cleaned more often and it would be nice to have a changing space next to the pools. The wardrobe in the bungalows were a bit small.

Pozorování úplného zatmění slunce bylo hlavním důvodem cesty a bylo v této lokalitě vynikající, takže nevadil ani omezený přístup k moři nebo chybějící pláž. All Inclusive kuchyně byla skvělá a díky nutnosti překonávat značné výškové rozdíly u cesty ke každému jídlu člověk ani neztloustne... Kdo nemusí mít nutně moře a vystačí si s bazény, které byly také skvělé, případně vyzkouší další aktivity dostupné přímo na místě, bude určitě spokojen. All Inclusive bary jsou k dispozici do 23:00, tenisové kurty zejí prázdnotou, v posilovně jeden člověk, můžete se bavit individuálně nebo i v partě, cestovat se dá, co víc by čověk chtěl.

Čištění odpadních vod je v tomto resortu dost zastaralé a nejspíš i málo účinné. Tím se však v blízkosti moře málokdo zabývá a je jen stěstí, že po stovkách schodů, které k moři vedou na strmé skále (diky za ně), se málokdo vydá.

Not much. The view from the room over the ocean.

The rooms were a good size. The environment is friendly and open. The animation team was amazing and kept everyone perfectly entertained. Amazing views of the sea, and a brilliant, quiet place to enjoy the heat and the Spanish air.

The pool was nice, but there was a blatant lack of parasols... I.e not nearly enough shade. Furthermore, the WiFi (which is paid) worked a bit by the pool and the bars, but didn't work at all in the rooms. Finally the gym was unusable as there was a lack of general equipment like clips, making the plate loaded dumbells and bench press unsafe and unpleasant.

- Food couldve been much better but honestly to be expected for the price in mallorca - Looks like it was once a great resort but has lost quality, still overall decent - Far from other towns but ofcourse you should be hiring a car if you want to explore

Had a lovely stay clean room pools were amazing loads of sun lounges around each pool staff were friendly plenty of things to do if have children.

The signal on my phone wasn’t great in place and only free wifi was in main reception. Had to pay for wifi if you wanted it and only worked in certain places. May be a problem for some people. Didn’t really bother us.
