Incredible location to experience the hub of Athens and great proximity to Syntagma station. The rooftop bar area is spectacular and your stay can be warranted for that view alone. Comfortable beds.

Be aware that you might need earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Not external noise but internal noise. One can hear anything that someone drops in an adjacent room and even from the floors above. Rooms are tiny with no space for your luggage. Despite this I would stay again as the location and rooftop bar are that good.

Great view from the rooftop restaurant. The service was great and our server was very pleasant.

The reception staff never smiled and were not very welcoming. Arrived after a long flight, got to our room and the key didn't work. Had to go back down and the guy at the front desk didn't even apologize. Room had a view of a wall. Shower extremely small. Breakfast was good but nothing over the top. Coffee was WAY too strong.

The breakfast is nice, the rooftop bar is gorgeous with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The room was comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The location is good, you must walk 10-15 minutes to get to markets or nice restaurants.

The staff did not communicate with us that there was an issue with our taxi they had booked until it was nearly 25 minutes late. Although the issue was not their fault, not telling us caused great stress.

エレベーターが遅い。大きな問題ではないのだが。 朝食のスタートが7:00なのだが、アクロポリスの開場が8:00だし、暑いアテネでは早くから動いて午後はゆっくりしたいので朝食も6:30スタートとかにしていただければ嬉しいかと。 今の価格も設備やロケを考えれば値段相応だとは思いますが、できればもう少し安ければいいのですが。

The view from the rooftop bar was glorious, the breakfast was generous and tasty, and the air conditioning felt great. Nicely decorated spaces. The central location was convenient to the sites and shopping. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Syntagma Square metro station, so it was easy and inexpensive to get there from the airport. Great stay!

It was located about a block away from a central shopping area in Plaka; Thea Terrace Restaurant was located on the roof and had amazing views of the Parthenon; the staff was great and the rooms were wonderful

Because it's an older property, you do have to wait a couple of minutes for the elevators, but that wasn't that big of a deal.

Had two rooms for husband and I, daughter and son in law for 5 nights. Paid over 3,000 USD Our room was good except some mold in the shower. Daughters room was appalling and the staff did not care. Air did not work at all. Ours worked fine so we knew it was not just the hotel capability. Maintenance kept coming to check stating they fixed. Saw them one day cleaning the ducts since warm air was blowing. The kept telling her they would get them another room Each day the said either fixed or could not get a different room. There was a bad smell coming from bathroom and closet area of her room. They sprayed deoderizer on it making it worse. There was worse mold in their bathroom. Even the maintenance was saying it was broke. On night four of five they finally got her a new room. She was felling sick from smell and it got so much worse when she got home Mold exposure. She had to go to get IV treatments and just got better more than a month later. We kept telling the staff and they did not care at all. Di not even apologize. When we repeatedly asked for a manager they denied stating there was not one available. Said we would need to write a letter later. When we checked out we asked for any adjustment on their room due to all the issues. They denied and laughed. It is very sad and we are disappointed since this was a very nice location and nice hotel if they would fix the issues or care about their customers We understand issues happen. They need to take care of them and apologize when they are not right This was not a cheap hotel so we thought we would not have to worry about things. I would not recommend staying here unless there is a management change! So sorry, I never had to write something like this

The mattresses and bedding were very good. The rooftop restaurant with view and sunset is superb. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent!

The bathroom tile and shower stall had black mold but the second day we were there they sent someone to clean it thoroughly and did a good job. The room is very small with no light in the courtyard.

The front desk staff were super friendly. Comfy beds, really clean Our room was small but we were out most of the day anyway. It's far enough off the Plaka that it is not noisy. Easy walk to Metro, Agora, Acropolis, National Garden (which is beautiful, recommend), Temple of Zeus Olympia. A2 bus to beach. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and great service, don't skip sunset!

Excellent location, super walkable to everywhere a tourist would want to go in Athens. Beautiful views, great breakfast, delicious restaurants around and grocery stores very close by. Will repeat when in Athens!

The room was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to everything was great and the restaurant food, atmosphere and view were spectacular.

It was difficult for our taxi to park close as the street is so narrow.

Breakfast far exceeded expectations. Wonderful variety, everything was fresh, and favors popped. The gentlemen at the desk who checked us ib was ao very friendly and helped with all our needs. We had amazing experience at the Terrance the next morning while your hotel watched over our luggage while we enjoyed. The gentlemen at check out was also super helpful. The staff at the Terrance where very welcoming and never rushed us. Stunning views

The double beds pushed together wasn't the most ideal for a couple on vacation, but it was ok.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de cet hôtel, ainsi que sa terrasse, avec une vue imprenable sur l'Acropole. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le personnel aussi, pas de problème à ce niveau là.

En revanche, s'agissant des équipements de l'hôtel en eux-mêmes, c'était assez décevant. La salle de bain et la chambre étaient vraiment petites, avec très peu de luminosité. Les joints de la douche étaient moisis. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien, ce qui est franchement dérangeant en 2026 et en pleine capitale. Notre déception est plus liée au rapport qualité-prix : pour une chambre à ce prix, on s'attend à quelque chose d'un peu mieux.

O hotel é muito central como ja fiz o nome, você faz absolutamente tudo a pe! O rooftop do hotel é famoso e visitado por pessoas de fora! Café da manha tambem gostamos bastante ( sugiro apenas mais opções de frutas). Nos chegamos mais cedo para fazer check in e tinham dois funcionários, um foi muito gentil e conseguiu liberar o quarto antes assim q terminaram a limpeza o outro foi bem grosso e nem tentou. E ao tirar dúvidas esse mesmo funcionário respondia sem paciência para meu inglês, tirando isso eu indico mt o hotel! Só os funcionários acho q falta treinamento de cordialidade

Amazing location so close to every thing we wanted to see. Breakfast was lovely great fresh food to start the day. Restaurant up stairs was the greatest roof top I’ve been on what a view.

We stayed in the room below the roof top restaurant so we heard every chair moving. I had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. Shower was quite small

The location was great and the included breakfast was very good. The room was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed even if it was a little small for 2 people with luggage.

Staff at reception were not very welcoming or friendly and they were not flexible at all for a little later check out when our flight was at 9pm!

Excellent location with very easy access to the main attractions. However, the service was disappointing. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and there was no flexibility with early check-in. The room amenities were also poor—there wasn’t even a bottle of water, and we had to wait almost an hour just to receive slippers. Overall, great location, but the service and hospitality need significant improvement.

Kontakt mail z hotelem był bardzo utrudniony, a właściwie niemożliwy. Przed przyjazdem kontaktowałem się trzykrotnie: dwa razy za pośrednictwem Booking.com i raz bezpośrednio. Żadna z moich wiadomości nie doczekała się odpowiedzi. To duży minus.

Carpark is limited and charged 20 euro per night. It was not clearly mentioned in the booking.com Hotel is expensive compare to service provided. I paid 635 euro . İts huge compare to service they provided. My room was so small even i paid much for deluxe room. I recommended if its around less than 150 euro .

Felt weird not to be allowed to flush toilet paper, but that's not an issue unique to this hotel in Greece.

The economy rooms do not have drinking water. When asked, they mentioned the bottle of water is only available in the higher category rooms.

Perfect location, super close walking distance to shops and restaurants and the acropolis is only about a 15-20min walk away. The room was bigger than I thought. The bathroom however has lots of mould in the shower. Reception staff was lovely and the rooftop has a great view. Great for a couple of nights stay.

Central hotel was a great location for exploring Athens. The breakfast was awesome! The highlight was the rooftop restaurant which had a gorgeous view of the Acropolis and delicious food!

The bathrooms were very small but not a deal breaker.
