Séjour inoubliable Mon fils s’est régalé. L’accueil les chambres le personnel au top un de mes meilleurs voyages à Ste Lucie. Le seul bémol c’est la distance quand vous venez de Castries
I enjoyed the facilities which the reason this has been our 2nd stay at the hotel in just 1 year.
We reached out about a week or 2 prior as there was a sudden death of an immediate family to try to get some accomodation. The rep i spoke to was so unhelpful and unbothered. Anyways to went to the funeral and was only able to check in at about after 7pm, we were so exhausted and hungry tried to get a seating at the restaurant silk / calabash and we couldnt. We headed to our room unfortunately as soon as we entered there was a weird smell. So we had to head back to front desk. We waited till 9:45pm before we could get another room and only to hear no proper empathy or consideration. Compared to my first stay which i rated to my social media a 10 this one was a 5
It was clean, amenities always topped up, proper signs and directions
Maybe the room could have been a little bigger
Le service, l’accueil, les animations et le confort de l’établissement
Les sargasses
Le personnel aux petits soins
Staff were great and helpful
Don't exchange money here. Maybe it's the island itself but when we exchanged money euro is worth less than USD which goes against every other exchange rate in the world
Property needs improvement. It’s old. Has potential but it needs to be updated.
Front desk people were kinda rude. They aren’t that approachable. Rooms are kinda ran down. Needs renovation. Beds were uncomfortable. They sink. Food was hit and missed. I like Mexico better. The chef there can cook. Top notch gourmet cuisine.
La gentillesse du personnel, les équipements.
La chambre n’est pas insonorisée, nous entendions tous les bruits du couloir et autres, ce qui donne un environnement bruyant et peu reposant la nuit.
The breakfast was delicious. Everything was great.
Nothing
The Resort is very well maintained and the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. The quality and variety of the food was also good.
The bath towels in the room were a bit rough, if they were washed with a softer feel that would be great.
I would have given all 5s but the wifi in our room barely worked, they did try to fix it but they are in middle of changing their wifi system and we were at end of hotel, it worked every where else but our hotel room.
This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort. I admit that we were initially a little disappointed when we first arrived as the first impression did not "wow". However, we ended up loving this resort and would definitely come back! The rooms have been recently remodeled and were very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and the different pool/beach areas gave us so much variety. And the food was fantastic! Way exceeded our expectations, especially for an all-inclusive resort. Their individual restaurants were amazing and even everything that we tried from the buffet was delicious. But the best....the jerk chicken from the Jerk Tree House! We literally ate it every day for lunch. Sharnil and Harley were so much fun to talk to, engaged with us and even made sure to remember our son's name and greeted us personally when we went. Overall, loved this resort! Bang for your buck for St. Lucia makes this a definite winner!!
I had a great experience over there staff is 10/10 shout out chef Chelsea over at coconut walk restaurant the great service and always wearing a smile
We had a wonderful relaxing time at Coconut Bay, from the 10 minute drive to and from the hotel to the airport to our stay. The staff is great. Our housekeeping staff left a birthday cake a bottle of champagne for our daughter and beautiful daily notes. The food overall was very good. Breakfast buffet you couldn't ask for more, they had everything covered. The restaurants were very good, delicious meals and great service. The concierge desk helped us with expeditions and drivers. the pools and beach were beautiful and they worked so hard to clean up the seaweed (sargasum) all during the day. Loved the hot tubs. The bars all over the property were fabulous, bartenders were so friendly and attentive. The entire property was so clean always. We would certainly return to this beautiful resort.
We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Coconut Bay! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kamal and Thomas who are great bartenders and Kermani our tour guide for the Thursday morning hike - he was awesome! We have been to many AI resorts and we all raved about the food and drinks. Rooms are updated and very clean - our housekeeper would leave thoughtful notes everyday. Lots to do if you want to. The highlight of the trip was the petting zoo -they have rescue puppies, goats, donkeys, etc. We even got to be flight parents to one of the puppies who was heading back to a foster home in the states thanks to the Bruno Project St. Lucia! Highly recommend this resort - will be back!
An absolutely brilliant place to stay. The staff are welcoming, so friendly and helpful if you have a problem. Our room was extremely comfortable and well supplied with all necessaries. The food was excellent, well presented and plenty of choice (including Gluten Free). For exercise, there is an excellent swimming pool and walks round the estate to the petting zoo (great for children) and to Paradise Beach, with it's excellent water sports facilities. Would certainly return and would certainly recommend.
The staff at this resort is amazing. From the time you get off the plane until the time you depart. It's clean and and very well kept up. Great food, drink and always something to do. Great time again at Cbay.
I ate lunch at the jerk restaurant several times throughout my week here. Two of the cooks, Sharnil and Harley, made it a great time. They learned my name and always made it fun each time I got food there.
Our family of 9 with ages ranging from 2-73 years old had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone. Kids Club for the children, water slides for the young and the young at heart and 7 pools to refresh and swim to your heart’s content. Food options to choose from, multiple activities and, of course multiple bars either both creative and the usual cocktails and mocktails for the children and those wishing to not drink alcohol. We highly recommend the King Louie! It’s a delicious chocolate banana frozen drink. Delicious!!
This was our second trip to Coconut Bay in St. Lucia, and we loved it just as much as the first time. It is truly the perfect resort for families with young children. The size of the resort is just right — not too small and not too big — everything is easy to get to without feeling crowded. This year we chose a first floor room instead of a balcony like we had on our previous trip, and it was perfect for traveling with kids. The easy access to our room made everything more convenient, and we were able to go in and out throughout the day without any hassle. What really makes this resort stand out is the staff. Our first experience was with Tari, who welcomed us right off the shuttle with a drink, was incredibly kind, and personally brought our bags to our room. Breakfast was always a great experience thanks to Shekina, Lovina, Elsa, and Seendy. We were traveling with my 83-year-old father-in-law who has limited mobility, and they were so attentive and accommodating to him every morning. The kids club and entertainment staff are absolutely amazing. Gillie and Akia are incredible with the kids — they keep them busy, entertained, and genuinely make it fun for them all day. The food here is also great — honestly some of the best food we’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. The lunch spot, Flip Flops, was our go-to. The kids loved all the kid-friendly options, and the staff there was wonderful, especially Starz, who always had a smile on her face. We love Coconut Bay and will definitely be back again soon.
My wife and I chose Coconut Bay for our honeymoon due to the reviews on Expedia and it did not disappoint! The food was tremendous, rather it be the buffet or one of their reserved dining experiences. All pools were clean and sanitary! Our room was cleaned promptly and on time. Staff were always greeting you with a smile and asking how to help! Nica was our favorite bartender! She knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in the room! All excursions were very safe, informative, and truly memories that’ll last us a lifetime! We would definitely vacation back at Coconut Bay!
What a fabulous resort and Happy team Teddy. Chef Peggy cleaner Kevin bar and Richie entertainment team just for starters this was the best holiday we have ever had. Food was fantastic you can watch nearly every premiership or European football matches in the sports bar on location. Great selection of tv channels in your room also The resort is spotless they are all lovely rooms nice local beer Piton or Heineken. The resort collected us from the airport by cab 6 minutes later we arrived at Coconut Bay plenty of sun beds and umbrellas no need together up early. We will return in the future to this wonderful paradise.
Fee and concierge’s were great. We especially loved yoga and water workouts with Vernon. He is great. All staff was friendly and professional.
This was our second visit to Coconut Bay and we plan to return again. Before we list pros and cons, we need to acknowledge the amazing staff who truly are the heart of the resort and have made both of our stays so amazing! Some of the standouts for exceptional service are: Tari - the first smiling face to greet us at the airport and last to say goodbye as we left. Gabina - my amazing spa girl - the most excellent service! I can't wait to visit her again next year! Pearl - housekeeping, made our room so welcoming and kept it spotless. Gillie, Richie, Keisun - the supreme entertainment trio! Never a dull moment with these three. Made every day fun and were never without a smile on their faces! Harley and Shamil - preparing and serving the most delicious food at the Jerk Tree House. Jedi - lobby bar. Such amazing service,, always smiling and willing to whip up a special (delicious) concoction! Shekina and Starz - excellent service at the Coconut Walk and Flip Flops. The sweetest greetings, huge smiles and exceptional service. Quan, Travis, Quincy - amazing service at Coconut Walk and other restaurants too. Always smiling and helpful! Dre, Mystique, Sharm - pool bar servers extraordinaire! Tirelessly making sure everyone is hydrated and happy!! Now for the traditional review. Pros: Located less than 5 minutes from.the airport (a huge plus if you've ever stayed elsewhere in St Lucia!). The resort is older but very well maintained. The acreage is huge and everything is spread out so, even when at full capacity, it doesn't feel too busy. As we said, the staff are the heart of this resort and do absolutely everything they can to make your stay the very best it can be. Food and drink are top notch and careful attention is paid to allergies/food sensitivities. The rooms are being updated and are very comfortable. The on-site spa is amazing - highly recommend. Activities and sports are available but not pushed. The donkeys, puppies and goats!! Cons (but not really): The beach is beautiful and they do everything they can to keep the sand cleared of sargassum. However, this is the Atlantic side, so it's not crystal blue with white sand Internet service is not great but they are working to improve it. More expensive than other AIs in other countries but the value justifies the cost for us. 5-6 hour flight from Toronto - long and uncomfortable but worth it.
I would just like to say I've traveled to many places in the Caribbean and around the world. This place by far is now definitely one of my faves ! From the moment we arrived until we left. Service, food options, restaurants, staff and entertainment!! I would highly recommend to family and friends. We were a group of 10 and everyone agreed they would come back. We did the land and sea tour with JACK SPARROW!! The tour staff Kason, Edwin and all others were so much fun! Staff at the Resort , Debbie, Melonie, Tari and so many more! We all agree that we felt like family not tourists or vacationers. Everywhere you went they smiled and asked genuinely if you were enjoying your trip. They spoke with us as if we had been friends for years. Just a total different vibe from many resorts I've been to. If your looking for a place to have great fun or just relax they have three different sections to choose from, the food ,service, and spa were top notch! Ask for Gabbi at the spa, body scrub, massage ,facial were top notch! The place was incredibly clean and very sanitary conscious . There was always enough room at one of the three large pools. Top notch alcohol labels too! Obviously like most resorts ,tips are included. I personally do tip everyone, as we know how hard they work and deserve such! SO PLEASE TIP! A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY! I am already booking my next short trip with them after Italy! Can't wait! SEE YOU SOON ST. LUCIA!!
Fantastic staff!!! We did have 3 that really impressed us with their friendliness. Nica in the bar was fabulous and always had a smile. Seendy in the buffet restaurant was always there to help us. Very friendly!!! Elsa in the coffee bar was amazing. Ask her for a Canadiana!! It’s a Americana but with more water. Great time!!
If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, everything about this experience was exceptional. The location alone is a dream. Located just five minutes from the airport, yet somehow completely peaceful. You’d never know planes were nearby, which makes arrival and departure incredibly easy without sacrificing tranquility (and avoiding that long, winding 1.5-hour drive to the north side of the island is a huge plus). The beach is simply stunning a full mile of pristine, soft sand and crystal-clear water (seaweed is cleaned throughout the day). Whether you’re relaxing in one of the beach cabanas, enjoying the beach bar and grill, or swaying in a hammock just steps from the ocean, every moment feels like pure escape. The food deserves its own spotlight. It is consistently outstanding, with a wide range of both local Caribbean dishes and international options. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite touches was fresh coconut water every morning, straight from the trees at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are beautifully updated, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff here are exceptional. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They remembered my mom and I, greeted us like family, and created a level of personal connection that is rare and deeply appreciated. The addition of the repeat guest office, offering a concierge-style experience, is another thoughtful touch that makes returning even more special. This was my third stay, and my mother’s fifth and that alone should tell you everything. We keep coming back not just for the beauty of the resort, but for the feeling it gives us. This is more than a hotel. It’s a place you return to again and again. I cannot wait to return. Shoutout to the Coconut Bay airport staff (they set the right tone for the start of the vacation) Cindy Jn Baptiste, Shakira and everyone at Coconut Walk, Gina at La Luna, Dahlia in the concierge office, Ms. Maxwell in reservations, Jerk Tree House staff. What truly makes this place special is the staff. They are the heart of the Coconut Bay experience.
Our stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa for our destination wedding with about 40 guests was nothing short of amazing. From airport pickup to departure, everything was seamless. Every staff member that we encountered gave nothing but good vibes and was extremely pleasant. My husband and I stayed on the Harmony concierge level. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were upgraded and well-stocked, and the housekeeping (especially turndown service and midday treats) was a beautiful touch. The food exceeded expectations. I specifically wanted authentic Caribbean cuisine options for my guests and not just typical all inclusive burgers and fries and the chef delivered. From bouillon to jerk chicken and saltfish, they met our expectations. A huge thank you to our designated concierge, Fee, who went above and beyond coordinating our reservations and even accommodating my bridal party for a special dinner. She was a ray of Sunshine and made it her business to always speak to me and gas me up on the wedding day. The wedding team truly made this experience exceptional. Sarai was patient, flexible, and wonderful to work with throughout planning. However, once on-site, Miss Onita and Allanah took the cake. They were incredible, words truly can’t express how much they poured into our ceremony. They brought our vision to life even better than I imagined, handled every detail, and supported me through every moment, including unexpected rain with such care and reassurance. Special thanks to Mia, the wedding coordinator manager, whose positivity and spirit left a lasting impression. I am beyond grateful to have entrusted Coconut Bay with such a meaningful moment. They didn’t just host a wedding; they created an unforgettable experience for us and our loved ones.
After returning so many times I always leave feeling like I’m leaving family behind. The staff are excellent Shekina in Coconut walk, Micheal on the harmony bar, Vernon with his warm welcoming smile,Jedi in the lobby bar plus all the others that make you feel they are genuinely interested in your day and really want to make your day perfect. The food in the hotel gets better every year and this year certainly went up a level (the only problem is it encourages you to eat more🤣😋) yes the beach is an issue with sargassum but the beach team keep fighting the battle to keep it clear it didn’t stop me I went in the sea every day. The rooms on the harmony side are very comfortable and kept clean. Until next time 😎
In December 2013, my husband and I, joined 3 other couples for our first visit to Coconut Bay! We just returned from CBay on March 21 from our 21 visit!! Previously, we have spent many vacation weeks in Punta Cana, DR and had time share in Aruba...... UNTIL we experienced Coconut Bay! We sold our timeshare and now, spend 2 weeks in December and 2 weeks in March!. Each time we visit we are overwhelmed by the personal attention and warmth of the staff, from the concierge, front desk, bartenders, servers, guest services! They ALL do their very best to make sure your vacation will be a time to remember and cherish! Specifically.... when you enter the Coconut Walk, you will be greeted by Shekina. She is a ray of sunshine as she greets everyone with a smile and welcome! We primarily spend our time at the harmony pool, where the bartenders and guest servers are fun, friendly, and make the BEST tropical drinks. Again, always a smile and happy to meet any request, no matter how strange! The bartenders at the lobby bar are fun and always attentive. Once you order a drink, they will remember it the next time and if you are consistent they will have it ready for you if they see you coming. Now for the food! Coconut Walk (buffet) AWAYS offers a huge variety of fresh delicious breads, and for breakfast, they offer an egg station where you can get made to order omelets or eggs. Another station offers made to order eggs benedict (yum) waffles and pancakes. at night they offer a pasta station where you can choose our pasta, additions and type of sauce.! The specialty restaurants are varied and just as delicious. Calabash and Veranda is a Caribbean vibe, Tratoria Italian, Silk Asian fusion! If you are looking for elegancy and special attention than The Great House at Serenity is where you want to go! Its an extra charge, but so worth every penny. The luxury and special attention to detail is very evident. The varied menu offers top beef selections, and everything is served with elegance and perfection! Another favorite (again, for an extra charge) in a private cabana overlooking the water, you can have a private romantic dinner ( you choose the menu ) with a private server and bartender, the lovely, Gina! Another favorite eating spot was Flip Flops! Casual by the Splash swim up bar! They offer fast food lunches, like chicken wings, pizza, veggie wraps, salads, nachos and popcorn! Another favorite perk is Paradise Beach, a short walk along the water and you will find The Paradise Beach Bar! There are lounges, umbrellas, hammocks over the water, and a burger shack to go along with the fabulous drinks and upbeat music to keep your vibe lively! Another fun activity is the water park, where you can glide peacefully along the Lazy River in the tubes provided, or daringly challenge the 2 water slides. I hope I gave you a glimpse into our beautiful and beloved Coconut Bay!
My wife and I had a terrific time at Coconut Bay. The property is well maintained, spacious, and more importantly for us, the food at the buffet and speciality restaurants greatly exceeded expectations. Although the beaches are dealing with seaweed, they did their best to clean things up, and the pools (both family and adult-only) have terrific ocean views (and breezes!). Conveniently located within five minutes of the airport (airport noise was minimal), saved us the 90-minute windy drive to the other side of the island. As if that wasn’t enough, the value cost-wise would be tough to top and the staff were tremendous. We definitely hope to be back!
Lets start with the location. While it's on the Atlantic side which can be a little rough and windy, the ride from the airport to Coconut Bay was just a few minutes. For all of those staying on the other side of the island, it's an hour plus to get there. We got our bags, got into a car waiting for us, and we were checking in with in minutes. We booked a Harmony concierge room and check in was a breeze. All of our requested dinner reservations were already made for us, which was fantastic. Our room was on the fourth floor and had an amazing view. There is so much to do at this resort. We spent time at the beach and all the different pools. It was nice to rent a beach cabana for the day and we also booked a private island excursion with Jack Sparrow on the beach. There are so many bars and places to eat. My favorite places were the Paradise Beach Bar and the Jerk Tree House. The resort even has an animal shelter that we visited at least 3 different times. But, what really makes this resort special are the people. Here are a few that were truly memorable to us: -Evelyn and Lester at Veranda for the adults only breakfast -Thomas and Sharm at the Harmony Pool Bar -Jamal at the Paradise Beach Bar -Tryone and his specialty cocktail at the lobby bar -Lanel, our concierge host -Richie who was just always smiling and laughing and the epic bocce tournament -Kaison with the entertainment team and his friendliness and bountiful energy I know that there were many more people who made our stay special Thank you Coconut Bay for a wonderful stay on St Lucia
Our company hosted a conference for our customers. Over 100 people attended. Coconut Bay Resort did not disappoint. The resort was AWESOME! The grounds were well kept, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The resort was close to capacity when we arrived but never felt crowded. It was a great, relaxing environment for us to host this conference and networking event. Most of the rooms were recently renovated. They were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The little notes each day were something many of us looked forward to. The meeting room we used, Bougainvillea, suited our needs. Its away from the main pools of the resort, providing a quiet area to host our meetings. The food was good! We had the opportunity to dine at Calabash, Silk and Trattoria. These a la carte restaurants offered good service and the food came quickly. The buffet restaurant was decent. There were always at least 2 fresh counters where food was prepared on the spot. The Jerk Treehouse had many options to choose from. My wife ate from them almost daily. Flip Flops grill by the swim up bar was very good too. They were open late...Gyros were amazing! The many pools were always clean. There were always lounge chairs available. The beach was decent. Coconut Bay Resort faces the Atlantic, so the water tends to be a bit rough, but Paradise Beach was still lovely and the beach was definitely swimmable. We had such a great time that we will be returning again with our children! Our resort experience both from our meeting and personal perspectives checked all the boxes! I'm sure I have forgotten something here...if I did, the review would have been great! Thank you Mia! The attention you paid to the needs of our group is much appreciated!
I arrived on 30th December with my husband, brother and his partner. This was my brothers 2nd time here but his partners 1st time. It was our 1st New Year trip but have been here many times since 2008. I love this resort anyway and always think theres so much on offer, but New Years Eve was something else. From seeing everything take shape throughout the day, I just couldn't imagine how everything was going to happen, but I knew it would. Well I wasn't disappointed, I was thrilled with everything and all the little finishing touches. The food was magnificent and had everything on offer from Shrimp Lobster, Sushi, to the biggest joints of Lamb and Beef I have ever seen. Everything was exceptional, and as always all the staff were marvellous. The entertainment for the evening was amaxing and the dancers and the show were sometbing special, and then just when you think it could get any better the band Logix played and entertained everyone. The fireworks were something else, they were absolutely amazing and went on for about 15 minutes. I will never forget my 1st New Years eve here, and loved it so much I have booked again for 2026. My son who was watching live in the UK was so impressed he has also booked for his family. We stayed at cbay for another 4 nights and as always the food and entertainment was brilliant We enjoyed the Michael Jackson act and Caribbean night was a hut for my brother and his partner as they have never seen stars incorporated before or the stilt walkers. Ketra was our housekeeper and her towel art is something else. I have known Ketra for many years now, and she knows I love a Lemon Piton Shandy and she made sure I had some and brought me in a bag full. All the staff are amazing and really go that further mile to make sure your stay is special. The following list of names of special people who excel themselves for us everytime. Syvina, Emerley,Octavia all the concierge team, Michi, Maxwell, Tari, Mary D, all the wonderful servers and bar tenders and chefs. Mia and Paul, Ronnie and not forgetting John who I have got addicted to the best sweets ever. This place is truly amaxing in everyday, and then does little things that make it even better and keeping everything fresh. This really is my home away from home. I cant wait for my next stay.
Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa Eau Piquant Meh 1052598941 Not as advertised. Meh. Lots of babies crying all day. WINDY all day , everyday!!!! Paradise Beach is a fraud…. It’s 1 minute away and us the SAME beach!!! windy, windy…. Did I mention it’s WINDY?! Food is meh. . Pool is UNHEATED!!! My advice…. Book lots of excursions, cause this place is not good. The beach is basically unusable. If a nice swimable beach is high on your list, book elsewhere..
We spent a week in February 2026 and had a wonderful time! I strongly recommend renting a cabana for a day. It is lovely having your own set up on the beach and devoted staff delivering lunch and drinks. Yoga by the ocean with Vernon is wonderful. Vernon also leads a really fun aqua fitness class. The Thursday morning hike is well worth doing. We loved all the restaurants but especially fond of Silk. This was our first time to Coconut Bay and we can't wait to return!
1st class hotel. Food lovely and some meals cooked while you wait, which was lovely. Other restaurants were excellent (make sure you book early as they get fully booked up,) The hotel was constantly being cleaned, staff were all lovely and friendly. We never experienced anything other than welcoming comments and friendly smiles. Pool areas good with plenty of sunbeds, only a minor issue as you don't pick up WiFi around the pool area. Swim up bar with seating around it, handy. Bedrooms spacious and cleaned daily. We had a lovely lady who left us little notes everyday, which made me smile and wonder what her next note would say. They have a petting farm with dogs, goats, rabbits, horses, donkeys, cows. We visited every day as my granddaughter fell in love with one of the puppies there, which you could adopt but as we have 2 dogs already that wasn't possible, but they were lovely and do cute and friendly. The lazy river was just that, lazy. Play areas for the little ones and dancing at night kept the lilleun busy. Would highly recommend and would go back again if we have the chance.
Coconut Bay is wonderful. The staff are the best. Their kindness, efficiency, and joy in what they do and how they treat visitors is totally genuine. The activities are abundant and so well organized and such fun. The amenities, the food, and the accommodations are also top notch. This was our second annual "girls" trip, which will be followed by #3 next year.
I don’t even even know where to start from the minute, we were picked up from airport in the free shuttle and brought to the hotel. Our experience here has been nothing short of perfection! We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, and a cold towel, which after stepping off a plane into the heat after a 9 hour flight was a welcoming site. The staff absolutely make this hotel what it is,they are all incredibly helpful, tentative, and friendly. Bedroom The bedroom was a decent size spotlessly clean, and our cleaner Queency did an amazing job every day cleaning the room and we loved her little notes of inspiration she would leave after each visit. Pool The main pool had the best swim up bar, with seats and tables not just at the bar but dotted around the bar area, a nice way to sit in the pool while sipping on a cocktail. The bar was ran incredibly friendly bar staff who make a fantastic cocktail, my personal favorites were a coconut cloud and dirty banana! The lazy river is a nice touch also, although my child was too small for the slides it looked like the other children were enjoying them. We took part in the aqua aerobics when it was on in the other pool, which was led by the most flexible man I have ever seen in my life !!. He made the sessions a good workout, but also good fun and had one hell of a soundtrack to work out to. Food Wow wow wow …the food regardless of where you dine is good quality ,tasty well presented with plenty of choice. We dinned at several of the à la carte ( Asian, vegetarian, Caribbean & Italian) restaurants as well as the main buffet, the pool snack restaurant ( flip flops) and the jerk treehouse. The Asian. - my god the sushi was spectacular Vegetarian - never in my life have I had a tastier vegi lasagna! Caribbean - shrimp curry was tasty, big portion with a little kick! Italian - lamb shank was incredibly tasty. The meat fell off the bone. The portion was ridiculously big. I could not finish it. It was exceptional. Flip flops Fresh pizza made to order with your choice of toppings. The dough was fresh. The ingredients were tasty . They also had plenty of options such as burgers, salads, sandwiches, and chicken wings etc The jerk treehouse house - this is an absolute genius touch of detail, for a quick snack it has to be the treehouse, serving jerk chicken, pork & sausage with sides as an option. One of my favorites ( they also sell the sauces in the gift shop upstairs ) Main buffet restaurant - good choice, each evening was a different theme so you never felt like you were repeatedly eating same dishes. At lunch time still a good choice with lots of made to order dishes so you’re not just having food that’s sat in a hot plate for ages (Teddy does the best smashed burger you will have! ) Entertainment The animation team were nonstop whether they’re playing music by the pool, doing games on main stage or teaching dances in the lobby. Their efforts are very much noticed again always with a smile on their face some genuinely lovely people. We were lucky enough to be here for several nights where dinner was by the poolside with entertainment on the main stage. If you are lucky enough to be here for the ‘boots, booze and boogie’ night where dinner was a BBQ theme with a performance on main stage , I highly recommended to partake not only was the BBQ food lovely but it was accompanied with a country n western singer and band, They were incredible ! “Let’s paint” my little on loved this and we came home with 4 canvas paintings she’d done herself, Eno was at the hotel 3 days a week and she just loved it. She is only 4 but we are pretty certain this memory and moment created her first feeling of pride as she carried the paintings everywhere ( tried to take them to bed) $15 for a child lesson ( $20 for an adult) it is 100% worth it if you or your child is a little crafty and wants to take home a souvenir with memory and meaning.
My wife and I stayed for seven days in the Harmony adults only area of the resort. We had a very nice room overlooking the park like area between the building and the ocean. The resort is right on the ocean and immaculately maintained. The food in the main dining is wonderful. We ate there many times, always planning to eat lightly but couldn't resist the many tasty offerings. The resort's four specialty restaurants provide excellent food and service for a pleasurable evening's night out. We lounged around the pool area most of the time but did walk down to the Paradise Beach end of the resort where there is a small Tiki bar and plenty of beach chairs in the shade. And we take a half day catamaran half day motor/sail trip to see the Pitons. They are on the western side of the island where the ocean is fairly quiet so we had smooth sailing. A key feature of the resort is it's people. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Coconut Bay Resort for a winter get away
We’ve been visiting coconut bay every year since my younger son was 1 and he’s now 10! A long due review is in order. For us this resort is the perfect combination of kiteboarding, kids club , amazing restaurants, and incredibly kind and gracious staff. A huge shout out to the kite shack crew and cocoland kids club staff for making us feel like family! Linus, Stan, Jeremy, Andre, Notis, Trish, Zana thank you so much for all these years!
We just got back from Coconut Bay and it certainly did not disappoint. We got a newly renovated room on the ground floor in Splash. This was our second time here and the food was still amazing. The 3 minute ride from the airport in a personal vehicle started a great 2 weeks. The staff is extremely attentive and one is always met with a smile. The AI drinks at this resort are better than most AIs. We made great friends from R.I. and watched the Brier (curling)with new found friends from Parry Sound at the Sports Bar. The trade winds were strong each day and were stronger than normal. There is no doubt we shall return!
This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The facilities are very clean, activities for everyone and we traveled with a large group and didn’t have any problems coordinating dinners or activities. Staff and food were great!
Resort is awesome. Very spacious Different zones for everyone. Very nice people 👍
We had a four night stay after having a day pass last year. We had an excellent refurbished Harmony ground floor room. Spacious and very clean. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Big shout outs to Thomas at the Tiki Bar, great cocktails and atmosphere, Evelyn was a pleasure to speak to in Verandah and Shakira at the reception desk went above and beyond. Loved the beach walks and the hotel is working tirelessly to get rid of the turtle grass.
We had a wonderful time at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We stayed in a Deluxe Harmony Oceanview room. It was very nice and looked to be recently remodeled. We loved the lazy river and always had lots of lounge chairs available. The buffet was very delicious. We loved the breakfast buffet and so many options. We also ate there many nights. We loved the Jerk Chicken for lunch. We ate at the Italian restaurant and also the Asian and both were great with lots of selections and everything we all had was delicious. Drinks were so good. Thomas the bartender was absolutely TOP rated by all of us and went above and beyond to make us perfect drinks. All of the maid for our rooms were really good and kept our room clean. All employees were great and seemed happy to take care of anything we wanted. We booked an Island Adventure tour and had an excellent guide named Spencer. It was probably one of the best tours we have had and we have been to many islands plus Roatan, Belize, St Thomas, St John and many others. We loved that the resort is so close to the airport as we had friends that stayed at the Royalton and they were pretty disappointed in the length of time it took to get to the resort and they also weren't impressed with the food and drinks so I think we made the best decision staying at Coconut Bay. Would definitely recomment to others!
This is our third visit to Coconut Bay. We absolutely love it. The resort is beautiful, the ocean is spectacular and the food is outstanding. What makes a visit to Coconut Bay special is the staff….excellent all round! We would like to especially thank Winston st the Lobby Bar, Merkii for her morning smile and delicious cappuccinos, Chard and Jessica at the delightful Trattoria, and Ima, Bertha and Shass at the lovely Silk restaurant.
We traveled with a group of 4 couples. We truly enjoyed Coconut Bay Beach, its many pool options, the lazy river and the adult-only Harmony Bar - specifically Thomas the bartender! He worked hard and served a good drink with lots of laughs. We were very satisfied with the many restaurant options, and the buffet was decent, too. If we had one complaint it would be that the wi-fi was very spotty in our room. We did take a private tour of the island - wonderful! We also booked a sunset cruise through the resort, which was also very enjoyable. We had a great week of fun in the sun!!
Less than 2 miles from the airport. Beautiful resort. Rooms were very nice. Top shelf liquors. Harmony section (adults only) was relatively peaceful since no young children running around. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean. The food at Coconut Bay was very consistent and very good (even in the main buffet restaurant). There are several exceptional restaurants - Silk and Calabash. And there are two 5 star restaurants - The Great House and La Luna. They even have an adults only quiet breakfast at Veranda. Staff is very attentive to the guests and all of the bartenders at the many bars make great drinks. We will definitely make a return trip.
This resort exceeded our expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and drink. Clean rooms. It's a smaller resort with a large footprint. We were adult group of travelers, but impressed with amenities for children - petting zoo, activities, splash pad, lazy river, water slides. The resort was full, but it didn't feel crowded. Several pool options - always able to find a chair. Only a few minutes from the airport.
The food, very clean premises with great service.
Unfortunately being unable to swim at the beach from waves and seaweed.
Many pools to choose from. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and bed linens. Lots of towels for the pool and room. Good choices of food for breakfast.
The food at the dinner restaurants was just bad. The worst we had our entire trip. We would have a couple bites and that’s about it. We had steak one night that was completely uneatable. It was so tough we couldn’t cut it with a steak knife and then couldn’t chew it enough to eat it. The desserts were awful also. We don’t eat any of them. I don’t know how food can be this bad. I’ve had better dinners in Cuba! We would not return because of the food. We had better food at lunch and breakfast. The drinks were also not good. They all tasted like sugar syrup. Our bathroom was super small and we had no place to hang out wet towels or swimwear. The bathroom needs a complete gut job.
First time in St Lucia and at Coconut Bay - beautiful resort, great activities, pristine rooms, delicious food but the best part was the staff!!! SHOUT OUT to Onita, Melika, Vernon, Linus, Jeremy, Evelyn, Bertha, Shekina, Gina, Alanna, Mia, V'nus, Lanel, Janel, Monica and Gabina!! Long list but I couldn't leave any out because that's what made the trip so special. See you all next year - much love!
Coconut Bay is an outstanding resort. The atmosphere, amenities, food, options and daily activities are all very excellent. The service second to none! Staff always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Ask for Brad or Seendy at Marketplace restaurant. Your every need or desire will be very well attended to! Special kudos to Brad! He made our stay so much more enjoyable!! Peter Johns lounge is awesome. Godfrey is very professional and customer focused. Dre, a young member of the service team, is a hard worker and a pleasure to be around. Front desk staff is friendly helpful and enjoyable. The entire resort is extremely well managed from every detail! We highly recommend Coconut Bay Resort!!
This was my third visit to CBay, and as soon as we got home, we rebooked for next year. That pretty much says it all. What I love most about this resort is how thoughtfully it’s designed: it’s close to the airport, beautifully laid out, and even when fully booked it never feels crowded. There’s no scrambling for loungers, and the separation between adult-only and family areas is done really well. The rooms are comfortable, the food is exceptional in both quality and variety (especially for an all-inclusive), and the drinks are always generous and easy to come by. But the absolute highlight of CBay is the staff — they are truly a whole vibe. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. It honestly feels like coming back to visit friends. Don’t miss the Paradise Bar down on the beach if you’re looking for a more secluded, relaxed beach-bar experience. On the walk down, chat with a few local artisans making beautiful bracelets and crafts. The daytime activities and nighttime entertainment are always so fun, with the social activity team keeping the energy high. Special shoutout to Kiesun, Bshem, Akiea, and Kimanie for bringing such great vibes. Vernon’s fitness classes are another highlight I look forward to every year. From yoga in a stunning setting to strength training and hands-down the best water aerobics you’ll ever do, it’s the perfect balance of wellness, fun, and relaxation. There’s also a small rescue petting zoo on the property, which is such a lovely and unexpected bonus. Lastly, our group originally came for the kitesurfing, and we can’t say enough good things about the Kite Shack crew. It’s an incredible place to learn, and Linus, Andre, Jeremy, Stan, and Notice are experienced instructors who’ve created a fun, laid-back kite community that keeps us coming back. A huge thank you to Coconut Bay for creating a boutique all-inclusive experience that provides me with exactly what I need on my holidays, you really do think of s everything
We love Coconut Bay and St Lucia, just got home from our 2nd holiday there. The resort rooms, amenities, food and drinks are all great and we have zero complaints. What really makes Cbay standout is the staff, they really make the stay sensational. A handful of shoutouts to some of the staff that stood out on our past trip: the Surf Shack crew, Linus, Andre, Jeremy, Stan and Notice make our kiting experience phenomenal; the entertainment legends Keisun, Kimani, Bshem, Rikata and Richie Mae the nights a blast! I highly recommend seeking out these people in your stay and meet more of the staff. Can’t wait to go back!
This was our third trip to Coconut Bay resort and we are already planning our return. We came for the great kitesurfing, but a big part of the reason we keep returning is for the incredible staff. We spend a lot of time at the Surf Shack at the kitesurf launch. The staff there are a great group of people. Linus, Andre and Jeremy take care of all your needs on and off the water. The kite spot is a great set up for flat water, foil or surf. And pretty consistent wind so you can kite just about every day. See you all next year!
Sorry, very late review. We had an amazing stay, made even better by the incredible staff across the entire resort. From the restaurants to entertainment, bars, housekeeping, and guest services, everyone we met went above and beyond. The restaurant teams were consistently welcoming — Travis, Skeet, Randall, Claude, all delivered friendly, attentive service that made every meal enjoyable. The Trattoria team — Shantel, Rowanda, Gus, Cory, Bre, and Neesa — were equally fantastic, creating a relaxed and delicious dining experience each time. Huge thanks as well to chefs Manish and Angelo for the wonderful food and trainee, Marcel. Denver at the Veranda, Dartz at Calabash, Starz at Flip Flops, Bradson in the shop, and Jonathan at Coconut Walk all added to the great experience. Breakfast service was always a pleasure thanks to Shekina, Toya, Shermanda, Derick, and Darick, who brought great energy to the start of each day. The bar staff kept the atmosphere fun and the drinks flowing — Dre at the bar, Lamar at both the bean bar and main bar, Kerry at the beach bar, Kermale, Holder, and the rest of the team were all brilliant. Entertainment was a real highlight. Andra, Hose, Topaz, Akia, and Emmy brought so much life to the resort, and the Michael Jackson tribute act was outstanding. The NYE team — Jabari, Gina, and Urbi — made the celebration unforgettable. A special shout out to Vernon, who made every class amazing and so much fun — a real standout. Guest services and resort support were equally impressive. Attie at the tour desk, Tara at reservations, Steffie and Kimberly at reception, and Emely the manager were all incredibly helpful. Housekeeping from Melika was spotless every day. The towel team — Scheva and Danneil — were always cheerful, and security staff Tari and Wycliffe were reassuring and friendly. Transport was smooth and easy thanks to Luden from the taxi team. Other honourable mentions go to Glenroy, Hilan, Claude, Marz, Malik, and Zidan (trainee), who each made a noticeable difference in our stay. Every single person we encountered contributed to a stay that felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared for. We’re so grateful to all of you — thank you for making our trip so memorable.
My husband and I got married at Coconut Bay and had a group of family and friends with us. It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! Our experience from the airport to, to the stay, to the wedding, and back to the airport, it was amazing! We were treated so well. I am always nervous about food at an all inclusive, but the food here is great! Best cheeseburgers ever at Flip Flops. If you're thinking about booking a trip to coconut bay, do it!!
Another amazing stay at Coconut Bay! Our fifth time did not disappoint. The food and servers (Mary and Brad, Dre, Jedi, Erskin, Nick, Row, Shakina) and entertainment staff (Kamani, Kelsun, Mel B, Rikita, and Zee) were excellent.
Highly recommend! Great food and drinks. What stood out the most was my husband had to go the ER which required us to be escorted by a security guard named Lecious. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as we had to wait at the hospital for a few hours He went out of his way to keep us calm during the stressful circumstance and made sure my husband was being taken care of at the ER When we returned to the hotel he even went out of his way to drop us off at the elevator which he then escorted us to make sure my husband made it on the elevator . I cant stress enough how wonderful he was and I hope the resort appreciates having someone like Lecious be part of their staff
Very disappointed after leaving the resort. We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed the food, pool, kids club activities, delicious drinks and beautiful St. Lucian atmosphere. My family and I booked several excursions (which were quite pricey) and even splurged ln renting of the beach cabanas for a full day (also pricey, but worth it in my opinion). Before we left we were already planning our second visit :) we loved almost everything about the place. The resort was very nice, the service was definitely hit or miss. Some staff were absolutely incredible (especially the kids club staff!) but there were definitely some rude staff members too. We were very disappointed on the day we left, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth after leaving. On the day we left we decided to do some duty free shopping in the boutique. We had never purchased duty free outside of an airport before, so weren’t really sure of the protocol. The boutique store employee told my husband to ensure he packed all duty free items in his carry on bag and to keep the receipt in order to show the airport security staff. We thought that was strange, as we bought two big bottles of rum and some hot sauce and liquids are not allowed through airport security. But this was duty free and we provided all of our flight information to the employee— we assumed she knew best and did what she said. Of course, when we when we went through security they confiscated all of our liquids (about $60US). They airport security was kind and sympathetic… she even said “I don’t why they keep telling people to do this”. Although $60 it was just a drop in a very expensive bucket, we were disappointed and sad. I felt misled and honestly, scammed. I even wondered if the boutique employee has a friend at airport security who just got free rum and hot sauce. I called to try and remedy the situation with the hotel staff. I was kind and understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt (everyone makes mistakes and I totally get that). In return they were extremely accusatory rude and insulting. They accused me of lying, of not understanding what she said and basically just blaming it all on me (which is NOT what happened, I was READY to pack all my liquids in the checked luggage until she said something!). After spending almost $800US in additional excursions and reservations, I thought a small refund back to my credit card would have been no issue from guess services. But nope, they were all very rude and accusatory to me on the phone I’m so disappointed. I really loved my vacation until this happened. I don’t know now if we will return.
My 6th time here and can never tire of it Tonight tried the Harmony evening meal for the first time and wow what a lovely meal it was. I am coeliac and allergic to dairy and they catered perfectly for my needs so much so I had almost the same as my friends just with a couple if tweaks Our server Row was lovely, she explained every dish and assured me. I thanked her personally as she certainly deserved it
This resort was by far one of the best resorts I've been to. Food is fantastic and the staff is truly wonderful. Once there you do not need for anything. The closeness to the airport is definitely a plus.
This is the best all in one resort I've ever been too. The service and the food are excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The staff at the Kids Klub are lovely and looked after our son very well. Other than having better Wi-Fi (a very minor thing), everything really hit the sweet spot. I amazed at how they keep the quality of everything so consistent and high. The place is extremely well managed, and we definitely plan on returning. The entertainment was also great, and the resort goes out of its way to help you with tours etc. Thanks Coconut Beach for a fantastic stay!
Coconut Bay Resort & Spa is a lovely resort. The staff is very gracious and accomodating. In addition , the food is excellent-probably among the best I've ever had at an all-nclusive hotel, in terms of variety, quality and taste. I highly recommend a vacation at this resort.
We are a family of 4, two adults and two children (7 and 11). We were at Coconut Bay Beach resort and Spa end of January 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. It's so clean and well kept and they're even renovating the rooms. The buffet is great and always has many different options. Ishee's pasta dishes were oh my god so good! Silk was delicious if you love Sushi, Calabash was also amazing. Flip Flops was our favorite for lunch and all the bartenders at the bars were 👌 If you can find Sandy at the bar...she makes some delicious and creative drinks. Try her take on a Bob Marley. Our housekeeper Joella was literally the best ever. There was always a different towel creature and a beautiful note left for us. There are always loungers to find around the pool. That was something we thought was so cool! And the Lazy River was fantastic, along with the slides. That's where the kids spent the most time. As for the beach...make your way down the beach past the water slides...there are loungers with umbrellas and cabanas and a bar and the beach is much nicer. Things to note: it is WINDY. Always. But it keeps hoi from overheating. The chairs on your patio(outside the rooms) are really uncomfortable lol. Bring a power bar - there was only one Canadian/American outlet in our room. The entertainment is REALLY late at night so we never got to see it as the kids were always in bed. (930/10pm) But it sounded like a lot of fun. Hewanerra airport really needs to expand when it's full of departing flights (really packed in like sardines). We would definitely recommend this resort! The staff are all honestly so amazing!
What a great time we had at Coconut Bay resort. Rooms were clean and when we had a problem with the coffee maker it was replaced immediately. Elevators and stairs to get you to your room. Everyone there was more then willing to help and always had smiles on there faces and they seemed very genuine. Tyron was just one of many bartenders and he worked hard but was fun to talk and laugh with t. Bshem was in training in the entertainment department but he will go a long way, his smile draws you instantly to him, he is very out going and a happy soul. Food was fantastic. Never got tired of the buffet, the al la carte restaurant were great. There were always chairs around the pool and never over crowded. Entertainment was fine, something different every night. Loved the country and western night. Over all I can't say anything bad about it. To me it is worth the money.
We just spent 8 nights at Coconut Bay, our flight got cancelled and the airline sent us to the Hilton. Then we stayed a 9th night at Coconut Bay. Our first meal was the jerk hut where Harley and Sharnil were so nice and proud of their food. We’ve been to Jamaica multiple times and it was the best jerk chicken (and sides) we ever had. All the restaurants and buffet had very good food. The lazy river and slides were great for kids, always clean and warm. The kids club had so many indoor toys and activities, plus a great playground and splash pad that our 5 year old loved. Hes very shy but ended up dancing and singing with all the girls who worked there and was always excited to see them. The donkeys, horses, dogs, goats and other animals were very friendly. Tom the engineering manager told us a lot about how they care for the animals, it was a very nice and unique part of the trip. Our son didnt wanna leave because of all the activities the entertainment team does throughout the day. Theyre all so nice, he was sad to leave Bshem, Akiya and Rickitta. Due to the storm we had to extend 3 times, and checkout twice and check in twice. The front desk staff including Emanie were so nice and helpful everytime. We had a standard room, it was fine and everything worked. Resort was always clean, and weather was perfect. Having laundry machines on site was very convenient. 10 of us came and we all loved it, plan on coming back with even more people next time.
Coconut Bay Resort was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Not much of a beach but with everything else there we didn't mind at all. The absolute best water aerobics with a fantastic instructor. We were all very sore but did not hesitate to join every day they had it. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would go back for sure!!
Excellent service. After a transatlantic flight, a five minute taxi drive - courtesy of the hotel was most welcome. The concierge is situated just outside the main doors of the airport and the excellent service started there and continued throughout our stay. All-inclusive international branded alcohol, super entertainment, several pools some of which were adult only. I treated myself to a scrub and massage special - listening to the Atlantic Ocean waves on the beach. Superb spa treatment. Maxwell on the Excursion Desk went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we asked for whilst his colleague offered suggestions and inputted ideas to satisfy our requests. The staff have a brilliant warm and professional approach to hotel guests and it is lovely to note that the staff seem to relate to one another in a family style working relationship - relaxed, warm and fun. The facilities are gorgeous, delicious wide variety of food and options. We will return next year.
Leaving!
From the moment you are met at airport the experience is exceptional. Food, rooms, things to do, And most of all staff are wonderful. We were aged 4-59 and everyone loved there stay. Highly recommend
This location is beautiful, the pools are pristine and the housekeeping is top notch. The meals and theme nights are delicious and fun . Excursions are easy to book with the help of Attie. Refreshing drinks made by Tyron, Winston and Thomas are the best !
Stayed here with my husband for 6 days. Nothing but good things to say. Everyone on this island is so polite, accommodating and nice. The staff was extremely professional. Rooms were updated and clean. Food was delicious, especially the jerk treehouse. Beach was a mile long, some areas cleaner than others but unfortunately not the hotels fault as there is sargassum on the Atlantic side. They do maintain it daily.
Third time for us and hopefully not the last. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The staff are amazing….nothing is too much trouble. There is so much to do you could never say you were bored. There are activities to suit everyone. The resort is immaculate in every way. You can tell the staff take pride in their workplace and nothing is out of place. The pools are fantastic and we’re never crowded during our visit and we always managed to get a lounger. The restaurants are wonderful and we never ate a bad meal. Special shout out to the Harmony dinner this was served with such precision and delicious food with great entertainment. Highly recommend a visit to the Spa. Had the most amazing facial. There is a pet rescue centre at the back of the resort. We took a walk along and was amazed to see the care and attention the animals got. Well done to the staff there too. If your hesitating wether to visit this resort, then don’t, you won’t regret it.
This is the 3rd time my wife and I, along with family and friends, have stayed at Coconut Bay Resort, and each time has been terrific! About 2 years ago, I decided I wanted to learn how to kiteboard, and after taking a lesson or 2 in other places, I took a few lessons here at the resort, and this week just completed 3 more sessions, and each one was GREAT! It’s probably the most difficult sport that 2 of my friends and I have learned, and the instructors and entire staff at the Kiteboard Center are true experts; extremely attentive, professional, friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. Their expertise in this sport is truly impressive, and because of them and the great atmosphere and location, We all really enjoyed the entire experience! Stan, Linus, Nodus, Andre and Jeremy are all terrific, and being able to “hang out” and chat with them before and after the lessons, having all of our questions answered in a very nice and relaxing atmosphere, made the entire experience even better - priceless! Thanks guys for a super time and helping us learn this great and challenging sport - looking forward to coming back soon and spending more time with you all! Rob Cuzzi
It wasn’t crowded
It needs updated
I wanna start by saying I'm never one to post reviews or ever write anything this long but this was literally the best experience I've ever had and I've stayed at multiple resorts in Mexico, been to the Dominican Republic, Aruba, Saint Martin, and done a cruise. Along with about half if not more of my group also being avid travelers and the consensus all around was WOW. My (now) husband and I stayed at this amazing resort for 2 weeks. While we were there we had the wedding of our dreams at eternity beach. Along with us came 68 friends and families 2 being babies. As the soon to be married couple we were greeted by the lovely Allona and taxi driver Bradley. We were given fresh coconut water straight from the coconut and a sign with our names on it and a personal ride to the resort! The rest of our guests just had to easily access the desk and grab a shuttle to the resort which is literally a 3 minute drive from the airport!!! Can't beat that after 8 hrs of travel from Michigan! Once at the resort we were given a yummy mermaid drink and met the lovely Jabari, Ervin, and Tari who helped bring our bags to our room. We got the concierge package and our main point of contact was Shirlanda. When we arrived she gave us the run down of the resort, had our dinner booked, and gave us our personal phone if we needed anything. All of the concierge girls- Mia, Fee- were amazing and helpful. For the next two weeks everytime we walked past the doors we got big smiles and waves. Any of them were willing to help if we wanted to change or need anything with the warmest welcoming smiles and laughs. After unpacking and getting ready for our first evening at the resort we headed to the bar where we met our first friend Kermale. He made the BEST moijitos! But he was more than a good drink maker and warm smile and fun laugh he was good conversation! Brett and I quickly made friends with him and would seek out which bar he was at. We knew whether there was 2 or 20 people at the bar that's where the party was going to be! Over the two weeks we met even more amazing people from entertainment to bartenders to trainees to servers to activities coordinators to front desk to drivers to bell hops to cleaning staff. Coconut Bay Staff: Bartenders: Jedi Kermale Sandy Winston Edd Ed Tyron Edward Godfrey Nick Kevin Holder Erksing Servers: Sharm Donna D Evelyn Iman Dee Quan Lester Butler: Brad Silk server: Darick Conssieur: Shirlanda Fee Dahlia Mia Entertainment: Kimani Richie Keisun Akia Leosha CJ Housekeeping: Karla Kervel Cook: Daaz Wedding Planners: Allona Onita Spa: Zier Chyrstal Tera Bell hops: Tari Ervin Jabari Alton Drivers: Bradley Kitesurfer: Eddie Tour guide: Spencer Jimmy Zipline: Philip& Kendall Sugar & Spice Boat: Ted La Luna server: Gina Front desk: Zara Octavia Amani Water slide/towel hut: Scheva Calabash servers: Cory Denver We were so impressed by everyone we literally just made a list because we didn't want to leave anyone out. From breakfast at Verdana being taken care of by the amazing Evelyn and smile bursting Lester the views and yummy food weren't the best part of our mornings. To the after breakfast drink from Tyron at the lobby bar. To drinks by the pool from the sweet Sandy at the pool bar or getting it delivered by the great trainee Sharm. Getting to learn carribean dances, play volleyball, or slide around in the foam party with Keisun, Kimani, Pirate(Richie), Leosha, Akia, and CJ. Who always brought the fun in party from sun up to sun down no matter what. To Finding Edd, Ed, or Kevin at the sport bar. Finding our girl Dee or Donna D at the activity pool or harmony. To Jedi and Holder making rounds making sure everything is running smoothly at the resort and always offering to make drinks behind the bar y'all were some of Brett's favorite to talk to along with Kimani, Keisun, and Kermale. To Winston, Ersking, Edward, Nick, & Godfrey who you'd find at whatever bar we could find them serving up fire drinks, big smiles, and always a good time. We had Iman who always greeted us with a smile at all of our amazing dinners. We truly enjoyed every restaurant we went to and simply didn't have a bad meal. We decided to do a romantic dinner at La Luna and it did NOT disappoint. Our server Gina was amazing and went above and beyond decorating our table with honeymoon decor and treating us so special. Loved the end of the dinner signature Gina pumpkin spice latte. We had Quan and Brad that always took good care of us wherever they were located and we were always greeted with the biggest warmest smile on their faced and towards the end of our stay a drink as they caught onto what we liked and would chat with us when they had the time. Darick we had at silk twice and he took amazing care of us and was so polite and professional. Then we had Cory and Denver at Calabash who again had were so polite and professional while we were dining and gave the best service! And of course always ending with late night food at flip flops our guy Daaz always hooking us up with a smile on his face and a good conversation while we waited for food. Our girls Zier, Chrystal, and Tera took amazing care of us at the salon for our must have ocean side massages and pedicures. Our makeup girls whose name I unfortunately didn't remember because of the craziness of getting wedding ready were flawless and everyone looked so gorgeous. We met kitesurfer Eddie who agreed to get a couple guys to surf behind us at our ceremony and I absolutely can't wait to see the photos captured with these super talked guys behind us while we say I do, and speaking of I do I can NOT rave enough about how easy the wedding process was from planning at home with Sarai to on site planners Onita and Allona everything was absolute perfection. They made sure everything was perfect and easy. They are literally heaven sent and the sweetest women ever who truly just want you to have the perfect day. I'm pretty type b which I think they were like 😳 but they would just laugh when I'd said i don't care whatever you think and they'd get to know me a little bit and do exactly what I would've done. I can't thank either of them enough for my seriously perfect wedding day and welcome dinner. We chose the pearl package so we also got the catamaran. All the staff aboard the catamaran was awesome as well and wish I could've remembered the captain and mates names but I was a little busy taking in breathless views. We did a couple other tours one as a large group of 26 through the resort for the hot spring mud bath, Toraille waterfall, and an authentic carribean lunch at The Beacon. Our tour guide was Spencer and he was amazing dealing with our crazy group! The entire group raved about him and the tour that many were apprehensive to do! Michi and a few others I unfortunately can't recall helped us at the activities desk and were amazing and made it easy working with such a large group! We also did another customized excursion once the group left through jack sparrow on the beach and jimmy was a tour guide who was amazing and so knowledgeable of the island. We took us up to the lighthouse, zip lining, piton waterfall, and snorkeling at the black sand beach and sugar beach with a beautiful ride past the piton, and let us grab lunch at Hotl Chocolate. We had great zip line guides even tho I was shaking they made me feel safe and comfortable and were so knowledgeable of sights we could see and so funny and let us be a fun couple they were Philip and we know the other name starts with a K but can't for the life of us remember as I didn't have my phone until we got back to the bus! Jimmy then even let us eat cacao fresh from the source off a tree! How cool! Then for snorkeling we had captain Ted on the sugar and spice boat who was amazing and funny. Brett had dropped his goggles so we dove to the bottom to get them after several failed attempts by us🤣 highly reccomend doing all the things in st Lucia truly nothing was a disappoint that we did. This island is top tier carribean beauty. Now onto the front desk girls who were always welcoming us with a smile and top tier customer service girlies Zara, Octavia, and Amani always kept things straight and did anything to make guests happy and we couldn't appreciate them more!!! We also made friends with the Scheva who always had a smile on his face whether in the towel hut or working the water slides he was always a pleasure to see. Lastly our housekeeper Karla who kept our room clean fresh and made cute towel animals with gorgeous flowers and surprised us with rose petals on the floor with kissing swabs the night of our wedding. Our room had dreamy views, a beautiful comfy bed, an ice maker for rooms drinks, and always a stocked fridge of pop beer and water! We also made great friends with Kervel the night cleaner who was the absolute sweetest easy to talk to guys. I wanted to just give an extra shoutout to Tari and Ervin who we greeted with hugs and a conversation every day. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us and our group. They helped our group but the fun in dysfunction 🤣 When they say this island is one of the most Friendly Islands you can go to they are lying! When going somewhere seeing the same people for two weeks on vacation it feels like a lifetime. We may have came to the resort with 70 friends and family but we left with 20+ more. We absolutely can not wait for our next trip to st Lucia to be back with our coconut bay family. A part of our heart will always remain in st Lucia. Blessed to have been around so many amazing locals who helped us feel the purpose of one love 🫶🏼 Attached are photos with as many of our favorite people as we could!
We had a wonderful stay at coconut bay in st Lucia for a family wedding on the beach. The rooms were amazing and clean, the housekeepers left us daily notes for us to have a wonderful day. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was TOP TIER!!! Helped us with anything and everything we need and were SO fun and friendly who truly love their job. Definitely would love to return!
As the title mentions, this is now our 5th stay at Coconut Bay. We love this place. The only update I need to make from my last review (which was our 3rd visit) is that the rooms on the Harmony side have been renovated, (and it appears that they are actively working on the Splash side) and they are beautiful. The bathrooms have all new fixtures, the shower is significantly bigger than previous, and the air conditioning unit is upgraded. The staff at this resort are awesome, and they all deserve a shout out. However, Starz at flip flops is so sweet and happy every day. She even remembered us from a previous visit! Thomas at the Harmony bar remembered what we were drinking and was always so friendly. This place is so wonderful, the food was delicious, staff is fantastic, and the room renovation is beautiful. My only complaint is that my trip is ending tomorrow and I have to go home! Thanks for a wonderful 5th stay Coconut Bay! We are looking forward to our 6th!
Excellent for families. Also an adult area only if u prefer. Clean, excellent food, extremely friendly staff. Wonderful Spa services
If you thinking of visiting this resort...DO NOT hesitate! We have been to many resorts and this one is top tier for us. We stayed 5 days on Harmony side. The lounge chairs on our side were nice and cozy. We got out about 10am and also ways got our favorite spot with the ocean view. The rooms were updated and very nice, we had third floor which leads directly into the Veranda restaurant, which was great. The food at this resort is good, always options for everyone. We loved the Veranda restaurant and the wings at flip flops. The jerk shack was our go to for lunch. We also visited other side where the Hamburger joint is and they also make fish sandwiches, a beach bar and the cabana rentals. It would have been nice to rent cabana but we went in July and the seaweed was horrible. We didn't get to enjoy the beach at resort but they provide a shuttle bus that takes you to beautiful beach in about 20 minutes. They had security with us and a server that had the cooler with beer, and soda and water. We stayed about 2 hours. The entertainment was ok but nothing that kept us up til late at night. The biggest disappointment was Western Night. We had t-shirts made for the evening and when we arrived the set up was beautiful but the flies killed the vibe. They had flies all over the pork and instead of removing it the manager tells server to turn off the light. But the flies didn't end there, when we got back to table, they had small lanterns on table and you couldn't even put your plate down because the flies would be all over it. We had to leave due to this. Thankfully we made dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant, so we ate good. I hope they fix that issue because the layout of food and desserts were so good. All restaurants are great. Take advantage of massage specials. The resort is well spread out that even though it's a family resort we hardly had interactions with a bunch of kids. One of our best vacations! We have stayed at Beaches Turks and Caicos, El Dorado suites in Mexico, Sonesta adults only resort in St Marteen, and Hard Rock Punta Cana.
Came here on a dinner pass and from security to reception and the Italian restaurant was awesome. Special shout outs to liviana, Zara , Octavia , chard and shera. Thank you for the kind hospitality. Will definitely return
We visited October 2025 and have booked to return in October 2026. A fantastic hotel with amazing food and loads to do. So easy to get to with the collection at the airport which only takes a few minutes .
Been there 5 times since 2021 and have never been disappointed. Very relaxing spot. Great dining and drinks. Convenient location on St. Lucia.
