Very pleasant stay. Staff are awesome, super helpful and polite. Breakfast was awesome. The area around the pool is great, The pool doesn't get much sun so it's cold, but still enjoyable. All the common areas are tidy and well looked after,

Nella descrizione Google era previsto il bidet, che però non c’era. La camera che ci é stata assegnata era sicuramente adatta a persone disabili, bagno spazioso, ma comunque ricavata in una posizione un po’ chiusa e poco soleggiata.

Loved the location right in the heart of Sitges, close to beach, train, and laundromat. The pool was a wonderful ice plunge after a long day in the heat.

I think reception at the front desk could have been more friendly. It seemed like an inconvenience to answer our questions and never a friendly gesture or even nod upon entering the hotel. Was not welcoming.

J'ai réservé 1 chambre double, vue ville, on m'a arribué 1 chambre sans vue, (vitres verre dépoli, ouvrant sur un puits d'aération entre immeubles de 4m) , on n'a pas pu me donner une autre chambre de suite. Je trouve cela inacceptable. J'etais déjà allée dans cet hôtel avant, j'avais eu une chambre côté rue/ville, tout à fait convenable. La chalbre qu'on m'a donnée ensuite était atypique, dans l'ancienne tour, avec petite fenêtre, salle de bain exiguë, correcte mais vraiment besoin de travaux de rénovation. Je note lits peu confortables car très fermes pour moi mais cela peut convenir à d'autres

Der var ret crowded ved poolen og svært at få en solseng. Aircondition anlægget på værelset var ikke særlig effektivt, så der var ret varmt om natten.

A szállás remek helyen volt, a sétálóutca egy kevésbé forgalmas részén, de mindentől 5 perc sétára. A nagy boltok, a part is könnyen megközelíthető. Autós forgalom nincs az utcában, mert sétálónak van minősítve, így éjszaka is csendes. A reggeli kifogástalan, friss és messze meghaldja a 3 csillagos szintet. A medencét minden nap takarítják, és új törölközős is szívesen adnak hozzá. A személyzet hihetetlenül kedves, segítőkész, és előzékeny.

Az egyetlen negatívum talán, hogy a koktélbárban nincsenek kiírva árak, és kicsit meglepődtem, amikor 28 euro volt két koktél. De egyébként finom volt, és szépen tálalta a hölgy, tehát tényleg csak az árak hiányát tudom említeni, maga a szolgáltatás itt is hibátlan volt.

Essendo in pieno centro si sentono i rumori e voci dalla strada ma è normale. Non sono fortissimi. L’unico neo è stato il Wi-Fi che essendo libero chiede sempre l’accesso e a volte risultava debole. Il check-in alle 16 è non sempre pratico per chi viaggia. Devo dire che sono stati gentili ad anticiparlo di un’ora ma se fosse 14.00 sarebbe una buona soluzione.

Slippery surface when wet around pool when walking through yo parts of hotel. Chairs and loungers... some were saved by putting on towels early in the day and then not used. Few more loungers perhaps? Coffee and creamer not in room .. would have been nice.

The hotel is centrally located with easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and train station.

Everything was fine. Door card keys constantly needed resetting at reception which is an inconvenience.

Room was very dated and tired. Pillows too hard and towels very old and needed replacing. Key kept stop working and needed updating 2\3 times a day. Building work kept us awake from 7am every day. Waiting till 10am to be able to use sunbed. Checkout very confusing as they added two rooms together we had booked for our friends.

The location.

The check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, on arrival, the room was very dated. The ceiling had a strange tiled appearance which looked like foam, although it wasn’t actually foam. The main room was generally clean, but there were a few hairs on the floor and the bed frame was extremely dusty, as shown in the photos. The bathroom was also very dated and consisted of a toilet, bidet, step-over bath with shower, and sink. Unfortunately, the towels were dirty when we inspected them, which was disappointing. The weirdest thing in the bathroom was if you opened the bathroom vent and so did your neighbour you can see each other which isn’t ideal showering with someone watching you - again photo attached. The biggest issue during our holiday was the key cards constantly deactivating. I had to return to Reception at least 17 times to have them reactivated, which was extremely inconvenient. Staff suggested keeping the key card completely separate from my phone and any other battery-powered devices, but it was always kept separately, so this didn’t resolve the problem. The pool area was okay, but very small for the size of the hotel. There were only around 17 sun loungers, which was nowhere near enough for the number of guests. You had to be at the pool before it opened at 10am and be quick if you wanted to get a lounger; otherwise, you had very little chance of finding one. The poolside bar, on the other hand, was a completely different story and was one of the better aspects of the stay. Overall, the hotel was okay, but given the dated rooms, cleanliness issues, ongoing problems with the key cards and lack of poolside loungers, I would definitely look at staying somewhere different when visiting again.

A solid 3-star hotel with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time. Superb proximity to all the restaurants and beaches. Pool is lovely centerpiece of the property. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The continental full breakfast was excellent.

While the hotel is clearly maintained very well, some rooms could use a renovation to resolve AC and water issues.

The location was good and great to have the pool and sun bed area although it was very busy. The air conditioning was very effective which is essential in August. The beds were comfortable, pillows were good and everywhere was very clean.

The TV was pointless if you could not speak Spanish. They need to be upgraded with Smart tvs so you can at least log into apps. Bottle water was not complementary unless you had booked direct with the hotel. This seemed mean given the price paid. Breakfast was generally okay but repetitive.

The parking is a bit difficult to find, and the spaces are limited and narrow.

Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet alles da was das Herz begehrt - Cleaning Staff super nett und gründlich . Pool toll - ruhige Lage im Innenhof hört man nichts obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist. Alles in Allem ein wirklich schöner und entspannter Urlaub . Gleich neben an kann man Mega Tapas essen .

Ob man die Lobby zu Minusgraden runterkühlen muss sei dahin gestellt. In Zeiten wo man Ressourcen sparen soll , würde 20 grad auch reichen nicht 14 … aber das ist nur die Lobby - ich bewundere die Rezeption für das durchhalten ohne schal und sweater 😂 Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann man ja selber regeln also alles fein .

L’emplacement est parfait : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, en plein cœur de Sitges, à proximité de la gare, des restaurants et des commerces. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, sous forme de buffet très varié et copieux, avec un large choix de produits sucrés, salés, de fruits et de boissons. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et calme. La salle de bain est grande et la douche à l’italienne est vraiment très agréable. Les rangements sont également appréciables, avec une grande armoire, des tiroirs et une penderie.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était en rez-de-chaussée et donnait sur une toute petite cour intérieure entièrement entourée de murs. Elle manquait donc énormément de lumière naturelle : il fallait allumer les lumières même en pleine journée. Cette configuration rendait la chambre très humide, avec une odeur d’humidité persistante, et les vêtements ou maillots de bain ne séchaient pratiquement pas. Le sèche-cheveux fourni était de très faible qualité et peu efficace. Le personnel ne nous a pas semblé particulièrement chaleureux. La communication en anglais était parfois compliquée et, lorsque nous demandions de répéter, nous avons ressenti un certain manque de patience, ce qui a rendu les échanges un peu moins agréables. Enfin, certains équipements annoncés n’étaient pas présents dans notre chambre, notamment le miroir grossissant indiqué dans la description.

The location of the hotel is good, it is right in the centre of town in Sitges. The room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, I found the hotel be quite misleading compared with how it is presented on Booking.com. The hotel and rooms are much older than they appear in the photos, and the pool area is significantly smaller than expected. It was extremely cramped and crowded, so it didn't feel like a relaxing environment at all. I paid extra to upgrade to a premium "garden view" room, but apparently garden view means a room directly overlooking the pool. Rather than a peaceful garden view, it was exposed to constant noise from the pool area, including loud music and groups of drunk guests throughout the entire day. It made relaxing in the room impossible. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation. Every night and morning I was woken by slamming doors, people talking in the corridors, and furniture being dragged around. I barely slept during my stay. When I raised these issues with reception, I didn't feel they were helpful. The only alternative room offered was effectively a downgrade, with a window facing a wall, despite the fact that I had paid extra for a premium room. As a result, I decided to check out early and book another hotel at my own cost. Overall, I felt the hotel was falsely advertised and did not provide the relaxing experience or standard that the listing and photographs suggested.

I thought it was great. Compared to everything else out there, it was a decent price and it really was in the very heart of what's going on. You would never know walking along the front street that there was a little oasis in the back with lovely swimming pool. the whole hotel felt like a piece of calm in a lively town.

Centre of town

The decor & fit out was very tired, pillows uncomfortable, v poor sound insulation between rooms so we were woken during the night. When we tried to fill out water bottle in the breakfast room we were told we were not allowed. The manager told us they don’t give free water and we would have to buy bottles. When we tried to reason we were told it was policy. When we said for the price (€570 for 2 nights) we would expect to be able to fill our water bottles, the manager (Rosalia) simply said “Sitges is expensive”. Overall a dreadful experience. We should have stayed at the phenomenal 5 star hotel at the golf course which was the same price. Do not stay here. Not even at half the price.

The staff at reception and good air conditioning in rooms

Room was pretty poorly cleaned due to high ceiling. The chandelier above the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. Flys somehow kept getting in despite no windows open. Quite loud in mornings outside with street cleaning/bins emptied

Not much info given to welcome desks. Could not sign up for breakfast at the restaurant using room #. Why not? Had to leave building C to go to building A front desk to go back to building C for the restaurant. Nuts. Light out in bathroom, maid never noticed so I reported it and they fixed it. Blue towels by the pool - had no idea where to get them - again had to leave one area of the complex to go to main desk. Why not have them at the pool bar area?

The location is ideal. The reception staff are friendly. The room was clean. The terrace was big.

The digital room keys sometimes work intermittently which is frustrating. On one of the days the cleaners left us no toilet tissue!

we paid £900 for 5 days the breakfast wasn't included the bathroom had mould in it and my reservation was cancelled because I missed the payment by half a morning and when I rebooked it was £200 more expensive and they didn't compensate in any way. The pool was dirty and not enough sunbeds. The mini bar and snacks were mediocre and charged for. Towels smelt of bleach.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, 7 minute walk from the beach.

We hadden initeel een kamer met hekken voor de ramen wat een beknopt gevoel gaf. Hotel heeft ons verplaatst wat een verbetering was. En bij het zwembad zijn de bedjes allemaal heel snel bezet.

The only problem about the hotel for me is some pictures they have exposed in the breakfast area , a white model with her face painted black where she is doing the “three wise monkey “ poses . Very bad taste as we are in 2026 and a hotel that side doesn’t That is a very clear case of blackface . I emailed the management a week ago saying about it and no one has replied to me .
