Chambre un peu petite et assez bruyante ; la fenêtre permet à peine de la lumière mais laisse passer le bruit de la rue.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Même si la chambre était assez grande, c'était très déstabilisant. Les télécommandes ne fonctionnaient pas convenablement. L'accueil s'est fait uniquement via whatsapp. Le local de l'accueil est inutile !

The auto door lock for the bedroom doors works too fast, and caused several guests to be locked out. No way to hold the bedroom door open while going next door for awhile. No staff at premises and we had to call owner to come and help when we face problems.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025location menarik. dekat sangat dengan usm dan IPGK PP. memudahkan urusan kerja. kedai2 makan pun banyak. senang jalan kaki je. cuma parking je kena park sukahati. tapi xde masalah pun . ok je
hari yg ada pasar malam tu leceh sikit sbb susah nk park. orang ramai sangat dan nak jalan balik ke hotel pun crowded je. tapi overall okay je. xde isu lah. kalau tau ada pasar mlm masuk jalan lain dan park depan family mart tu. pastu jalan la sikit balik ke hotel.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Nagyon tiszta volt a szoba, remek helyen. Első nap korábban el is foglalhattuk. Kényelmes volt az ágy, és mindig volt elég melegvíz a fürdőszobában.
Picit kicsi volt a szoba, de ennek megfelelő volt az ára is, tehát nem volt ezzel baj.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025De locatie was prima. Naast een grote weg met goede restaurants en een grote supermarkt.
De kamers waren super klein vooral de DELUXE 2 persoonskamer waar het bed tegen de muur geplaatst is omdat er geen ruimte is wat betekent dat 1 persoon niet normaal uit het bed kam stappen. De badkamer was eigenlijk een wc met een wasbak waar een douchekop geplaatst is om op de wc en wasbad te douchen. Dus alles (wc en wasbak) wordt klestnat na het douchen. Er is niet eens ruimte om één koffer in de kamer open te zetten want dan kan je mergens meer lopen. Het ergste vond ik de communicatie met de eigenaar. Wat eerst juist heel goed begon met ons te verwelkomen en te vragen of alles naar wens is, is uiteindelijk geeindigd in een drama. We hadden 2 kamers geboekt die naast elkaar lagen. Bij 1 kamer hadden we constant problemen met de deur. Om het verhaal kort te houden wilden we na het onbijt in de buurt uitchecken, maar bij aankomst konden we de deur van 1 van de 2 kamers niet openen omdat die van binnen op slot zat. Ik heb toen de eigenaar gebeld die normaal vrij snel reageert, maar juist als je die nodig hebt dan niet. We hadden een vlucht te halen en dus conden we geen vertraging veroorloven. Na meermaals via chat en telefoon het nummer gecontacteerd te hebben zijn we maar in de buurt gaan vragen of iemand weet/kent hoe we de eigenaar kunnen bereiken zodat we bij ons koffers kunnen komen om uit te checken. Zelfs alle 3 nummers die de eigenaar op de voorgevel heeft om te benaderen bij noodgeval zijn onbereikbaar. Alle 3 nummers meermaals geprobeerd te bellen en te chatten en niemand die reageert. Uiteindelijk bij toeval door maar in de buurt te vragen hebben we een bij ern kapperszaak gevraagd die zijn moeder blijkt te zijn bereid gevonden om ons te helpen. We hebben gelukkig ons vliegtuig op tijd kunnen halen maar het was totaal niet grappig om compleet genegeerd te worden en dan na 6 uur sinds al die pogingen die wij gedaan hebben om hem te bereiken dan pas te reageren van sorry. We hadden toen al ons nieuwe bestemming geplaatst.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025Unfortunately, the only positive thing i can say is that it was clean and close to a lotus and eating options. The room was tiny. Definitely should not be a double room. There is no room for your luggage. One person had to sit on the bed so the other could move around. The shower was basically over the toilet. It has a mini fridge, but it turns off when you remove the keyboard when leaving the room, which is ridiculous.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024I stayed here for 2 months. The best place you could stay in. The owner is soooo lovely and always there for help. The place is clean, comfortable, and whatever you want, Mr lee always there to help. I will come back to penang next year. I will not stay anywhere else

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024The property was very easy to find. Owner was great with communication and was able to organise us an airport transfer despite the next day being a public holiday for them. The area has everything you need from a lotus supermarket, a laundromat and a fantastic food court up the road (Phoenix).

And has a fridge (super important to have chilled drinks at hand) Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful Superb location.... So convenient.. Cafe, coffee shop, restaurants, convenient stores, Baskin Robin, coffee bean, bank, laundry, family mart...all next door
Room was really small and the windows were painted over except for two small slots to peak outside The TV remote control was not very responsive... Troublesome to navigate TV channels

Very small space for a quad room with 2 double beds...very much suffocated .. The size of the room is not adequate to fit 2 double beds and to handle 4 occupants ....should not be this size..no space to move around...indeed
